Comment: The past positive review I felt was forced, so im rewriting how i feel months after. They ask you to put a positive review while they are helping you, so you feel obligated to leave a good review. Theyre literally sitting in front of you as they wait for you to write the review. After after all is said and done and youve signed the papers, youre just a number to them. Once you walk out that door their customer service is no longer existent. I should have known better not to deal with these guys when their manager Mark came in the picture to reinforce their pricing. Not the friendliest guy. They only give you one key fob and you wont know when youll get the second. Called mark months after and all he does is keep telling lies and said sometimes it takes 8 months, then tries to send you to someone else that also doesnt have the answers. We eventually got the promised 2nd Key fob around 6 months later from another dealership when we went to get the truck serviced. They noticed that we havent got it and offered it to us without us even asking. Still havent heard from Mark or Stevens Creek Toyota or any follow up. Avoid these guys if possible, we should of went to Capitol Toyota where Ive been treated much better.

She is in teh used car division, but if she gives such comment to a customer actually she is disrespecting her own job. But today I felt nastiest when I visited 2nd time to the service area where I went first time because of the car perfume they keep. And the guy seeing me just said u shud not be coming here again n again. As if I have asked anything for free. He shud be out of job for such behaviour, its not his fathers house its a shop and he just works. There are hundreds of guys who are jobless, who know the value of job, and he is behaving so rudely to a customer who just went there to ask for a perfume name.My frnds had been saying Stevens creek sales people are nasty in behaviour now i can see.

Comment: I purchased a Grand Highlander 2 months agoThey never told me I will get only 1 fob (key), and only when they delivered the car they told me Toyota will send me the other one.I lost my key this week and couldnt use the expensive car for 2 days !!!I called them and asked for the second key and they pointed me to Toyota (as if that has nothing to do with them) and refused to discuss any compensation telling me some people wait 10 months !!!When they had no answers to my complaints they (a manager named Mike) hung up on me.I cant believe this is the way they treat customers who just spent tens of thousands of dollars with themIf you are planning to buy a Toyota go to a place that respects you and ask for a decent discount for not getting your keys

Comment: I am giving this dealership 4.5 stars! I would give them five stars; however, those are reserved for perfect transactions, which are few and far apart. This is the third vehicle weve purchased from them in the last 25 years. (Which says a lot right there). Weve had different salespeople each time, and all three times, weve had good experiences. This last time (March 24th, 2024), we worked with Cindy ONeal, and I walked away feeling like I made a new friend! We purchased a 2024 Tacoma Limited, which I LOVE! She went out of her way to find it for us as its a new model, and the Toyota manufacturer is trickling the allocations out. We were prepared to wait until May or June, but she found what we wanted and made it happen! Buying a new model has its issues, so be aware. Parts and accessories are behind and hard to get, as is the knowledge about the latest model, but all in all, I would go back to Stevens Creek Toyota before anywhere else when shopping for a vehicle! Check out Cindy if you are thinking about a new Tacoma. You wont regret it!

