I recently moved into the area and there are a few laundromats closer to my home but I always take the extra couple minute drive to come to Super Suds. Its very clean and staff is very helpful and nice. Machines are newer and I LOVE the pay by smartphone option. Makes everything so much easier. After 6 p.m there are no attendees BUT the laundromat remains open until midnight. Theyre open from 6 a.m until midnight 365 days a year. Very convenient and the hours are great.
So clean. I know that sounds strange since its for laundry and it should be but this place makes it feel comfortable.The staff are really nice, bathrooms are decorated like someones home vs a business. They have a new TV and comfortable chairs to relax in while you wait.Small but perfect.In a hurry... You can drop your laundry off and they will do it for you.Great place, they deserve your business.
I have nothing good to say about this place. The first problem I had is theres not an attendant on site and I couldnt find a number to call either. So if you have a problem here its your problem not theirs. And then my clothes took over 40 minutes to dry. It takes 30 minutes where I usually go. I wont coming back here and dont recommend that anybody else does either.

Decent laundry mat just not a safe area. Had two purses stolen out of my car from their parking lot right in front of the building but nothing can be done because their cameras don’t work.
The employees are always super nice!After moving to Waterford I tried a few different laundromats, but after finding this one I havent went back.Easy to use electronic pay so you dont have to worry about getting cash, if you have cash no worries, they have change machines on sight.The place is always super clean and prices are reasonable!

We have been using this laundromat for many years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was recently sold and the new owner has totally refurbished the place and put in all new machines. You can even pay using your smart phone. Dont feel like doing laundry? You can call and they will pick up your dirty laundry and return clean laundry. Out running errands? Drop off your dirty laundry and pick it up on your way home, all neatly folded.
I been going to Mercedes laundry, for a while now, and I have never set down with the owner and have a conversation. now the owner sold it to someone else, and the very first day, and after that, just a joyful person to be around. He also remodel the place so you can feel your clothes are getting good results. Knowing that your clothes are clean and the workers are awesome. They always kept it clean in here, even with the old owner. come and check out the new name of the lady laundry mat, and the owner, its just a blessing to go somewhere and someone actually care. I love this place Ive been coming here for about 5 years now and sense the new owner has taken over its totally changed fresh paint,fresh floors,and all new machines plus the most friendly staff carrie is just the best alway in a good mood and smiling she honestly makes coming to the laundry mat fun. Over all if you need to get some laundry done this is the place to do it.
Cheap washer and dryer pieces always room and I take like 5 6 washers every time I come here very nice workers that are here always smiling and helpful
I dropped my comforter off to have cleaned. Super nice staff. Very clean inside and my comforter smells and looks amazing. Keep up the good work. A+. I will be back.
I been going there since it gone threw almost 4 owners. Great guy that nought this n within days he rip out the old n put in new. Also made it look great
I did dry cleaning here on my daughters white Columbia Coat a while back, it looked like cleaned a bus with her sleeves and they got most of that out, along with other stains on it. I didnt have much hope for the coat but the Dry Cleaner there brought it back from its decomposing death.The owner is a very nice man, nice helpful staff and I met very nice people while doing laundry. I love this place and that takes some stress out of having to go and do laundry.
Whenever I have a problem with my washing machine, or simply want to do several loads at once, I go to Mercedes. The first thing you will notice is how clean it is! The floor is spic and span, theres not even a smudge on the washers and dryers. The laundromat is air conditioned, so no matter how many dryers are in use, it is comfortable. Add to it a super nice staff. I highly recommend Mercedes!
Typical poor neighborhood laundromat. The machines are old and badly maintained, the place is filthy, and the prices arent marked or are marked wrong. They have a whole list of extra stuff they say they do, but almost all of it is work they get done through other companies - companies you can easily go to yourself and get the job done more reliably and cheaper. This might be the cheapest laundromat in the area, but its not worth it.

