Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks.

Excellent service and experience! This is my second time working with StatyDry on two different jobs (foundation repair and waterproofing). Robert/John are top notch guys who set us up with exactly what we needed to fix the issues...for good. The foreman, Geoff, was informative and his crew were fast, neat and polite.

Pretty subpar experience despite the good reviews from others.First got a quote to learn that what was quoted could not be done that way to receive an about 50 percent higher quote afterwards. Still stuck with them just to not have to restart the whole process of quoting and having people in my house.A job predicted to be 2-3 days long took over 7 days. The team came after 10am, mostly after 11am every day and left around 4pm. Some crew members worked hard while others just tried to do as little as possible.Crew members made inappropriate comments to family members.An outlet was not installed for the sump pump. Functionality was never tested and the crew just left.No clean up other than sweeping a little.Toilet was not put back in place and worst case is that the StayDry team uncovered Asbestos tile fromUnder a carpet and jackhammered into it, carried it through the house on clothes, and I am possibly left behind with a health hazard for my three kids. I have asked for a call back and no one has called me despite the sales persons promises that someone would be in touch. At this point I have to say that I can only recommend to stay as far away from StayDry as you can. I hope they fix the issues that they have caused.

The guys did an excellent job and kept me informed the whole time. Allowed me to cover water pipes in foam to protect form concrete. Everything was on schedule and they worked with me to cover questions I had. Would recommend.

Their website explicitly lists Dearborn as an are served, however, when I called I was told, Yeah we dont do work in Dearborn.
