From start to finish, our experience with Suburban Honda was excellent. Our sales rep Mike was helpful and kept us informed along the way making the entire experience smooth and easy. Mike in Finance was knowledgable and friendly. All around, we are very satisfied with our experience at Suburban Honda and would highly recommend them.
Ive been taking my Pilot here since I bought it (at a diff dealership). Every experience has been outstanding. Rates are competitive. No sales pressure. Service Advisors are knowledgeable and helpful. Free To/From rides are available now and makes dropping off the vehicle much easier.
I have nothing but great things to say! Joey D. is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond to make a deal happen when I needed it most, not once but twice! This is the best service Ive ever experienced. Ive owned vehicles that were considerably more expensive (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, etc.) and refined as compared to my 2022 Accord Hybrid and never been treated with more timely professionalism and respect: Especially from Evan, my Service Advisor. Just wonderful. I am completely blown away.7/27/22 - Routine oil change/rotation and TPMS reset. As usual Evan and the staff were fantastic. The service was timely and excellent. What a pleasure it is dealing with this dealership
My appointment time in the last minute had to be changed. Despite that Service was prompt and all personnel were very professional.I have been going there for over 10 yrs and the service i have received has been exceptional.Patrick Wilson the service personnel was very efficient and had me in out in no time.
Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation (A1 service) and Bob and the service crew at Suburban Honda were awesome! Bob took the time to explain my options, but also was very timely and made it simple! Will be coming back to make sure my Pilot is taken care of!
Jesse is always very helpful! He is always very clear and makes sure to answer all of our questions and addresses all of our needs. He goes above and beyond and is very professional! Scheduled my visit for service on-line, very quick the night before, they were ready for me when I arrived, I worked from the dealership for about 90 minutes and my car was ready for me very quickly.Perfect visit if you ask me and I could go back home and continue with the rest of my day. Thanks !
We bought a new Honda CRV from Suburban Honda back in November of 2018. Our sales associate was John Butler who did a great job from start of the sale to delivery of the vehicle. We have had our Honda serviced at Suburban Honda ever since only needing oil changes along with a a computer update in the radio. We only have driven the vehicle 14,000 miles since. Last week we noticed an issue with the AC unit. We took the vehicle to Suburban and our Service Associate was Evan Granroth. We explained the problem and had no idea why such a newer vehicle with very low miles and the AC unit hardly used would have an issue. I get it...things happen however this was unusual. We knew it would be a very expensive repair since our car was just out of the factory warranty. Evan understood our issue with the problem and immediately took control of the situation. He got our car right into service and we found out there was costly Freon leak in a hose. Evan told me he would look into the problem with his service manager Dan Bembas. Well good people usually to good things to others! We got the call from Evan that our vehicle was fixed and free of charge except the usual $100 deductible. Wow...they did not have to do this. After talking to Evan and Dan both they told me in a case like ours what would they want to happen to them if it was their vehicle. The answer is exactly what they did for us! We are very thankful for choosing Suburban Honda. They do care about their customers during the sale and most importantly after. Great work out Evan and Dan along with the Suburban team! Mostly had decent experiences with this dealer before. I bought my CR-V new from them and had all of its service and repairs done with them. I came in to get an appraisal to sell my CR-V back to the dealer and spoke with Samir Reda. He was mostly friendly but full of used car dealer excuses. The car needs new tires when the tires are almost new Michelins. He was just throwing statements at the wall to see what would stick and it was obvious that he came back with an offer without even looking at my vehicle. So it was just a waste of time. Two stars because it was a quicker waste of time than usual.UPDATE: Original offer for my car was $24,000. After leaving the review, I got a call from the manager offering $25,000. I had already gone to another Honda dealer and got a $25,500 offer over the phone (sent pictures via text, etc) and there were no surprises or back-and-forth when getting there. Sold the car to the other Honda dealer without any issues. This is the sort of experience I would have expected.
Service advisors lied to me. Is it really that hard to be honest and own up to your mistake? A nice I appologize for my mistake would have been sufficientThe beginning of the service was pleasant. At the end, not happy being lied to less than 1 hour later. Is your memory really that bad?
I highly recommend Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills. This is the 3rd Honda we have leased from Samir, our Consultant, and the 4th from Suburban. We will go no where else. Samir is professional, knowledgeable and works hard to find you the vehicle you want - not an easy task in this current supply and demand environment. Equally important is that Samir does not pressure you or play games when it comes to pricing. Some dealerships were quoting pricing $150-$200 or more per month for the same vehicle. Mike, the Financial Services Manager, was no pressure, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It is obvious he takes great pride in working for Suburban and in Honda.

