Awesome service, has bus parking. We went as a group of 55 people and they accommodated us. Super fast. Everyone jumped in to make sure we were comfortable. Clean bathrooms. If you are traveling as a group this is the place to be.
Subway associate was nice but working by himself, slow, and couldnt close up a Casear wrap (left the ends open.) Lowest stocked Subway I have been in and the wrap bread was old and dry. Store was clean. 3 stars is a generous rating for this Subway. Will not go back to that one for sure.
Outstanding customer service! This Subway is extremely clean and the food is very, very fresh. The new owner gets that the difference is in the details and works hard to bring an excellent product! I HIGHLY recommend this Subway and I plan to return often!!!
Just came to this location, it 10:25 and they are closed. The store hours show its open til 11 PM. Person just finished cleaning up, and everyone was running like crazy out of there. Never coming back, will notify head office.
Ordered a wrap online to pick up. When I went to pick up my order it was ready and that is the ONLY good thing I have to say about this visit. Two employees working a guy and girl. Guy running register. He TOSSED my bag at me and said have a nice day. When i get to my shop and unwrap my sandwich it was a MESS. Sauce and veggies everywhere. I had to eat with a knife and fork! No napkins in the bag. This thing seriously looked like they half ass wrapped it and then tossed it around the store a few times before giving it to me. This is not the first time I have gotten things from this store that have been thrown together. I dont usually complain but I will not be returning to this store. Nothing changes and it seems to be the norm these days here.
First off the man behind the counter was only wearing his mask partially. Second this subway is more expensive than others and they are stingy with meat and toppings. Then there pickles taste sour and nasty (much different than other subways). Also their soda fountain has been down for at least a month. Finally the service is subpar at best and not very friendly.
Subway 1400 Mall Drive Was purchased by new osners and the turn around and the community comming back to give it a try is awesome ive seen this place do a 360 if you want fresh friendly service come in to the walmaft 1400 mall Drive and just look at the selection they offer fresh cut veggies that day no back stock just cut when needed . lovein the full fresh products.
Its a Subway. You can kinda sorta expect the same menu options but...I cannot say enough about the service. Every time Ive been to *this* Subway I have had..the kindest, polite, most respectful, conversational, friendly, helpful and just best employees as their sandwich artists. Every time. Not just once. Every. Time.Overall: Its a Subway. With the some of the best service ever.
Always clean, folks are friendly and professional. Very comfortable. I visit there quite frequently and its always well kept, doesnt seem to have much turn over. Staff remembers you, they treat everyone well. :)
As of 2020, this Subway has good service. The woman there helped me with the deals they offered and was very polite. Food was made fast! Not a jinky Subway.
Rude owner, staff not reading online order correctly three separate times. The last time I took my order back the owner offered no apologies but re did my order with attitude.If I could post this with zero stars I would!
We ordered our food online to be picked up at 830. The store closes at 10.Got there at 825. Door was locked and no one was there. Been trying to reach someone for like 5 days. Even went back in and the employees refused to give me a refund or any help. My card was charged.I will be getting the law involved if this isnt resolved soon
This subway has the worst management ever. They are constantly out of everything and it is disgusting inside. They only have 1 person working at a time? Corporate should shut this place down to lack of management because it makes Subway in general look bad.
I frequently visit this establishment. Only because it is the only Subway near my work. Everytime I have gone in they are out of something. Last time was no bottled drinks. Time before that they were out of ice so the pop machine was down and they only had wheat bread. Time before that they didnt have any bread so they were closed and there were multiple other occasions I could mention that they were out of something. Today I walked in and they only had flat bread and wraps. I guess I just dont understand how a business that makes sandwiches runs out of bread so often. I probably will still eat there but I wouldnt recommend it!
The people who work there are very professional, kind and helpful, the restaurant is always clean, the food is always fresh. I have never had any problems when Ive been there.SUBWAY will be my first choice
First walking in the floors are covered in dirt and piles of dirt in the corners. The ppl working were friendly but they had absolutely nothing ready to make anything. Asked for a salad and couldnt get that because they were out of salad bowls couldnt get rotissourie chicken because they didnt have any thawed couldnt get the BBQ rib they are advertising because they didnt have any ready. While making the sandwich after picking through the menu and making my husbands wrap they asked if bacon was to be heated he said yes please and when they put it on the wrap the bacon was burnt and hard when trying to eat it. The wrap and my sandwich were not cut properly either. After making each sandwich gloves are supposed to be changed they did not change their gloves at all and no hair net or hat was worn. Do not recommend coming to this subway.
I walked in and nobody was working i yelled hello for ten minutes even went in the back and yelled hello, terrible service, i cant even say that because their was no service, guess they dont want customers, any body couldve robbed the place, no employees in the whole building, hire better people subway bc i wanted a sub and had to go to wendys bc nobody wants to work
Went in for quick lunch and buy for the whole office and apprecited the service and how quickly they took care of all the order. Loved the professionalism they showed to some rude customers that were there. The manager, Sajad,(new management) took care of the situation and took care of all the customers. Loved rhe overall experience and would recommend coming back to this establishment.
Best made sub Ive had in a long time. Didnt skimp out on the meat and toppings like most Subways do. Staff was also efficient and friendly. Great experience.
This subway is recently under new ownership, the previous ppl who had it always ran out of stuff and the employee moral is low. Now everything is fully stocked and the new employees seem to be happier!
Since this place got a new owner I have met him he is very kind and nice and did everything thing exactly also the place is so clean better then last owner they didn’t take of the subway like he does and they’re are more options like more drinks and chips and cookies and they’re is actually bread this time last time they were out of meat and bread so I think this is a great subway to go to I recommend this😃
Dirty. You can see all kinds of Flys everywhere. Almost lost my appetite. Obviously cleanliness is something they are not concerned with. Never coming to this location again.
Apparently, they have new management. Things are totally diff from what i saw a few months go. Sandwich was on point. Great customer service!! Had everything in stock.
Overall a quality subway, with new management, and some pretty good customer service. Makes me want to go back everytime for a quick lunch or for the guys at the office.

