For the Cadillac store-These guys always make my order right, and the lady working the window when I went today (I think Tammy was her name) absolutely made my day. She was so nice, and I could just about see her big smile through her mask. Great time.
Very fast service. Line was pretty long in the drive thru and it took about 8 minutes to get our order. Good drinks! Order online wasnt working. Not a problem. Just kept the order i wanted from online, still in checkout and ordered what I wanted in drive thru. Sweet treats we ordered were cheese Danish and old fashioned glazed doughnut. The cheese Danish was warm and delicious! The doughnut was okay. Warmed up would have been better. Overall, good experience.
I don’t like to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but never have I experienced a Starbucks slower than this. Twice it’s taken me 20 minutes to go through the drive through, and then today I placed my online order 20 minutes ahead of time so that I could walk in and pick it up quickly. I have waited another 15 minutes after walking in. 35 minutes to get two drinks. I’ve been late to work 3 days now.
Long line that moved very slowly. Made us the wrong coffees. We took the. Anyway and they were delicious 😋
Staff was so sweet and reccomended the BEST drinks. We also got the lemon loaf and some cake pops. Overall 10/10 for customer service.
Love the Carmel latte (iced) sweet cream foam with soy milk.. what I like about sb is so many different types of milk that if you dont drink cows milk or allergic to it they have soy milk,coconut milk, and different types of milk so next time someone dont think they can have it because they think sb has only cows milk they dont ask when ordering what they have. Also sb also does sugar free stuff and low fat stuff .Unlike some places that serve coffee they dont have a lot of options but sb does.. Also they sell food .. And breakfast foods .. I highly recommend this place to anyone ..

Was friendly, fast. But my cold coffee was not stirred whatsoever so the first initial sip was awful.
Went in with my friend to get 2 drinks and no other costumers were in there. one employee in particular made the experience irritating. my drink sat there in the blender after it was done blending for about 2 minutes, while she was talking to other employees (who were off the clock) about non work related topics. my friends drink sat on the counter (finished) for another 2 minutes while she was still not paying attention. she then finally put a lid on it and gave it to her. turned a 5 minute visit into a 10 minute one.

I stopped in several times for the same drink while on vacation (grande mocha, coconut milk, no whip). Every time they got it correct and the taste was consistent every. single. time. I visit a lot of Starbucks and none of them ever come close to this level of consistency in drink taste and quality. (I remembered to write this review because Im drinking the exact same drink from another Starbucks and its too sweet to even finish which made me remember to do this review.)Not sure about all the bad reviews unless it is local people who are unhappy Starbucks is in town. Id be thrilled to have this location making my drink each day!Best wishes to the crew at Cadillac Starbucks!

Ive been through the drive through at this location multiple times. They have always made my drinks well. I have not had to wait long in the line. The employees have been professional.
Ok, so me and my boyfriend come in there quite regularly and get the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, the best part?...the chocolate peices (or java chips) on more than one occasion, (over 5, maybe they forget, or probably more accurately, pure laziness) we have gotten them without the java chips. And i can tell u from experience that it is definitely not the same, doesnt taste the same, and to be honest, not very good at all without them. Couldnt even drink mine. Anyway, so my boyfriend goes through the drive thru a half hr ago and when they hand him his drink, he realizes that it doesnt have java chips in it, and asks if he can get them added, and instead of apologizing and adding them, she argues with him that it doesnt change the flavor. WHAT?!? Make it right, do ur job and stop being lazy. We dont pay 6 bucks for a coffee, for it to be made wrong, and then argued with. Wish he had gotten the employees name to be honest. I have made it a point now, to ask when I order if theyre gonna have the java chips in my Frappuccino, and every single time, they sound confused and say if its made right, it will well, someone who works there, obviously doesnt know how to make them, as it happens to us ALL THE TIME. once, I could get over, but, multiple times?!? And if it wasnt for this employees rude behavior, I probably wouldnt even be writing this review. Management should probably have a word with said employee. He came through the drive thru around 430 today. Thank you. Rant over.
The service is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will explain the drinks if you dont know what you want. It is clean and well lit and the music is good. The drinks are very good. I was very pleased with my experience there

How can you ever go wrong with Starbucks? I especially like this location since it is close to home. The manager even called me by name and other employees make friendly conversation about the vehicle I drive or the mountain bike I have on the back, etc. Very personable.

So went to the Cadillac Starbucks and got there 4 minutes before they closed. They wouldn’t serve me because they said I wouldn’t get to the window until after they closed. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I think it was laziness. They also keep changing there hours. Poor store management.
Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile pickup and after waiting 15 minutes inside the location someone finally asked what we were waiting on. They had placed the mobile orders near the drive through window and not in the order ahead section of the counter! My coffee is no longer hot and we never got so much as an apology. Unimpressed.
The worst Starbucks you could ever visit. I’m from out of state visiting a friend and I’ve visited this store for five days straight hoping that one of the days they would get our order right. (I ordered the same drinks each time) THEY NEVER ONCE GOT THE DRINKS RIGHT! I had to send back the drinks each time and the attitude I got from the ladies working was absolutely terrible. No apologies, they tried telling me “that’s how the drink is made” im a former employee of Starbucks. I know the recipes. They also aren’t aware of allergies I’m guessing because I asked for coconut milk and they used nonfat. When I asked to have them fix it they put it back in the same cup. I only know this because it had the same sticker on it. Big no no. Please continue to buy local at Java or Bigby, at least until Starbucks can figure out what they are doing.
Ordered two very berry hibiscus lemonades unaware they had no berries... Got two clear (and berry-less) drinks and told, “it’s okay they’ll taste the same.”
I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. So I leave the drive thru no cream cheese in the bag with the bagel. Now I go into the store and they tell me they were out of cream cheese. Could you tell me this when I ordered it no, could they tell me this at the drive-through no . So instead I get a half toasted bagel no cream cheese and now has cold butter on it. Not very happy.