Again; it is a clean and orderly facility, well organized and represented. The staff is well groomed, professional, courteous and helpful. I have made it my Honda dealer of preference.The next oil and filter change was to another Honda I own...They got me in first without delay and the work was done quickly, as usual. In this different time that we have now because if Covid-19 there are alternative ways of seeking out a car when you need one.... These past couple of weeks have been just that! I never thought I would be looking for a vehicle via the internet but thats how things came to be.I had made my first request for some information from two other dealerships. Both went unresponded to, yet I still continued to seek out information because we needed a car. (We had a lease of a 2017 Silverado which they kept on wanting back and gladly took back and we did not have to make the remaining payments on it) I made a phone call only to find out that the vehicles that I had inquired about were all sold and the online listing was not updated. Last night, (while trying to fall asleep) once again I went on the search for a car what a odd thing to do while youre lying in bed I thought to myself. Little would I know that I got a text message this morning from Erin McNeal at 9:08...(I messaged my husband and said now THATS how this is supposed to happen!!). I messaged her back to say I was on my way into a PT appointment but I wanted to call to make sure I at least acknowledged the message and appreciated it. I got a follow up call about 90 minutes later, but missed it and then called back and got to speak to Joey Demilio... he suggested I come in as others were going to be coming at 5:30 to look. ( I knew already, this wasnt a lie as my car was bought back early and every car is just being swiped up FAAAST. )I decided to come in today 9/15/20 to see the vehicle and immediately fell in love- I took it for a test ride and came back and said WHATS THE NEXT STEP?? Joey said you want to buy it, you are sure?.....( I hadnt been in the car more than 10 minutes)....I hadnt planned on even looking in person - let alone buying today - but replied yes, yes, I am sure . Joey was quick, nice, courteous and we had a FUNNY incident where his St.Joesph statue fell and broke its head right off ..( I thought of Dear God, is this a bad omen) then watched as he dribbled super glue on there and ALMOST glued his finger to the little statue. Thank goodness St. Joseph was fixed and what a blessing it was to have Joey as my salesmen ( my Dads name is Joseph and goes by Joey, so this was all meant to be) ... Finally, I get to meet Jeremiah- hes THEE finance man... Gone are the pressure days of feeling the need to buy all the packages once you stepped into that kind of office...... theyve BRILLIANTLY made a tabletop computer that you can clearly see and sign everything and watch videos as to WHY you might need certain things and truly was a really nice experience! . He was patient and not irritated with me when I had to call my hubby for clarifying that we wanted. Suburban Honda is AMAZING and well worth taking the TIME to spend in a place to invest in a vechile.I have to give kudos to a gentleman who greeted me when I walked in, I asked him where I could find Joey.. he walked all the way down to the other end of the building and said hes not in this dept but in the service department. He guided me over to the front desk.. where they paged Joey...Like I said.. I hear commercials for places all the time.. cant say no have heard one for THIS PLACE... but its about service, its about how your treated... To me THATS WHAT MATTERS
We had a GREAT experience at Suburban Honda. My wife took an appointment to see a car. Nothing much was planned. Honestly, I just went to check the prices. We went to the dealer. Anthony at the dealership is the best sales representative. He understood our requirements. Gave us THE best deal, we cant decline. He made sure we got everything we were eligible for. And in couple of hours we were in our brand new 2020 Honda Civic Sport. Wow!! Alex, who we believe is in Business Marketing is an expert in his domain. (After driving 108 miles) I stopped in on Tuesday to look at a 2012 Honda Odyssey. I was disappointed that the description neglected to mention that it had been sideswiped and had damage across the door, rear fender, and back panel.The salesman was friendly-ish, but extremely pushy. The van was exactly what I was searching for, but I was obviously hesitant over the unexpected damage.The salesman asked if he could appraise my vehicle, a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. He came back and told me it was essentially worthless, around $100 to them, but obviously he couldnt offer that to me and asked me how much I was realistically expecting to get out of it. I had previously done the instant cash offer and was quoted closer to $1800, so $100 was a slap in the face.I started feeling very uncomfortable with him, and told him I wasnt ready to make the decision regarding that specific van. I did tell him I had cash on hand and WAS ready to purchase a Honda Odyssey that day though and asked him if he had any other vans available. He told me that I needed to be much more realistic with my expectations regarding a van, and that soccer moms are very rough on vehicles. He said he wouldnt even have 2017s that would fit my too high expectations.Ultimately, I left feeling very badgered and uncomfortable. He did chase me down offering me $500 off the Odyssey so I could fix it, but I was not interested in doing business with anyone who treated me the way he did.Lucky for me, Suburban Toyota (directly next door), had just the vehicle (a Honda Odssey) I was looking for, which I happily purchased from a very friendly salesman.
The service department at Suburban Honda is excellent. We had an issue that needed to be addressed, and Bob, the service manager, handled it with professionalism to provide a more than acceptable resolution. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to Suburban Honda for its servicing needs.

