Top notch customer service. Property Manager Stefannie was very helpful, kind, and patient. Would recommend theirs storage facility to anyone. The units are clean, and the entire facility is well lit.

On Saturday, June 26, 2021, the manager Stephanie helped me with renting a unit and shes been the ONLY person Ive seen and has spoken to each and EVERY single time. I closed my account and cleared out the unit I rented on Saturday July 24th (2 days before I was going to possibly be charged for another month). On July 28th my card was charged $91 after I had my account closed and the unit completely cleared out. Since that day I have called NUMEROUS times for almost 2 months now. Each time I called, Stephanie was the person I talked to, seeing how when she answers, she says her name. Shes told me the few times that I have called, that shes going send an email to the Regional Manager named Carrie and that Carrie will be the one investigating the charge. Fast forward to TODAY, September 15, 2021, I call and Stephanie answers the phone. I again reiterate the whole situation and its as if shes never heard anything about it. She tells me that she doesnt see any notes regarding the situation and that I probably spoke to a person named Cam, who as she quotes is a man who unfortunately sounds like a woman and that she was not the person who I have been speaking to about said situation. She then tells me that Cam no longer works there and starts fast talking and cutting me off when asking for Carries contact info, because there is no reason for me to call back and speak to her personally. Overall Stephanie is rude and acted like any person that is/was being caught in a lie.

I called upon U-Haul because I needed to transport a deep freezer that would not fit in my car. I chose this particular location because it was close to my home. I booked the truck online, everything was smooth. I arrived at the location a little bit before they closed. I ended up having an issue with my order, and needed to call customer support for assistance. Instead of leaving for the night, the manager stayed and made sure my issue was taken care of before he left. Great service, I would highly recommend.
Me and my girl rented a Uhaul from here because we kept getting the run around at another location. Not only did the young lady help find us the right truck she worked with us to make sure that knew how to return it and not get overcharged for an after hour drop off.it made our day!
Rude and unprofessional. My girlfriend had rented a Uhaul from them at the time slot of 5:30. We arrived at the uhaul building to grab key for uhaul at around 5:20, only to find that the door to the main office is locked with a note on the door saying Sorry, we stepped out for a moment. 10 minutes go by. No one has arrived, meanwhile my girlfriend is calling whoever sets up the rentals and the person isnt answering. At around 5:40 (20 minutes after weve pulled up and 10 minutes after were already supposed to have our Uhaul) after numerous attempts of my girlfriend calling and no one answering, I decide to call myself and lo and behold... someone answers, like they had been looking at the previous number and avoiding it. The woman on the other end was extremely rude, didnt apologize for making us wait, she made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Its now 5:45 and shes just told us shes at Home Depot and will be there in 5-10 minutes. She didnt pull up until 6:02. Keep in mind, we were supposed to be outta there at 5:30. We waited for 40 minutes for some bitter chick having a bad day apparently. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere, where theyll appreciate you as a customer, specially in times like these. Also, To the chick that answered the phone, I hope you see this... you cant be ugly on the outside AND the inside... choose one!
Before purchasing boxes at this location I toured several storage locations in the area and found this to be the most organized and clean of them all.I am so glad to have found this location, I really enjoy the location, the manager and cleanliness of the facility.I would recommend this location to anyone.
Extremely happy with the whole experience. The manager is very nice and helpful. Give us a great rate for a 10x20. The place is safe and secure and the best part is, you can access 24x7. I found no issues inside the storage area and its well maintained. It has no doubt the best low rate compare to other places I have used before in Canton and would highly recommend it
This place is great. My dad used this place years ago to store my grandparents things. The customer service then was great. I needed to store some of my stuff and remembered this place. The customer service is still great. I believe her name is Stephanie.
We store our 26 camper at StorRoom. The location is great for us. Recently, the storage for trailers and boats was organized. Now, we each have a spot and no one else can use it. Its convenient and easy to pull our camper right into our spot. We appreciate this updating. The fee is very competitive, and the whole facility is clean and freshly painted. It looks great. Thank you, StorRoom, for making the process of storing a camper so easy.

