Comment: I had reserved a luxury car and when I got to the site my option was limited to one (1) car, when I expressed my disappointment to the agent handling my check in her offered another vehicle at a higher price, which I declined. As I walked to the garage to get the car I told the young lady that was directing customers that I was not happy, she directed me to a manager who promptly gave me the upgrade that the agent had offered and therected was no additional cost. I walked out a happy customer
