Very poor service manager/owner refused to help me after a long complicated process of getting my defective phone taken care of. I bought from phone from his location. I asked him to just look at the notes from corporate he refused told me it was a waste of his time. I needed to swap out my defective phone and he absolutely refused to help.. I have been going there for all of my families phones.He Also wanted me to explain what I needed I front of other customers. Wheres the privacy, I explained it would be lengthy that I would wait. He didnt like that. Sprint you need to do better. How can you refuse to look at the notes put in the system? I live 10 minutes from this location and had to go to Burton for help.. sprint is a disappointment I wish I could switch.. Ive been w them since 97.Clio Location is unprofessional.
I came into the store and my bill was messed up and so was my phone thankfully I got a very knowledgeable rep named Randy he was able to help with my bill and get me into a new iPhone XR and was able to get me the color I like really appreciate all the help I got I highly recommend this store and Randy
Ive never been treated so rudely before. I asked someone to help me fix some issues with accessing my account online because I got locked out and was told on the phone to go into a store to resolve it. The man there said he couldnt fix any issues like that in the store. That was fine, but I then asked him to pull up my plan information to help me with a billing discrepancy AND HE LITERALLY WALKED AWAY FROM ME TO TALK TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I couldnt believe it. He didnt ask for my info or even say anything to me before walking away. It took me a second to realize he was done with me, and no one else even came to help me instead. I wasnt being rude or unclear about what I needed help with. Its like the whole time I was talking to him, he was distracted and listening to the other customer and just decided to help them instead because I wasnt buying something. I left without any help at all from anyone there and left Sprint for good. This guy was the final straw with that company. I would not recommend going here at all. I still cant believe that someone who works with customers would just walk away from me with no explanation at all. It was very rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager has terrible customer service. I was told everything for switching from Verizon would be taken care of. That didnt happen. I called the store numerous times for help or to see what was going on and they put me on hold and let the phone hang up. More than once. More than like 4 times actually. One time they thought they put me on hold again and didnt hit the hold button so I heard a whole conversation of them talking about me and laughing making racist remarks against me. I had to sort out the pieces myself by calling sprint customer service and Verizon numerous times. Finally 3 months later WITH NO HELP FROM THE CLIO STORE I got it figured out. Defiantly would not recommend this place. Not how a business should be run. Terrible customer service
WE WOULD LOVE TO MAKE IT UP TO YOU ?? You wrote that in the last week? I was just in there with an issue that was created IN YOUR LOCATION! I was dismissed by the female that works there by her saying that she has no idea what promises James told us when selling us the phones! I came in to have the problem fixed, not to be so rudely turned away as if they didnt care about what kind of service was given at the time of my upgreade...If I could give this store a ZERO star review I would! If you do not want to be scammed, do not go to the Clio Sprint store! I was just there on the 1st of September to upgrade 2 phones and was told that there would be no activation fee if we leased the phones, that the only in store payment would be the remaining balance of the phone I already had. Well....when I checked the bill a few days later we had a passed due amount!!! It took a few more days and SEVERAL phone calls to corperate! When Corperate told me to go into the store and see if they could fix the mistake that the sales person made, I was basically dismissed and was even told that the sales person that sold us the phones would not be back until Monday because he was in training?? This is the same person that sold my husband his old phone several years ago at THAT SAME STORE! Bunch of lying, scamming and rude customer service/sales! I cannot stress this enough AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! These people at this location have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!
In 3 visits to the Clio store I spent 8 hours up there getting the run around... Bachelle has the worst customer service... told me my bill would be 105.00 out the door and it was not even close to that...they debited my bank acct without permission... would not piss on this store if it was in a ball of flames... called the 800 number and my account was fixed...which took about 5 minutes...unreal
Just switched over a couple phones to Sprint. Got my SIM cards in the mail and despite a background in tech support I was unable to navigate the waters. After chat support was proving frustrating I decided to stop at a local Sprint store. It was busy but Randy was a total pro and got me up and running with zero headache. He was a good sport and fun person to work with. A+++. Would use again.
Where do i begin? I do have to say the first time was a quick and pleasant experience. However, the second time, not so much. I returned a device that I did not want and changed my plan. Long story short, I spent over two hours on the phone with a customer care supervisor because the store is denying I ever returned the device. Absolute non-sense. What use do I have for a non working hot spot??? I will NEVER do business with this sprint store again. They need to properly train there staff on how to handle customer returns. Thank you so much for the 2 hour inconvenience.
Absolutely terrible, they have no customer service at all. My bill was suppose to be $81 but for some reason this month is was $188. So I asked the guy to go over my bill so three different times and all he could tell me is its this month and next months. I walked out, bc I was so annoyed by this guy. I literally called a different store and figured it all out and I payed my original $81 for the one month of service. Clio sprint store is pathetic
Showed up today at the clio store, Google and the sign on the door said opened at noon, wich is when i got there, it is now after 12 30 and dispite seeing 2 employees walk by in the back, called 3 times with no answer, and pounded on the door, still the door is locked and lights are off. If there was a way to do a negative rating i would... I will never return to that location, and if i have similar service at the lindin rd location i am switching carriers...
Aweful! Do NOT come to this store! Go directly to a corporate store. These people have no clue what is going on. They scammed me and got away with it because I had no idea until after the 2 weeks trial period. I contacted Sprint customer service. They couldnt help me. Then Brian calls from Clio and tells me he wants to help me. I tell him the story and he hangs up. I called him back and he hangs up again! Very unprofessional. Kyle is the Store manager. When my husband and I went up there to complain, he hid in the back. He came out later (I was in the car waiting for my husband) They told me he wasnt even in! Jordan was the name of the guy who had no flippin clue what was going on, although acted very confidant in what he was saying. Dont go hear. I cant stress this enough!
Went to the store looking for a charger. I was called man by a guy probably 50 years my junior. I checked out your chargers then was referred to as man again. When I corrected him all I got was a shrug and a walk away with a to bad motion of his arms. Never shop there again.
Spent nearly 1.5 hours in this store, waiting, then waiting for the representative to figure out why he couldnt log in, all while trying to sell me on a new plan and new phones, then once he got in, wouldnt tell me ANYTHING because I wasnt listed as an account administrator (after taking photos of the front and back of my license to scan it in). We got frustrated and left and went to the Sprint store on Linden Rd in Flint. They had a lot of people waiting, but my wait was still 1/4 of the time I was waiting for someone at Clio. I only had to give the representative my phone number and he was able to tell me when my contract was up and what I needed to do to switch to a new carrier. A total of maybe 15 mins at the Linden Rd store. DO NOT waste your time with the Clio store.