I had an excellent 1st time experience with Suburban Honda. My 2018 HRV was making a continual chirping noise. When I contacted the dealership where I purchased the vehicle for an urgent appt, I was told nothing was available for 2 days even though I was leaving for FLA the next day & was very concerned. My past experience proved that many times a chirping noise is indicative of a loose belt which left unaddressed, could cause serious damage to the vehicle. I was very grateful that I was given an appt that day. The problem was completely resolved as well as an oil change without a long waiting period due to Evans excellent assistance. I was very pleased with my 1st service experience with Suburban Honda & their considerate technician, Evan.
I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership. Sam was most helpful to me, from the moment I walked in, he was very nice, it was near closing times and he took the time to show me all my options. He tried to accommodate all of my needs. My experience during this purchase/lease was excellent. He worked with me, he followed up, and after visiting other dealerships I realized the only person I wanted to buy from was Sam and this dealership.
Suburban Honda did a great job replacing my cars timing belt. They got it done on time, and actually almost $100 less than their quoted estimate. Jesse the service advisor found that my rear brakes needed attention, but was not pushy and recognized that Id rather replace them myself. Well done!
Felt the salesperson was selling us a line and that we had no idea of what we were doing. He wanted us to buy a used car that had defects, and when we brought them to his attention we were told we would need to pay for the repairs. We ended up going to a different Honda dealership and ordered a new car (what we preferred) the next day; the price was matched & no games. Also almost all the staff at Suburban were unmasked. The dealership we are now doing business with requires everyone to be masked; even more appreciated by us.
A service man, Jesse, greeted me right away. The environment was clean, people were friendly and cheerful, was given a loaner car to use for the day during my car’s repair of recall items and an oil change. The loaner car was smaller than the car we own and was difficult to transfer all the car seats and so forth. However, the service man assigned to me, Bob, came out and offered to help move the car seats over and latch them correctly to ensure the safety of my kids. Was very appreciative of the helping hand. This was my first time dealing with the service department at this location. We made the switch simply based on its locality to our home. I would say it was a pleasant experience overall. The servicemen were friendly, the cashier was professional and cheerful. Although we didn’t need to use the customer lobby area, it appeared to be clean with well-stocked vending machines. My kids wanted balloons as they were used to getting them from the previous dealership... sorry to say, no balloons here... but aside from that, it was a positive experience.Update on new service: My battery light came on while I was driving recently. Called the dealership, they got me an appointment for the next day (as it was near closing time when I called.) They gave me a loaner vehicle, assessed the issue, figured out the spool was leaking oil onto the alternator, so both needed replacing. Ordered the parts, got it fixed within the stated time and had the car ready to go with no snags. I’ve been going to this dealership for about 3 years now and they continue to earn my trust. Haven’t let me down yet.Yet another update: Jeff was kind to greet me at my car today, escort me to the office and get things going. Had an oil change, tires filled, car wash and happened to be there during someone’s retirement party. So, myself, the employees of Honda and a handful of customers enjoyed sausage and pancakes from the lady who was retiring!
You always hear about people having horrible experiences while buying a car. Pushy salespeople, hidden fees, being talked into something they didn’t want. NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPERIENCED! Anthony was a delight to work with. Upfront, honest, personable. He helped point me and my husband in the right direction. Made it clear everything that is included. Made it clear what wasn’t included. I would definitely suggest going to him for all car needs. So nice
My sales representative was Jackson. He went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted within my price range, with even more options than I could have hoped! Honda sensing, Premium Audio System, Leather Interior...... I mean, what can you ask for more?! He made a great effort for my financing and made everything as comfortable as possible. Im excited about my new vehicle, and could not be more pleased with the service at Suburban Honda! When the time comes to buy my next car, for example, Sports Hatchback, I will definitely be back to see him, no doubt about it.
We had a wonderful experience with our salesman Joey. We had to travel far for the vehicle so he made sure to thoroughly check on the vehicle and keep the keys so that it would be available when we got there. He was never pushy and was great to work with. The fees are good compared to some of the dealership we had gone to. We are very happy with our purchase and experience.
I took my car in yesterday to have an oil change. My very friendly and professional service representative, Jeff, took care of the paperwork in an expedient manner. I was then informed that there was an issue with the rear breaks so that was taken care of at the same time. I did have an issue with the length of time waiting for the car to be done but just got a nice phone call from Bob at Suburban and they have compensated me for it. Suburban seems to be one of the few places left that takes the customers satisfaction seriously. And, while I was waiting, I strolled through the salesroom and had a nice chat with Jon. If I decide to trade in my 2009 Accord, I will make sure Jon handles my purchase.
My family and I moved back to Michigan in February 2020. We started bringing my 2016 Honda Odyssey to Suburban Honda for maintenance. Evan has been my service advisor and has been amazing and very helpful. He has truly gone above and beyond each time I brought my vehicle in. My Odyssey ended up having more work than we were willing to pay for, so we decided to talk to sales about a new vehicle. Right off the bat, Jeremiah in finance was kind, patient, and willing to help me however he could. When I came into the dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Sam. Sam is the definition of patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through the different models and provided me with honest pros and cons between the Odyssey and Pilot and outlined what the difference was between the trims. My entire experience of selling my vehicle and purchasing a new one was fantastic at Suburban Honda. The whole team was kind and not pushy at all. From Karl, the Sales Manager, to Sam, my Consultant, and Jeremiah, the Finance Manager, I would give them all a 10/10. They are a rock star team that truly put the customer first. I highly recommend Suburban Honda if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
Very disappointed. I had to pay a deductible for my back up camera and had to leave without the back up camera working. I use my back up camera all the time and just so disappointed to have to drive all the way from my home in Troy to the dealership in Farmington, just to be told the part has to be ordered and dont know when it will be available but still had to pay the $100. deductible and no camera. Cannot give this a favorable rating. So disappointed. :(
I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH SUBURBAN HONDA-DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.I thought purchasing a used Acura from a Honda/Acura dealership was a safe bet. I was wrong. In October 2018, I purchased a used Acura RDX from Suburban Honda. Prior to delivery, the dealership promised they would replace the battery for me, provide me with the key for the locking lug nuts and give me a second ignition key.All I got were false promises and the run around. Within 4 days of ownership, as predicted, the battery failed and I was left stranded in a grocery store parking lot. I had to pay for a wrecker service to jump start my RDX. I drove around for a week with a borrowed jump pack in my car while waiting for the new battery from Honda that I was promised. Otherwise, I could not re-start it. I finally gave up on Suburban Honda and replaced the battery myself. This is not some exotic battery from Japan, its a Group Size 35 battery, very common.I have yet to see the spare key and I had to go to Belle Tire to have the locking lug nuts removed from the RDX at my expense.I wrote a letter to the Suburban Honda Used Car Sales Manager complaining about the lack of follow through and false promises. I copied the sales manager in my letter. All I received was a call from my salesman promising me that the new battery was now in (1 month later) and that I could stop by and get it. Too late. Me and my family were very disappointed in the customer service we received. I was trying to sell my moms Buick LaCrosse and trade in my Ford Edge. We spent 2 hours there last night test driving and so forth. I was told to get a hold of them in the morning to set up a time to drop off the Buick and let them take a look at the Ford Edge. I called at 11:30 and was told they would call me back in a few minutes, that never happened!!! They also had asked if I could be there by 3:30 to take care of all of this, my mom is 83 years old. I then called back at 1:30 they were at lunch and again was told they would call me back shortly, it is now 3:30 and again no response!! I work Customer Service at Lowe’s and this is absolutely awful Customer Service!!! I will take my business elsewhere!!!
I have bought my new car 2022 Honda CRV from the Sales rep Sam Zeineddine. He was a knowledgeable, competent, professional, and patient explaining each model, options, and prices. He listened to all of my needs in for a new car details. He was honest with me during the whole process. He made the process enjoyable and positive avoiding needless anxiety and stress. When you visit Suburban Honda I recommend to ask for Sam!
After closing the deal (I leased a car from them) no one returns your calls. They tried to get away with their obligation to provide a second FOB by adding a clause to the contract stating they will try for 30 days to get me a second FOB. Worse than that, they only disclosed the unavailability of the second FOB during sign-off. Stay away from this dealer.Two days ago, on Dec 11 they finally gave us the second FOB. The complaint has always been about how their sales and support staff handles customers issues. No return calls. The only time I got a call from their VP is to discuss removing the bad ratings I posted on social media. No apologies, no admission of fault/bad training. I understand the chip shortage, but returning phone calls would have helped. I will certainly, most certainly, avoid this dealer in the future. I am keeping the one star rating.

