Booked the jacuzzi suite. The room was freezing and the heat did not work. Black mold around jacuzzi which had tried to be covered with caulking. Also in the shower. Stains on the white sheets of the bed. When I complained, they gave me keys to another room, which was already occupied. Demanded a refund and will never return.
I love this hotel, even if I found a better deal elsewhere; Id still pay the extra to stay here. The manager is very professional and friendly. Something you dont find often! Matt and Christina are adorable and treat everyone like family. Coffee served all day, YUMMY!!! This hotel is a must when staying in Sterling Heights, MI. Beds are so comfy youll sleep right through any alarm clock..lol
This hotel has great potential to be better. The room itself had a good size refrigerator and microwave but the cleanliness was almost unbearable. The sheets looked like they were never changed, carpet not vacuumed and the bathroom was disgusting. We had a long drive and just wanted to rest but how can you when you think how gross it is to sleep on dirty sheets and to shower and not even feel clean.
Positive: None there wasnt even breakfast Negative: I didnt like having a room that was flooded with water because the toilet was clogged when I walked in and the front desk didnt even give me another room I was with my children and it was late i had no where else to go
Never a good sign in a covid world when the first thing you find in your room is some ones used food container in the Fridge. Room was very dusty and appeared to be in need of basic repairs. Rented Jaccuzi room 201 and though it was a nice Tub, they really need some safety bars as shorter folks like my Wife and I had a very hard time getting in and out of the tub, especially with wet slippery surfaces. Hotel has no Elevator and one Ice machine on the first floor, which for people with leg and feet issues, and heavy luggage is a real problem. Front desk staff were fine, but it would have been nice to inform us at registration that due to staff shortages they do not clean occupied rooms. waited till almost 5pm to get room cleaned, only to find this out. was not even offered clean towels or someone to remove the trash at least, spent two nights with trash piled up in the corner of our room. The Hotel has an Odd odor, and really needs some repairs, loose handrails made stairs a little scary. If you want a place to stay with no frills, you will get that in abundance at the Super 8. For the rates( which are good) you could do a lot better someplace else, I know we will not return.
This place is better if you are in a rough spot and need a roof over your head rather than a place to stay while on a trip. It seems to be part trap house, part low-income housing. People yelling in the hallways and people asking for money by the door. Musty and smoky, luckily the window opens which is one plus. Floors are super dirty, we asked to have ours vacuumed the next morning since they obviously hadnt been and they still did the minimum. Places like corners, under tables or behind the toilet have very obviously never been cleaned. There have been french fries on the stairs for 3 days lol, I dont think the common areas are cleaned either. Positives are hot coffee always available, location, and we slept very well, beds are comfy. Front desk people are very friendly. Just a weird place that seems to see a lot of action.
Its okay. Ive seen better trust. Crumby hallways crumby staircase. Floors could use a good vacuum and shampooing. Some customers are very noisy and AFTER 10:00PM disturbing the peace. Parking here is disturbing when you have customers with 18 wheeler trailers taking up 6-7 parking spots in THE BUSIER PART of the parking lot its really annoying! Some people also dont know how to park and some of the rooms have tubs that are in need of care. And the plumbing system could use a reset my toilet gets stopped up a little too much!!! I found myself using a plunger on several occasions!!!! No breakfast! No beverages. Nothing to offer!
The people that own this place are doing so much to make it a really nice place to stay, me furniture, flooring, painting. Its been nice to see the beautiful changes. All I wish is the wifi to work better. If that would change this woke be the perfect place, the beds are really comfortable. Its spacious and the front deals people are really nice.
Dont go there! Dont go there! Dont go there! All the rooms were very dirty! We even found bed bugs and we were bitten by them a million times. The bathrooms were really broken and dirty. The lights were very dark and the shower didnt dispense alot of water. Over all I will never ever stay at this hotel again and it was very very dirty.
We got suite 201 with the jacuzzi. Our toilet clogged after one flush. The TV was fuzzy and flickering in and out. And the remote wouldnt work from the bed had to get up close to it. 2 of the lamps didnt work. Otherwise the room was clean, a/c was running. Jacuzzi was nice. Not the best or worst, just okay.
