Comment: We worked with Daniel and Yali in early 2023 to sell our Rockridge home and could not recommend them more highly. They are both very personable, listen well, and are great communicators. During the lead up to selling our house, they made very reasonable recommendations for updates and executed the updates wonderfully. With as little effort as possible on our end and at a price below what we could consider market for the updates, they transformed our house to be more beautiful than we could have imagined. They have an amazing sense of aesthetics, are very up to date with what is trendy with buyers, and did a great job with staging. Once the house was open, they did a great job advertising, including the billboard above the College Ave Zachary’s and really great photos/3D tour. They dealt with all the questions from buyers and other realtors, and were able to negotiate what we felt was the best price possible for the house, a price we were more than happy with. Since we have started looking at houses to buy, Daniel has been very helpful. Daniel Stea was our listing agent and we cant say enough great things about him.