Update 1 mo. later: All companies make mistakes. Good companies with exceptional employees react well and make it right. Suburban Honda made it right. The Sales Manager Karl reached out and offered to honor the Costco Pricing. Today I took delivery of my new car. Darius, a smart young man made sure the car was prepped ready with all accessories for a painless transaction. They even gave me the nice looking great lakes license plates and recreation passport on the title. Well played Suburban Honda.Old review: Very unprofessional. Falsely claimed to participate in Costco program but after spending several hours rudely told me to take the car or leave it since there are no cars in the market. Why click bait and waste time if they dont want to honor set pricing. People will remember these opportunistic business practices when its a buyers market. Honda and Costco are also going to hear from me. I was willing to take home at higher price only if they were upfront and not trying to pull wool over my eyes.
Thanks Suburban! I bought my car here and was happy to return for service (brakes, oil change, and transmission fluid). Jesse was wonderful! Repairs was explained in detail, pricing was fair, and thankfully a very nice loaner car was offered. Service was even completed same day! The effort at Suburban is noticed - everything was sanitized and the employees were lovely and upbeat!
Have had my cars serviced here many times. They always are very upfront about what they need to do and communication is good. Shuttle service is excellent. This time, however, it took 5 hours to replace the rear brakes and all the fluids. They emailed me the bill, which is a nice feature, but I noticed they hadnt done the tire rotation, so I had to call and get that done before I came in to pick up the car. Would still recommend this place but a little disappointed by this visit.
Sam Z., my salesperson, was both friendly and patient. Karl, the manager, was personable and checked in on my experience throughout. I received a fair price for my trade-in. The negotiation--something I dreaded--was very matter-of-fact and straightforward. I recommend this dealership and the people who helped me. After having gone to another Honda dealership and having a less-than-pleasant experience, I was relieved when working with this team of people.
Sales rep Sam Zeineddine was walking to his car at the end of the day on a Friday and saw us looking at the Honda models in the parking lot. Instead of going to his car to go home, he stopped, welcomed us and showed us some models. He provided his card and invited us to visit on Monday. I was impressed by his demeanor. From that point on he was the one who made the difference. I had been shopping for a month going to other dealers and treated as a commodity - always having goal posts moved, broken promises and same-old talking points. Sam was different - he was knowledgable, competent, professional and patient explaining each model, options and prices. He not only heard me but listened. Being retired, he took his time to work through my finances. Suburban Honda is fortunate to have Sam as a representative. He seems to be an example of a new wave of sales personnel that is driven by authenticity, dignity and honesty. He made the process enjoyable and positive avoiding needless anxiety and stress. I will be sharing my experience with others and recommend that if and when you visit Suburban Honda - ask for Sam!
Very happy with the service at Suburban Honda while purchasing a car this week. I got the exact car I was looking for and didnt feel any pressure to buy. Sam was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment and had everything ready to test drive when I arrived. He made the car buying process smooth and easy - got everything done and took the car home same day! Would happily purchase from Sam and Suburban Honda again in the future.
I applied to visit this dealership through the Costco Auto Program. Within a day, I was contacted by a representative from the dealership and we set up an appointment to come visit. Darius was the salesman I met with. He was friendly, patient, and very good at his job. I wasnt immediately going to purchase a car from this dealership, but Darius was good at asking the right questions and finding solutions to my problems. Specifically, they didnt have the color I wanted in their inventory, but Darius was able to get the car brought in quickly. Everything went smoothly, and whenever there was an issue, he was able to accommodate me. Darius is a great example of what a salesperson should be. Overall, I had a very positive experience in my interactions with everyone and purchasing my new car at Suburban Honda.
My husband and I visited this dealership on a whim after being at 2 others and striking out. We’ve never had a Honda before! Sam was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding during this process. We never felt pressured. Sam showed us options for vehicles we never knew were even options! We already have our next vehicle picked out when this lease is up. Sam also told us not to hesitate to contact him or come in for anything we have questions or concerns about while we have this vehicle. Great experience at Suburban Honda!

Wanted to sell my 2017 Ford Escape. Received several offers from the FB and Craigslist post but Suburban contacted me and told me they would give me as close to $16K as possible.Michael Wright was the sales person who contacted me. Very nice young man.His boss, Ryan the Used Car Manager on the other hand was dismissive, did not return my call regarding my questions about the process and when I arrived, refused to even come to Michaels desk to speak to me. I had to go to him and was treated as if I was clearly annoying him. He is rude and arrogant.I ended up NOT selling them my car, in part because they didnt want to work with my Credit Union, but in large part to the way I was treated by Ryan. Anthony was helpful in all aspects of shopping for and buying our new CR-V including reminders to me during a busy week to gather the needed items for our trade in. He was knowledgeable about both the vehicle and the process and prompt in finishing his job. Alex made the financing portion clear and simple. Both Anthony and Alex were eager to answer questions, patient with us and extremely thorough. They made buying a new car easy and quick. We couldn’t be more please with our experience.
Went to buy an equinox, i loved the price of the car and the car itself. But the service was absolutely horrid. The sales person that was selling me the car didnt really sell me the car and we spent a ton of time waiting to get the car. I also work for GM, and knowing that this is how they treat their customers i will go somewhere else to purchase my car next time. While i was there I was mentioned that they are selling a ton of cars and did not make me feel wanted, seemed as if they could care less for my business.Also, extremely dishonest. When buying the car, I was never shown the final price of the car, to their credit i did never ask for it so they never showed it. But i felt I was cheated out of the price, because i paid a bit more than i wanted, so i do not trust them. This is an honest opinion of them. Extremely disappointed with the service, will not come back.
I was extremely pleased with my experience at Suburban Honda. My salesperson, John Butler is excellent. On a scale of 1-10 he is a ten. Mr. Butler was very professional and an excellent listener. I had many questions and he took time to patiently answer each question. He also thoroughly explained and demonstrated all of the features of the 2021 Honda Accord LX - which is the car I decided to lease.I highly recommend Suburban Honda and John Butler - Salesperson.
My experience in turning in my leased Acura for a new leased Honda was a smooth process. Sam assisted me in the application process and was available to answer all questions.When the car was delivered he was able to walk me through setting up my phone and all other operations. The end result is that I’m happy with my new Honda!

I took my car for A/C hose leakage repair. Repair was done fine. But the Bumper is not attached properly. I can see huge gap between lamp and bumper that might cause in Bumper looseness. This may cause damage to my car. Wheel arch cladding is not attached properly either.I believe they have Highly untrained technician those forgot to attach the parts back properly.
Service people are polite and efficient. Not sure about the work done on my car...front brake wear was noted from last visit which was supposed to be discussed during this visit. Now I am told that the back brakes are rusted and my require work next visit BUT THE FRONT BRAKES ARE FINE! I have a bit of mistrust about the conflicting information about my brakes and will need to have them looked at again and get a second opinion from someplace else.
The best word to describe service here is outstanding. After hitting a patch of hard snow, I had the engine shield under my Honda Civic knocked loose. After calling and being told to just come on in, within an hour my car was diagnosed, fixed and washed. While the part couldnt be salvaged, the service and care I received were phenomenal. This experience and others I have had will make me a lifelong customer of Suburban Honda for all my vehicle needs.
I purchased my 2021 Honda Pilot Touring from Sam about 3-weeks ago.It really was the smoothest operation I have ever dealt with in all of my years of purchasing/leasing vehicles! He was very kind and patient when I explained that I had driven a Honda CRV about 10 years ago and wanted something bigger that would fit 4 kids and 2 adults. I test-drove the Pilot Ex-L and was amazed at the amount of room and the fact that I, myself could actually get into the back seat without any difficulty.Their platform for leasing/purchasing made things so easy to get an idea of pricing etc. and once I decided to go for the next model up (Pilot Touring) it was a simple switch. My wife and me went to Honda to checkout new CRV. We own a 2017 Accord and wanted to upgrade for CRV, so went to check the car at the Suburban dealership. Staff were very welcoming and the place was very clean and well organized. It was our first SUV plan. Jon Quick, a sales consultant walked us through all the models very patiently and we got to test drive the car. He was very friendly and helpful to answer our questions. We eventually bought the new CRV and very happy about it. Jon has been really helpful to finish all the formalities within couple of hours and handed over the new car. We truly appreciate his patience and support throughout the process. In overall car buying process, we have noticed that the people in dealership are very friendly and the premises are very clean.