Nice, price was good. Bathroom clean. could better if they tried just a little, more on breakfast.. clean, with comfortable beds..sack breakfast sucks.. coffee was pretty good. Ok here goes my advice finding a hotel.. if the area is “ questionable” find a hotel next to newer area, by itself if possible or next to more expensive hotels, that way you’ll know it’s cleaner and you won’t hear gun shots or all night parties. If you only have a cluster if cheap hotel all next to each other, you may have trouble sleeping and have a bad experience..fortunately this hotel is far enough away from the cluster of cheaply run down hotels. I didn’t give it 5 stars ⭐️ because the breakfast was so uneventful.. nice, clean, safe.. recommended.. go out for breakfast 😂
You know the old saying you get what you pay for? Well you dont even get that here! The room had the worst odor of mildew and old smoke. The carpet was filthy and had burn holes all in it. But the absolute worst part was the bathroom! The tub was dirty and all of the towels had pubic hair on them! I complained and asked for new towels and received 1 towel! Service is terrible, rooms are terrible, cleanliness is non existent!! Spend a little more and go somewhere else you will be glad you did!!
We had to go to four rooms before we found a clean room! Filthy place to stay. The first room had urine on the toilet seat and the sink had used soap on it. The second room the bed was not made and there was trash in the garage cans. The third room was just trashed and you could tell it was not even touched. Finally the fourth room was clean. How do you not know if a room has not been cleaned! But come on 3 rooms that you sent us to that were not cleaned.
Absolutely terrible! They never changed the sheets on the pull out beds in the suite. We found dirty clothes from who ever last used it. Everything was stained and the lamps looked like they had blood splatters. No spare sheets or extra blankets for the dirty beds. We never got clean towels, and when we went down at 1 AM to get some they told us that they only had ones for housekeeping the next morning and gave us a floor mat to dry off with. I have long thick hair. I laughed at them. The jacuzzi tub was broken and it smelled thickly of cigarette smoke. The room they have reserved aside for viewing is never ever used, so you are completely lied to by management. False advertising!
I have read a few of the reviews...and with most of them l agree..the smell was something else..granted the rooms may be ok in size wise..but l couldnt sit on the couch and didnt want to get on that bed..bathroom needed some help..needless to say..l didnt stay the night.. should of known better :(
I will never stay at this hotel again. April 30, 2020 I was aggressively disrespected and treated very poorly by front desk Jackie!! I spend great money with them and check in at this hotel with my toddlers and fiancé really often. Not to mention this was me giving them a second chance because of the nasty BED BUGS that were found in our room, prior to this situation. So the manager MARK offered a discount, after the bed bug situation and sworn it had been taken care of so I decided to give them a second chance. Who doesn’t believe second chances? Right! So I had told him about the incident with his employee Jackie, and he seemed to act as if he was really unconcerned on how I was treated and as if she was following hotel policy when all realty she wasn’t! I am a platinum member and I am very aware of the rules and policy. So never again will I be staying with them again. They don’t care about there customers at all, clearly!!! Save your money‼️
Great place for smokers, not for non smokers. Hallways reeked of weed and cigarettes both days I was here. Also burn marks on my sheets and carpet. Manager just sprayed Lysol to cover it up which smelled just as strong. He never found out who it is out of 3 rooms. The rooms are also very dirty.
Housekeeping did not come and clean my room I had to go to the Front Desk three times about cleaning my room. The last time I went to front desk I asked to get my room cleaned but housekeeping had left for the day. So the front desk had to give me some towels and a garbage bag to empty my own garbage. Also the other day me and fiancee saw a roach on the wall and once again I let the front desk know about it and they did nothing. Breakfast is low budget they buy eggos for waffles yogurt from Aldi apple and orange juice comes from a bag with no label boil eggs and cereal coffee is pretty good.
