I paid for a sample order. I hadn’t heard back from Joy after emailing her a couple times so I went to the shop to find out that she had lost her file with my logo on it, I resent it to her.. she said the sample would be ready soon. Again I hadn’t heard from her in about two weeks.. after a couple emails she sent me a text saying that I could come to the shop and get my order at 8pm. As I’m walking into the shop she was pressing my logo prints onto a pair of leggings and a crop top.. but I had ordered a sweat suit. (The purpose of having a sample is to see what your design will look like on the same product that you’ll be ordering in bulk) I told her my frustrations, she said that she understood and that my order would be ready soon. Again.. I hadn’t heard from her for a couple weeks, then the Covid19 shut down happened. I sent an email and called several times with no response. Finally when I could get a hold of someone they told me that Joy agreed to refund me, and to give her a call. I did and she told me that she never said that and that she doesn’t give refunds. I never received anything for my money, so I took a loss. No professionalism, I wasted time and gas going back and forth to communicate with them. I remained polite and professional even when expressing my frustrations. I had someone ordering with my business and I was counting on stashhouse to fulfill my order so that I could fulfill mine with my customer, but I ended up having to refund my customer. They had no cares for the loss that I had to take. I wouldn’t ever do business with them again.

Just recently placed a printing order for my basketball team and not only was it a fair and reasonable price it was done within days of my order!! I love to see the stash house grow and learn from all the endeavors it goes through rather huge success or huge failures they keep their head up and keep growing to become the best product it can be. SUPPORT Gods!!

Partnered with someone that went there and we’ve yet to receive our order. Wish I would’ve asked around because I heard similar things & they have a no refund policy even when they’re dead wrong.
