Comment: We have been researching junk removal all week. My husband stumbled upon Strong Sons Junk Removal after I had contacted another junk removal company and said let’s give them a call. I called them at 7:00pm on a weekday thinking I would just leave a message. Jeff picked up the phone! I sent him a picture and he gave me an estimate right away. The other company tried charging us more money and we had to load the trailer ourselves. We did not have to lift a finger! Strong Sons Junk Removal came in and got rid of everything so quickly! In the past we have used another hauler, (no complaints) but this time I was prompted to use Strong Sons Junk Removal after I saw a post on one of the community Facebook pages where a single Mom had asked for help in moving after all her connections canceled on her. Strong Sons Junk Removal immediately replied that they were available to help and took it one step further in offering their services for free! I love community helping community and I knew I wanted to try them out once we had another load ready to go. I sent Strong Sons a message and a picture of what we wanted hauled away. They responded right away and just happened to have a same day pick up available. They showed up on time (even earlier then expected, after confirming it was ok they were running ahead of time) and was quickly able to get all our stuff. I came across their business on IG from a friend and started following them just in case....and then it came that time. I went on their website to request a estimate/quote and Jeff called within minutes. Quick response time. I told him I wanted to remove old furniture because I have new ones on the way, he asked what kind/type of furniture. I told him I had a sectional couch, coffee table, ottoman and dining table with 6 chairs and extender attachments and he provided me a affordable quote. I sat on it for an hour and called him back and we set up a pick up time. The day of pick up he called me to tell me he had an opening a littler earlier than discussed, which worked out perfectly. Jeff and the guys arrived within the given time frame and picked up and loaded everything so quickly. Between the 3 of them, they got it done in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate Jeffs quick response to my inquiry and the communication the day of pick up. Comment: About to renovate and wanted to make space and get rid of years of accumulated stuff. They quoted by pictures which I thought they would get here and ask for more money but they didn’t. So happy. Had a quote from a big chain company and they were asking more $$$ for less hauling. So didn’t go with them. Then had an appointment with another company but they didn’t show up. So checking out 2 companies and still didn’t get rid of anything got me thinking why is this task so challenging. Gave it another try and called Strong Sons and happy to say we are clear. Besides clearing the debris around my back yard, they helped me lift back a super heavy trailer which had fallen during one of Vacavilles wind events.
