Recently, I downsized my units and to my surprise, everything was well maintained and intact. The facility is well-secured, properly maintained, and always ready to welcome new and existing tenants. The onsite management team is a plus point.The site manager, Kevin, is very professional, kind, and helpful. He always supports me with my lease-related requirements. Its always a concern on how a storage facility is managed and operated when we trust them to keep our personal belongings secure. However, rest assured that this site will always keep you informed with a courtesy call in case anything comes up regarding your stay at Stax up storage.

Comment: The view here is very wide. It is also very convenient for vehicles to enter and exit. All the warehouses are outdoors, with large rolling doors, which are very convenient to use. I have used the green door warehouse for a long time, but the price of the green door is constantly soaring. Here The price is very affordable. Kevin is very friendly. He introduced me how to use the code to open the gate. All the work was done very quickly. Also, I like Kevins manual WRX. I believe that people who drive manual transmission are very interesting.

Was shocked and amazed at mgmt lack of concern over building screws projecting into storage spaces inside buy a good 1/2-1. These could easily injure or seriously damage furniture etc put against walls. You would thing they could chop or break off exposed tips before inviting insurance claims! Mgmt was disappointing during Pandemic. Also raised prices before one year passed which wasnt good. I think their fees are too high.

Comment: Staff is very friendly and offer good customer service. I really like the fact that gate access is until 10PM everyday. Thats much later than most of the local competition. I was a little unhappy about one aspect of my experience so far. I rented my first storage unit about 4 weeks ago. I came back in the very next week to rent another of the very same size (10x20) when it became obvious I was going to need much more space for our belongings. The price I was quoted for the second unit of the same size was dramatically higher than the first unit and attempts to obtain the same pricing were futile. I understand market price fluctuation, but it had only been a week and the price had gone up in excess of 20%. Thats a pretty big increase. But again, staff is great and my overall experience has been good.

Comment: Its easy to get to the storage unit and there is lots of space to park and unload your things. Also the units have wide doors that open up so you can move big items easily in and out. Comment: We were in a bit of a bind from buying our boat, getting all required paperwork and dealing with our HOA on having boat in front of house. We had called SEVERAL storage places and they either didnt store boats, had a waiting list or didnt have a spot big enough. Our first call to Menifee Storage was beyond our expectations. They recommended coming to check out the spot to see if it met what we were looking for. After doing just that, my husband dealt with Katrina in the office and he came out with a smile on his face and said, we just found our place, what a great experience as well as a relief! Highly recommend for all your storage needs. VERY professional and the grounds are EXTREMELY well kept!

Comment: The manager, Katrina, who assisted me was awesome! Being a new customer, she made me feel welcomed and explained the fees and documents I was signing. She was easy going and took time to ensure my needs were met. She even gave me the opportunity to choose my own access code. Asked questions to see if I would qualify for a discount. I was VERY pleased with her service. The facility itself is small compare to my previous storage place, and the office is not open on Sundays. Also, the storage is not temperature controlled, and with triple digit degree weather during the summer, who knows if some of my furniture have already melted in the storage. The only lighting they have is around the office area but the aisles where the storage are, its very dark and need to use either flashlight or car headlights to load/unload. Im also concern if water gets in the storage units when its raining as the foundation is ground level.

Went in to get a storage unit, was told I would be getting a 5x10 that was outside so went ahead and bought the single lock and what not.. ended up getting two 5x5s that were inside. Went to ask the lady about why she had not told me this is what I was getting and asked her to provide a lock and she told me that I had to buy another lock since I have two separate storage units. One would assume that when you are told one thing, that would be the correct information but apparently it isnt. I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I use it ever again after I move.

Although we were there renting a space, she not only took care of all that was needed making sure that we understood the price, insurance information, how to access the gate, ect. ect. she also made sure that the space she reserved for us, was clean and ready for us to move into. And while she completed the transaction also helped the other customers that came in. All the while she answering the phone. Her multi-tasking seemed effortless, and was done very well. I know that I could not have been as nice or as patient and kind as she was taking care of everyone.For what ever reason people are moving, it is a tiring job, and people can be physically taxed, emotionally drained, cranky and very tired. So to have someone who is kind, helpful, and patient is extraordinary to say the least.In todays world there are many people out there who dont have or take the time to not only do there job well, but treat the customer well. She is an exception.I can say that she was very competent with everything she had to do. Everyone left there with what they needed done and happy that she had done her job.

She told me about the stora ge offer that was available, and made things very easy. The I returned in a few days to rent another one, and she pleased me with the one next to the one I rented, coincidently it came available a few days before. Since then I have had occasion to talk with her ans she seemed like she remembered me. I think she is a great asset to your business and should be recognized beyond just her salary. Comment: Had a large unit at Menifee Storage for over 2 years. DO NOT use auto payment with them. There is no way to repair billing mistakes, even though they were made by Menifee Storage.Over the last year they billed my debit card late 7 times, subsequently adding late fees to my card… Many conversations later, I was told I would receive credit for only 3 late charges… THEY made a mistake and I am paying for it? I pursued it, but was unable to talk with anyone who had the ability to fix the problem Menifee Storage created…DO NOT give them your credit card or debit card number!I will be changing storage areas SOON!!! Not a fun endeavor when you have a 4 bedroom house worth of furniture to deal with.
