I arrived sometime in late November after going to another State Farm location, one that happened to be closed, and this simple twist of fate allowed Rita to step in and take care of me.For twenty minutes, she went through my options while creating the ideal environment for me to open up - something I don’t do easily. And even when I wasn’t thrilled about the price, she worked to get me a deal I could afford and feel content with.But what really set Rita apart was what she did after I left her office. In short, she called and said that she had overlooked something in my profile that could enable an even better deal and lower payments. This five minute call was enough to leave me stunned at the savings. This is money I can use to buy more trivial items like, you know, food and gas and underwear.Sometimes you have an experience that is as close to flawless as you can get, and these can be powerful enough to reignite your verve. My faith in customer service and most business transactions has taken a major hit over time, yet Rita’s wonderful energy and effort was the reminder I needed that good, salt of the Earth people are still around. On previous calls to the office, Kim has supported my needs and handled whatever transactions very professionally.Recently Kim assisted me in obtaining a rental vehicle with Hertz, as I had damaged my car and lacked transportation. Hertz does not provide customer pickup on Saturdays and open only from 9am to 12 noon. I did not have available transportation and would wait until Monday. I was overwhelmed with kindness when Kim called me and offered to persoanlly take me to the Hertz Rental on Saturday morning. I humbly declined as I knew Saturday would not work out for me. They already had the car at the dealership, so they went ahead and fixed it. Comment: I have been with State Farm for 40+ years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Ive been through fire, flood, and the many minor accidents once has throughout life. Leslie has worked with me for many of those years. I truly cannot say enough about her. She is efficient, smart, always helpful (one never has to wait for answers or wonder if a call is coming back). She is kind. She has a great sense of humor. I never need to go anywhere else beyond Leslie to get the help I need.State Farm is competitive in price, stellar in service and most of all respectful of its clients. Weve had a few very tough moments, a full blown flood top to bottom in our house that put us out for over a month and involved extensive remodeling. Never was there a question about money or service or entitlement. Everything we needed we got. From the first moment we called until the final check was issued. We had an auto accident that was the other guys fault. He said so at the scene. He apologized and said hed take care of it through his company and then he denied it. State Farm never batted an eye. They took charge. It never affected our standing or out premiums. I cant say enough about the company, Mr. Sosnowski but mostly the face to face service we get with Leslie. Wed never go anywhere else.Roberts review: Leslie just helped me out recently on finding a way to cut back my premium. She spent almost an hour with me going over the entire premium and in the end was able to save me a sizeable amount. This is how the Sosnowski office operates. They respond to the needs of their client. My wife and I have been clients for 40+ years. My favorite memory of State Farm was coming for a claim on an electric blanket that caught fire. The claims agent was so shocked but indeed there was the big hole in the blanket where it had spontaneously started a fire. And yes I was in it when it happened. They were so wonderful to us with that one. And every claim we have ever had. Thank you State Farm. We will follow you anywhere.
