They waited until credit was pulled, loan approved and my trade in was taken in to hit me with a mandatory $1200 “protection package” that’s a spray they put on similar to the one that goes on your shoes. Finance guy says” we’ll you can just back out and wait another 2 hours to get your trade in back and cancel the car loan we just approved you for. Just wrong. Both my Salesmen we’re really nice though, just finance manager was wrong for that.
Dealerships have a tough reputation as it is. Suburban (all locations) flat out cares less. Sometimes you try anyway hoping its the dealerships reputation and not the salespersons. In this case it was both. Weve been in negotiation with TANNER for the past couple days on a vehicle. We reached a drive off price, appointment to come get, all funds were gathered and even my American Express agent put a hold certificate on it. Called and emailed TANNER the following morning, no response back. Called and emailed TANNER that afternoon, no response. Called and emailed TANNER the following morning, no response. That afternoon guess who Emailed me? TANNER. He just wanted to let me know the car was no longer available because he sold it out from underneath me. Really? So now I declined a great sales price on my personal vehicle because I promised it to TANNER as a trade in; I overdrafted my cash limit on my credit card to meet TANNERS payment requirements (my American Express was going to pay the total amount but TANNER said hell only run $3000 max on it). The list goes on and on. Stay away from Suburban and surely stay away from TANNER.
Had a great experience buying a car there until the very last moment: the dealer initially told me that I would get a $500 rebate if I do the financing through the dealership and not through my bank. However, the financing manager said this offer is not valid for me, and I ended up getting the higher APR through the dealership compared to what I could get from my bank and also not getting the $500 rebate.
Stay Away from this place (deserves 0 stars). Review is about the Parts department from where I ordered rotors, brake pads and serpentine belt. Only received 1 of 4 rotors and the one rotor I received was even scratched and placed in a box for a different part #. Inside the same box, they placed the brake pads loosely as if someone just threw them In there. The pads had chips/scratches as well. I brought these junk parts from Suburban Toyota of FH to a nearby Toyota of Annapolis and the lady sales associate said she would never put the parts I got on her own car when I asked if the parts I got were bad. Serpentine Belt was missing. So I got incomplete and unuseable brake parts when I paid in full including shipping.I called multiple times but this dealership had no intention to make it up to me. This guy Mike of Parts department only took my call once when he tried to pass the blame and my call to a non existent “shipping” department. There was another guy Mike B of Sales who seemed nicer and initially tried to at least listen to my grievance but no actual help from him either.Now am still waiting for my refund.
Its a crazy time to buy a new car with the chip shortage and very limited inventory available at any dealer. But Suburban Toyota and my sales person Robert Guthrie made the process about as easy as it could be under the circumstances. I put a deposit down on a RAV4 hybrid back in early Feb., knowing that it would be at least a few months to get the car. Things did get delayed further with shipping issues and a mandatory software update the vehicle needed, but Robert was great about keeping me updated throughout the process. I just took delivery this week and very happy to have this new car. And I was able to buy it at MSRP, which is great considering many dealers are charging $2k or more over sticker.
Itwas a very disappointing appointment. This the second time I made a appointment for a recall issue and was told they didnt have the part to do the work to . The first time I was told they were overbooked after driving 30 miles to get the work done. Rest assured I will be looking for another Toyota dealer.
After calling several Toyota dealers with no return phone calls, I called Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. Olivia Wheelock answered the phone and after a few short minutes I put a down payment on a new RAV4. She was awesome to work with and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend using Olivia. We picked it up yesterday and John did our closing paperwork. He was great as well. Thanks and we love our new car.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Tanner and Abdul. Right from the beginning Tanner helped me, he didnt just try to shove a car at me to make a sale. Tanner made sure to get me exactly what I was looking for and Abdul explained everything and made sure I walked out the door with it and happy. We have already had our cars serviced here a few times and Im very pleased with the service. We had our first incident a few weeks ago - the kind that makes you nervous when previous dealerships have tried to take advantage of you.I picked up my car from service and drove home and found one of our hubcaps missing. I called Roger at Toyota service and explained what happened. He looked around to see if the hubcap was there and could not locate it. They did rotate my tires so the hub cap was off at some point. Instead of getting into the blame game they immediately ordered a new hubcap. I appreciate the professionalism of Roger and this amazing dealership.They offered to ship it. They offered to put it on if I would stop by.Already happy here, but they somehow made me even more loyal to this dealership. Highly recommended. Thank you, Roger!
I brought in a 4Runner that had the two left doors replaced with doors from an older but compatible model after being hit and the locks were not working after the replacement. Suburban billed for an hour of service to diagnose and then later told me they would need to do a tear down of the electrical system and would require 4 more hours and cost over $600 to diagnose. I was skeptical. I am auto engineer and I know just a bit to believe my issue was not that serious. Prior to this Page Toyota wanted $1150 to replace cylinders on all doors as well as make new keys without diagnosis. Anyways, as soon as I got home from Suburban I decided to actually take out just one tool and look and in less than half hour I found my issue. Common sense would suggest to start diagnosis at the driver door area since that door was replaced. I inspected the door fuses, checked the wiring in the front foot panel by the door and found the issue, a harness with wires that controls the doors, sun roof and the hatch was disconnected. I can’t say enough how disappointed I am but I am going to stop just short of saying they were intentionally trying yo fleece me. Even though I ended up only paying for one hour of diagnosis I am still pained about it because I wasted $160 in this economy and could have been charged over a thousand to basically plug in a disconnected harness.
Joe and Rob went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle. This was the smoothest and easiest car buying process I’ve ever gone through. Best part is that they didn’t price gouge like everyone else is right now! I’ll definitely be back for my next Toyota!
It has been over a month now since I’ve purchased a 4Runner from here and the finance department has been a huge let down! Initial experience was great and my sales person, Aiyad was great, but that’s where the service stops. I still have not received my registration or license plates and I have called and left countless messages with Jon, Abdul and Cody who is supposedly the General Manager over a period of two weeks and no one has returned my calls once! Aiyad was the only person who tried to help me but he’s in sales and there isn’t much else he’s able to do. No one likes to be blatantly ignored when they have an issue. My paper tag that was given is now expired and no one there seems to care now that the sale has already taken place. Very disappointed with my experience and I still have no tags or plates.. will the dealer take responsibility if I get a ticket? Of course not..!
Service requested performed will , timely and at expected cost. However, be aware that this dealership will attempt to sell you unnecessary services which they justify that you can always decline. Poor practice for long term customer relations. No dealership should try to increase their bottom line at the expense of their customers by selling unneeded services. Yet this how they train their staff. Sad.