Its a Super 8 for better or worse. Its affordable and the staff was nice enough. The room was fairly clean, though we had some strange looking spots on one of our lamp shades, and there was another guests hair still stuck to the hair dryer. The switch was also broken on our A/C unit so turning it on and off took some doing. The cable also goes out intermittently and leaves you with extremely loud white noise, so use caution if you leave it on when you sleep. All in all this place works if youre on a budget, but there are probably better spots in town.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful.Room rate was very affordable. Room was extremely clean and well supplied. I experienced a very relaxing evening, very little noise, a little tv viewing and a good nights sleep. Beds were quite comfortable and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay again and refer anyone looking for an affordable room in the area. Thank you for your hospitality.
For the price this is a very nice motel. Room and bathroom is clean. TV is a decent size and the remote works (Ive had bad luck with motel remotes). Shower is nice and hot and has great pressure. Plenty of clean towels and shampoo & conditioner. Continental breakfast Is below average but its free food. If your hungry it does the job. Only thing this motel lacks is amenities. No gym, pool, computer and dont offer any tolietres you may have forgot. There are vending machines with drinks and candy.
Since Super 8 has updated the property I can say my stay was really enjoyable. The location was great, located to shops, restaurants and not too far from the freeway. The room, including the bathroom was well renovated and very clean. And no bed bugs.....lol. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall, they were exceptional.
Noisy, there were lights in he room that were not plugged in. The main lights worked from a switch, fine, but when you turned off the lights the small fridge went off as well. We tried to charge our phones, whoops, the light goes off all the plugs go off. The room was a balmy 40 degrees when we checked in. We were laughing as we used the hair dryer to try to stay warm. There were people making in the noise late at night, the worst part of not getting a good nights sleep was hearing your neighbor getting one. The outside doors don’t lock so anyone could come in at night. The doors to the rooms have huge gaps so we used some sheets to block the light, cold, and noise. We used the pillows to fill the gaps in the windows and were happy we brought our own. The furniture was pulled from a flood. I can go on.... we would never stay there again. If I had an enemy I would warn them not to stay there. The staff was nice but we should have gotten the warning when the maintenance guy was smoking near a non-smoking sign. You can’t make this stuff up. I’ll be surprised if this review makes it on the site.
My truck broke down and my company was going to pay the bill for me and couldnt. Only because they wouldnt expect credit over phone. No problem anyways I showed up and asked for a room and he knew exactly who I was so I got a room for the night. Very friendly and really great service. One thing I noticed was that heat took awhile to get working but Im use to that because of my work truck. Overall I would go back hands down and would recommend it to others. Cheap rooms
I had made my reservation through Priceline. When I checked in . It was an issue with payment. Had to call Priceline myself. Finally after about 45 minutes. I was able to get my key. I had reserved my room for two nights. The next day I had to call Priceline myself all over again for payment . The male attendant was very rude. Very RUDE. He cursed at me at my door . Telling me I had to leave when my card had been charged twice for the two days. Then when Priceline talked with them again. He gave this half apology. Was thinking of extending my stay. But, after all that.. I said never again..The room could of been cleaned better. It was dust and old pills under the nightstand. The microwave was dirty. Very disappointing.
Stayed here for an extended period before switching hotels. The carpet in the hallways are disgusting. Theyre all stained with who knows what and the stairwells look like they havent been vacuumed in years. On 4 separate occasions the hallway by my room reeked of weed. I avoided doing laundry while there, one of the 2 machines was out of order and the other looked inadequately maintained, I chose to drive to a coin laundry 3 miles away. The room was decently clean, but all the furniture was well used and showed a bit of damage.
This is one of the cheapest hotels in the area, so its not a resort or anything. But for the money, it is a good place to stay. Its around allot of good places to eat. One of my favorite places in the whole city is a couple miles roads up vandyke. There rooms are not spotless or anything but they are decently clean. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. The beds are not very comfortable tho. They have a small breakfast available every morning. And they leave the cereal dispensers out all the time, so if you get some milk then you always have something to eat. Theres a few vending machines in the lobby. The staff if always very helpful and friendly. So all in all I think its one of the best choices around for cheap stay.
