Comment: My family has used, Mr Tom Soupos, State Farm agent for close to 20 years. We started off with renter insurance, then our first car, to first home, second home and now onto our fourth home. This team always take great care of our family. They had the best customer service Ive had, especially they are always only an email away with immediate responses. I never had to worry if my coverage is enough because they always provide the best plan at a very reasonable cost. They also helped us making decision for our family when we purchased our home to figuring the best policies for us. When it comes to filing claims, their website makes everything so easy and simple. Theyre always super helpful, and I cant believe they have been helping us for almost 2 decades. The best team ever!

Their services have always exceeded our expectations. The ladies Samantha, Amanda, Mirna at the office always greet us with pleasant attitudes. They are quite eager to help and promptly solve issues or problems if any for us. Highly recommend if you are in search for a great insurance agent office.

Jonnie and Amanda are great and are always super helpful. They are always keeping me updated on my policies. I get great rates and wouldn go anywhere else. Thanks guys

Comment: We’ve had all of our insurance needs handled by Tom Soupos in Downey for over 30 years now. Anything we need related to insurance is handled professionally and expeditiously. We have priced them out a few times and their rates are competitive and in-line with other companies. For us the few bucks you might save going somewhere else is not worth it when you know you have a reliable and knowledgeable team on your side. That’s priceless.