Comment: As I walked to the vehicle I was interested in, I was approached by Bruce at the Stevens Creek used car dealership and explained I was interested and wanted to trade in my vehicle. We went on a test drive and it ran great. It was within my price range and decided to move forward to purchase. I was escorted to the showroom and introduced to Edgar. Where we talked numbers and patiently waited for Perry. I was told he has over 10 years experience and is very knowledgeable in finding the right deal and bank combined. I was given a great price for my trade in even though I was upside down. But Perry was able to get me out of the VW and into the truck I was so very much interested in. I drove over to the showroom and met with Anil Francis in finance department. We shared similar interests in RC cars. We had great conversations about the Rc cars while signing all the appropriate documents. I am very happy with the service and dedication that I have received today and definitely will be referring customers to this dealership and hopefully be returning myself one day to trade up to the Tundra. This morning I called since I have not heard from any service advisor and apparently they have no record of my vehicle and they said they dont know if its even there, but would have the manager look around and give me call back. I then call AAA to confirm if vehicle was dropped off and they confirmed with address and location. 1 hour later I call back because I have not heard back from them and now Im told the service advisor is to busy and will call me back when he has time but they could still not tell me if the vehicle has been found or not and that I need to wait for the call back. the only reason I chose this service department is because the one near my home does not service Hydrogen vehicles. I never felt taken advantage of at all, nor did I ever feel like Rod was trying to upsell me on anything else other than what I wanted. He was professional throughout the entire process. The vehicle trim I wanted was not available on his lot, but he was able to procure it from another dealership and made it happen SAME DAY! Rod was fully transparent in the purchasing process the entire time. It was apparent that he works in a fast-paced environment and others needed his attention, however it did not feel like I was being ignored at all. He treated my dad, who was with me, with the utmost respect which is very important to me. He shared his personal experiences with the same vehicle I was purchasing and made relevant recommendations that was valuable to me. Rod even took the time to sit in the car and explain to me the new 2024 features of the vehicle and got my phone setup with the car. He explained to me how my new trucks part-time 4-wheel drive works and how to enable it when I need to switch between 2WD and 4WD.You need to ask for Rod by name and come to this dealership. Comment: We recently shopped for a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE at multiple Bay areas dealers and finally saw a RAV4 we liked at Stevens Creek Toyota. We did our research and knew what we wanted to pay, but limited supply of this vehicle made it difficult to bargain. But the sales person we worked with (John Mills, Fleet Manager) made a huge difference in buying the RAV4 even though the price we paid was not what we desired. The price we paid was reasonable for todays market. The process of buying from John and the interaction we had with trade-in estimator, GM (Ray Khandan) and Finance Manager in how they processed the paperwork was much simpler than I expected. John took the time to make sure that the vehicle was ready for delivery and took time to explain the features of the vehicle very clearly etc etc. The manner in which we were treated makes us want to come back here for another purchase. Kudos to John, Ray and the Stevens Creek Toyota team.

It was my first time buying a car, I was pressed for time and didn’t have much help navigating the world of buying a car, so buying the car at a huge markup falls on me at the end of the day. However, I still feel take me advantage of. It was an expensive lesson, but it still sucks. If I were to do it again, I would not come to this dealership.

But unfortunately the sales guys dont have any real ability to give you a good experience. Once they tell you about the car and take you on a test drive the finance or sales manager comes in to ‘close the deal’. The person we got here was an absolute piece of work. Went about telling me how I was stupid to cross shop any other car with a Toyota. Made fun of my current cars. And finally told me to make an offer on the car I wanted. When I asked for the MSRP price he pretty told me that I was foolish to walk and ask a car at MSRP. At this time I just got up and left. I feel bad for the initial ground sales guy (Pedro) who actually did a great job only for his useless team to screw up the deal.Needless to say I’ll never give this dealership my business ever and will encourage all of you to also avoid this dealer like the plague. They have a holier than thou attitude. Treat the customer like a piece of rag and the overall experience leaves you feeling extremely exhausted and frustrated.I understand the car market is now a sellers market but there are stand up dealerships who still respect the customer and work with them. Ex: Toyota Livermore. Try and find such dealerships who will work with you rather than Toyota Stevens Creek who want to fleece you.

The lady on the phone was very helpful with setting up a service appointment, and said 1.5 hours for routine car maintenance: tire rotation, checking filters. My car is an EV so it doesnt need oil changes.I showed up at 7 AM for my appointment. They were late to take the car in. When they finally started, the service rep said itll take 2 hours instead of 1.5 hours. I accepted anyway. 3 hours later and Im still waiting for my car. They checked your appointment and what Im here for. The receptionist directed me to one of the service lanes. I needed to wait in the line for my turn and waited around 10 mins in the car as I had two cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, one of the people came to the car and check stuff again such as the info, the appointment time, and the service Id like to have and Id made a reservation for. Then the person, Christian, explained stuff and gave me an ETA. You might think that its just a regular and common experience you can get anywhere but ever since Covid, I hardly find some good experience with any places, especially with car centers. Id like to recommend coming to this location if you own a Toyota. I dont have experience with the sales.