The staff has been helpful and friendly from the time I first signed up and every time I have had a question there after. The grounds are always clean and the storage units are kept up nicely, with new roofs and fresh paint.The prices are competitive and I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family.
I rented a truck from the Storroom a week ago on. Friday at 5:00 and returned it at 2:00 pm the next day.They charged me for two days of rental, mileage and insurance!!!This is horrible customer service. You have lost my business and anyone I know. I was a loyal customer to you guys in the past. I’m not sure what changed around there but whatever it is, it’s not good.I will be contacting U-Haul directly as well.
I am very pleased with this facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The prices are very competitive and were the best I could find for the area. The office has packing supplies available at a reasonable cost and the facility also has U-Haul trucks available. I recommend them to all for safe, secure storage.
The staff at The StorRoom Self Storage have been friendly and professional. It has been less than a year since moving my personal things there, but, I have nothing bad to say about them. My home is just too small to keep many sentimental items I cannot part with. Many are my childrens baby items that I want them to have when they are fully grown. I know all my belongings are safe and will maintain excellent condition at the StorRoom Self Storage. I am very pleased with my unit and with the customer service! Very happy customer!

I am very pleased with the quick service and facilities at the Stor Room! After 3 other places were unable to accommodate me, I called and he was able to get me a unit right then. The site is safe and monitored, plus easy in and easy out.
Be very careful at this place. The price they quote you IS NOT your final monthly price. They require high cost insurance! No option! When I informed them I had insurance through my home owners, their comment was Its required and without it I am free to go elsewhere I went elsewhere and for much cheaper
I love how this property sits back off the road. Its private. I feel like my belongings are safe and secure here. There are cameras as well through out the property. The man behind the front desk is very friendly and funny. Great customer service. Thank you!
I have been renting storage at The StorRoom for about a year, and the staff is just AWESOME! They are always helpful and my experience is positive each and every time I go there. Customer Service is what I do and I appreciate when I go somewhere and am treated the way that I train my staff!!!
I am so glad I found the StorRoom to rent a unit. The manager is so, so helpful. I had a POD being delivered to transfer stuff from and he was there to help handle the logistics of where to put it/etc. so it would be close to my unit. He answered every question I had, which is more for the other places I contacted. Sign up deal that got me half off my first months rent. No contracts so when I got lucky and got an apartment sooner than expected it was no big deal at all. I rented my UHAUL through there as well and the process was simple and painless. If I ever need storage again, Id go out of my way to go there.

Went in to check price for a storage unit. While inquiring the receptionist was so pleasant and was able to answer all my concerns I decided right on the spot to rent a unit.

I had my thing in for over 8 years. They left the unit door open next to mine and racoon got into my unit and destroyed everything while waiting to find out they dont pay for the insurance which didnt pay because there is a Claus that they dont pay out on animals but while waiting I still needed to pay the rent and insurance also they cut the lock charged so much to to get the racoon poop out and pay to take all my things to the dump they charges me over 800.00 it is the worst place the Manger changes every month because it is the worst place

2022-03-27Great experience, I had gotten appliances and not ready to use them, so I was last minute looking for a storage area that was month to month without the high price. I found it, very friendly person named Stephannie helped me, wasn’t sure what size I needed so she took the time to show me a few sizes and I unloaded and I was off. Will recommend to everyone.

2022-05-06I had to find another storage unit for my car. They increased there price at least 3 times in the 1.5 yrs Ive been there. I found a better place at a more reasonable price.

2017-11-21This is a conveniently located storage company. Highway I-275 is just around the corner and US-12 is down the block! The service is first rate. Management and staff are both engaged. They also rent U-Haul trucks. My favorite part about this location is that they normally have the truck or equipment on hand that I am looking for. If not, they make quick time getting them for me. Their prices are reasonable and business is conducted quickly and efficiently. There are plenty of units of various sizes available at this location. They have tight security and keep an eye on your things.

2021-11-20Stephanie was super helpful today!I reserved a 10x30 unit last weekend for two cars. When I arrived today to store them for the Winter, we found that someone had stashed some scaffolding and painting supplies in our space. So while we grabbed breakfast nearby, Stephanie hauled the stuff out with her own car and readied our space for us. She even waived the admin fee for our trouble. Great customer service!

2021-11-20I own Motor City Movers and I store for customers all the time. I always find this storage to be professional and clean. Great security and accommodation is excellent. Stephanie is great and always does an excellent job helping me. I highly recommend this storage facility.