Everything is good until you buy the car. After that, they will treat you as a burden. The sales department will keep transfering your calls. The finance guy would never pick up you call. Any refunds or services are potentially impossible. If you get frustrated, they will treat you rudely.There are 14 other dealers in Detroit area. Not sure how they manage to treat customers like that. Dealeeship model is already in danger with OEMs following Tesla model of sale direct to customer. With this kind of behavior, they are not helping the business.Edit 1 - increased 2 stars after great service from Michael Joh. The Camry experience was horrible but Michael made my Rav4 delivery experience smooth.
I visited Suburban Toyota of Novi about a month ago to sell my vehicle which I had owed money on. I spoke with Aiyad and it was made clear to me that he will take over my vehicle and pay it out in full. And that I won’t have to make any more payments on, and I even confirmed that they have dealt with the specific bank that my vehicle was owned thru (Ally Financial), and I was told by Aiyad “yes we buy vehicles from Ally financial all the time. I initially was very satisfied with the service, however 3 weeks later I got a bill regarding my vehicle and when I contacted Aiyad I was told “he talked to his manager about it’ only to text me a week later saying this bill has nothing to do with them and its on me. This was very disappointing and bad customer service, lying to your customers like that. Have I known about this I would of not sold my vehicle. I was given false information about how everything will be covered. But that was a lie. And it took Aiyad a week to get back to me… so much for customer service. My advice to who ever wants to sell their car to this dealer, to just not as you’ll be getting late bills from your bank weeks after. And youll be told It has nothing to do with us.
Awring Ahmed was very friendly and provided a great purchase experience when we set out to buy the new 2022 RAV4. Although the chip shortage problem was causing a bit of a delay in the delivery of the car, the Suburban Toyota of FH team was patient enough to answer all our queries in the meantime.The entire process was made very seamless and informative. Were glad we chose this dealership instead of a nearer, local one as Suburban Toyota of FH provided a great value for money, with absolutely no hidden fees.
Great dealership. But to comment on an ignorant post below. Ford will copy and follow whatever Elon Musk and what Tesla does. Tesla’s goal is to scale and grow so that they will have enough vehicles to fill showrooms with vehicles. The only reason why Tesla has orders and remote deliveries is because they are very low on inventory and demand is so high.Ford going all in on on full electricification of vehicles is reactionary.Toyota has long term sustainability with hybrid and it’s long term goal of hydrogen fuel cell is the future.
Called them in the morning for test drive appointment and when I went at the time of appointment they forgot That I had an appointment. The car was not ready and so they had to go to another lot to get the car .Then they wanted to charge “mandatory protection package “ on top of MSRP . Said good bye and left from there !Got a new car from an another car dealer!
Dealing with Aiyad was a very easy and pleasurable experience . Buying a car is mostly daunting these days and Suburban Toyota made it super easy and efficient.Great staff from Financial services all the way up to MGMTWe will be buying a car from Aiyad again in the future
I went in to have my tires rotated. One of my tire valves was broken during the process. I left to go run errands and came out to a flat tire. 😠 There was nothing in the tire just a broken valve.The carelessness could have had me stranded as I was not close to home. Thank goodness a tire store was nearby.Update:Went for oil change and tire rotation again. My tire pressure light has been on since the last time I came. I left with my tire pressure light still on, they charge me $100 to diagnose. It was more money to fix the problem. Did I mention my airbag light was on too, again they wanted to charge me to find the issue not fix it. This included basically taking my car apart inside. No thanks, I will take my chances. Toyota has disappointed me. 😞
If I could give 0 stars I would but I cant. I took my car 2 times for service and the first time was for regular service and they forgot to take the message off. The second time I took the car in for recall for the low pressure fuel pump. After I filled up my tank I noticed a huge leak and gasoline was coming out. I have been trying to contact the dealership since the morning for 6 hours no response. They say leave a voice-mail but there mailbox is full. I bring my car to a dealership to get quality work on.my car.Edit tried to help with my issue
Worst service by a Toyota service :Dropped off my 2020 Corolla for first service. They said it takes an hour didn’t hear from them for over two hours, and they close in an hour. Called thrice and no response from service dept. never coming back once I get my car back. All the vehicle needed was tire rotation and an inspection didn’t think it would take a long time.Update : received my car after repeated calls. Gave them a very clean car expecting it to be clean, but they made it all smudgy and sprayed white stuff on the dash didn’t clean it left the sticker half peeled leaving residue on the windshield. Mud on the driver side door. Terrible service!

Alex L provided a great purchase experience, explained the process and all available add-ons options that give best value to the customer, very friendly and curtious, and his professionalism and energy in the showroom takes the whole experience to the best level a customer could get.Kudos to the showroom manager James as well.The best thing about Toyota Farmington hills is that:1-no Mark up ( at least for the model we bought )2-add-on packages are all coming from Toyota,Ive been to other dealerships and even though they didnt add Mark up but they had dealer location only service packages added to the bill that you cant omit?????
My service advisor, Roger Cole, quickly put my mind at ease. He was very friendly and professional. Roger explained the process to me and assured me that the problem would be properly diagnosed. I was extremely pleased that I was contacted and informed of the problem, the solution, and the expected time frame to resolve the problem as well as the cost. I was not disappointed. This review is for Jade. I called suburban Toyota with questions about servicing a suzuki I am purchasing from a private party. There are no suzuki car dealerships near me and Google said Toyota owns the company so i called suburban Toyota of Farmington hills. I selected the prompts to lead me to the service area. Jade answered the phone with a polite, genuine tone. I asked about getting the car serviced/ diagnosed there because I couldnt figure out which dealership to bring it to. While she told me they dont service suzuki there, she could hear the questioning desperation in my voice and without my asking, went above and beyond to help me find a place to go... even though it meant not getting my business for her dealership. She was patient, kind and respectful. She even went as far as to ask her manager and search online. I didnt feel rushed off the phone after she learned that I didnt need her employers services (like i did with the other 10 dealerships i called). I am beyond impressed by her professional and caring manner and I hope suburban Toyota of Farmington hills realizes what a gem they have working for them. Thank you so much for all your help, Jade. You are a unicorn in a field of horses!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR CARS OR REPAIRS! They do not inspect their cars and they don’t care about their customers AT ALL! I came in looking for a BMW X1 and purchased it. The first day the brake light came on, less than the first week the car started SMOKING. They wouldn’t give me a refund for a car that NEARLY CAUGHT ON FIRE (picture 1) due to their neglect… they only offered an exchange and refused to sell me a Jeep Renegade for whatever reason and tried to sell me a banged up Ford Escape (picture 2) and another banged up Audi A4. My current care is a Chevy Cruze because it was the only “working” car in their inventory.Seriously… do not go here. Buying a car from an auction will be a better purchase.
