They were great. We were given a time window and they came within that time. We received a text with a photo of the technician before his arrival. There was a very stubborn stain on my loveseat that Ive been unable to get clean and they got it out. The furniture and carpets look wonderful. Will definitely use them again.
We had our bathroom grout steam cleaned, as well as carpet steamed and also an area rug. The man that came out was named Sal and he was wonderful! He was on time, very professional and did an absolutely beautiful job. We asked questions...he answered everything. Just a pleasure. We will be back again and ask for Sal. Way to go Stanley Steemer!!!
Very professional and reasonably priced. Not happy with the end results. I was hoping for a better result on my high traffic area. Carpet was not visibly cleaner then before it was done. Did remove a couple of recent spots though.
I had Darius at our place to clean the carpet from a boat that was more than 20 years old. He spent about an hour on it and made it look absolutely perfectly clean. We continue to be happy with Stanley steamers for our business and will continue to do so. With the performance we saw from Darius today, we will be requesting him in the future

Fantastic server so far fantastic results. The stains are all gone as far as i can tell and the old smell of cats and their little catcidents also appear to be gone so far. Even if it does come back i know it wont be nearly as bad as it was before.

Person performing work broke my gas line and my family had to evacuate our home. Cost me an additional 1000$ and 2 days without gas. Company stopped taking my calls when I tried to get some help from them. The guy who performed the work was in a big hurry to leave when I asked him what that smell was. (Gas). He responded that it was a normal smell from cleaning my ducts. Will never use again. Very lucky I didn’t sue

They were nice enough to really wait on me to get home from work and squeeze me in before Xmas eve. Service was quick and I was pleased with the carpet cleaner. I did notice kinda fouls smell after hopefully it goes away. The deodorizer he sprayed after cleaning disappeared quickly

Just received a carpet cleaning that was scheduled between 8am-1pm. My technician Tylor got here at 830am, took his time and did an excellent job removing pet stains and general cleaning. I was very appreciative of how well he explained things to me about what was going to be done and how he would go about it, as well as benefits of getting the carpet cleaned. Good knowledge! Tylor gave maximum effort, and was professional and friendly. I hope to get him again when I’ll more than likely need another cleaning. Thanks for the great cleaning!

Not being able to schedule an exact time is not ideal. Explained when I booked that I have a toddler that has to nap and has no where else to do it so if we can be one of the first appointments we would greatly appreciate it. That did not happen we were last. The tech was great explained things well. Unfortunately pet orders were only covered up by their deodorizer and came back once the carpet dried and no stains were removed.

Technician was by her self and I had to assist her by moving the furniture due to a weight restriction of 50lbs? I had to move the furniture so that she could get underneath each sectional piece. Also assisted in adjusting the hoses while the stairs was being done. No Styrofoam was placed under the legs of the furniture.

The technician was extremely professional and polite. He clean two rugs and a sectional. One of the rugs belong to my teen son and it was in pretty poor condition. I had poor expectations of recovery but he was here so I thought why not. The technician restore the rug to like new condition as well another rug. My sectional was also cleaned. Unfortunately it now has weird dark area near most corners of the cushions and arm rest. My best guess is the dirt was push to these areas while cleaning but not lifted/vacuum. I would definitely recommend for rug cleaning but would not recommend for upholstery.

I purchased a patio set with black and white cushions that had years of dirt hiding the design. The SS technician worked extra hard to restore the cushions and continued with cleaning 3 rooms of carpet. It was a great way to start the week!
I highly recommend Stanley Steemer. My carpet has been pretty much looking worn out. After the cleaning, my carpet looks brand new again. I caught a great discount too! Very professional and fast. I will be calling them again.
We used mop and glow on our lvp flooring. It created a waxy build up that trapped dirt and looked awful. Sal and his team came in and made our floors new again. Very grateful for his expertise and coming prepared with an orbital cleaner and the correct wax remover. Our floors look they were just installed. Kudos to them on their hard work and professionalism.

