After 2 days of trying to beg a couple of other places to replace a blown out truck tire, a mechanic friend of mine recommended Sucher. I called them up and an hour later they had my truck going again for under $200. Old school service, fair prices....a jewel....I wish every place ran their business like these guys do.Fast, friendly and fair...no complaints!

This tire shop was a little pricey but not too pricey considering price inflation, Kelly was very helpful and spotted a serious issue in my rotor that the tow truck guy the day before had never mentioned 10/10 would recommend
Kenny is a great guy and had great pricing. His employee damaged my bolt which I was unpleased with. When I brought this to Kennys attention, he replaced the without hesitation!! He said two nuts arent worth arguing over. That kind of attitude will keep him in business forever!! If you need a tire, sensor, or repairs on either go see them!!!!
I went there and had wheel balance done on all four wheels of my Subaru Forester. Exle took care of my car & he was amazing. He even pointed out my cars worn sway bar. My car would shake above 70mph. After he did the balancing, it was gone and ride became very smooth. Although they were very busy, they completed the balancing in within 30 minutes. They are professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Sucher Tire to my friends and family.

Good service when they finally assist you… the employees tend to cater to its white customers first… even if u arrived first… I’ve watched it a couple times… Seems crazy seeing that they are in the city
I had a couple of tire pressure sensors installed and a reset done. There was a glitch with one sensor, a faulty sensor but they were professional and worked with me while I replaced the faulty sensor. Prices were reasonable. Service was good. Short wait times.

Bought tires from them ten years ago on a different car at the time. Best price around. Decided top of the line grade A tire since at the time they were the cheapest. The tires out lived the car & never needed maintenance. I wish I would of remembered this before buying my used rim on current car.
My company has been dealing with them for years. They will always give you a.great deal whether new or used. I went in once needed or planned just to replace 2 rear tires. Got all for replaced with used which were practically new. For $220.

Very quick and to the point. The information I required about the tires was perfect. I will visit the facility to get my tires replaced. I will write more about my experience later but as a start I am impressed by the quality and speed of the service - just on the phone.I hope other businesses are as good in their approach with the customers or even a simple inquiry.
Told me I could not get one tire but had to get two. Told me I needed to see my mechanic to replace a stud. My mechanic replaced it though he said they should have been able to handle it then showed me the exposed metal on my new tire and made me an appointment with someone competent.

Needed locks for my new KIA the dealer didnt have them. Sucher didnt have them in stock but they ordered them and I picked them up a couple hours later. Great service.
I have been buying tires from here for many years and have gotten a great deal every time. An added bonus is that they are really fast. In my experience, the chain tire stores can sometimes require a serious time commitment even for a minor repair; whereas, with this place, I always get in and out pretty quickly.
Customer service was outstanding. I order a rim for my Impala on Monday. they installed it on Tuesday ensure all tires were satisfactory. Best price in town. (I traveled from Monroe)
I went there for tire repair. The wait was longer than I expected. But they made up for it by actually torquing my lug nuts to specs. My experience is that neighborhood tire shops dont exercise that kind of precision. I was impressed.

Got a used tire from here a couple of days ago and the tire was in really good condition, but when I started driving I noticed this high pitched scrapping sound - like metal scraping metal. Once I drove a lil it stopped but anytime I would sit for an extended period and the car would cool off it would do it again until the car had been drivin for a while. This continued for about 2 days. I brought the car back to Suchers and instead of the guy dismissing my concerns because Im a female which a lot of places do, he actualled looked into the issue. Turned out a piece of metal by the tire was pushed in just a lil bit, he pushed it back out and I was back in business. The reason behind this long post is that I appreciated the excellent service I got when I bought the initial tire and the follow up service when I had a concern. Definitely recommend this business!!!

Thanks guys they helped me out when I had a flat tire. They replaced it with a good used tire .The only thing I didnt like was I was told one price and when it was time to pay the price was $5 higher than what I was told No big deal.
Cannot say enough great things about Sucher Tire! Belle Tire was not able to find the two tires I needed as they are no longer made. I was faced with buying 4 news tires for nearly $900 (because my vehicle is 4 wheel drive and the tire treads need to match) even though two of my tires had 93% life left. As a female with no car or tire knowledge I was leery of trying to find the tires on my own. Not only did Sucher have the tires I needed, I was able to get 4 tires in perfect condition for $400. Even if Belle Tire was able to find the two tires I needed, those would have cost nearly $500. I plan to only buy tires from Sucher going forward. Not only was the product top notch, the customer service was stellar (thank you Roger!). Side note, i have no affiliation with this company whatsoever. I found them on Ebay and was stunned to see they were local for me :)
The only reason I didnt give 5 stars because over inflated the tire I had repaired. I used them before and have always been satisfied with the work. Just glad I checked the tire pressure.

Bought four new tires from another dealer less than a year ago. A rear rim had a crack in it. Tire came off of the rim, having driven more than a mile on it. I jacked it up, put air in it until it popped back on the rim. Four days ago, a stem ( valve) broke off due to cold weather. I drove less than a mile to the above mention shop. All I wanted was a valve change. I ended up having to pay over $70, for a used tire, because some how the match to the aforementioned tire suffered broken belts. I had my suspicions based on my experience with the match on the other side with no broken belts despite being driven off of the rim. Today, due to the cold weather, I had to replace the valve on the cracked rim with the tire that had been driven on as mentioned. I noticed when the tire was taken off the rim the belted were fine! And this tire had been driven while flat, off of the rim. The one that Sucher repaired was not driven flat but the claimed the bewith the tool used to lift the tire off of the rimlts were broken. In fact the damage was done with the tool used tolift the tire off of the rim. To add insult to injury, the tire I purchased from Sucher has only been driven to a lot and parked. Upon returning a day later it had a big bulge in it. I went back to Sucher and showed them the product they’re sold me just days before. The owner told me there was nothing they could or would do. I went directly to All State Ti, which also included balancing and installation. There may be good guys there but the owner was a slimy... to me. res. Got better service and a newer tire for $40

I was very satisfied with the fast and efficient service l received in less than 20 minutes. The guys that worked there were customer service friendly and courteous to my needs. 2022-02-23A pothole on Ryan bodied my right-front tire like Hulk Hogan clotheslining a toddler, but at least I had the good fortune of having this happen near Sucher Tire Services. They got me a replacement and back on the road in under 30 minutes - theyre so quick I had to double check that I wasnt in the pits at Daytona! Ill definitely be back here next time I need a new set of tires... or the next time I have the ill fortune of running afoul of metro Detroits feta cheese highways.