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and worked with Cody and Olivia who were awesome and professional to deal with. I screwed myself by not having researched interest rates going in. The rate they financed my loan at was ~1.5% higher than what I could get at BOA. I went with it anyways because I was buying the car for my son and he was super excited. I wish finance guys would act with integrity giving fair rates. I think they get higher commissions which works against customers. I would recommend this dealership for the sales experience but would not buy without obtaining my own financing next time.
Great dealership and great customer service. They take good care of you. My sales man John Burch went out of his way to give us a fair deal on our purchase. I strongly recommend them to my family and friends. Shortly after I purchased my daughter got a car from them also
We went there to buy a new rav 4 for my wife , we were treated good by two salespersons James and Don also the financial person abdoul, they went the extra mile to show us everything about the new technology, they are very professional and they know their job very good 👍 to make a customer happy and go back for the next new car , I will recommend this place for friends and family
My husband and I had older vehicles, we sold them much quicker than we expected and we needed to buy a new car. We walked into our hometown Toyota dealer, to find the employees looking at the computer, no greeting we initiated the conversation and asked about the model we were interested in. They told us they had no inventory and that something may be coming in this month, but basically sorry we cant help you with the purchase right now. I started looking online and we found the model, trim and color of the vehicle we were interested in at Suburban Toyota, we drove over to the dealership. When we walked in we were welcomed by Awring Ahmed, she said hello, asked how she could help us and immediately found in the inventory the vehicle we were interested in. We took a test drive, she was very thorough in pointing out all the features and options on the vehicle. We made our decision to buy, right then. We had great interactions with Abdul in finance and our sales associate. Awring was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, she was patient with us as we compared trim models and pricing. She even stayed late to make sure we were all set. Abdul went through our financing with great detail and explanations. The technology was great and our overall experience was a solid 10. We would definitely refer all our friends and family to Suburban Toyota!
Purchased a new 2022 LE trim car here and it is a enjoyable process. Givon and Joe help me a lot with the new car purchasing and they always tell me the truth without hiding anything.For the comparison, I have contacted at least 10 more dealerships but most of them are falling into one (or several) of the following categories, :1) Try to sell me a 2021 car and pretend they do not know what does the “2022” mean.2) Try to sell me a car with a much higher trim level which I said clearly that I do not want.3) Try to sell me a car with countless add-ons.4) Set the OTD price much much higher than MSRP.5) Over exaggerate the current situation of the new car shortage.6) Just ignore my existence since I do not want to do any financing.So, if you would like to purchase a new car, try to add this dealership (suburban Toyota of Farmington hills) to your contact list. I hope this crazy car market due to the chip shortage will soon come to an end, and I also hope everyone can get the car he/she want.
The car purchasing process was one of the best experiences I have had. Everything happened online with a few phone calls. I was able to get the lease process started and approved in about an hour while in the middle of completing other task at work. The service was excellent and the car was delivered the next day. Had I known leasing a car was this easy I would have gotten a new car in 2020.
RUN - they force $1,295 appearance package on every car they sell - they do not tell customers upfront that they must purchase it - plus even after I made it clear that I did not want the appearance package and was assured by my salesperson that I did not have to purchase it - instead when I came to pick up vehicle they sneak it into the purchase agreement and then try to gloss it over - then sales manager does not return calls when I am trying to resolve the matter - rude - will never go here again - pathetic
I dropped my car in the morning and the service rep was very respectful. Greeted me very enthusiastically. But when I went in the evening to pick my van (dropped for fuel pump recall for 2020 Sienna), the rep (a big obese white guy in his 50s) was very rude. I said Hi, How are u?, but he didnt replied me (let alone to greet me first). Then he asked me who whats the rep name when I dropped my vehicle in the morning). I said that I didnt know. Then he found my name, went in to the computer and printed my papers and have me signed. While he was doing all this, he was literally slamming the papers on the desk, slammed my vehicle keys at the desk showing his anger like he wasnt willing to do any bit of that work. Finally when he handed me the key, I asked him politely Do u know where my vehicle is parked and he replied in a very rude tone, I dont know. Its not even my car(I think he meant to say that he wasnt the rep who signed me up in the morning). Then I still politely said Thanks to him. Then when I turned around to walk I heard him mumbling in anger. I tried calling Service Manager right there in the Suburban parking lot, but his voice mail was full. I never had any bad experience with service at Suburban. We have bought 2 cars (A 2020 Camry Hybrid LE new and a Sienna 2020 Used) from them and have their oilchange and service etc from Suburban with no issues. This is the first time I had such a nightmare experience with them. I understand that sometimes people have problems and issues in their lives or even sometimes they had bad days at work but they should maintain their cool with the customers at at least be neutral rather than rude with the customers. I never decide whether to go to a shop or business on 1 bad experience but if I get 2 in a row or 3 bad experience overall then thats it. I would say Bye bye.
I have only positive things to say about my experience with Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. Abdul was never pushy or aggressive like most other salesman I talked to. He was made me feel comfortable finding the vehicle that was best for me. Zach made my financing process quick and painless and I was able to leave with my dream vehicle and a deal I could not refuse. I will be recommending both Abdul and Zach to my family and friends looking for a new car.
Very clean and well lit showroom. Sales staff and managers are extremely friendly. I was in need of a new vehicle quickly and Michael Joh really helped streamline the process. He found me the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was easy to talk to and didn’t try to pressure me into a sale like I’ve experienced with other sales people at other dealers. My experience at suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills was all around perfect.

Changed my mind on buying a highlander (wanted to postpone for an year) due to my financial situation. They were very nice and immediately refunded me my 500 dollar deposit. I also test drove a vehicle .It was pleasant dealing with mr ALEX LAVROV and I wish to deal with him again when I finally am ready to buy my Toyota.I appreciate the man/manager in black shirt who immediately asked about my situation ,talked straight to the point and offered my refund and took care of me as soon as I went near the help desk. He further enhanced the image of the dealership in my mind in a good way. ..like a place I can trust.This is how an ideal dealership visit should be to me. Straight to the point and everything was quick at every step.

I have purchased several parts and accessories for my Toyota Highlander. Look on their website before buying in the store - they often discount substantially on line as I was cautioned by one of the clerks. Last time we confirmed parts and I ordered to have them shipped at no charge to my home, saving well over $100. First time, I ordered and picked up bulky items to avoid shipping and saved over $200. All on their recommendations.
