Comment: So so so happy I found these guys! Brian and the staff were helpful, informative and didnt even make fun of me when I wasnt sure what I was asking for! Such an easy rental process and even more economical after talking with them and not needing the entire rental period.Awesome customer service + my old house with its bad plumbing = I will be back here, thank you guys!

Comment: Mostly geared towards contractors, of course, but these guys were very friendly and helpful to me when I just needed a ladder for a day. Plus the price (for 24 hours) was less than half what I would have paid at Home Depot to rent the same ladder for 4 hours.

Comment: Terrible equipment, lousy customer service, rude employee named Jamie at EC who acted like I was interrupting her favorite soap opera and couldnt be bothered to send a mechanic to correct repeated problems with their worn out equipment. BJs gets an F minus. Never again.
