Ive been with a number of offices during that time and I ve been with the Suzy Atwood office for a number of years.But the common thread for my great experience with State Farm has been Recki Corchado. Shes a great customer service rep(I hope thats her title). She really cares about everyone that calls or sees her. She will always give you the best advice and service for your needs. Dina Garcia helped me every step of the way. She answered all of my questions and mediated calls related to the situation of my car. My car was deemed a total loss due to all the damage from the catalytic converter being stolen. Dina put me in touch with the right people and I was told exactly what the process would look like from my car getting picked up to me getting a payout. Even though there was push back from the dealership I took my car to, Dina really helped make this such a stress free experience. Comment: I have multiple insurances with Susie Atwood’s office and I couldn’t be happier! They have great customer service and are very responsive to my needs. Whenever I call for any concern I’m always greeted courteously and they are eager to help. When I rented my first apartment I told Recki Corchado my customer rep about it and she suggested renters insurance. I was skeptical about at first but with time I knew that adding it to my insurance policy was a good decision. When the time came to buy my house I knew I would call State Farm to add my Home Owners insurance. When I got a new car Recki advised me to get car rental insurance in case of an accident I wouldn’t be without a car. When I did get into an accident I was well taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about how I was going to get to work. If it wasn’t for State Farm looking out for my best interest I would have been out of transportation and taking the bus.
