Comment: I was recently sent a NOTICE OF NON RENEWAL for my property. I figured since every insurance company was trying to leave California I had no chance of saving my insurance.I contacted Roxanne Morning and she looked into it! Luckily I had contacted her before the cancelation date of my policy. We went back and forth exchanging e-mails and sending pictures of the property until we were able to capture what the insurance company was look for and the reasons for their cancellation notices in the first place. This occurred over the course of 3 days and Roxanne was very diligent in responding to my emails and phone calls. It would have been very difficult to obtain insurance otherwise!Thanks Roxanne and S&R insurance!

Who is going to sign anything without know what you are signing for and the cost. What a shady business practice, please stop emailing me the docu-signs. We will not sign them! I requested to speak to his manager, but I have not received a call back. At this point, I don’t need a call back, I will just explain my incident here.Update: in response to your “We uphold our agents” script. Comment: I happened to walk in to S&R Insurance when my bank was in the same building. My auto insurance was still so high from the accident I had few years ago and I really needed to reduce the cost. Fabian was really flexible and took my information right away even though they were about to close. He sent me some quotes via email the next day, and they were almost half of what I was paying and for the same coverage! He is also knowledgeable of all other insurance and told me about the bundle with renters insurance. With just a little bit more, I could insure the place that I’m renting. Home owners insurance only covers the building. I learned from my past experience that it is so important to cover what you own in the place in case something happens and damage them all.I also referred my family member to S&R, because I knew she was paying too much for her auto insurance. Eddie came in the office just for us on Saturday to find the best deal and her cost went down about 30% as well! She felt comfortable because Eddie was very kind & patient and he also speaks Spanish.
