A very good place to use for storage. The manager Allie Jo Rose was very polite and helped with any needs I had. I recommend this place to anyone in looking for clean and helpful services.

Was looking all over town for storage units. All the local units are rude, pricy, and lie about fees. Allie was upfront about everything we’d be paying and was an excellent help.

I am in a difficult place with my life and i have never had nor wanted to have a storage unit. When I called Store-n-Lock i spoke directly to Ken (property Manager) he was pleasant enough on the phone and i felt comfortable to reserve it. Once i actually arrived - i felt even better. The unit was not what i was expecting; again, i have never had one. I am renting a 10 X 10. The guys i had helping me move started to unload while Ken and i did the paperwork. He assured me that he has had trucks bigger than mine fit in this unit. I was able to breathe a little once i left and i felt even safer with my stuff there because he didnt want a key and he lives on site.

I only rented a u-haul from here and the guy at the desk was happy to tell me that he “didn’t work for U-haul, and his property came first”. So I guess that’s great if you need storage but I wouldn’t rent a truck from them. He was very unhelpful. I was told things would be a certain way by U-haul. And when they weren’t I got zero corporation from this place.
Great place to put your stuff in storage. Competitive rates (currently a free month) and its secured with cameras and has onsite security. Well worth using. The manager is very nice and professional. Ignore the racist remarks. If you have an issue with the manager he tells you how it is no matter what race you are. Ive seen him helping other races and he shows no difference then talking to me. Please dont judge people because you might not like what he tells you. There are rules.

I was treated very well during my pack out from my former Naval station, I was worried about where to store my household goods. Met up with Manager Allie, who put my fears to rest and helped make my transfer a one to remember, will tell all my friends to use Store and Lock for their next move! Yeah for Allie and Store and Lock!

Stor-n-lock was an experience yesterday the young lady had me confused with another customer for over 10 minutes LOL LOL but she eventually got it together and then we had a good laugh about it then I could not get into the gate the gate would not open for over another 10 minutes LOL LOL very strange day at stor-n-lock yesterday Thursday 😏always friendly they are nice people out of all the storage places thaet Ive ever rented from this one here I do like the most

I lived across the street from them and always utilized the U-HAUL, but not the storage. They won me over w/ the first month free promotion, storage was just enough room, no hassle, the lady I worked w/ was so sweet and friendly, this place is great!
Id like to recognize Susan Henry from the Westland Stor-n-Loc. Ive been helping a friend and her elderly mother try to straighten out their account at Stor-n-Lock. The account was riddled with late payments, late fees, misc credits, etc. In total, the extra fees totaled more than $160. I asked that they work with us on the extra fees, and low and behold over the next few months the entire late charge amount will be zero!!! Thank you Susan!
Do appreciate the calls and they email stating that your storage rent is pass due but really when you go too far and send emails and phone calls four to five times a week as a reminder thats a little much

Ive been with this particular location for a little over 6 months now and have never encountered a problem. The young lady at the desk was very polite and accommodating every time I came in. I saved some money and have the comfort of knowing my belongings are secure.

Also U-Haul Facility and this review is in regards to that AND employee insensitivity-- Extremely DISSATISFIED - Did NOT truck with a full tank of gas, although it looked close enough to appear full upon initial inspection. But....after using this truck for just 23 miles total, it took 7 gallons of gas to fill it up. When I asked the Storage/U-Haul person if I could get reimbursed for the 4 or 5 gallons of gas I was originally shorted (5 x $2.25 = $11.25), he said that was just my bad luck AND since U-Haul doesnt reimburse them for such things, they cant reimburse me. This same person then threw in that this U-Haul stuff probably isnt worth it to them anyway as they really didnt make any money on it. Well they certainly do when they get guys like me to cover their missed fill-ups of gas. I will NOT use this location again (for trucks or storage) AND U-Haul will not see me again (or anyone I talk to) unless its as a last resort.

2022-08-11I had to come here due to uhaul not having any larger storages at first I was worried. But I’m sooo glad I ended up here. The storages were accessible and way nicer than uhaul. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely go here again if in need of a storage.

2021-09-28We recently moved to the area and needed extra space. As a military veteran, Allie went out of her way to make sure we where taken care of. She was very polite and professional. Will recommend this company to all veteran services in this area and others. If there were 10 stars she would get 10 stars.

2021-09-17My mother recently moved to the area and they have been nothing but courteous and helpful. A lot of storage places are rip off’s and overcharge, but this place is genuine and at a reasonable cost. A big thank you to the woman behind the desk (I believe her name was Ally). I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

2021-09-10Hands down the dirtiest, nastiest storage units. I mean really really nasty. I was shocked. I was prior military so I’ve used units from Michigan to California and have never seen unit so dirty. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want the things you’re storing to stay clean and free of debris.