Wonderful experience! Everyone was kind and non-pressuring, which was a breath of fresh air. Josh Dabney helped make the deal possible and made us feel comfortable with the transaction. As we were leaving, the Sales Manager (James Gerrard) offered to show some aftermarket items he had installed on his truck (again not pressuring to purchase, just wanted to show the functionality). Its reassuring when the whole team drives the same thing your buying. Above and beyond. Thank you!
Very disappointed. Was kept waiting an hour and a half for an oil change that was supposed to be no more than 45 minutes. I inquired at 50 minutes when my vehicle would be ready and was informed not much longer. Finally at an hour and 15 minutes I inquired again this time was told oh the technician found an issue. Apparently the hold up was over a cabin filter nothing critical yet also no communication to allow me to be on my way. Very disappointed as this was unnecessary and absolutely no consideration of my time.
We worked with Awring and it was the best experience yet! We had actually worked with once before and decided to come back to lease a car. She was patient and very accommodating and really tried to get us the best deal for what we needed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or lease a car!
I made an appointment for 10:30am and did not arrive until about 10:50am due to traffic. The representative Keon Howard was very nice and insured me that I would still be serviced. He was very knowledgeable when explaining what needs to be done to my car and made be feel comfortable. He also gave me tips to do at home to prepare for my next service.
The gentleman who wrote my work order up, Roger Cole, was very courteous and explained why I needed additional work done on my vehicle beyond the oil change and tire rotation I had planned to receive. My only problem, and thus a four rating instead of a five rating was that it took a full hour before he finally found someone to take me home. In between, I waited outside for their traditional service van, then two Lyft drivers, and finally I was driven by a young man who works for Suburban who normally drives back and forth between the dealership and the service building across the street on when Roger, in exasperation, asked him to drive me home. I was picked up at home at the designated time and quickly returned to the dealership by their regular service van driver to pick up my car. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. I have trusted Suburban Toyota exclusively to provide all the required maintenance on my 2015 Prius V.
I usually do not leave reviews but the way I was treated today by Pam, I just have to say something. I have been going to Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills for about two years, and I have been treated with nothing but respect. However, when I called today with questions regarding the suburban care program, I was connected to Pam. She was very rude and condescending, and was very annoyed that she was even on the phone with me. I treated her with nothing but respect, and she kept trying to rush me off the phone. People like that do not need to be in customer service. But I do want to say, minus my interaction with Pam, the service provided by them was exceptional, and I am trying not let one bad apple spoil the bunch.
I just bought my new car - Rav 4 Hydrid 2021 XLE and we are really pleased with the service in here. My sale man is Alex who is super friendly and professional. Alex always respond the email and voice message fast and answer directly our concerns. Due to the shortage of cars, we are waiting for weeks to find the rav 4 hydrid ( my husbands favor) but they cant promise the exactly time to have. Thanks to Alex, he called us when one was available ( someone changed his mind) and deposit on phone. we showed up at dealer after an hour and decided to get it while about 5 other people wanted to get that too. He also help us to reduce $ 250 for his VIP account ( it will be $ 500 if car is not hydrid).We also highly thank to James-Sales Manager and Zach -Finance Manager to help us process everything quickly.We highly recommend Alex if you want to look for new car in here.
I just purchased a used Lexus GS 350 at an amazing price and could not have had a better experience! My saleswoman, Awring, treated my family well and got me a great deal on the vehicle. The dealership was clean, professional, and genuinely provided a comforting atmosphere. I don’t doubt that I’ll be purchasing my next vehicle here. It was worth the 60 mile drive!
If I could give more than 5 stars to our salesperson, Robert Guthrie, I would!!! I have never in 40 years of buying cars had such a unique buying experience.... no pressure, no stress, all questions/concerns addressed professionally and timely!!! The price discussed on the phone did not magically change when we met in person! Robert stayed in touch with us, as he promised, in his search to find the car (color/equipment) we wanted! The delivery of the vehicle was done in under 1 hour including meeting with Zack in finance! I love our 2021 Toyota Venza!!! But we love Robert! He is a unicorn among salespeople!
Poor service. Bad experience. Wasted time and trip. We were attended by Roger Cole, who gave us a time of 3 hours for oil change, puncture repair and coolant. When we came back after 3 hours he hadnt even submitted papers to the mechanic to start service and our car was still parked there. Then he told us itll take 1 more hour, we waited there and he brought the car back with just the oil change and told us the coolant wasnt possible unless we leave the car for another day which didnt make sense. We got no receipt. He told us it will be emailed to us. Its 3 days now still no email. Also, we found out that even the tyre wasnt repaired and he lied to us that he did.Such a waste of time for us esp as that was our only day off to get this chore done.
I purchased my Rav4 from this dealership and have been getting it serviced through them every 5k miles. After the move to the farmington hills location I was met with some service reps that seemed like they couldnt be bothered to help me. I would wait patiently in the service department for any one of them to acknowledge my presence, which would usually take a few minutes. This changed after I started being helped by Frank from the service department. I would give Frank 5 stars but my rating is for the entire service department. The last few times I had to bring my car in for servicing, Frank would immediately great me and inform me that he would help me once he was available. Frank also has been very helpful with all my questions. I have been considering leaving this dealership and taking my business elsewhere, but Frank has made me reconsider with his strong work ethic and also attention to customer satisfaction.
I bought my first car here, and everyone was really welcoming. I worked with Awring Ahmed, who was amazing. She was really kind, respectful, and patient, which was really refreshing after visiting multiple dealerships. During the test driving, and buying processes, she was very clear, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be referring my friends to her and I hope Ill get a chance to work with her again!
