I received excellent customer service in the sense that I got an excellent rate the staff looked around for different sizes and pricing and specials for me, and then the maintenance man toured me at my request to every size storage that I want it to look at, and I was able to secure space that same day on a special.

Comment: I came in looking for prices on storage and met Shiela. I’m currently going through a hard time in life and she could not have been more welcoming and sympathetic. She listened to my issues (she probably hears this stuff from folks everyday) and took the time to go over every possible combination of needs I could think of. I left to get more prices from different places and ultimately didn’t need to store anything. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes on my phone and saw her helping a grown man take boxes to his car. If I ever need storage down the road, it’ll be with Shiela.

Those hours often cut my days short and forced me to make late starts. I did not appreciate a rent increase twice within a six-month period. That was bush league.

I feel like a dodged a bullet in not choosing Public Storage (later read reviews about multiple break ins of units). Comment: Very clean easy in/out with no stairs to climb or annoying maze-like labyrinth like with other storage facilities. The staff is friendly and I got a call the night I forgot to lock my unit so I went back the next day to lock it. Very nice being able to pull my car right up to the door leading to the unit which was just a few steps down a short hallway. My unit felt very dry and protected from the elements, and the driveway space is angled down slightly for drainage so no flooding risk.

Comment: After hearing so many horror stories about storage units, I was nervous about choosing the right one to stash my apartment full of stuff for a year. I had no reason to be worried! My stuff stayed clean, dry, no pest problems, and no weird smells! Very clean, secure, and well lit. Even though I had a second floor unit there were carts and an elevator for easy loading and unloading. Everyone who works here is sweet and helpful - Id store my items here again in a heartbeat!

I was at Public Storage in Emeryville b4 moving to Storage Pro Richmond and the difference is so clear I was treated so much better by the staff at Storage Pro. The facility is spotless and the staff very genuine and helpful I was there for about a year now I am somewhere else not as nice but easier for me to get to.Thanks to everyone at Storage Pro for the 2 years or so I was there.

I am very glad that I no longer have to worry about my stufffrom day to day. Every unit is armed with an alarm, and the video surveilance system is top notch, unlike many other places. Oxanna, the site Manager, as well as her entire staff,will always greet you with a smile and pleasent conversation. And you will always find a nice hot fresh cup of coffee and a fresh baked cookie if you like.The bottom line, in my eyes, this facility and and staff here are the Greatest. Once you check out the best, then you will quickly forget about the rest.I strongly recommend this facility