I needed to get all 4 tires on my Acura MDX and rear brakes changed. I usually go to an Acura dealership but they moved an hour away so I was connected to Jesse. When I went for an oil change, he told me to get all of the above changed. We are moving out of state next month, so I needed to know if my tires would still be under warranty in the state that we are moving to. Jesse was so rude and annoyed when I asked him several questions. He was rude and lacks customer services skills. Person like this shouldn’t be working with people. I will drive an hour away before giving him my business. I guess if we spent 1600 plus, we don’t have a right to ask questions. We should just hand them out card and let them do whatever they want.
I was trying to buy used 2003 Honda Odyssey minivan and email from dealership, scheduled appointment 2pm March 25, 2021. I went dealership 1:45pm, but dealership saying the van was sold. They told me Someone came to earlier left deposit $500 to buying the van. I was frustrated by the dealership what they did.How I can explain trusty of the dealership???I never had this type of experience buying cars in my whole life. I’m 66 years old, retired engineer 30 years auto industry. This is a really bad experience living in motor city and what I want to share with you BY GOOGLE REVIEW.We need build up trusty each other to create better society.Thanks for reading my review.

Does not communicate appropriately to customer and responds to the customer with “Yada, yada, yada” (Jesse, service advisor) indicating your questions aren’t really their concern when calling them to confirm appointment on phone. Took my car in for a Fuel Pump recall which I was told would take 2.5 hours over the phone. I got to the dealership where they then told me 3.5 hours. Fine. It took 5 hours and the dealership didn’t reach out to communicate that this would take longer. Awful experience. This was my preferred Honda dealership but I will never come here again as it is clear they don’t train for good customer service. Having happy customers isn’t that hard.Also, when the service manager (Dan) spoke to me about my concerns, he talked over me, mansplained, and attempted to tell me how I should feel about the situation when he doesn’t know anything about me or my life.
John did a wonderful job finding me the Honda Civic Sport with manual transmission that I wanted. John made sure it had the options and color I wanted. The transaction went very smoothly. I came into the service center and was waited on right away. They gave me an estimated time for how long what I needed to have done would take. There is a very nice, comfortable customer waiting area. They kept me posted on how the car service was coming along and the problem I had with my care tire was immediately taken care of. It got off to a rocky start as my request to have my back seat release looked at was met with extreme resistance. Moving on, I proceeded with the oil change. I received an email while in the waiting area that my amount owned was such and such and my car was ready. I paid my bill and stepped into the service area to go to my car when the service agent met me with my receipt and car maintenance form. He then informed me of a note his boss wrote on the work order that the clip on the release had been reset and it operates as it is designed to. I asked if I could be told how to reset the clip in the event this happens again. The service agent said he would have to find his boss and he didnt know where he was. Not feeling like the request was going to occur, I thanked the service agent and left.
I had a very pleasant experience at Suburban Honda. Jeffrey was my service representative and he was excellent in every way. Courteous, detailed, professional, and engaged throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Suburban Honda. If you need service, ask for Jeffrey. He will treat you wonderfully.

I visited on August 3rd nervous as it was my first time going through the car buying process, and I left happily with a lease. Alex Ptak and Alex S were both patient while going through the various lease options and packages with me, as well as the features of the car. I was made to feel comfortable the entire time and it was a pressure free atmosphere, even while I called around to set up an insurance policy. They never pushed me to take on more than I could handle, and I am very satisfied with my final decision. This is how car shopping should always be, as painless and honest as possible!

Brought my car in for service. The Service Dept is courteous and prompt. I liked that the service advisor offered me a free car wash when the weather warms up again because it was below freezing when I had brought it in. I would definitely return for my cars regularly scheduled service.
We really enjoyed how seamless the process was. They handled stuff over email and text for us, until the final paperwork had to be signed and only one of us had to go in for that. Which is all digital now as well, so no more stack of papers. Made life so much easier with little ones at home and COVID. We didn’t have to spend hours in the dealership negotiating. Our sales guy was accessible, quick, and very prepared.
Evan and Patrick in service are awesome! I had a problem with my sunroof and a month later when I came back for an oil change Evan remembered me. He wasnt even the service person for my appointment that day but he took the time to ask me how the sunroof was working for me. They take great care of their customers and my car.

As always, a 5-star experience at Suburban Honda....fairest pricing, fast service, exemplary repair techs. Our service advisor, Jessie, treats us BETTER than family and makes sure we understand the whys of every repair needed on our 2011 Pilot. We bought this vehicle here and have never taken it anywhere else for service. Hence, it has never broken down unexpectedly leaving us stranded and we drive hundreds of miles a week.
Great experience with this dealership. Tyler Hueter, our sales consultant was excellent through the entire process. Knowledgeable and prompt to provide information, professional and polite. At no point were we ever pressured into a sale and they gave us plenty of time and resources to consider what decision to make. It was easy to set up test drives, many models and trim levels were available to look over. Ultimately, when we decided on a model they were able to deliver the car to us the same day without any fuss or last minute delays. Very smooth process without drama. The financing department was just as professional and despite all the paperwork that comes with a new car, made the process straightforward. The most stress free dealership experience Ive had by a large margin.

I cant recommend Monica enough, she was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I never had an enjoyable experience at a dealership, given each one has a shark like environment, I didnt get any of those feelings here. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to at least pop in and have any questions answered. There were no hidden fees and the price of my Ridgeline was exactly as advertised. Alex the business manager was also great and personable! When Im in the market again Ill be giving Monica a call.

