I was thinking about getting a new cell phone but there so damn expensive! I spoke with a gentleman named T when entering the Berkeley T Mobile store and he offered me a free phone if I turned in myold cell phone, so I did it! T was fantastic throughout the process showing total professionalism and I believe this company made a good move by hiring a representative such as T. Keep up the good work sir.!
Allowed non-authorized person to add a new phone and encouraged them to add a line without security information. FRAUD ALERT, I am talking to corporate, they also bill out of Ohio, and even corporate want sure where they were ..... BE WARY they are suspect!!!!! I have been with Sprint since 2007 and never run into something like this. Go to another site PLEASE!!! P.S. when someone is the same name and take about how great that one person is (a.k.a Animal) its either paid for or them posting fake reviews. Again be wary!
T-mobiles staff is friendly, explains technical processes, and helps me understand how to makr my plan better.I learned last moth about WiFi, to access my laptop. This month, I am learning about T-mobiles Mobile Vision ... to add Netflix, to see more channels on my TV.I really like the Berkley, Michigan outlet.
I wouldn’t give this store or company one star if I had a choice. I went in a few weeks ago and got a written quote of $300 down for 3 new iPhones and $200 a month. Once we decided to go ahead, we went into the store where they STARTED the process of switching our service over. Then the amount down changed to $700! After hearing the $700 price tags to switch service (this took 2 1/2 HOURS of our time while they took other customers instead of finalizing our program). We decided we weren’t going to switch at this time. This was NOT what I was quoted. They took the $35 screen protector off my daughters phone and didn’t replace it. NOW we have received a bill for $12 for NOT going with their service are THEY SERIOUS? This is NOT ever going to be paid and I’ll be going into the store, getting a FREE screen protector to replace the one they removed and getting this bill credited! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Very bad service. I came at 5:00 (they closed at 6:00). The attendant was constantly taking what sounded like personal calls in the middle of troubleshooting my issue. They made no effort to hide that they did not want to be there, being impatient and simultaneously bored and irritated. Another customer came in around 5:45 and the employee said F*** this last minute s***. The only thing they figured out at the end of the day was how to take my money. I had to call in for support the next day myself to get my issue resolved.
T-Mobile the company has been great. But avoid this particular store unless you are buying something. I went in with a question and to drop something off for return, and the 2 workers could not have cared any less. Wasted my time and gave me the runaround, even though the main T-Mobile website said the store could assist. They tried to make me feel like the dumb one! Bad customer service is a HUGE turn off. Avoid.
Went in to ask what Tmobile ID I needed to use the Digits app, as Id researched it and you can use your current phone number under my plan. Was told that wasnt possible and I needed to pay an activation fee and pay to get another number to use. I needed it for an employee I just hired so went with what the store rep told me. Figured out how to use my current business number later and did, in fact, not need the extra line. Called customer service and they canceled the line and refunded the money. Still wasted a couple of hours due to this thievery. Wouldnt go to this store again if you paid me. The employee was either lying and swindling me, or too ignorant of his product to be allowed to handle the interaction appropriately.
This place is absolutely good at bussiness and great customer support! Ive broken multiple phones and there assurance backup has saved me everytime. Ive traded in phones to get amazing deals. And they ALWAYS hook me up and help me out they helped me keep my solid plan that didnt include international and added international for dirt cheap and always give me options. Stan is extremely good at talking and getting bussiness done while still not robbing you for your money. And the owner is always good with his customer support. 5/5
Signed up for T - Mobile at the Berkeley locationWas set up with plan and price when I got bill it was significantly higher then what I was told. Had to call T-Mobile twice once to correct bill as I was signed up for the more expensive plan that I did not want and then to get correct information about rebate offerT-Mobile so far is great but do not go to this store unless you want to be misled This was all done by the manager
I returned an iPhone to the store. Because it came with an update that put a pregnant man on my phone and my daughter saw it and that wasnt cool. When I took it back because I was within my 14 days the soy boy behind the counter decided to tell me that I have to be more inclusive . I dont have to do s***

2022-02-20Ive been a customer of this store ever since I moved to Royal Oak in 2012. Yesterday I took my mother in to buy a new phone outright with cash. We explained we were there to get a new phone for her and I was really surprised at the rudeness of the gentleman who assisted us. He started helping another customer who came in after us. Greeting a customer, yes. But putting their transaction before ours without a single word is unacceptable. We walked out and drove up the street to the store in Birmingham and they were happy to assist us.

2022-03-28People inside are very helpful, but Online T Mobile tends to lie to its new customers so be weary and make sure that you know what you truly sign up for as means my wife were told we could upgrade and then come to find out it was just to try and take even more than 200.00 a month we already pay for only two lines. Just think about it before you plunge into the depths that is lies of online TMobile

2021-11-16What is the strongest possible way to NOT recommend a store?Their staff, while very nice, completely screwed up moving my migration to T-Mobile from another carrier. This has resulted in no less than 6 HOURS, multiple store visits, multiple phone calls, support escalations and head scratching on the part of T-Mobile.They did everything wrong - I dont know how it got this bad, the words of T-Mobiles support rep.And did I mention the problem is still not fixed?I have had wonderful service from everyone else at T-Mobile, but this store is the exception. Avoid for your own sanity.

2021-04-20She did a phenomenal job transferring all the data from my old phone to my new phone. Last time I couldnt get anything back but she made sure I had everything. A great customer experience. I would recommend this store to everyone.

2021-05-04The ferndale store was really rude to me but this young lady Naima was super nice and knowledgeable. She trasnfered all my data within minutes. That location did not want to help me with my watch or phone but Naima upgraded me with a free phone and a new free watch! Great service. Iwill be coming here from now and on.

2020-08-14Amazing service today! Naima and Martin were fantastic, helped my elderly mother in law get a new phone and transfer everything for many hours. They were extra patient and made sure she had the most optimized plan. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the phenomenal assistance provided by Habib and Redwan, I left with my new phone in hand, after a seamless transition. 2020-08-07Excellent experience i had with the sales representative Naima. She was very joyful and knowledgeable! She made our switch from metro very smooth and quick. Been to many T-Mobile stores. One of the best experince and I highly am satisfied. She even hooked us up with T-Mobile Tuesday app for free items!