I checked in at 12am, saw a bedbug 5mins later, checked out immediately... Was told by management (MARK GABRAIL) that my money would be refunded and I would be called back when he refunded my card. Of course he never called back, and kept my $75 for the horrible experience... Thank you SUPER 8 Bug Motel...💩💩
The room was ok however, when I pulled the cover and sheet back the bedding was dirty and looked nasty, the microwave looked like it had never been cleaned, I asked the house keeper for new bedding and made the bed myself, we cleaned up the room, so that was better. Overall I give it a two because the housekeeper was nice.
The front desk staff is terribly rude. If you want to go and be harrassed by the police than this is the perfect place for you. They were pulling over all of the guests and constantly in the parking lot. Very nice police if you keep out of trouble but there must be an issue with drug trafficking or something at that hotel. There were also people yelling, screaming, and running, through the hotel hall all night long. The bathroom floor had dirt and grime all over it and it was gross. The cleaning staff were very nice and polite but the man at the front desk was a complete jerk.
This place is disgusting, my boyfriend and I stayed here for one night so we can catch our plane the next morning. The carpet in the hallways need to be pulled up and replaced, the furniture in the rooms also need replacing, the tubs need a vinegar treatment (or replaced). They advertised continental breakfast, that was a depressing site. The lobby, however was really nice. I slept fully clothed, and prayed really hard lol
My card key for my room kept deactivating and I had to run downstairs a jillion times. Instead of checking the door lock or issuing new cards the front desk dudes just ignored me and put my key card in a machine to remagnetize them... which only worked about a 3rd of the time. The actual hotel wasnt bad but it wasnt good either. It felt like I was walking through a rundown apartment complex where I could smell everyones cooking and garbage...I was made to believe the hotel room I booked would have a jacuzzi tub. That was not the case. I didnt sleep well, the walls are super thin and you can hear people stomping in the hallways all night long.Nick the owner who lives there was nice but theres so much more that the staff could do to be more accommodating and give the hotel a more upscale feel. I do not want to stay there again, unfortunately.
We booked a non-smoking room. We get to the hotel and check in, the entire hallway smelled like pot. The room wreaked of pot and cigarettes so bad that my fiance and I had to go to Walmart and buy air freshner. The cleaning crew sucks at their job. There was a partially smoked Joint laying in front of the door 2 doors down FOR THREE STRAIGHT DAYS!!! You may or may not get turn down service on any given day. The days that they actually do get to your room for turn down service they forget to leave you clean towels more often than not. I dont mind using the same towel I did the night before BUT they took said towel and left me with nothing.
The staff are corteous and helpful, but the building itself is why I gave this a poor rating. There are stains... everywhere. Floors, walls, furniture, linens, etc. I came during the winter time, so there was salt everywhere as well. They dont seem to do a good job of cleaning the place up. My bathroom made me feel like I was in a hospital loo; plain, dimly lit, antique looking. I had to get my room keys reactivated everyday because they kept deactivating. They claimed it was because of being near other credit cards ir my phone, but I laid one of them on the counter and tried it when I got back at the end of the day and it still didnt work.I didnt encounter any bugs so thats a plus, and the internet and tv channel selection is pretty good as well. I stayed for a total of 4 nights, I wouldnt recommend it. It might be easier to stay in for a night or so because the price of this place is so tempting.