Got my 100k Service done & also my Headlights replaced for 2016 Accord EX-L V6, very polite and helpful service and parts department! I highly recommend getting service done by here only downside the pricing is bit on the higher side but I can guarantee that the work is actually being done!

The whole staff, Sam, Jackson, Hans and the finance mgr.- were all a pleasure to work with ( all of the them very courteous and PROFESSIONAL! )I came back in on Saturday 8/24/19 and test drove an Accord and a Civic. I chose the Civic this time as I wanted something more modest and practical...the car will mostly sit in the garage all week - mostly it will be a weekend car. Jan 18 2022. In and out for express oil change in no time at all. Another great experience.I had another great experience last week. In and out with nothing but VIP treatment.Came in a a Saturday and was in and out in 25 minutes for an oil change. I did not even have time to turn on my computer and start work. I had a nice cup of coffee and a muffin. By the time i went back for the second cup my car was finished. When I went out to get in my car is was washed and ready to go.
July 2021: This shop made a major repair on my car in Nov. of 2020. Yes, some details could have been paid attention to, but not one shop is perfect. Fact of the matter is I dont want to change the dealership only to deal with another set of disappointing experiences. And I decided the guys here are not so bad after all. Going from 1 to 3 stars for now.Oct 2019: another disappointing experience:11am - dropped car for oil change and tire rotation1:30pm - received email that car was ready14:08pm - paid bill at cashier; cashier calls service on 2-way to bring car14:08 - 15:08 asked cashier to repeat call 2 times - no reply on either of the 3 calls15:08 - 1 hour later, the car is brought in the service area.I dont even bother asking why I waited a full hour.Will I do my own oil change from now on?You bet.Nov 2018: Brought car for airbag recall.Made appointment for 1pm, dropped car around 12:40.Wife was told job would take 4 hrs, actual job time 45min.Why did we make an appointment?I picked up the car myself, got to the service center around 5:10.Picked the car at 6:05- means the job started when I got there.

I took my friend here to buy a brand new Honda. We drove all the way to this place from East Lansing after we got an angry rant from our local dealer. It was definitely worth the trip. People in Suburban Honda are all very professional and nice. We even got a much better deal from them than in East Lansing. I recommend this place to everyone, especially my own friends and family.
Unethical and dishonest service. They cheated me on a break job ignoring any and all safety measures. Paid to resurface all four rotors but only two were done, clear and obvious.What a disappointment after years of service there.I strongly urge Honda Motors to please investigate and take appropriate action. I will spread the word in my community and may take legal action.After the above review, the dealer called to only be concerned with the review and asked me to take it down - no solution was offered nor a follow up was attempted. What a scam!For those who buy cars from Suburban Honda, please be careful you have to service your vehicles, and ask to see the work or new parts if possible.

I had the best possible experience with John Butler - Hes super personable and beyond efficient, he kept true to the price I was quoted online and brought a lot awesome client care into the mix. All other dealerships I had gone to couldnt come close to the price or excellent service provided from John - we had come early in the morning and had the car picked, washed and paperwork done in a hour, they even had the license plate ready to go for me! Im glad he recommended the Diamond Glass treatment - I cant count how many potential chances I had of cracking my windshield without it. My family loved our experience with him, I even had my mom return to him!
I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change on December 22nd. I was advised when I arrived five minutes early for my appointment that there would be a four hour wait. Apparently, it doesn’t matter if an appointment has been made at Suburban Honda because the attendant told me that it is first come, first serve at their dealership. The analogy he gave me is that we don’t get to see a doctor at the appointed time. REALLY?! I should have heeded my relative’s advice, who works for Honda, when she said Suburban Honda was the worst dealership in Southeast Michigan.
Have been coming here for nearly a decade for service and have purchased numerous vehicles from here. Awesome customer service all the way around. Especially in service, everyone is honest about what needs to be done and I am confident my car is being taken care of. Waiting area is nice as well. Highly recommend.
Suburban was good in getting us in over the pandemic and Memorial Day. We had to leave our car there for several days but was offered a courtesy car (we just declined because we werent going anywhere). He also offered us a valuable coupon when we couldnt find the one that we had previously received in the mail. We are always happy with Suburbans service department.

We werent in the door more than a minute and we were greeted positively by Joey. As I sat in one of the showroom cars, Jackson Balk came over introduced himself, too. Joey and Jackson were fabulous, to say the least. They were not pushy at all, and they took the time to answer even the most frivolous questions we had. They showed us various models and worked to satisfy our financial abilities and the desired features we needed in the vehicle. Jackson allowed us to take whatever time we needed to test out the vehicle we chose. Once we had driven the vehicle, Joey and he allowed us to choose whether we wanted to take some time to think about the car or if we wished to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle. Once we decided to proceed, they were both very accommodating throughout the paperwork process. It can be daunting for anyone having to go through all the paperwork when leasing or purchasing a vehicle, but Joey and Jackson were very clear and efficient. After we had signed everything and the newly detailed car was brought up front for us, we figured wed get in and drive away. I have purchased vehicles from other places in the past and nobody ever sat with me and explained all the features of the vehicle and how to best use them. Your detail guy, Chris, did though. He was great! He could have rushed through all that the vehicle features, but instead, he explained each feature thoroughly, even going so far as taking me out on the road to make sure I understood what to look for and how the features operated. Instead of him setting some of the features for what he deemed were the best settings, he explained all the options and then asked me how I would prefer the settings and what worked best for me. Even more impressive was that Chris and Jackson were supposed to be going home at closing, but they both choose to stay well past closing time to ensure I had all my questions answered and felt comfortable driving this new gadget-filled vehicle. I only deal with Jeff Smith in service, came in for alignment under warranty, came early for my 9:30 appt and car was done super quick and drives awesome now. I’m a service manager at a car dealer also in Indiana. The only bad taste was when the service manager was complaining that the warranty part for alignment with Honda is a long process which I know it is. Please don’t give the I didn’t buy my car here routine either. I service there cause of Jeff and technician Chris. Hope the service manager talks to customers better in the future. I didn’t mind wait either. Please perform claim as Honda asks and all will be fine

