Comment: I saw a quote online and decided to reserve a space. I called to let them know I was driving an hour to get there. I didnt know it at the time, but I was speaking with a call center. When I arrived, the office was closed. I was able to speak to the district manager Nicole. She was SO accommodating and sent Genevieve over to help me. Both of these ladies gave me the best customer service I could have asked for. Moving is really hard and frankly sucks sometimes but when people like Nicole and Genevieve are there to help you in your transition, it makes the process more barrable. Nicole and Genevieve, thank you SO SO much!

Comment: I purchased this facility in Stockton about 2 days ago. Star was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unsure of my needs I said I wanted to purchase a 10x10 and I was in a hurry. She said ok, I provided a copy of my homeowners insurance and she recommended I see the 10x10. I was so appreciative she had me check first because I would not have enough room if I did, I went with the 9x15. It was enough for all our boxes and bikes. The facility is the cleanest that I’ve seen and has no odor. My facility is inside, and there is always a dolly available for use! Another perk is that there is stag on site 24/7!! I’m glad there is a clean, safe storage facility to assist us during our move.

Nice greeting as I walked in, (Ophelia) helped me out showed me the space to make sure it fit my needs for my things.The other young lady (Omari) helped me to finish up the paper work went through policy and signed.I was very impressed how the two young ladys work as a team and they get the job done.I would recommend this storage unit to all and they even offer climate control storage spaces if that fits your needs. Comment: Their call center and managers respond very quickly, and keep on top of notifying you when you have a reservation.I think it’s great that they provide an assortment of trolleys around the storage buildings, although I sometimes wish there was one more of the large cart.The storage options are reasonably priced compared to most other storage facilities.I especially like that they are putting some of their proceeds towards replanting forest that has burned down.

The only thing maybe negative i can say is pricing. They could atleast lower it cause maintaining and cost of business is minimal and they save alot on labor and other cost other than that i give stor quest 2 👍🏽 5 ⭐️’s and A1 in my book!!! You wont regret it!!!

Comment: I’m not sure how to start this but let’s just say this place made our day. Anthony had the best customer service a gal can ask for. They close at 6p, I got theirs at 5:55p, at first he advise us they were closed and we understood. As we walked away, Anthony made our day and decided to serve us, it was a breath of fresh air especially when we was having a rough day. He open the door and went through everything with us without sounding rush, because he was technically off at 6p. He did not have to do it, and we were so thrilled that he did. I will always refer this place to everyone I know. Anthony took a load off of our shoulders and we are so grateful for him and his great customer service. Thank you so much Anthony, and thank you to the person who hired him you made a great choice.

You get your movers to do all that work and they could possibly double your rent? Agent couldnt say anything about the price theyd charge after 3 months. Absurd!!