This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. I have asthma and one of the triggers in cigarette smoke. All I could smell was smoke. Then to top it off, the front desk associate didnt check us in right to where they got their money, no he held the money off our card so we got charged for 4 nights. (still waiting for one of the charges to be refunded) when we were only going to be there for 2. Another front desk employee was extremely rude to me and refused to talk to my husband. I was there for a funeral which this made the stay even worse. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL
I read the reviews and they scared me I was very close to canceling my reservation but I didnt my husband an I went an our stay was pleasant we had a jacuzzi suite we loved the jacuzzi it was big an very spacious the only con was our heat didnt get real warm but I informed the front desk of the matter an he was very nice an helpful he went an found us a heater an that made the room comfortable so our night turned out to be great I will go there again I will make sure I ask for a different jacuzzi suite than the one we had ☺️☺️
One customer service rep was very nice yet today, they hiked prices double because of a dang convention what the heck and have a independent policy where kids are free not here at all wanted us to pay 110 at a 2 star hotel! We are in a bad situation and we have spent well over 1,110 in over week! I will not recommend so I go back to rewards and they want to charge 350 for 5 days and prior had us in a dog infested hair room and gave us 15% off a room while sons are allergic then next room clearly no smoking but was tree smoke and cigarettes on top of you turn air on and mildew mold smell so owner moves us to a suite omg what a difference the carpets are clean they even steam clean some more updated and for a table they call it a suite lol and as they are independent owned most motels kids 17 younger free oh not here they are money hungry! We had went for years! You want a weekly better rate go to days inn or Baymont on 13 ect! Charging ppl 110 for a standard hole in wall room makes me sick! On top had to give kids breakthing treatments! The second night Im complaining he said do u want air freshener WTH for a moldy ass air conditioner! They should be ashamed then one guy had the nerve to ask was I in room 101 cause a bunch of kids trashed it I have kids that clean up and arent ghetto spawn kids we never had a low number room and my kids werent running down hall ways unattended at all hours at 11pm- 3 am and they allow the shuff and loud so bad I go to bathroom getting a contact!
Fair price wish check out was at 12.. Was disappointed that they ran out of king beds. The queen rooms are kind of tight. But the bathroom was accessible and wide so many thats why. Room smelled like old folks stayed there long term. Literally went to family dollar and bought fabric deordorizer. I joked that we should leave it behind so they can make use of it. It was that serious. WiFi was trash couldnt do my homework and its finals week so thats major. Oh well.
Overall it was a favorable visit for the price; I dont have any complaints nor do I really have much for praise. the service was friendly enough and the amenities were adequate, although the breakfast was pretty limited. i would likely stay again since it was a good enough value for less than $50/night.
I am a wyndham rewards member and used my points for a free stay. I asked how much it would cost to upgrade the room and was told it was almost the entire price of the room i wanted. It was made clear to me that i was inconveniencing the staff because i had used my reward points for my stay. Wont go back
Disgusting! Nothing like pulling back the covers to find pubic hairs! Of course they dont have maid service, but if you want to come to the desk we will give you clean as sheets (make it yourself I guess) then...Youll have to talk to the manager on days...Oh you can bet I will! I should have known better by the dirty furniture (thats probably 30 years old and never been cleaned) or the big cigarette burn marks in the funky carpet. Too late to find a new place to stay the night, but you can bet it will be the last SUPER 8 Ill ever stay at! Save your money...sleep in the car!
I never go out of my way to write reviews, but my experience here was so bad I figured I would save the rest of you from it. When placing my reservation on the phone I was told the room would cost me $47 (plus tax). When I arrived they had already rang up my debit card for $65, after tax. The person at the front desk refused to refund me my money. While trying to figure the situation out, he was working on other things and did not seem to actually be paying attention. In the actual room, the TV had a blown out speaker, the internet did not work at all, and we couldnt use the phone because they apperently need an extra $10 dollars to give you access to the service. When I asked for the manager he just gave me a business card for super 8. It took him ten minutes to even release the name of the manager to me, because he was intimidated, despite the professionalism I had during the dispute.
My wife stayed here for one night because she had an interview in the area. She got bed bugs from the place, came home the next day, started swelling up, and has pink blotches on her arms, legs and face. Now were going to have to pay a pest control company $750 to treat our home over 5 weeks and possibly get rid of some linens and furniture. When I called Super 8 they told me theyd call back in 10 days and if they didnt, for me to just call them again. We wont be staying at a Super 8 again.(Shortly after posting this the General Manager, Greg, called me, reimbursed the expense and apologized for the inconvenience. He was very responsive, extremely apologetic and understanding. I was very impressed with his customer service skills. He viewed the matter as extremely serious and seemed to be reacting with appropriate haste. For these reasons I improved my rating of the hotel.)
This place is a dump!!!! I came here for a weekend getaway, got me a Jacuzzi room and as always i checked under the mattress and what do i see a dead bug!!!!! So front desk gives me another room. Look under the matress pubic hairs and stains on the matress!!! This place needs to be condemned.
