Swanson funeral home has been doing service for our church for years, and Mr.O Neil D. Swanson will definitely be doing my family service.

Not a whole lot to say regarding a funeral home, only that the Staff was courteous and compassionate with regards to our loss. Services were conducted professionally.
Swanson had other bodies for viewing.No information which room my Sister-in-law Brenda Wilson or any other deceased ! We had to go from room to room.Not an experience l expected.Hoping Swanson sees this and do the right thing.
My daughter passed away l gave them her name, and lo and behold they kept spelling it wrong so sad not professional at all l will not be going back there for anything.
My cousin called during this pandemic to see what times my uncles body could be viewed and she was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism that will NOT be tolerated by ME or my family....Somebody in Swansons WILL answer for what was said to my cousin 💯

2022-02-06I want to thank Swansons Funeral home and their staff. They helped and supported me with my mother, Pastor Mary Scott-Davis funeral arrangements. They went above and beyond what I or anyone could have ever imagined. They treated her like royalty. They treated me like family and not just a customer. They were warm, professional, caring and I love them so much. I tell you if you want a funeral home that will assist you with the funeral arrangements of your loved one, Swansons funeral home is one you can trust. Again, I love you all at Swansons funeral home.

2021-10-18Tomorrow will be one month since my mothers funeral and over 3 weeks since I was told that I would receive my mothers remains in the urn in which I supplied. After numerous phone calls and broken promises on top of the inept ability to locate my mother in the process, I sit by anticipating another failed promise of providing my mothers remains tomorrow by noon. Trust me I am not holding my breath waiting and if I did I ask that my family DO NOT entrust Swansons Funeral Home to handle my final arrangements. Such a disappointment.

2021-02-02My family used the services of Swanson for decades. Today was my sister in law’s service and I was very disappointed. There was no effort at all to make her look like herself! Not even close! This is definitely not the great work I’ve been accustomed to over the decades At Swansons. Didn’t want to leave this kind of review but maybe it will be noticed and improvements made! Also as a final note. Maybe a little remodel or updates to the building in the near future would be a good idea. Prayers and Blessings.

2021-11-17You trust that they will do your family member right. My sister name was spelled wrong on the website they fixed that and the day of her viewing her name spelled wrong again in the signing book wrong. So my sister was cremated get the boxs back guess what her name spelled wrong on the label and on the permit. Then I had to wait so long for her death certificate and her name spelled wrong on the top line and they tried to correct it on so unprofessional I will never use them again. the next line. So unprofessional just sad no family should have to go through this at all. I paid for 3 death certificate and only have two. No stars no respect for this company should close down now.

2016-09-25Swanson does not honor Vets. We asked that our father have an Honor Guard. We were told by Donte that only active soldiers killed in duty were allowed that benefit. All vets as long as they are honorable discharged is entitled to an Honor Guard. The family has to request it and the funeral home makes the arrangements.Then Donte said He was having a 3 gun volley at the cemetery. Well that didnt happen either.Very sad. This man was a Korean War Vet and and deserved to be honored by the Country He served.Thanks Donte and the Swanson Family. A job well done.