Ordered online, get here to pick up, sign says open but the door is locked and no one is inside. The person for the next shift got here after I did and he couldn’t get in!

The The management is horrible employees are being monitored around the clock they are told to put very little cheese on your sandwich or they will be docked in PAY and they are short on staff, only one person working at Rush hour times.

2022-06-03If you are a person of any understanding at all do not ever go here. You will be lucky to leave in one piece. Employees are combative and no manager to controle them. They took our money but wouldnt make us our food. I wonder why. Had to stop payment through our bank.

2022-04-01Never in my life have I touched a cup and lid as sticky as the ones they gave me. When the worker saw the mysterious black sticky stuff on the edge of the lid, she proceeded to wipe it on her uniform and deemed it clean. There were flakes of something all over the inside of cup. Next time just give your customer a new cup and lid, that was absolutely disgusting to watch. Not coming back

2022-01-19I’m not one to leave negative reviews, as I’ve worked in the food industry a long time and understand stuff can happen.I draw the line at having a worker stand there and brag about how drunk she got the night before, how she hit someone while driving drunk and ended up in the hospital as well as going to jail.There was also moldy mozzarella cheese sitting out. I don’t even care about the moldy cheese. Bragging about almost killing someone? Definitely taking my business to the Walmart Subway.

2021-10-03This place has gnats and flies EVERYWHERE! over by the food, by the drink machine, on the walls in the windows. flying in your face and over your food. DISGUSTING. the workers all have the worst attitudes and the owners too. go to the one in walmart down the road. this is nasty.

2021-05-05This is literally the worst subway. They are immature about business, they neglected the fact that my sub had no steak, they could not even own up to a mistake like they are perfect. Literally for any subway lovers this will literally ruin everything you like about subway please do not come to this place as they do not make your food right. It was supposed to be toasted and I got it cold. But the cheese was melted. I dont understand how hard it is for the community to understand if your going to have a job at least work it and not be a low life scum

2021-02-11NO MORE!I have two subway sandwiches stores in my area and this one has the worst customer service in the entire area. I use the subway app to order my meal and three times it’s been wrong. The last time I picked up my sandwich went home only to find out it was completely wrong.Now I must drive back there to make it right and the owner/ manager questioned me on what’s wrong. I showed him my receipt and he reluctantly made my sandwich with attitude and no apologies whatsoever!No More Off My Money!If I could I’d give this store no stars

2021-08-02Refused to give me a cup for water on a hot summer day because the owner forgot to order them. Offered to pay $.25 for a cardboard cup but the owner refused and wanted to charge $1.69 for a cup tap water. Horrible service, horrible prices, horrible people.

2021-03-15Worst experience at a Subway. The employee who made my sandwich was rude and had a terrible attitude. When I requested for him to toast my sandwich he rolled his eyes at me and rook out the sandwich halfway through. Overall very rude in interaction. Last time Im going here.

2020-09-24My husband had a question about the buy 2 get one free coupon online. We had purchased 2 but managed to checkout without getting the 3rd one free. When he asked about it the guy behind the counter started with well if you knew what you were doing horrible customer service. It was just a question, wont be back.*both subs were entirely wrong also, since they were ordered online thats pretty hard to do.