Ok, so I made a reservation online.Young Iraqi guy at desk says if you dont show up before midnight that they dont honor your reservation.Im like what? Its 12:08 am and I just booked it like 20 minutes ago.I cant cancel the reservation and I will still be charged, why advertise on Google if you dont honor the reservation. So I ask well what can you do to help?He says ( he doesnt care its through a 3rd party) doesnt matter.Im like well it matters to me.Mind you I just drove hundreds of miles and badly need to shower and rest. He says ... So what! People drive all the time and show up before midnight. Im like wow, whats this guys deal?So I offered to pay extra, just please I need to rest.He says still have to make a new reservation here in person and pay standard rate.I cant just keep my reservation and pay extra , Im going to be charged for two nights...He says its just policy.Im like wow...TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
I just called this hotel not even 5 minutes ago and asked if they charge for pets and I got hung up on by the person that just answered. I called back again and I explained that I was just calling about pets and if there is any fees charged for pets and the person was talking extremely low and I told them that I could hardly hear them. This person then talked to me like I was retarded and started talking slow but still had a low voice and then I was hung up on AGAIN! I have never had such a awful experience with customer service as with this place. My advice stay away from this place...rude people bad customer service!! If I could I wouldnt even give them 1 star!
After a Slayer concert, Im more than happy to rest my head at a fleabag crackden, sleeping with one eye open worrying about prostitutes and shadow people trying Rob me. For a few bucks extra, I got a safe, friendly, clean and accommodating room. Since this is supposed to be Slayers last tour, I might not have the option to stay here after a Slayer concert again. BUT if I did have that opportunity to, Id take it.
I had a sister in Henry Ford Mcomb Hospital last stages of cancer. I booked a room paid for three nightsFirst morning sink was backing up with hair that looked like men shaving and obviously hair was in the drainSecond evening I pulled out the night stand to plug in my charger for my phone only to find dog droppings all behind it on the carpet. Totally discusting. Not to mention unsanitary. They should refund my fees. And do a deep cleaning. Very disappointing. Betty Hoskins . From Indianapolis Ind.
Garbage roach $hit hole stayed 5 nights (not by choice) and I had to take my own trash out and get our towels left a day early and they gave me the run around about my one day refund to the point where I had no time left to argue so the got to keep a day of rent I didnt even stay..... if you want a trashy place to smoke crack Im sure this place is perfect for you but if you are a respectable person I recommend ANY other place around but here!!
GOOD SERVICE AND STAY FOR THE MONEY. BASIC CEREAL & COFFEE BREAKFAST SERVED IN THE MORNING. SURROUNDED BY PLACES TO EAT, DRINK, TAKE IT EASY. ATM IS IN THE LOBBY NEXT TO BREAKFAST ROOM. MY FAVORITES FOR EATING OUT:PANTRY FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH, HAPPYS FOR PICKUP OR DELIVERY. CHECK IT OUT.
It place is just for one night stands or just to lay for the night breakfast included mean a boil egg and bread, oh dont forget the frozen limped waffle I was scared I was gone get bedbugs or something so I inspected the mattress no bedbugs left behinds but the did cover up a dirty mattress
Im a truck driver and travel alot this was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels in a long time..great people very friendly and willing to help u feel comfortable and enjoy your stay at hotel..anyone looking for clean and nice hotel I would say stay here 100 percent great place

I tell them they did we going to replace room for you but am asking do refund they refuse and they do only one day I have a picture and video for that

2022-01-10You get what you pay for. This hotel was cheaper than others in the area, but not by an egregious amount, so we felt it would be alright for a one night stay. However, we quickly found out that comforters must be in short supply at this hotel. Perhaps there was a mistake in maintenance, but all we received were sheets and the embellished sheet that goes over the comforter for decorations as is custom at most hotel. Mind you the overnight temperature at this time of year was around 8 degrees Fahrenheit. The heater worked, but it was an older model which meant you couldnt set it to a temperature, so unless you wanted to run back and forth all night to adjust between freezing temps or an oven, it was not an adequate solution. Bring your own hand soap and shower equipment, as there is only a bar of soap and 2 bagged shampoos provided. Also bring your own towels, as the ones provided were scarcely larger than a hand towel and were rather scratchy from overuse and over-washing. The ceiling was rather thin which allowed us to hear our neighbors moving furniture at 11pm as we were desperately trying to catch some sleep. What was the most irritating was that this hotel was only $30 cheaper than the Hampton In down the road which unfortunately ran out of rooms, and the experience did not warrant the price tag.One thing that was well done was that the room and all the things provided were clean, which was a saving grace for this hotel. Thank you to the hardworking maintenance personnel that did this!Basically, this is a hotel to stay if youre looking for a fling or are not worried about a comfortable overnight stay, or if you find it at $60 or less. If you are looking for a place to stay if you intend to drive or do business, this hotel is not for you. You will not be well rested enough to safely or effectively do either of these activities.