Five star because they always treat everyone with respect and provide the best and honest job. I’ve been in other dealerships and auto shops that’s why I’m giving them the best etiquette.I was there Thu 7/23/20/0 for oil change synthetic $48 for ‘11 Honda Accord , I was in and out quickly with a car washed and My Radio was not working because of the code . Evan looked into it , providing me a new code for FREE when Southfield Honda said it cost me $125 to $149 just to diagnose it. .Again Thank you Evan Honda Farmington Hills!
I just made the switch from LaFontaine to Suburban Honda and I must say I am very pleased with my decision. My sales person was Jeremiah Smith and he was very friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful! Ive been financing vehicles with Honda for 6 yrs and this is the first time someone took the time to show me how everything in my new auto works. I was very pleased with my experience and would go back for my next purchase.
My experience at Suburban Honda has always been outstanding. I would highly recommend my salesperson, Marvin Wilson, who is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I am a returning buyer, and I have never seen a dealership so focused on the customer. All of my questions were answered, and when it came time to close the deal, the efficient finance staff (especially Connie Evans) thoroughly explained the content of the documents to be signed. I am happy to be able to share my experience in this review.
Excellent experience at Suburban Honda! My sales guy was Marko, and he was a pleasure to work with. He is a genuine nice guy and I didn’t get that “car salesman” vibe from him at all. He was extremely concerned with making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I can’t thank him enough! I sat in the dealership for about 4 hours, but overall it was probably the least painful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Surprisingly, I even really liked the finance guy! I can’t remember his name but he was great. Normally I dread the finance guy coming over because they normally try to take advantage of you. That didn’t happen this time around. I’m super thrilled with my new 2019 CR-V, and I’m so glad I chose Suburban Honda! Thanks Marko!
Came with a flat tire and Ron was very helpful in fixing it quickly. I was very satisfied today with service.This is an update to the earlier review. I bought new 4 tires and within sixty days there was an issue with one of the tire. Jeff spent close to an hour talking to tire company and got a new tire under warranty. This saved quite a good amount of money. Thank you for his all the hard work and always friendly service.
I prefer bringing my car to Suburban Honda for service. The staff is always helpful and friendly, including the cashier. La Ron assisted me on 7/1. He has helped me in the past and he is always very helpful and answers whatever questions I may have. Keep up the great service.
Had been a loyal customer for several years, had some good experience until last year.1. The last two times I had oil change there, the sales persons brought to me a very dirty air filter, claiming its from my car, and should get replaced. I have a air filter I bought in the past at home, so I declined. When I got home and opened the air box, found the filter was pretty clean, and NOT that dirty one I was shown at the dealership! This happened twice!2. After last time I had oil change there, I noticed my engine lower cover fell off from one side a couple of weeks later. When checking the car, I realized the wheel cover on the passenger side was also missing. I suspect the wheel cover was removed by the dealer when I got my oil changed there last time and was never put back. This in turn caused the lower engine cover fell off from one side!I decided NOT going back to this dealer, and switch to a different one, even the new dealer location is much further from my house. I have lost my confident in Suburban Honda!And will NOT recommend it to anyone I know.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Suburban Honda. I drove my car in for a Saturday morning appointment for an oil change. The service representative waited on me right away. Asked me did I need any other services to be done to my vehicle, my response was Yes. The additional service was a brake fluid flush which took less than an hour along with the oil change. Also, I received complimentary car wash.I give Suburban Honda a high rating due to the quick service time, service preformed and customer courtesy.

He fixed the stuck oil control pressure switch and changed my oil and filter, as well as the look-over of fluids and tire pressure for safe maintenance. With an appointment, realizing it would be a few hours to complete, Jesse had Matt Spurgeon shuttle me home and then pick me up later that day when the service was completed. Very reasonable cost for services. Even Saundra Bisel at the check-out desk was very personable and polite. All were very professional, personable, knowlegeable and efficient! I am SOOOO impressed by this dealership that its 12 mile distance from me is not an issue! Thanks again, Suburban Honda!In June of 2021, Jesse Kasenow and crew took excellent care of my Odyssey once again, fixing a front anti-sway assy. and updating my rear brakes. To many people, dealership means paying a lot. I don’t necessary disagree with that. However, I have tried many other shops and chains.. and I found myself very comfortable with Suburban on the combination of pricing, service, convenience and quality of work.To begin with, their workmanship is excellent. Over a decade of going there for 2 CRVs and 1 Acura, never had an issue. The work is always done the same day and most of the time appointment is not needed. Our service advisor will even volunteer to find discount code for us. It also helps they are only 3 miles away from home.I don’t easily trust other Auto shops due to prior bad experience but I do trust Suburban.
After purchasing a used Accord from this dealership the shifting felt ever so slightly off. While waiting for the technicians to look the car over I waited in the lounge area where they provide free doughnuts and coffee. The service techs determined that a trans fluid flush would only temporarily fix the problem and that replacing the transmission under the included warranty would be the better option. This procedure required that the car be left for a couple of days but Bob Spurgeon, the Service Lane Manager set us up with a courtesy loner vehicle, also an Accord, that was almost brand new and probably 3 times the cost of the Accord we were having serviced.The repair went smoothly and I cannot say enough good things about how friendly the entire staff in the service area was. Bob especially took great concern in making sure we were happy with everything and as he pulled the car up I noticed that they washed it as well.If your car needs service do not hesitate to visit the wonderful staff at Suburban Honda. Not only was I very satisfied with their level of service I overheard an elderly woman stop Bob to ask him how he has been while she introduced him to her best friend explaining that Bob has always taken great care of her service needs over the years which tells me that this has been their practice for a long time now. Took my car in for change of tires, the tires were changed and there was a big scratch on the rear bumper. The manager claims his staff to be honest and they would tell upfront if they did anything and negated me. The sales rep Jeff said he doesnt remember seeing anything on my car when I brought it in but when the manager Bob comes in he changes his argument to saying I see so many cars in an hour that I dont remember.After this exchange, Bob asked me to come in on Monday - apparently he said we could fix this on Monday when the paint job guy comes in - he can tell us the estimate and we can take it from there.Now I need to understand whether Suburban will charge me for the damage they did on my car or they will do it free of cost...Nice job Suburban Honda! Keep shooing away customers.Update :After writing this review, I got a call from the manager Bob who first asked me to take this review down and then go into their collision repair unit Suburban Collision on Grand River. The people there asked me to take the quotation back to the dealer.I went back twice and found that Bob was not in and the person in charge didnt know of anything about this. They said they would take in the car and charge me full price for the repairing the damage they did on my car.Again, there are better places out there. Dont go here.
Made an appointment for a recall on my car. LaRon was great. I decided to wait at the dealership while it was being serviced. Everything was quick and easy. I really appreciated the free coffee and donuts while i waited! Will come back here for all issues/oil changes on my car.
I have had many car repairs performed at Suburban in the past year. Bob Spurgeon has always been professional, friendly, and communicative. He regularly keeps me updated on the progress of the work. The last visit was no exception I believe he is a great asset to the company!
Bought used Honda civic from them. The sales guy didnt seem to care at all. Went in to look at the vehicle and had a confirmed appointment but when I got there he couldnt find it. He offered to show me another one with less miles but I had to come back in a few days because it was still being cleaned.When I got there to look at the new vehicle he had the original civic I was going to look at along with the other one. The one with less miles had some body damage on it which I asked about before hand and was told there was none. The original vehicle was in good condition so I chose that one.When I met with the accountant to set up a loan I was told my credit was bad and the best they could offer was a 13% interest loan and were very pushy about it. I went to my credit union which they said they checked with and got a loan at a good rate. Not a great experience buying a car there.
I found my 2012 CR-V online and travelled over 500 miles (one way) to purchase this car. Naturally, I felt a little bit of trepidation about driving that distance to purchase a car I had never test driven. From the beginning and throughout my experience of purchasing this car, Joey D. was incredibly responsive, thorough and expedient in his feedback to me. He made himself readily accessible and it was apparent that he both genuinely cared about me having a great experience with this dealership, and he highly values customer service in general. Had he not made this transaction from beginning to end, so smooth and easy, I wouldve purchased a car much closer to home. I both fully respect and appreciate him and the impeccable care and customer service skills he displayed. I would highly recommend working with him--and would again willingly drive that distance, knowing that Im purchasing a car from someone I trust. I also conversed with Karl S at the dealership and he, too, gave me excellent customer service and helped to make this transaction as pleasant as possible. I appreciate you both! So grateful.
My brother and I had been looking for a car for a while. He checked out a couple dealerships but they didnt make him feel comfortable enough to make a purchase. We walked into Suburban Honda and we were immediately greeted by the sales manager Jackson. Both Jackson and our sales consultant Steve worked together to make sure we got a great deal. They were awesome. I will absolutely recommend them to any and everyone.