This was hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve encountered in decades. From the beginning I felt valued, appreciated and catered to. Tanner was personable, professional and urgent. Abdul was knowledge, and shared details regarding the engine and background of my vehicle. Josh was kind, patient and demonstrated confidence in the process and remained professional as well. To close the deal the financial closer was polite, informative and efficient. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Josh and the overall experience was a very good one. He was friendly and helpful. The process of the final paperwork took a wee bit longer than I expected, considering I did not need financing.The only disappointing part of the transaction was that he lost my license plate holder when transferring plates from my old van. I realize thats not a big deal, but I received that when I graduated college and it has been with me 10 years through multiple vehicles. Im sure someone has trashed it, but if you find a Lakeland College plate holder, please forward it to me. Thank you
I Purchased a used truck from them over the phone via Joe. I live 4 hours away, when I was able to come pick up the truck, I was told the vehicle would be ready to go. I drove for 4 hours with them knowing what time I would arrive. When I arrived, the sales agent Joe did not come out and greet me, I was informed another agent would be handling my sale. I eventually had to ask for Joe when the truck condition went south. I was also informed the car was not ready yet. What? I was on the road for 4 hours! When thy did give me the vehicle to drive and gave me a route to drive which included highway driving, I couldn’t complete it because the truck’s gas light was on and it was on Empty. They had agreed to provide me with a full tank. Upon driving the vehicle, I noticed a transmission shutter that no one in the XXX point inspection noticed. Hmmm. They took the vehicle to a GMC dealership to get fixed which took a week. When they delivered finally it, it was missing a tonneau cover clamp which was in the bed of the truck when it went to the GMC dealer. They agreed to replace it as well as provide a bottle of touch up paint. Then they went radio silent. I did not receive my sales papers with the period they told me, and I had to call and request they get sent so I could register the car. I have left multiple messages for Joe and Cody and have received no response. The vehicle has been into the local Chevy dealership 3 times for radio issue so far. I will say my experience with Suburban was less than positive. It would be nice if they would just return my calls and send me what was lost at their dealership like they said they would instead of ignoring a customer that they failed to live up to their rating with.
Amazing customer service from every person we encountered. There is none of the competitive sales-person, high-pressure, untrustworthy stuff going on here. They are all just straight forward and friendly. Buying a car is not my idea of fun, but they made it easy and enjoyable. Thanks!
So I got my car in February i already loved this place got my first car from them a Kia Soul so when it was time to upgrade cuz of my daughter I was on my last straw and omg they gave me a chance and a car so I could keep my daughter safe it was quick fast and super easy and they were all so helpful and nice
My sliding door cable was broken and the techinical charged 4 hours labor. Youtube vedio shows a non-professional people takes only about 1 hour to change the cable assembly. The service is definetely over charged. I previously changed my cooler pump pipe and was over charged too. The the next time people there told me there was still a leak, which means they didnt even fix it at the first time. They charged me $145 for just checking and did nothing and not even willing to cut the cable for me. Basically their labor charge is more than a consultant. Really disapointed..
Our experience was so amazing I am grateful to be able to share.We walked in to express our interest in purchasing a 4 runner - always thought they were the coolest vehicle and the wife was looking for her forever vehicle. We only had a few minutes to talk . James listened, answered some brief questions, provided his contact information.My wife called James three days later requesting to come test drive a 4-runner and highlander as well as get two used vehicles appraised for trade in value.I arrived prior to my wife and requested Josh per James direction. Josh asked how he could help. He listened, we discussed our desires, and we discussed the Tundra.My wife arrived, we test drove a 4-runner, but no Highlanders were available. After test driving the 4 runner, i walked over and checked out the Tundra. Josh came out with keys and said to give it a try.After a healthy, fair, and clear discussion we negotiated, and......... traded in my F-250 and purchased the Tundra. Abdul was gracious to make a change in our finance plan after the package was already completed. The visit to ended far different than was expected. Never thought I would move from the F series - Seriously. Can’t trust this dealership! They are greedy and just want your money. Brought a oil change 3 pack from them, and told them I might sell my car soon, so they waived the $25 cancelation fee on the contract, and told me it would be no problem to get a refund. Such a lie. I have given them a copy of my signed contact with this $25 cancelation waived. I have been in contact with this dealership for three months, and they keep saying they are going to send the check, three months later they have done nothing. If I can’t trust them with $25, I wouldn’t trust them with getting car work done. It’s not about the $25, they just say whatever they want to get your money. At the end of the day they charged me $102.79 for one oil change. Better off driving to another dealership. Sales people are pushy and don’t care about helping you.
The service director Dan Bember of Suburban Toyota and Honda went the extra mile to make sure I received total customer satisfaction in resolving all issues that I had with my vehicle . He worked with the service team to get my problems resolved 100 %. My 2008 Toyota Avalon now drives as good as when it was new. Highly recommend taking your vehicle there for service.

When I bought my car last year I was met with friendly, professional service, but I didnt write a review. When my radio stopped working soon after my purchase, thanks to the warranty that came with the vehicle, they replaced it at no cost to me, but I still didnt write a review. Now Ive just gotten a package in the mail from them, and its a CD I had left in my old radio that I had completely forgotten about when I went to it replaced. For months, I didnt even realize it was missing! Im sure I would have found out eventually and would have been wracking my brain trying to remember where I left it, so Im extremely grateful not only for the wonderful experience Ive had buying a used car through them, but also for them taking the time to return an item I had left.
We were very pleased with this dealership. Our son’s car broke down late one Friday night and he needed a car asap in order to get to work Monday morning. We had one Saturday afternoon to help him purchase a vehicle. Alex was extremely helpful in listening to his needs and understanding his timeline. Bought a car here about two months ago , and let’s juts say LONGGGGG story short our vehicle ended up in the repair shop due to the short block needing replacement due to a broken piston . Two WEEKS after we bought it ! The Dealership was extremely rude and unprofessional . Submitted a complaint to the BBB but the manager Codi, was still not help whatsoever. Worst car experience ever . An $7.5 k later we got our vehicle a week ago . Do NOT RECOMMEND !Two years later and flex fuel is working just fine in our vehicle, as when we purchased it the kit for it came installed already for flex fuel. The exchange of the short block was the problem just a response to the owner, thanks

Recently purchased a used vehicle. This was by far the nicest experience buying a car I have had in a while. The Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and very Helpful. The buying experience was not a problem but before I bought my car I showed my salesman a broken tail light and they told me that it will be fixed. I went back two days later to buy the car and it wasn’t fixed, so I took the car home and called them for the next two weeks straight, left multiple voicemails and never got an answer. I had to take the car to a different dealership to get the tail light fixed. It wasn’t until I got my parents involved and then they started answering back. They told me they would reimburse me for the tail light that they told me they would fix but 2 months later and I have yet to see that money. The customer service is a joke and I would not recommend buying your car from here .

When I walked in and said I was interested in learning more about the hybrid SUVs, he didn’t go into hyper-sell mode. We had taken our new Prius for service at the Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills today for an 8:30 am pre-fixed appointment...We were pleasantly surprised when Erin, our customer service representative informed that the servicing might take just an hour. We waited while the service was getting done...And just like they said, the servicing was finished within the hour and by 9.30 am, we were back home...Overall, it was very quick, leaving us with the rest of the day full of productivity...Totally GO ERIN AND CO-WORKERS!
