Went in just to get a charger sat there for 20 minutes and never received a hello or a simple we’ll be right with you. I ended up leaving the charger on the counter and going to another store for a charger. Very poor customer service. I’ll never return to this store or recommend it to anyone.
I just left from this store waiting nearly a hour for someone to help me! As I sat and watched one of your employees reapeadly clean off a brand new phone for at least 20 mins!! I mean how long does it take. Several other customers in there waiting as well! Ridiculous!! I will never return this location and I don’t advise anyone else too unless you have all day!!
This store tells absolute lies. They did not honor one of their offers of “ANY” condition. They kept making excuses of why they couldn’t take it. The next day we went to Best Buy and they honored the deal. Do not go here unless you would like to be hassled for more money than you need to spend and fake terms and conditions.
I was in need of help and had a quick question over the phone. While put on hold for almost ten mins by a gentlemen named Robert. I called back just to get a quick question or schedule an appointment to speak with someone. A man named Serigo answered and explained to me they are very under staff and very busy, he then started to get upset and began telling me I was getting loud whatever that means. I then called back a third time and still got no help from anyone. This store is a joke and the people working for them. Glad I decided not to go with Sprint! Horrible customer service.
My experience was horrible at this location. On 12/27/17, I was instructed to come to this location by Sprint Customer due to receiving the wrong color iPhone 8 plus. I confirmed with customer care the time the store location closed and that they had the correct color for my iPhone 8 plus. I arrived at the store location prior to closing time and the doors where locked early. One of the sales representatives came to door and to opened the door to say they were closed. There was another customer observed in the store and I pointed out that the sign on the door indicated that the store closed at 8 p.m. The sales representative said that the store registers have to be closed down so many minutes prior to store closure. I showed the gentleman my call log which indicated that I had two telephone conversations starting at 6:30 p.m. prior to driving to their store. The gentlemen then insisted that he would not be able to help me with exchanging my telephone and I needed to come back tomorrow. The point of contacting customer care prior to my drive to the store was to ensure that they would have the merchandise and that they would be able to assist me. This was a lack of consideration for my time and very poor customer service on the stores behalf. Not to mention that I have been a customer of Sprint since 2000 and switching my line from my business account in 2010. Since then I have been a loyal customer of Sprint. I also just added an additional line on my account on Sunday which I am seriously thinking or cancelling along with returning the two iPhone 8 pluses that I received. A customer should never be treated this way and for the store to close prior to the end of operation hours was not right and refuse to provide me with the telephone I purchased. Now I am paying for a line that I cant even use because I have no phone for it.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Went in to this store to get a sim card and they charged me for the TWO sim cards they gave me which turned out not to be the right sim card for the phone I was needing them for. Went to the sprint store on oak valley in Ann Arbor and the sim card I had received was FREE..... so dont know why I got charged at this store??? SCAM ARTISTS. Wouldnt even help activate my new phone told me I had to do it myself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. If you need help with your sprint phone I recommend the Oak Valley Location in Ann Arbor. They actually know what you need for your phone and do not charge you for things that you dont need to be charged for.
Took over 2 hours to switch to Sprint. Were not knowledgeable about Sprints offers. Were terrible at listening to the customer. I.e. whether i wanted insurance. Answer no. Signed me up anyway. Asked 3 times whether I wanted to buy the 80 dollar case. Was very unprofessional. Will definitely never return to this location. Go to the Ford Rd location.
I was trying to sign up for Sprint service through an online promotion, but was told to go to a Sprint store to buy a Sim Card, but do not let them activate my phone at the store. So I went to this store and told them that I needed a Sim Card for my phone. I waited about 15 minutes while the rep was looking for a Sim Card in the back, and when she came back she insisted that I give her my phone so that she could activate it. When I told her that I was instructed not to have my phone activated in store, or I would not qualify for the promotion, she refused to sell me the Sim Card for my phone. I asked if I could speak with the manager, in which she replied that she was the manager. After going back and forth with her for about 15 minutes I realized that I was getting nowhere with her, so I left and went to the Sprint store in Ann Arbor, where they sold me the Sim with no problem.The people at this store ONLY work for their commission, and refuse to help customers unless they get a commission. Even going as far as refusing to follow the rules from Sprint corporate offices. So if you ever need help, do not go to the Sprint store in Canton, unless theyre getting some sort of commission for helping you.
SOMEONE GIVE WILLIE A RAISE! So after having one of the worst experiences of my life at the sprint store on haggerty yesterday, i’m relieved to say I had the best customer service today! Came in expecting the same dead, careless attitude I received at the northville store, but instead was greeted with a smile. Willie not only helped me set up my new phone, but also got me to buy a screen protector AND a phone case. (Great salesman) and I felt like I was talking to an old friend who was genuinely concerned about my phone, which is how it should be. While I was there I also witnessed him help an older woman figure out how to use the easy bill pay machines they have. That touched me so much I went across the street to Panera and got him a drink while I waited for my phone to turn on. A little kindness goes along way, and he saved me from switching to a different carrier. Shout out willie.

2022-07-11Staff was super helpful. Came in looking for a charger for my watch. I was in town for the weekend and had left mine at home. They didnt have any in stock that I could buy but did have an older one in inventory that he just let me have!

2022-06-23Tmobile CSC tells you to go here and then the rep seems irritated/mad you came in, and offers no help. Person ahead of me was experiencing the same thing. So glad I left Tmobile.

2021-11-20Shout out to the great people that worked today. They saved a lady having a seizure and jumped in taking quick action making sure her pulse and heart rate were stable and knowing exactly how to position her until paramedics arrived. Thank you for the great service afterwards.

2021-07-12Went to trade back a recent upgraded phone that I was required to do because my old Samsung A50 phone was only 3G. I had went there hoping to get another Samsung phone but they only had limited phones available so I picked the Motorola 5G ace, it was around $270. Its been slightly over 2 weeks but this phone is not good or maybe the new TMobile sim card is not good. I have had bad service, dropped calls, text messages not sending or being received out of order. So I went back today and found out they had Samsung in stock and was hoping I could just trade my $270 phone for the Samsung that was over 1,000. But after being there for over 2 hours, I did not get what I wanted. My spouse that I live with also has the new TMobile sim card and has no issues, with his old Samsung Galaxy S10. My old phone worked better. Just very disappointed with the service we received, we were even talking to a TMobile agent on the phone while we were in the store. Thought the Tmobile and Sprint merger would be great. But its definitely not.