Ive never been a big fan of my past experiences with the Suburban brand, but after purchasing an Acura, just months before the closing of the Suburban Acura dealership, I was relegated to service from Suburban Honda. To this point, they have been wonderful. Very thorough, professional, and most of all reasonable.

Great service, great cars. Went above and beyond to get me the best pricing on my vehicle. I worked Mike Siwicki as my sales consultant and it felt like he was being genuine every step of the way. Salesman that are honest and authentic are definitely not the industry standard; however, they are who the intelligent American consumer wants to deal with. I wish more businesses could figure this out! Highly recommend this dealership and will be using them again.

2022-04-15I was really impressed by the work and the co-ordination done by the representatives at the Honda service center. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also they serviced my car and did the work in a timely manner. I liked the service overall and would recommend others users to use this location for their car servicing. Also I was given a ride to my home and back to the service station via a shuttle for the time I did not have my car with me. Overall it was a good experience at this service facility.

2022-07-28I’ve had a Honda for several years now and I’ve never had an issue with Suburban Honda. Everyone I spoke to from both sales and service have been so nice and helpful! My last service appointment with Patrick went very well and he had the best intentions and was very upfront and honest about the repairs. I recently turned in my vehicle for a 2022 Honda Civic and I was very happy with the customer service I received from Sam and Mike. Sam was especially helpful and he honestly made the experience so much better! Thank you so much for everything!

2022-03-07I had a scheduled oil change on 2/4 at 1:00 PM at suburban Honda. I rolled in two minutes after, was warmly and kindly greeted by Patrick in the service department. I let him know that I had a scheduled test drive with the sales department, he reassured that my car would be taken care of and any issues or concerns would be addressed. They have a wonderful text system giving you updates or allowing efficient easy communication between myself and the service department. While my car was being serviced I had an outstanding experience with Sam Zeineddine Who arranged a test drive, he was so attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, personable and helpful -answered all my questions and assisted me greatly in my car shopping. My oil service and tire rotation was completed in a very timely manner and Sam made the sales experience extremely pleasant. Everyone in the dealership greeted me with a hello, I smile inquired whether or not I needed help or was being assisted. I work in a hospital system in which patient care is the utmost concern, if this dealership was a hospital it would be a world destination. Bravo to suburban Honda for either hiring employees that really care about people, or instilling values in training to do the same. Seriously contemplating a car purchase and will do so with Sam, Sam if your boss is reading this I hope he gives you a raise. A+

2022-06-10Always a great experience here at Suburban Honda. I bring my wifes 05 Odyssey in periodically for service and my Service Rep, Jessie and the rest of the staff always take good care of me. I never feel like Im being given the runaround like some other Service Centers and Auto Shops. Very quick turnaround also! Thanks Suburban!

2022-07-15From the moment they answered the phone to the moment Jeffrey walked me to the cashier and my car this was a first class operation. Too often I call dealerships and it’s hard to get a service person to answer the phone to ask a question or make an appointment. Not here the young lady got an answer to my question and made an appointment for the next morning with Jeffrey. He greeted me at my car door when I arrived. Everything was organized, clean, professional. I would definitely use them again

2022-05-21Did the service. Joe was good in explaining what needs to be done with price. All good and taken car at home. After grocery shopping found that my trunk is not working. This was working before the service but after service it didn’t work. Obviously we all think that this may be related to service. I call the next day to service center and explain the situation. Asked me come as early as possible otherwise need to take appointment. Went to the service center and explained the problem. They were in denial mode that something related to service and need appointment to diagnose. Fortunately, other guy came in and he fix the problem. The switch was turn off during air filter change during service and forgot to switch it on. The reason for 3 star was service center was in denial mode right from start that it’s problem with their service. We spend premium bucks to get authorized servicing done but this kind of service puts us off and force to go local which would be less than 50% what I spend. Need to understand the whole situation, verify, diagnose and than claim whose problem.

2021-08-03By far the best and simplest car buying experience Ive personally had. Sam is the first salesman that was actually honest and straight forward about everything. He did not pressure us into a decision and was extremely patient with us despite changing our minds several times about financing, down-payment and the model we wanted. We never thought wed buy a Honda but Sam was such a good representative of them that we are now a life long Honda and Sam customer. You definitely need to go see Sam the Man next time youre in the market for a car.