We picked up a new RAV4 lease on 8/10/2020. Abdul did an amazing job helping us. He accommodated us on the previous weekend when we had arrived a few minutes before closing and was very knowledgeable and fast with the paperwork, and did not rush or pressure us. Terrible service, came in for an oil change and was sent WITHOUT any oil. My car came fine and left here with problems and has been an ongoing trend with them. The service reps we’re no help, they kept passing my issue to each other until someone decided to do his job. I could not recommend this location location any less, stay away. Been going here for 10 years and this year has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I am regular visitor here for my Toyota service. Each time staff was efficient & attentive be it regular service or lease process. Drove my brand new Toyota 4Runner off the lot today!! I really couldn’t have been more pleased with how the entire process played out.I spent less than 2 hours TOTAL in the dealership - and that is split between two days!! Saying this was the quickest and most simplified car buying experience would be an understatement. My awesome sales man, Rob, was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted in minutes, I submitted a application online, waited through the weekend to get insurance for the vehicle and just like that I was in to sign papers and pick up my SUV today! I had to get a car quickly to replace a totaled vehicle, and Don and Zach made the process so painless and QUICK!!! I spent 40 minutes picking out the car and applying for credit on Saturday, and Don personally went down and drove the car I wanted from Fort Wayne back up here. I spent 45 minutes there today to finalize everything, and then drove away in my gorgeous new car! Could not be happier.

I just purchased a new Toyota from Suburban of Farmington Hills, and have to say, that after buying cars from dealers for more than 40 years, this was my best experience. Dealing with the salesman Michael Joh and the finance manager was really a pleasure. There was no pressure to buy, and they were very helpful in guiding me to the car I wanted and giving me the best overall deal I could expect. The car was priced right, the financing was just what I wanted, and the trade-in amount they offered was very fair. Every part of the experience was better than I had ever expected. I thank them for being the professional auto dealer that every dealership should be.
Very poor after sale support. Never finance through this dealership ship. I did take a finance through dealership with Toyota finance as well as GAP insurance. They did take a GAP policy with some 3rd party, which I came to know only when refinancing. I tried reaching them for 5 to 6 times. Left multiple voice messages and tried calling my sales person. No response. Only 2 times, they have responded to my request, saying you will get refund in 4 to 6 weeks. Never received it. What a waste of time and hundreds of dollars.
I was so lucky to have Waqas Yousuf as my sales rep. He gave me and my sisters the best experience yet! He is super personable and very accommodating. Didn’t pressure me to buy a car and actually made us laugh a ton! Was really informative and made the time there very fun. This was my first time buying a car and I didn’t feel any pressure. He was even great following up with me with my purchase. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to come here.
I’ve always gone to this location for regular oil changes and tire rotations. At my last visit I was informed my front brakes were almost metal to metal and needed to be replaced. I was quoted at $695 for front pads, rotors, and a brake flush. I took it for a second opinion and was told that my brake fluid was perfectly fine and all it needed was pads and rotors. Paid less than $400 for the work and parts. I was also quoted almost $100 for my engine air filter and cabin air filter, which you can easily buy for $10 a piece at any auto shop and put them in yourself. I will continue to take my car here for regular inspections, oil changes and tire rotations but nothing more. They charge an arm and a leg for anything else. They’re always very pushy about trying to sell other services too.
After an initial poor visit from the service department at the Toyota dealership in Farmington Hills, I reached out to the service manger who was very understanding of my complaint. He remedied the situation completely and has reversed my initial feelings of ever returning for service related repairs or maintenance to my Toyota. I recommend that anyone who feels they had not been given the proper service to reach out to the manager before making any complaint or poor survey remark. I know you might think, as I did, it will not make a difference but I assure you, that is simply not the case.

I’ve been getting my 2 older Toyota vehicles serviced here for about 4 years since we moved out to Farmington Hills, and thought about purchasing something new for awhile. I was expecting this dealerships Maintenance Dept to have the same level of professionalism and service as the Suburban of Troy one. Not so much! The cars are not even serviced at this location, but are driven a half mile down Haggerty to an old Chrysler dealership service garage. So if you need to talk to a mechanic or access your vehicle while you wait, youre out of luck!
Brought my Tacoma in for oil change and front wheel balance. Rodger in service was very professional and knowledgeable. The maintenance team not only completed the oil change and wheel balance (one of the best I’ve ever had), in a timely manner, they also performed a mandatory frame corrosion recall. Well done to all. A pleasure to do business here.
Used car dealership sold me a broken vehicle, during the test drive I pointed out a broken blinker to the salesperson. He promptly assured me that the vehicle would be fixed by the next afternoon if I had chosen to purchase the vehicle. So I did. Just a little more than a week later the dealership finally called me for the first time... to tell me that the vehicle was fixed and ready to be taken home. Not once did the dealership notify me on the progress of the used vehicle, nor did they answer when I called. After finally arriving at the dealership, more than a week later i Notice that the headlight still isn’t fixed. They then reassured me that the headlight was the only problem, and that I could bring the car in when the replacement bulb arrived at the dealership. It has now been over 2 weeks and still heard nothing from the dealership.Do not ever purchase any vehicle from this joke of a car dealership, I will be contacting a lawyer ASAP.
I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. Not only was management outstanding from Cody Adams, James Gerald and the dealership clean, but Awring Ahmed and Mike Beydoun made sure to make the process smooth sailing while being friendly and upholding a high level of professionalism throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend going through either of them as they were very helpful and made me feel in good hands inside and outside the dealership.
Don Yu and the Suburban Team did another great job on my Highlander lease. The lease process was easy and hassle free. Don went the extra mile to locate the SUV I wanted. This is my 2 lease with Don. I would highly recommend Don and Suburban Toyota for anyone interested in a new lease or purchase.
Timeless Transaction!While I struggled to make appointment with the local Toyota dealer going there twice and waiting for hours, I called Suburban Toyota and spoke with Mr. Joe Lehr. I called in the morning asking about the desired car. By 4PM, I got the car delivered the same day! Bravo to them and the finance department Mr. Alex and Zach, got the job done same day. Grateful! My husband purchased a truck from Suburban Toyota a year ago. He was very impressed with the entire team and recommended that I stop in to test drive a few vehicles. My salesmen Kalvin was very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me. No pressure at all. Ryan in finance made the paperwork aspect easy and painless. He shared with me the benefits of GAP insurance and how important it can be. I didnt want my payment to go up but I also dont want to be in a situation that Im paying for something I dont have. Great team! Awesome experience. Will recommend to everyone!
Michael Joh was an amazing person to deal with. I had put in a request for information and he responded in a matter of minutes. He provided pricing for me. He was able to get me the car that matched exactly what i had wanted very quickly. He provided accurate pricing with no hidden fees and worked to get the best for me. I will be back to do future business with Michael to buy cars for my family as well as bringing extended family, because i know we will be treated like family.
