I have been a customer of Sterling Insurance for about three years. They have always been quick to help and resolve any issues i may have had. Not a big fan of their automated answering service though. Although it has been improved lately and was easier getting through.

I had a home and auto policies for 13 years and my premiums went up every single year year despite having never gotten a ticket, in an accident or made any claims. When I called to check on why the woman who answered the phone said Thats the best youre gonna get. Funny how on my own Im saving $1000 a year for the exact same coverage!!

Ive been trying to contact my adjuster for the last two weeks with no luck. Every time I call it rings and rings then goes to voicemail. Ive left multiple messages without any return call. I just called and was being connected to my adjuster and was hung up on. Very unprofessional!!! Once my issue is resolved with my car I will be changing insurance companies.

Sterling placed the wrong vehicle on storage insurance so my son was driving around for months without coverage. I gave the vin number to them and they still got it wrong. It seems at renewal time, they always increase and I need to police my policy to get the best rates.

Horribly frustrating service. I have been trying to speak with someone for over 5 months now, regarding a commercial policy we had with Sterling Group. It was supposed to have been cancelled on August 1st of 2019. We just now, on January 27th of 2020 received our refund check in the mail and it is almost $2,000 short. This agency is too big to take care of their clients efficiently. When I called today to set up an appointment to come in and speak with someone in person to sort out this error, I was transferred twice; once to another insurance agency that had no affiliation with Sterling and once to an in office agent who has yet to return my message.

My boyfriend got in a car accident TWO weeks ago with another driver with this insurance. We hasn’t heard anything or the lady “is busy” or “not there” Someone needs to contact him because we don’t know what is going on and if his car is totaled or not

They insure my home, car, boat, business and employee benefits Prices are always competitive and Ive been lucky enough to have the same agent for many years. Sterling does all the leg work when it comes to comparing carriers, which allows me to focus on more important things in life.