I have repeatedly used Stanley Steemer (prior to covid) and had wonderful results. As with the most things due to covid there prices skyrocketed. Even though the price was much higher for the same amount of work I chose to schedule a cleaning. The window of time used to be 2 hours, IT IS NOW FIVE HOURS. I again, chose to move forward with the appointment and tried to be understanding of the changes due to covid and staffing but requested my preference of having the work done in the morning, if possible. Not only was the request not accommodated I had to be left waiting with no communication as to where I am scheduled during the five hour window of time… THE END OF THE FIVE HOUR WINDOW I am greeted with a text from Stanley Steemer stating that there techs are behind and they will not get to me within the FIVE HOUR WINDOW but rather some unknown time after that. As a single, working parent there is little wiggle room for all of the accommodations I have to give any vendor due to covid. If you are going to charge outrageous prices, the least you can do is show up on time. Had I not spent the whole previous night clearing off surfaces and moving things just to have all the carpets done I would have cancelled in a heartbeat. I had planned on scheduling duct cleaning and tile cleaning with them as well so glad I held off making those arrangements. Will never use or recommend Stanley Steemer again.
My son had a tummy bug, vomit all over our staircase. Was able to get an appointment the next day. The cleaner who arrived was very kind and not grossed out at all. The stairs came out great. Thank you so much!
Service was great and very professional and informative. Only four stars because I would have preferred to have a notification that my service was confirmed. I received a response to my online appointment 3 weeks before the appointment but nothing to confirm that they were still coming out.

We are having a baby soon and wanted to make sure the baby’s carpet especially was clean. We had a dog who was house trained, but every now and then he would like to pee on the carpet in that room for some reason. Definitely wanted to get that clean before baby is crawling around.I looked into costs and was just looking but thought the price was really great and couldn’t pass up. All three bedrooms cleaned and deodorized for less than $200, and I was able to schedule the appointment for next day!Al and Joe got here in good time, were very courteous and professional, and got the job done quick and efficiently! I believe their names were Nate and Eric. They were fantastic. I was very happy to see foot covers first of all. And when I showed my concerns, they educated me on the spots and potential removal instead of blowing me off last the last carpet company did. They were very thorough and polite. Also able to hold good conversation and did not show the appearance of rushing, which was reassuring that they were doing a good job.

Andrew did an amazing job on my mother-in-laws rental. She had to move out suddenly and we had two pre-paid visits left to use. We were able to combine the visits and get the house duplex done. Andrew was timely and polite. We had to leave the premises because she recently had chemo and we couldn’t stay. He locked up when he was done and he left a nice note on the mailbox. Stanley Steemer (Earl and Dan (?)) cleaned our new house’s carpets. They were able to get most of the stains out and some pet odor, which was great!Both workers were professional and explained in detail what they were going to do. They completed the job a bit quickly, which made me question the quality, but upon inspection of the carpets after they left, they seemed to be done well.My only complaint was they charged me for an extra room on accident, which I then had to contact the manager a few times to get a refund. None the less, it was a good job!

Anthony was VERY thorough about the cleaning process, took his time and gave awesome tips on how to clean my furniture in the future and what products NOT to use that could potential damage the look and color. I am truly amazed at their level of customer service! They need more people in this world who care about what they do like Anthony and Michael Jackson, thanks guys! Technician Jalen Thomas was excellent! Jalen went above and beyond our expectations to ensure my wife and I were completely satisfied with his work. Our job was the first time Jalen cleaned hardwood floors. I was shocked and disappointed that Stanley Steemer would send Jalen on a job he had no experience in completing. Why was there no trainer to assist this young man? Entryway will require rework by a more experienced technician, but in no way is that a bad reflection on Jalen. Stanley Steemer should have conducted on-the-job training to ensure that the job was done correctly and thoroughly the first time!
My technician was very professional, friendly & efficient i have used this company 2 years in a row last year for carpet services & this year for our couches. I have been Very pleased both times. Our couches dried fast & were left looking & smelly Great !
The cleaners Joe and Shawn were very informative and offered me promotions that have existed for long period of time that I was never told about and I get my carpet cleaned frequently. The guys were professional and respectful of my property I will definitely be requesting these two gentleman again.

Chris did an excellent job cleaning my bedroom carpets and a sofa and chair. He was friendly and respectful at all times. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows. Other than the fact that I wish Stanley Steemer could tighten their all morning/all afternoon windows before the day of service, I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer.