Since I relocated back to California, I had so many problems bringing my car into Toyota Dealerships in CA to get services done. I brought my car in on a Saturday morning. I was dealing with another advisor, who I quickly became frustrated. The advisor didn’t want to go through the process with Gulf State Warranty. Robin overheard the conversation. Robin stepped in to help. Robin is patient and extremely knowledgeable. He got on the phone immediately and figured out the claim process. Unfortunately, the claim division itself was closed on the weekend. Robin told me to bring back my car on Monday morning. I brought my car back on Monday at 7am. Comment: Never returning again. Long version: I got racially profiled and paired with a sales who can only speak Cantonese and broken English. After painful conversation in his broken English, another sales came and told me in a mocking way that if I can’t accept the up-charge, please leave. I ended up being a happy Jeep owner, and in a parallel universe, I might be still waiting for 4Runner inventory.

Comment: The maintenance Service is very slowly. Together with 6 other cars, I have been held up here for nearly 40 minutes now without anybody approaching for help. All staff members are just walking around and looks like doing nothing.UPDATE: Changing my stars to 4 from 1 because the management very promptly noticed my review right after posting it and very professionally addressed my situation by providing a small incentive at the end.

I had been to Toyota Steven’s Creek several times, and each time I had met with Kevin. I got a 2021 RAV4 XLE AWD delivered to me in a matter of days. John also let me test drive a car similar to the one I’m going to be having. That’s great service.Joseph Agutos, the paperwork man was very informative about what I should be expecting with my new car purchase. Comment: Update to the rental service for a safety recall #2: Trae had the same CHR cleaned and ready for me to exchange with Prius! This time the windshield was cleaned; the trash was removed; the footsteps and white smudges on the seats are removed; they put an air refreshener which helps to reduce a mild vomit smell it has. The location is about 1 hr round-trip away, so it was a hassle to go back and forth twice in a week especially because this week/weekends have been really hectic for me at work and at personal matters. So, because of the remaining mild vomit smell and the extra hour of round-trip that I had to make due to the rental services fault, I have to reserve one star, but I give 3 stars back for Traes quick response and remedy! Thank you, Trae!Update to the rental service for a safety recall: Trae, my relationship manager, came in to help; he had Adam deliver me a clean brand new Prius to rent today and will have the original dirty used CHR cleaned in the meantime for me to come pick it up over the weekend. To be updated when the weekend comes.Terrible when getting a rental for a safety recall in June 2020Was called in to exchange for a new rental car since my brand new car got safety recalls without a remedy. They gave me a car with literally trash (food plastic covers) under the front right seat in the car. When I pointed this out, the representative said nothing and just handed me the key. Arent they supposed to clean this all up? I am still shocked at the poor service and try to wrap my head around this.The interior has a lot of shoe prints all over the back of the front seats. White smudges are found here and there on the back seats, on the front seats, on the steering wheel, and on an inner side of a car door. There is a dent on the outside. There is a sticker residue on the front window.I did not expect Toyota service to be this terrible. How cant they clean up the trash and clean up the interior before they lend me the car? It is $100 that they charge if trash is found upon return. Is it not their job to remove the trash before lending it out then? Cleaning the interior is ever more important because of COVID19. I am very disappointed at Toyotas service. Cant find a right word to describe the amount of disappointment and sense of betrayal that I feel at Toyota and Stevens Creek Toyota.Excellent back in Jan 2019 when buying a carJohn Shamloo helped me get a new car with all the end-of-year rebate and discounts applied to match my other offer. I also got to test-drive two different versions of the same model. The whole process was smooth and was completed under 3 hours. Even when he had to leave early, he made sure I was in a good care of his colleagues. Overall, Im happy with my purchase.