This dealership has dealt with a lot of changes over the past year and I have to say that while my experience didnt start out all the great, once I brought issues to their attention they were extremely quick to resolve any issue and to completely satisfy the customer. Cody, Matt and Lisa were all exceptional at their jobs and Ive no doubt that Ill be returning, or at least looking here, when I need my next car. You should definitely give them a try!
Everyone at Suburban Toyota was very nice. My service advisor Keon Howard was the best. He was very helpful, and nice. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Only have good things to say about him and my experience. Next time I go to Suburban Toyota I hope I get him as my advisor again.
I have always had a good experience at Suburban Toyota but today was an exception. I came in for a trans flush and told the rep (friendly guy) that I was there a few weeks for an oil change and was told there was a leak in my transmission and differential (based on the inspection sheet I was given a few weeks ago) and I would to like follow up on that. Also, fan motor was making noise (turns out some leaves got caught in the motor) In addition, my low tire pressure light was on in the gauge cluster. When I returned to pick up my car, the tech that apparently did the trans flush did not even fill out the inspection report. It was completely blank. Meaning he did not check whether or not the Trans and differential fluid was leaking which was a primary concern for me. But since I had been waiting for 3 hours I figured it’s fine as long as he replaced the transmission fluid perhaps there’s no need to worry? I then get back into my car to see that the tire pressure light was still on. Meaning that the tires were not checked either. So I returned to my sales rep and he told me to have the welcome guys in the garage to take a look and they eventually added air to all the tires which did NOT resolve the issue (light was still on) because they should have been properly checked by the technician (the same guy that left the entire inspection sheet BLANK) in the first place, which proves he did NOT check anything at all. Now, I’m unsure if I have a nail in my tire or perhaps a sensor has gone bad. I’ve always counted on those inspection sheets to guide my next service visit to care for my vehicle . Additionally, it may be a small gesture, but I’ve always liked how suburban toyota washed your car after service, but you guessed it, that wasn’t done either. Disappointed that I now I have to take time off work to go to Belle Tire to figure out what’s going with my tire and perhaps a local mechanic to see if there’s any leaks in trans/differential fluid.
Very bad experience at this location. I called up for an inspection and they told me to be there in early morning hrs - and I arrived there. But instead of looking at my vehicle, they turned the keys back to me within 10 mins stating they cant do it and I have to call call center. Also surprisingly one of the sales person lady told me car has been checked - but in reality no one looked at the car ,as I was standing close to it. They just lied about the fact and not professional enough for the service. I enquired some new stuffs, and she launched a webpage and told me that..nothing more..Its horrific sale experience...I would stay away from there, if you need good service in future.
Not recommend incase you are going for specific issue.I went for regular service of my vehicle and also to check impact of my wheel which got hit to side curb due to skidding in snow. and I was hearing sound while steering and turning due to that. They said to replace the wheel and I told to fix the sound issue as well. They returned my vehicle and said everything okay. After I drove car , I still hear sound and when I report that they don’t even verify and said it’s already certified and they don’t check and asked me to verify with other dealer .
Sadly, I need to update my rating. After I leased, I found out my paperwork for lease financing was miss filled out, and someone had to be sent to my office to sign again. This delayed when my bill was issued and on the day my bill was due, after being assured I would receive info on time, I had to reach out to the dealership again to get info on how to properly pay my bill so I wasn’t charged a late fee. Now, a month later, the loan company has reached out to me to inform me that they should have received the title to my vehicle from the dealership and have not. The sales process was great, but the amount of issues after the deal was done have been unprofessional and inconvenient.Old review;Kelvin was patient, helpful and wasn’t pushy at all during my process. He found a way to get me exactly what I wanted, but always kept my price point in mind. Really great experience!
I was ignored by service attendants until I said excuse me so I could receive service. I was charged for an alignment which could not be done, you would think that some type of assessment could have been done before keeping my vehicle for an hour plus then charging me the full amount for an alignment. The car actually drove worse then when I took it in. Nothing was said upfront that I would be charged for an alignment if it could not be completed. I felt that my choice was taken from me and I will not recommend this dealership for service.
I came in with my father last Thursday to look at new possible cars for my first lease. We were looking for something reliable and fuel efficient, and thankfully Toyota has plenty of those! We could not have made a solid decision without the help of our salesman Ash! Ash definitely helped my dad and I understand the difficult specs about certain cars. Glad we got the help we needed!
The team at Suburban Toyota was phenominal! They went out of their way to work with us and ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. They were honest, direct and fun! This is the first time ever that we have bought a car and had such great service, friendly personnel and felt that we were being treated more than fairly! Great Job!
Robert was a wonderful salesman. He greeted us immediately when we walked in. We told him what vehicle we were interested in and he pulled two trim levels for us to test drive. He allowed us to take the car out alone to see how we felt. When we got back he took us to the lot to look at all the RAV4 vehicles and talked to us about the different trim levels and package options with each one. Once we decided on the one we wanted he walked us through leasing and purchasing and the pros and cons of each. He also sat with us to walk us through all the technology within the vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend!
My mom purchased a 2018 Toyota Rav4 SE in black, with all wheel drive and 13,866 miles from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills of Michigan for approximately $23,000, on January 29th of 2021. She did so while my father was waiting outside in his car, due to his recovering from another round of chemotherapy. He was feeling well, but she advised him to stay outside due to his low immunity, while she handled the business of the sale. My mom is a retired public health nurse for Oakland County; not a business person. The salesman or sales manager, concealed one of two accidents this vehicle was involved in, the later of which was more severe; damage to the passenger side of the Rav4. He did this by simply not showing the page from Carfax, detailing this information. When my mom and dad arrived home from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills, my dad read the Carfax report and realized what had happened. We whole heartedly believe this was no accident. My dad wanted to return the vehicle, but my mom did not want to cause him further stress; he died from cancer on Friday, March 5th. If I must, I will post pictures of this vehicle, with the names of the salesman and or sales manager. I am writing this review for my mom, utilizing my google account. If Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills contests this, then I will just log in under my moms google account, where I will copy and paste this review. If they want to, I will call them. I live in Arizona, otherwise I would be there now. I am my moms only son and I am responsible for making sure she is not taken advantage of.Semper FI
I have purchased 2 vehicles and taken my cars to Suburban Toyota on various occasions. Every time I visit they are accommodating and quick to attend to customers. Especially when taking a car in for service—they have lots of advisors ready to assist making the drop off process smooth. They also listen to my requests and try to help me when they can. Great place!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely sketchy and unprofessional experience with this dealer. They told me I couldn’t test drive the vehicle on the road because of Covid 19- yet every other dealership I’ve worked with since has allowed this. Set up a test drive 3 days in advance and once I got there they said the car was getting repaired so I couldn’t test drive - after telling them I drove an hour and had an appointment they got the car out for me. After driving the car around the lot I decided I would get it. I asked if I could put a deposit down so they car could get its maintenance done and I could pick it up in 2 days. They informed me they did not take deposits on used vehicles. I then asked how I could know the car wouldn’t be sold and Tanner Tulgetske assured me “the car is yours, don’t worry. We will do the maintenance and work out the financing and then it’s yours to pick up.” He did not get the paperwork started until the next day and then informed me at 4:30 pm (the shop closes at 5 pm) that they had sold the car to someone else for cash. Completely unprofessional. Sold the car from underneath me and then claimed they had another car I could look at that was $2,000 more. I don’t understand why they’d think I want to work with them after they screwed me over like that. I called the used car manager and left a message asking him to call back so we could discuss my experience and he never called me back almost a week later. I lost points on my credit score because they ran a credit check for nothing. I asked for the paperwork saying I had been pre-approved for a loan and they would not give it to me. I will never go here again and I hope others take my advice and stay away!