2022-03-06So after reading the reviews I was very leery on getting a room for 2 nights here. I am glad I did. Staying in the king room executive suite. Very nice. The only problem is the dim light in the shower room. Front desk was awesome.Ok day 2 No housekeeping. Went to get clean towels, you could definitely smell pot in the hall way!!!!! Kids running lots of slamming doors and yelling. Unfortunately I will not be staying here again. I believe that they do have families staying here for very long stays.

2022-03-16No breakfast. Beware and look deep- at first site it looks clean until you peel back and look its a mess. Used packs of coffee and shampoo. The shampoo left a blue stain on the bath mat. Stains on the comforter and sheets. Hairs in the bed, on the sink and in the shower. Shower could use a major paint again since It is showing dirt and pits all over. Ya it was cheap and I guess I got what I paid for. Look elsewhere and spend 10 more dollars and be happy you slept elsewhere.

2022-06-05Positive: Location was great for what we needed. Negative: Non smoking room, but the whole hotel smelled like smoke. Room was in complete disrepair and was filthy. Had we not got in late with kids already asleep, we would have left. A/C did not work well enough to cool the room and brought in more smells. Gross!

2022-07-01Positive: This location was fantastic with tons of parking. Rooms have been recently updated. Negative: My room had a somewhat musty smell and bathtub had a massive squishy patch which seemed very low rent.

2022-05-31First morning breakfast wasnt out on time. We waited around for breakfast until 6:15, it was supposed to be out by 6am. Then lady gets smart mouth because we ask if the were doing breakfast, she says Breakfast not served until 6am. I said yes mam I know, its 6:15... Did 3 night stay and they never brought towels or emptied trash or anything the whole time. Had to ask for towels then they acted like it was a sin to get clean ones. Rooms were ok. Beds were ok. Hallways had a smell but Ive been in worse. No equipment or gear messed with outside on lot.

2022-05-08Positive: Nothing except the staff. Other than that every single thing of this hotel was compromised. Negative: I reserved two rooms and both of them were extremely filthy. Bathrooms were like public toilets at gas stations. Room lighting is so dim that it feels like a ghetto street, not a room. You can smell marijuana in bedsheets.

2022-06-11Internet didnt work (-2 stars). The picture of the king room is not accurate. It shows a large desktop working area, in reality it is about 1/3rd the sizze, which is frusturating for me because I need a large desktop to work which was one of the specific reasons why I booked the room in the first place. (-1 star) joke breakfast was all gone by 7am, wasnt much to speak of to begin with. (-1 star) some baking dog situation inside the hotel. good customer service. (+1 star)

2022-05-28Called ahead about pet fee and was told there was none. Second day here and our key wasnt working. Go down to the desk with my dog to get a new key and get slapped with $40 pet fee. The lack of a pet fee was the ONLY reason I was willing to put up with the quality of the room. Laminate flooring is peeling up to the point of feet catching on it while walking and the bath tub coating is peeled in patches all over the tub. Live tv had picture issues as well.

2022-04-05Negative: I did not like that the side door remained open. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke. Alot of yelling and door slamming and management didnt intervene. I will definitely not be returning.