Our service person Glenn was very neat and professional. He wore a mask the entire time. He looked at the carpet and explained ahead of time what he thought may not turn out well he went over problem areas multiple times. He asked me to inspect the work. I was very pleased with Glenn and the work that was done.

I thought the guy would help move some of the furniture, or at least offer to help because that is what the website says. I still smell a lot of dog pee, which I’m hoping will go away, but thought it would or should be better right away. The carpet is still pretty wet and I thought (because of the website again) they would put something down to put the furniture on until it dried. So now the rest of the house is full of those rooms furniture and we have to put it all back ourselves. I originally scheduled 3 rooms to be cleaned and 2 of those to get deodorized, but when he showed up said he was only deodorizing 1 room, so we paid extra for the second room. Overall pretty dissatisfied with the experience. I’ll just rent a machine from Home Depot next time for 1/8 the price.
Had 3 area rugs cleaned and tile cleaned with josh and Conner first, they did an excellent job! I had Conner and Arron come back today to put a color sealer on the grout of my tile. If looks amazing ! I am very happy with the time and care they took yo make it look exactly like I wanted it too ! Will use Stanley Steamer again!!

Wonderful job done by G. Hinton! He was on time extremely pleasant and made my old kitchen tile look so much better. He explained maintenance and how the dirt initially set in. I will definitely use the services again. Great Work!
Sean and Dakota did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing our grout. The floor looks great. It looks brand new. While they were here we asked them to look at our sofa, they cleaned that too, it looks great. We are so happy with the results we will definitely call them again.

Lonnie & Jonathan were great. Came to my house in the time frame expected. The office left me a message they were on their way. They came to my door and were well spoken, professional & knowledgeable. They told me about additional services, but were not pushy like people from other service companies. I asked if I could specifically ask for them if I wanted future services. They said I could, so I will be getting my wood floors cleaned after winter to get rid of the salt and dirt.

I do not have any complaints about the service man that came out to clean our carpet. He was very nice and professional. However, I will not use Stanley Steamer again nor would I recommend them to family or friends. When I did a walk through of my home right after the guy completed the job, everything looked great but after waiting 4 hours for the carpet to dry a bit I found that most of the mildly stained areas within the high traffic areas of our home look as though the cleaning had zero effect. I should also mention that I paid extra for Stanley Steamer to deodorize and sanatize my carpet... I had my carpet cleaned last year using Hagopian and there were no stains left behind and my carpet dried in way less time with no lingering smells whatsoever AND they were quicker and cheaper.
Joe W. came in on time and cleaned all the areas as I requested and went above and beyond! He was very thorough with the cleaning which gave my wife a peace of mind so happy wife happy life! Normally I do it but had a death in the family so I wasnt mentally prepared! Ill be using their services again and request Joe W!

2022-07-06Anthony just left, he was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. He did a good job. The carpet looks good and smells nice. I’m not at all impressed with the tile & grout cleaning. I’m going to have to get the bleach out and do that myself, so I’m sorry I paid for that. It’s not Anthony’s fault, I just think the company does not have an efficient way to clean grout. I would recommend Stanley Steemer for carpet only.

2021-11-11Very impressed with this company and the way they do business. Outstanding customer care! We had our ceramic tile cleaned and our grout colored and sealed. Anthony and Hannah were our techs and they made our floors look like newly laid tile. Absolutely beautiful. Anthony was a senior technician and a field supervisor. Hanna was training. Two wonderful people. Anthony’s attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer. We live in Macomb County.

He also helped me with a necklace I was trying to put on to go out. I asked, and he was kind enough to go above and beyond the assigned duty. I appreciated it. He is a very nice young man.

They were challenged with a carpet that I thought would never look nice again but to my surprise it looked absolutely wonderful by the time they were done. 2022-03-29I was given a 5 hour window (which I don’t understand. Why don’t they know their schedule better)for arrival and was told I would be given notice when they were on their way, assuming that would be at least ten minutes. I received notice when they were in my driveway. When they arrived they asked about an outside spigot for a water source. It’s still freezing outside. Water is not turned on. Fortunately they could use one of my inside sinks. Don’t know if that would be the case in all houses. Tech was very personable and got the job done well and efficiently.