Very Nice Place, FREE WIFI is a bonus, arcade games for my kids (or me). Very clean Plenty of machines. Great drop off service when I just dont have time and friendly staff. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone.
Loved the laundromat but hated the damage done to a brand new pair of 200 uggs that we put in to have cleaned that had a small pea sized dirt stain and we got them back ruined. They looked water damaged with all the wrinkled and hardened areas. I would uae the coin landry but never submit anything to be cleaned.
Business is under new management and gives the poorest service. The company damaged my clothing on two separate occasions OF DRY CLEAN ONLY SPECIFICATIONS GIVEN. The management group paid for the companys errors of WASHING MY CLOTHES on the first mishap BUT WAS VERY RELUCTANT. On the second occurrence the new owner told me to seek a refund of the damages through the clothing manufacturer. The article WAS CLEARLY WASHED AND NOT DRY CLEANED which essentially caused the damage. The cleaners SENDS THE CLOTHES OUT TO A SEPARATE COMPANY for dry cleaning and the third party company wrote me a letter stating the item was damaged because it was multicolored!!!!!! That was the most foolish response I couldve heard! I didnt know clothes sent to the cleaners could only be 100% one color or EXPECT DAMAGE. DO NOT SEND YOUR IMPORTANT CLOTHING HERE UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD A LOSS! The employees are great but the management is horrible AND THEY WILL ONLY BE WASHING YOUR CLOTHES and not dry cleaning them as youve paid for. RIP OFF COMPANY

This laundromat is very well taken care of as well as the customers. The people that rotate shifts take good care of the customers as well as the machines.
Usually very great place to do laundry but i have recently found machines 9-12 dont fill up like the others...just a helpful hint....

2022-06-28Nice clean establishment, can get busy at times just a heads up.They have snack and beverage machines on sight. The equipment all is brand new and in great working order.In the same place there is a barber shop which I highly recommend.If you are going to be waiting around for your clothes, there is an awesome Chinese restaurant right next door that just moved in from royal oak I believe. I definitely recommend trying harvest garden!

2022-07-11The owners are very polite, and honest I actually misplaced some money and it was in the laundry she returned it to me I tried to tip her she wouldn’t take it! My laundry smells very good! I used the pick up and drop off service! I’ll definitely be back P.S they have tide pods ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

2022-08-06I dont understand why the owner of this place keeps hiring racist people.all it does is keep his black customers from coming. Now he has an old racist couple in there. Maybe he doesnt care if i could give the racist sob no stars i would.....you see the owners response. I implore anyone who doesnt condone racism to not patronize this laudromat. hes just as racist as they are.i havent been here in a year because of his racist employees. i came this day to see if anything has changed and it hasnt..he came out to my car after reading my post and made excuses for them, saying he believes the mother in-law has a little dementia.well whats the father in-laws excuse.whats the two white girls excuses.he claims he was raised around black people in Albion,Mi....well,.just because you were raised with them doesnt mean you like them.ive been around long enough to know racism as soon as i see it.and youre right i wont be back and neither will other people i know white and black.....you racist sob i hope all of your laudromats go out of business.we just might picket this place.

2022-02-08My favorite laundry spot. Machines are new and arent overpriced ... Place stays clean! You can pay for your loads through the app and monitor their progress... Open early, close late... Just a nice spot all around.

2022-03-22I have been coming for over a year and never complained and this has never happen to me with the previous girl working. The only thing I ask and I shouldn’t even have to since a sign is posted saying SEPARATE whites from colors. I brought in a bag of only towels and kitchens rags cleaning rags all sorts and they was all white except for one towel. Now everyone with common sense with take the white load and wash it with my white cloths and towels even but no they dumped the entire load in one without sorting or organizing anything. Like a teenager would because they were busy or in a hurry idc if I’m paying for my laundry to get done and I come multiple times to get my laundry done why would I continue paying 50+ dollars and they won’t take the time or care to do it how it should be done. The workers are making excuses saying they use color block sheets and this and that but if y’all were on your business all my towels wouldn’t be pink

2022-01-02This place is so very well kept! There’s lots of things this place has that others don’t. Plenty of machine options and prices aren’t bad either! They have vending machines full of soap and dryer sheets if you run out or need something. They have plenty of laundry buggies and a sliding door for entrance so you don’t have to try opening a door while carrying all of your laundry in. Very nice! Highly recommend.
