Her energy is infectious and her love and passion for her work is evident in her response time, effective communication and the level of service we received from her from day one. Kylee has earned our business for life!Their entire team moves containers a lot faster than you would think. 30 or 40 it doesnt matter, they move like an army! Every container requests were turned around in 24 hours. We even had to move a container from one location to another and a 40 trailer was out to the job site to move it the next day.The coordinator, Loc, was my second contact, and man-o-man!!, they do not mess around. Loc was very responsive to my needs and understood all of my concerns. Theyve provided tremendous flexibility to our clients and pick up with lighting efficiency when the rental is complete.If you have a storage need or you need to have a storage space, dont waste your time and go to Sun Pac!

Comment: I REALLY liked their rental service. Great customer service and really nice people. I liked it so much that I actually decided to buy one.Now, I did my fair share of research and found a company that was closer and cheaper than Sunpac. I also went out to their yard and physically touched and messed with my container at the other company. However, liking Sunpac, I decided to see if they could match or beat the price. I talked to John at Sunpac and he got me a really good deal. (It was not matched or better than the other company, but I liked John and decided to buy from him.) I had them refurb the outside and had it delivered.When it came, it was not nearly as nice as the other container. It had some cosmetic issues, (bracket was falling off, dents in the sides and roof, etc...) but it was only cosmetic, I thought... The next day it actually started raining. Part of the roof was dented in and in that dent, water started leaking. I submitted photos of all the issues and expressed my disappointment. The response I got from the company was it was a used container and unfortunately came as is. They tried to tell me that the pictures I sent them was moisture from the inside, not the leaking water...Thats where my appreciation for the company falters. I recommend them for renting, (they have nice units) but definitely urge you to stay away from purchase. A company that cannot stand behind their product that they sell within 2 days is a bad company to me.