Challenging to get any response back from dealership after purchasing not 1 but 2 vehicles.I was up sold a bunch of optional services which I fell for during the time of purchase. Later when I change my mind to cancel them, I am being subjected to infinite follow ups, no responses for past several months with considerable refund held back. Service is a whole another topic!There is no clear process for escalation as well. It’s unacceptable that the refunds are held back especially during these tough times. (Thousands of dollars :( )

Amazing treatment!! Just had my truck serviced by suburba. Cody and Nate took real good care of our vehicle. While we waited they even got us in for a test drive even though we didnt make an appointment during this COVID thing. They really bend over backwards for their customers!
Robert Guthrie was an ideal sales representative. Very casual and unassuming in his approach. Listened well to my needs, and showed me possible cars which fit that. He also mentioned what I should consider for my lifestyle (how a certain upholstery would not be right) without regard anything than what would fit my needs. When it was clear there was not a good ft, he searched the website of the sister dealership and told me I should head over there. He was right, I bought that car he spotted, my only regret is that he was not financially rewarded for his guidance and true professionalism.
What a great day....picked up my new 2021 Toyota RAV 4 XLE Hybrid. The process was quick and simple. The car was detailed and ready for me to take with me. My salesperson MJ is top-notch and fights for every bit of savings he can find for me and my family. Mike in Financing was cordial and made the financing process simple and easy.
I was initially greeted by Seth Croucher who was extremely helpful. Who then escorted me to my salesman Abdul Levy who was very professional and polite and did not-make me feel rushed or pressured and all my questions were answered. If he couldn’t answer them he found the answer. Pam Pfiefer was very helpful setting up the appointment online and cordial. Rob in sales was very professional and through and I am very satisfied with my Corolla purchase. I will refer anyone in the future with their Toyota purchase.
I couldn’t have had a better experience with this dealership. Alex truly went above and beyond to make sure that everything was good for us— he stayed after closing to answer questions and cleared his schedule the next day to get us taken care of. During the signing process, I never felt like I was being pressured to make any decisions I wasn’t comfortable making, and the dealership got me a better rate than my bank did. Everyone else we dealt with was also very friendly and helpful. I really can’t speak highly enough. We drove from out of state to get this car, and I’d drive back again to do business there again. Ask for Alex! He’s fantastic to work with.
Cody and MJ were amazing. The process was super simple and smooth. The banks were closed so we signed online the next morning and they delivered right to me. Now thats service! Being in sales myself, this is an intimidating process as I myself HATE being sold. I never once felt that with these guys, I barely know them but with the world class experience I had, I felt like we were close friends for years. 2022-02-12The team here was very knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. There were no hidden fees, or problems at all. They had everything ready for me before I walked in the door with only a couple days notice about what I wanted. The new plate was ready for me and the registration was taken care of within that same 1 and a half hour experience. Alex, the sales rep and John in finance made the experience quick and easy for me. 2022-01-05Dont trust any repair the service department recommends. Twice they tried to dupe my daughter. 1) Stated the steering column needed to be replaced for a steering issue ($1,500). I found a loose battery ground cable ($10). 2) Showed her a picture of how bad the engine was leaking oil and recommended to have it fixed. Since the car was in for an oil change, the oil should have been dirty (see attached picture) but it was clean. And the amount of oil on the ground that supposedly leaked since the car was in the shop would amount to a quart per hour of use...and no oil has ever been needed to be added...it was completely faked. Im sure the mechanics are great (I talked to one at length before...great guy) so I blame the management 100%.

2022-03-14I had a Saturday appointment, and they really couldnt have made it any easier. I was greeted right away, taken into see the service advisor (Erin!), who was super friendly and took the time to explain things that I didnt understand. The waiting area is super nice and comfortable for those that have to wait. I did not stay the entire time, and was notified when my repairs were completed, and was able to view my invoice and pay it before even getting back to the dealer. That was super cool! I also couldnt have gotten a better value for those repairs anywhere else. I will 100% be back, and highly suggest that you go here if youre looking for trustworthy people to handle your vehicle.

2022-04-24I had a good experience with this dealer.From the beginning of communication with them through emails,and phone calls until I went to there to make the order for the car.The agent who make order for me was Michel Joh.He explained to me the hybrid cars they have,their specs.and the financing process.He helped me to choice the car I ordered,he was so friendly,gentle,have the knowledge,and good sense.The financial agent there John was so good,and friendly he helped me finish the purchase by signing the papers.It is a great dealer,which I recommend it to the customers.

2021-10-20New 4Runner TRD Pro had some issues with tire imbalance and odd steering wheel impacts over bumps. I had the vehicle at Discount Tire just days before with no resolution. The guys heard my complaint and I asked that they make sure this is resolved the first time. They had all 4 tires balanced, and performed an alignment. They covered it all under warranty. I’m happy with the results and the speed of repair.The fellows there both Ben Sachs (Service Manager), and Roger Cole (Service Advisor) we’re attentive and helpful.

2022-04-19Went into buy a car.. these guys slapped with me 5 hard inquiries on my credit all in one sitting. The guys there are nice and willing to help out- but their finance department really screwed me on my credit. You’d think it would be an easy deal and financing with someone with a credit rating in the “excellent” region but they’ll drop you 60-70 points in one hour.
