Comment: An UPDATE to my review 2 years ago...My 2014 Jetta died on me and again I purchased a new vehicle. I left one message and 1-hour later I was contacted by Erica requesting information. 15 minutes later...my insurance was changed for my new vehicle and the new insurance card was emailed to me...once again the 5 star service continues from this office...Many thanks to the team.I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years of age. Along the way I decided to try a couple of other insurance companies which proved to be the wrong move and both times I immediately went back to State Farm. My last transition with State Farm was some 50 years ago when I was fortunate to engage Susan Hart as my agent.Susan and her staff have always been responsive...I have always received a call back or responded to by email within a few hours if not minutes pending on the importance of my call/inquiry.Susan is supported by a staff of highly qualified individual including Erica, and Stacey. Many times I will call and they can handle my questions immediately.Of course the agency is simply representing a service...and State Farm Insurance delivers what Susan and her staff promote. When I have had an accident and if an adjuster is needed, they are prompt in responding and funding a claim. I have found their pricing to be fair and they live up to everything they promote.If you are looking for a New agent with an outstanding staff, look no further than Susan Hart. They are primarily the reason that I have been with this office for over FIFTY (50) years. They have serviced me well both when I lived in Orange County to my move to San Francisco in 1989...They are my rock...both for my automobile, home and my rental unit. Look no further! Thom Ward

Comment: I had received a quote from one facility for repair of a fender bender. The left front fender over the left wheel well had scratches on the paint and part of the fender, on the left side of the car, had been torn half an inch from the frame of the car. His estimate was $1,000. He was going to order a replacement fender, which in my Avalon is one piece going from the back of the left wheel well, all the way around the front of the car and going to the back of the right wheel well.I recognize that this means a major replacement of the lower part of the front of the car and a paint job so the color matches the rest of the car.So I went to “Fix Auto” and he estimated roughly about $900. I asked “How rough?”He asked me how concerned I was about the scratches. My Avalon is 14 years old and has multiple paint chips from small rocks hitting the front of the car.I pointed out the paint chips and replied, “Not too concerned.”He asked me for the keys to my car and for me to wait in the office.I complied. Twenty minutes later he returned. The scratches were still there, but the part of the fender over the left wheel well was completely in place!I asked him “How much?” He replied, “It is free!” I countered with, “I will pay you $100.” He refused my offer. And, I know when to quit.He is an honest man.I recommend “Fix Auto” at 153 N. Cypress Avenue, Orange, CA

Not only is she diligent with all my policies (Auto, Home & Life) she ensures that all questions, comments and concerns are addressed with a sense of urgency. Even with several policy changes and even the dreaded auto accident claim (x2) and I was amazed at how painless Erica and State Farm made the whole process! Even going as far as helping recommend a local driving school for both my teenagers AND set them up with their very first credit card, State Farm Student Visa.
