I’ve used many other storage facilities before and this one is far and away the cleanest, easiest to access and most organized. Whenever I need anything or have a question the friendly staff is always happy to help. The manager, Carlos, who always greets me with a friendly hello, is especially helpful and answers any and all questions I have. He is very on top of things & happy to do what he can to make sure I’m happy with the facility and service. In addition I always receive a very prompt email when a package is delivered for me. Life is so busy so it’s nice to know I can rely on an organized & exceptional experience when it comes to my storage needs.

Talking with a rep over the phone, they helped me figure out what size unit to rent and explained everything in detail. I was able to pay and sign the lease all over the phone or online. When I went to the office to purchase a lock and find my unit, they were equally as helpful and showed me everything from the unit, how to ensure I lock the door, where to enter and park, etc.

Comment: Storage unit is clean, and I personally like how many times you have to enter your code to get into the units, it makes me feel safer. However, I was slightly upset that they offered me 50% the first month (valid for 5 months) when I first called to inquire about the unit, but then when I went to book they said it expired-- I had the text message still that showed when I received the 50% off promotion only 2 weeks ago. I only need the unit for 1 month, but they said they could honor it next month if I wanted to stay another month.

Comment: Years ago my my mom rented a storage unit from StorQuest. I helped her move her belongings in there and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The reason why my mother wanted to store her stuff there because it was brand new facility that had security cameras everywhere and it was climate controlled.Fast forward to today, I needed to rent a unit for my stuff and the first thought that came to my mind was StorQuest off of Skyline Dr. I went there and sure enough the staff hasnt changed. Nice, professional, easy going and friendly. They showed me available units and each size so I could get an idea of how big of a unit I needed. I was still needing to figure out a size and they gave me a 7 day hold on a unit so I can figure out how to store my furniture and items. Once I had everything in place, I sat down with the Store Manager Caitlin and she thoroughly went through the process and broke down each individual rules, fees and went over the contract. Just like when my mom went to rent a unit and how nice they treated her, they treated me the same way. Professional people, professional business and overall a great facility. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to rent for the first time.My only negative feedback I would give is, when StorQuest was following up on my appointment, they called from a call center rather than calling from the actual place itself. There was no hassel from them but I figured if it was from the place you wanted to rent from they would call you from their facility. Not a big deal but that was my only negative feedback. Otherwise Id give this place a 5 out 5 stars.

Comment: StorQuest Thousand Oaks rocks. The customer service is excellent, the storage units are reasonably priced, clean environment, climate is always dry cold, with elevator access and secure location. Securing a unit is a fast seamless process 10 min or less, payments accepted electronically, auto entry gate with secure access pad and misc needs are readily available (e.g. cylinder lock and storage insurance).

Comment: I have used storage units in the past, however, I really like this StorQuest Self Storage facility on Skyline Drive in Thousand Oaks. It is clean, quality controlled and Carlos and his team are friendly and efficient. I would recommend this facility for short term use as well as long term use of holiday storage.

Then shortly after that my own vehicle decided not to start, again ...the team at StorQuest came to my rescue, Ive had many storage units ( General Contractor ) depending on the area my job is at....and have not seen such dedication to smoothing out a rough day. Comment: The Thousand Oaks StorQuest team is fantastic! Jeffery and Dahlia are always ready to help me with whatever I need. I have packages come on a regular basis and they always call to notify me of their arrival immediately. If I ever need packing tape or extra boxes I can hit the office and buy what I need on the spot so there is no need to go elsewhere. When I needed to move to a larger unit Jeffery made it as easy as it could be for a smooth transition.
