Comment: Beware no one will ever get back to you from this agency! I can only assume the agent does not exist! They raised my Nationwide auto premium by 70% without even contacting or consulting me to discuss my options! I have spent over a month trying to contact the agency via phone messages and by email with no response! I also have tried contacting Nationwide for assistance with another agent or to at least speak to a costumer service agent but Nationwide keeps circling me back to a NONEXISTENT agent! Nationwide seems to be just as shady as the agency!

Comment: I would say don’t ever use this company but I am not even sure how you could become a new client. We have Nationwide for our auto ins. We have been trying to cancel our policy for months and go with a less expensive option. You can’t call Nationwide to cancel. They redirect back to the agency. We believe Synthium no longer exists because we cannot reach anyone or get a call back. If they no longer exist, Nationwide will keep our policy in force and continue billing premiums forever. Our only hope is to have our bank stop the billing process on their end. But if they can’t, the premiums debited from our account every month will have to go through a stop payment process and take 3-5 business days to be returned. And not to mention that Nationwide increased our rates by 70% without even a conversation about it because this place no longer exists. This is a complete racket.

Comment: Starting to think this place is a scam. They have never answered a phone call of mine once. It always just rings. No working website. Never have returned any of my messages, yet they still take money out every month of my husbands account. I’d say beware before signing up with them for insurance, but not sure how it would even be possible to sign up with them without them ever answering or having a working website

Comment: I had a really good experience dealing with this insurance company. I felt like I was paying too much for auto and home insurance. But once the agent Daniel Gonzales sent me an email asking me why I’m paying too much for insurance, it just confirmed my suspicions of my previous insurance broker slowly increasing my rates over time. I gave Safeco an opportunity to quote my auto insurance to see. And found that they are actually cheaper than Mercury was for me. I ended up switching my home insurance over to Safeco as well in the process of switching my auto insurance. Surprisingly switching over was a breeze and didn’t require much effort at all on my end. And any questions I had were answered immediately. Overall I am completely satisfied right now.