2022-06-08***DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME****My wife and I recently visited this store in search for new phones and service. We were told they were having a promotion on iPhones buy 1 get one free on the mini but l would just have to pay the balance for a 13. I was excited for about the first 10 minutes. We were there for 2 hours, and I was told each line would require a deposit of $375. I was not pleased, but was going to go with it. The system went down, and they asked if We could come back the next day. We did and spent another 2 hours ( that’s 4 hours total) to be told that I would have to pay well over $1000. I refused to pay that, so we left. I went to AT&T we walked out 35 minutes later with 2 new iPhones and a cheaper monthly bill all for the the sales tax of the iPhones. Then T-mobile has the audacity to send me a bill for $4. I then call the customer service line and was on hold for 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

2022-06-26This one is a wast of time. Charged me for things we did not ask for. Rude, I recommend taking your business else where. At no point should you talk about the commission you make off someone as they are walking out the door.

2022-01-03Bought a phone from this T-Mobile a few months ago, the phone stop taking a charge due to no fault of my own, so Apple replace it for free. Came into T-Mobile twice to replace my sim card, first time was denied since my name wasnt on the account but the second time it didnt matter that I wasnt on the account. Also went to get a new screen protector since I bought their unlimited screen protector replacements but since I got a new phone they charged me for the new one. Basically this T-Mobile will sell you a broken phone, deny you service if they feel like it and make you pay extra money when it is not necessary.

2022-06-25I have been with t moble for a year and has been the worst experience I have had with a phone I am once again with a phone that doesnt work to send a text or make a phone call I will be going back to Verizon asap

2020-07-01I have to say I was so frustrated with my phone this morning when I was bringing it into the store. I came in to Cassie and Chris and later joined by Kristina. Not only did Cassie do everything she could to help my situation but she is actually getting a card for me from a different store in the morning and bringing to Clio to save me both time and the trip. I can drop my phone off and they will call when its ready. I have been really thinking of changing companies as I really have never enjoyed the service Ive had a sprint stores. I will say though. Clio is the only store I will be going to for as long as I am in the area and with Sprint. It was a good fun group with lots of laughs. My faith has been restored!! Thank you so very much!!
