This Spencers has really gone down hill the past two years. I came in today and not once was I asked if I was finding everything ok or if I needed any help. The two girls working just stood behind the counter talking amongst themselves. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything, why should I spend my money here if all you are going to do is ignore me? I would give this place zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Chelsea is the best. if you HAVE ANY questions about sex toys, she’s your go to girl. love her the MOST.
Awesome staff! I made the mistake of not getting the item i wanted when i saw it, but they helped me to poke around when I came back (unfortunately ran out of stock att :( ). And when my back up gift didnt go as planned they gave me a full refund no probemo! ...so got myself a lil somethin :)Fav Location
Chelsea is the best employee ever. It is my first visit there and it was a great experience. Excellent customer service and great selection of items.
I came into the store because I was curious to know what was in there, I went to the back and saw some inappropriate content, I shook my head in disgust and left. This store should be for people 18+. Never again.

2021-06-25Had a pickup order that I tried to pickup Sunday. The site stated they closed at 6pm. Arrived at 4:30pm and they were closed. Tried to pickup again Thursday as it was the soonest I was able to other than Sunday. I was told my order was put back and the money will be put back on my card after 7-10 business days. I will not be returning to any spencers location after this incident. No one answers the store phone or even customer service. Entire experience was a joke, a waste of time, and gas.

2020-03-02Chelsea is my main girl oh my God shes amazing. She helps so much and she really treats you like your best friend helping you shop and makes the whole experience way more fun. Shes always on top of her game and the store is always great because of her and her team shes with. I love this Spencers because of her and her team. I only like going to this one because of that and how welcomed I feel.

2019-04-20While my son and I were shopping at westland mall buying a gift, Chelsea had helped us tremendously in picking out the perfect gift. She was so patient with my son, trying not to make him feel Embarrassed about our purchase. Chelsea deserves a raise for her dedication and professionalism under awkward circumstances! She also helped us out with a coupon to save money and signed us up for emails! I would definitely come back just to buy items from her, she is a great saleswoman!

2019-10-10My experience at Spencers located at the Westland mall was nothing less than amazing. Not only were the staff very friendly, but also very informative and helpful as well. Shout out to Chelsea and Store supervisor that was in the store for helping me pick out new jewelry for my piercings and also helping me score great deals! I believe I walked out with 7 new great quality jewelry for only $38 and some change! Without them I wouldn’t have known about the deals and would’ve totally forgot about my punch card. Needless to say I will be back again and again and again for more awesome deals. Thank you Spencers and team! You guys are awesome!

2020-10-04Came here last week and bought two pairs of pajama pants only to get home and realize that they didnt take the security tags off. Came back to get the tags taken off and there a sign that says Hang tight. We will be back in a few minutes. We waited 30 minutes for them to open the door, just to do what should have been done in the first place. Super disappointing service.

2019-08-17This is the absolute worst Spencers in the area! Its filthy and the Manager is very disrespectful. She picks who she will speak to kindly and who she will just ignore. She approached rudely and without even looking at me asked what I was shopping for and because I didnt have something in mind she huffed away. I wasnt the only one treated this way. My experience before this was unpleasant as well but I thought Id try again and it was just as terrible. No one else checked up on me so I walked out without buying the gifts. The store on top of it is always dirty its dusty the floors arent swept or mopped and theres a stale smell. I enjoy Spencers so I went to Twelve Oaks they were so helpful and kind and the store didnt look or smell like a dumpster! Spencers is amaxing just stay away from Westland its went way down hill since last year!

2019-05-17Great for gifts however the bigger girl I believe shes the manager Chelsea or Kelsey followed me around as if I was a shoplifter which made me not want to come here again! Ill go to 12 Oaks.Her snippy remarks also made me pretty upset.