I’ve had better Starbucks, the prices are a little steep for being next to a McDonald’s and tbell, I paid $8 for a Vente Mocha Frapp today. It was watered down. The last time we went we just got two teavanas and waited 10 mins? Staff isn’t even all that nice. Overall it’s ok but I’ve had better.
Despite being a coffee lover and a Barista of nearly ten years it breaks my heart to say that this Starbucks location struggles. Ive been a customer numerous occasions and every other time I am in Ive had to ask to have my drink remade. Ive now simply taken to ordering cold brew nitro because it is simply a pour and lid deal. Went to order a London Fog today and had to come back because there was no milk or vanilla. Once reordering I waited for 20 minutes (other customers behind my sister and I being served first) to then have to ask for my order only to be told that hot tea orders dont get printed? Therefore I would have waited even longer for my drink to be made if I hadnt spoken up. Very disappointing will be thinking twice before I revisit anytime soon.
I have searched FB and google to find your hours of operation.. When i arrived at the cadillac location it is closed. Posted only on the building that hours of business had changed... Yet this change wasnt posted anywhere on your Google of FB.
Expensive coffee of average quality. Has issues with managing stock as many items are often unavailable. Friendly staff but there are much better coffee places in the area.

Originally from Cadillac but live in grand Rapids now, I order the same drink everytime and everytime I get my drink from this Starbucks in Cadillac it is wrong. I pay almost 5$ for a tall and its not a complicated drink. Pretty disappointed in this location.
Ive been to many Starbucks locations and have never had the issues Ive had at the Cadillac location. I cant count how many times I tried going there (I really love Starbucks). Not once did they make my drink correctly. Chai frappucino with 2 shots of espresso. Once they forgot the chai flavoring. Another time they forgot the espresso. Something was always wrong!
Been going awhile and got to know the workers and they are very nice. Some seem to have a little attitude. Been asking for extra strawberries and barely get any or there are none.
Everyone who works here is amazing and the food and drinks are delicious! The baristas are super friendly and helpful. Every beverage can be customized so its easy for anyone to find a drink that they really enjoy. You can also buy a wide assortment of coffee beans, reusable drink cups, mugs and even tasty snacks here. The building is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. The patio is a beautiful place to hang out during nice weather. Theres free Wi-Fi available inside and on the patio. I would recommend the Cadillac Starbucks to everyone!
This was the First lame experience I had at this location. My hot coffee was room temperature.

I know their just opening but slow as molasses and spent 20 mins and $12 for strawberry frap wasnt blended tried mixing the syrup in myself and it watery and no slush to it or the Java chip one I got tasted horrible and melted watery... Threw them away...

Unions in Starbucks make me cream!
Last Saturday I waited for twenty-five minutes on an iced coffee. Everyone who had come in behind me had already received their drinks by the time someone asked me what I was waiting on. Once I got my coffee it wasnt made correctly and I ended up giving it away to a co-worker. I wont be back.

2022-02-07Not busy when we stopped here, we did end up spending a lot, however. We all liked everything we purchased, we got sanwiches, cake pops and several different drinks. Staff were amazingly friendly, and if we ever return it will be because of them!

2021-11-22My wife and daughter went on Sunday at around 4pm. My daughter ordered a frufru drink and my wife was looking for just a hot black coffee. She looked at the 3 coffee containers that they normally get the hot coffee from and noticed the signs for what they were brewing that day were pikes place, the regular Christmas blend and Christmas blonde. My wife asked for the Christmas blend. The girl at the counter told her they weren’t brewing it. My wife told her the sign says they are. The girl asked what sign. When my wife pointed it out, the girl turned around and looked and said oh, no we never brew any of that. She also proceeded to tell my wife that they didn’t have any brewed and that she could do a pour over of pikes, a blonde or a dark. That was it. Couldn’t do a pour over of the Christmas blend. So my wife opted for the pikes place. Meanwhile, they heated up a pastry they bought, made my daughters special drink plus the drinks of people behind them in line before getting my wife’s simple hot coffee to her. Totally unacceptable. And why would you display coffee that you weren’t brewing and according to the girl at the counter, that you never brew? And why wouldn’t you sell cups of hot Christmas blend during this time of the year?

2020-07-20I was thrilled to hear they were putting a drive through Starbucks in Cadillac and they do not disappoint. I been there probably over 100 times and have never once had my order messed up, or any rude behavior. The staff is always very friendly and upbeat. Thanks for always doing a great job! I will continue stopping at least 3-4 times a week.

2021-05-09Used to love going here but now there hours have changed. I work at 630am so when they were opened at 6am I had my coffee every morning. There’s no coffee shops around Cadillac area that open at 6am on sundays. Just a suggestion go back to regular hours.
