Comment: I absolutely love this Storage Company, I was with them in the past and came back after 6 years.Their staff (Natalie) is Amazing !!!She really took her time with me, with helping me figure out what kind of space I needed, unsure she even took me to see two units to get a better view and actually see which would suit me best, still unsure she said they could accommodate me if I did need the bigger unit. Comment: My Mother in law has her furniture here and she is very particular about her things. So that alone is a good sign.. she actually trust for her vintage Funiture to stay here..mind u I have huge garage she can use.. But she refuses and speaks highly of storage Ect.. I came to make a payment for her and was greeted by one of the nicest woman ever.. She is the site manager her name is Nadine I believe.. She knew my mother n law by name and spoke highly of her.. I loved that she knew her customers.. By 1st name.. The site was very clean and the water was good and cold! My mother in law is older and not so internet savvy.. So i had to make a review for her and me. If anyone needs a place for storage I will most defiantly send them to Storange Ect! Keep up the great Works Guys!!

Not only did she stay open after hours to work with our schedule, but her and her husband created more space when our 5th wheel trailer wouldnt quite fit in the space that she had reserved for us. Then she helped us to arrange payment online making it convenient for us. Great service and great prices! We were lucky to find Nadine at Storage Etc.

Pomona to anyone looking for a Safe Secure & Clean Facility to rent from.Nadine was more than helpful when finding the right size & priced storage unit for me. She is very friendly & accommodating, & made my rather stressful moving circumstance much smoother! And my first months rent was only 1$!!She didnt have to but she even provided me with a passcode for the gate that was super easy for me to remember, not just a random one like I usually get! Little things like this make a huge difference.One time I was late on my payment, and she gave me a call and let me know, so I could avoid being charged a late fee! She went out of her way to warn me about this and saved me the money! I know I wouldnt have gotten that type of service at just any locationShes excellent.I have rented a storage here for over a year now and couldnt be happier!

Especially, the manager on site, Nadine is very friendly and helpful in assisting me to understand the new policy under new management and give me advise to utilize space effectively. I found Storage Etc. online and was impressed by 5 star rating all of the wonderful reviews for the manager, Nadine. I decided to drive out & see for myself. Nadine definitely lived up to every excellent review. She gave me a tour of the facility, which was extremely clean and well maintained, and showed the storage units (multiple sizes available). While the facility was a little farther from my home than I wanted, Nadine made it well worth the trip. She truly knows what customer service is all about.

Comment: I live locally in Claremont and have always needed a storage from time to time for various reasons and I have always returned to Storage Ect. formally known as American Mini Storage. All of the storage units are on ground level which makes it easily accessible. The staff has changed from over the years and have always been super nice but Nadine is by far my favorite. She took a payment from me at the Starter Bros Supermarket :) now that’s superior customer service!

Comment: Never had any problem. When I applied for a space I could get it immediately, over the phone. Didnt even have to go! And the space was clean. I can even set up autopay so I cannot forget to pay rent. The lock I bought there was cheaper than Home Depot which was a surprise.
