The guy working up front (his name was nathan) was really nice. Nathan also had great customer service. 10/10, love subway.
Subway is another saving grace for affordable and quality veg and VEGAN options in the entire copper country. I want to support local and small restaurants, but you pay twice as much for not even half the veggies you get at subway. This location has particularly friendly staff. Even with the two universities --its a reminder that we are in a remote and isolated part of the U.S.

Was better in years past. Recently, it seems like employees can be overwhelmed (which has led to an order wrong). Overall, the deals and food is ok.
Friendly but the sandwich was inedible - it tasted overwhelmingly burnt and none of the other ingredients could shine through. This was an Italian bread sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast order.
Just your typical Subway with an incredibly kind and attentive staff. If youve eaten at one before then you know what to expect.
Kudos to the guys that were working ghis evening..... super busy from 4-730 when we arrived, were running out of just about everything, and still kept it lighthearted..... food was delicious and super friendly service :-)

2022-06-30If you go in the evening everyones great,but if you go in the morning when 1 certain woman works she changes the opening time from 9am to 10am...Doesnt work if you want lunch to take to work...watch out for the femalemanagershe is rude&condensing to the workers&customers and is not above screaming at customers wont be back

2022-06-06Dear Calumer Subway,Please teach Thomas Perala (the blonde one) to make the subs more neatly. I watched him just throw (literally) all of the veggies on there and they were everywhere (not on the sub), he also did not toast my friends chicken breast (not the sandwich, she just gets the chicken breast toasted/cooked) so her chicken was freezing cold. It’s disgusting to see such a careless worker.

2021-11-10Great Subway, never had a bad experience. Sign says they open at 9, the website says they open at 9. Employee told me with hand signals that they open at 10. When I tried to go in. At 9:10.

2021-01-04Gave the Calumet location three chances. The first time, the two young men were in over their head. I was told that it would be awhile before they could help me. Too many online orders. The second day, everything was fine. Fresh gloves, helpful attitude. Yesterday, I was given a hard time for my order (i have a life-threatening food allergy, I advise staff at the beginning of the order, or try to, Im usually ignored or interrupted), but it was prepared properly, albeit grudgingly. Today, i was again ridiculed for my order, repeated requests to change gloves went unheard/ignored. Food was made to my request, again, begrudgingly, mockingly. I will not be back. I will go hungry before i will give Subway another dime.

2020-05-29Ryan L and the new guy there were great, however there was a girl working there, Winter, who was rude, hickeys all over her neck and was rolling her eyes at us while we ordered. She was so unfriendly, and this has been the worst experience Ive had at this location.

2019-03-06Staff is always extremely friendly and service is always extremely fast. Store looks to be kept up well, even during a busy lunch period. There is definitely one or two employees who can speed-make your sub and they are my favorites!!

2018-09-06At least 60 -70 subs ordered from this subway and Ive never had any problems my kids love it and Im an extremely picky person about money spent on food I could make at home! This always has friendly staff management and they never ever have spoiled vegetables nor have i ever once had a bad experience at any hour with their wait time.

2020-01-16Its the first time Ive been to subway in awhile. Not too impressed. Sandwiches are much thinner. Even with alot of veg. 4 slices of ham on a footlong? They used to put 6 folded in half. Anyway I dont eat there often. Maybe once a year. I guess its fine when your having a busy day. Better than some other choices out there.
