They try being as quick as they can with the resources they have and the business they get. Over all good service alot of nice people there. There are some workers who need to learn proper customer service and how to be nice to customers and have a better attitude tords customers. But over all its a slim chance youll get those people at this restaurant. But I say its a vary good taco bell to visit 99% of the time Ive visited here i get good hospitality and good customer service its only that 1% of the time I get the rude service employees that need to learn some hospitality and be nicer to the customers but its vary rare that I get those employees id recommended visiting this taco bell if you in bay city on Euclid
To be absolutely honest with you I no longer order through the regular little speaker..because theres some type of communication problems with the people in the drive thruI dont think its their problem.. I think fast food is tough environment to work and and having a list of what you want as much easier when you pick it out through the app.that atmosphere is a tough environment to work and while making everything correct all the time..check out the app its super dope theres no reason to bother the people at the speaker.Every time I use the app my order is absolutely perfectjust like this time when I use this Taco Bell location it was perfectthank you so much the crew did amazing!!
Every time I go there they for get something this time they gave me some one else order and when you try to call them you get a busy signal I think they take there phone off the hook so the do not need to deal with there mistakes such BS will not be going back there again.
I got to say out of all the Taco Bells I have been to this location is one of the best. Majority of the time food always is a banger and the team do a great job. Their drive through times are quick and they have great customer service. Not a five because of the amount of times food has been just alright, but they are far and above the majority of other locations I have been to. Keep up the good work.
3 times in a row…. Came here for lunch and waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes!! They STILL got my order wrong. No extra sauce on the quesadilla, no cheese with the nacho fries, forgot parts of my order.. pulled up to the window to pay and get my food and the employees were standing there doing absolutely NOTHING. If you’re going to let the employees be lazy and not do their job, WHY ARE YOU STILL OPEN!!?? Customers pay your prices and don’t get what they pay for. I see it as a waste of money and a waste of time waiting in line that long just to receive the WRONG order. Won’t be back to this Taco Bell again. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.
I was made to go through the drive thru to pick up a Doordash order( I called and asked if they would bring it out bc I was already sitting in the line for 12 minutes past the pick up time and the diningroomwas closed of course at 930pm.) and waited a total of 54 MINUTES!! And then the window girl was rude. I wouldnt recommend this Taco Bell for ordering from Doordash or delivering for them.
Ive been on the road for over 12 hours, Im moved here from NYC and its late and Im hungry. I cant make it through the drive through cause its clearance is 9ft and the truck Im in in 9⁶. I called to see I can order cause the sing on the door says lobby for pick up orders. So I call. No I cant go into the lobby cause the lady who is the manager said she would loss her job, if she let me in. She would also lose her job if she brough food to me in the parking lot witch I was already in. I wasnt aloud to walk through the drive through. I hope the lady who is the manager here stays in this position. God help us all if she was doing anything else.
The workers want an increase on hourly wage. Well they dont deserve it. Horrible service the last few times we have gone there. Tonight was no exception. Had to repeat our order, asked for extra nacho cheese and then he asked what did you want with the extra nacho cheese. Wanted to argue at the window when we asked for straws said they were in the bag...they werent. If there was a supervisor on shift they were doing a poor job themselves. There was a line-up and now we know why...slow incompetent employees. Edit to add: the guy getting drinks had gloves on, which is great, until you witness him wiping the sweat off his forehead with the gloved hand.
This taco bell location has got to be the most reliable, clean, very health conscience of food allergies/intolerances and public health situations (COVID-19), the food portions here are the most satisfying of the Bay City locations, every person working the late shifts have been my major heros when the taco bell closest to me runs into to many problems much to often. Everyone working working here have my respect for how hard they work they deserve a serious raise with the extra people they get coming from my end of town!
Went for a cheesy chalupa supreme 5$ box..which was on outside menu in several places was told they was discontinued along with the mac n cheese burrito..and also the $5 box meal was not available in any combination of items... and all this happens while I am still grieving the loss of the firey dorito locos taco...
Place is horrible go anywhere else, got young teens who laugh and mock you. They have no pride, motivation making customers food. Orders are always messed up and managers try to blame the customers for leaving without items. Im sorry but when you say everything is in the bag and it isnt thats a problem. And no Im not waiting another 45 mins for your incompetence.
This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The service was so fast it was insane. There was a line of cars in front of me and I barely had to wait at all. Food was made perfectly. Best quesadilla I’ve ever had. It actually tasted grilled and not just thrown together. Very friendly workers
Placed an order on the app. I went to pick up said order and the people inside were too busy horseplaying to complete my order. I got to my work and found out that the order was incomplete. No big deal I thought I would just call and have them refund the missing part. They apparently dont do refunds if you order on the app. Very poor management staff!! Wont return to this one!
Ordered from the kiosk and ordered 2 bean burritos add sour cream and, as I didnt want sugary drink at 9pm, I found milk on the kiosk and ordered that. Waited a bit, and the register person asked me if I ordered a drink. I said yes, but it was a milk. He walked away. Waited a bit more, and they called my name. Two bean burritos, but no milk. They said they dont have milk and arent sure why its on the kiosk. Okay, they gave me a soft drink cup. Still not wanting sugar, I tried water. It dispensed pink. Not knowing what it was causing pink, I got Sierra Mist and sat down. First bean burrito had a HARD edge all the way around the tortilla. Second one had no sour cream till literally the last bite. After I finished the burritos, something was hurting the edges of my tongue, and it wasnt the Sierra Mist. I normally use hot or fire sauce but didnt this time, so there was no spice. Kind of worried what caused it, and worried I might get stomach issues from whatever it was.
Went in because the drive thru had a line and even tho there doors say Mask and i was wearing one they still told me i had to go through the drive thru if it wasnt a mobile order. Should have a sign on the door so people know online orders are inside and everyone else must go through the drive thru.
The ambience/atmosphere of the place really is coming along quiet nicely & I like the modernity of the service coupled with the mall-like clothing store feel of the new wave music playing as well. The workers actually take the extra moment to serve us with courtesy now, instead of the streamlined feel of old. GREAT DAY, KEEP IT UP Taco Bell on Euclid Avenue in Bay City, Mi!
I enjoyed their prompt and fast service they provide. They were very generous and professional. They are very clean and honest atmosphere. I will definitely come back. Every time I come there they provide fast and courteous service, they are very friendly and are always in a pleasant mood. Their drive thru is very pleasant also, they provide very fast, waste no time.
Update: Dropped to one star. Walked in to an empty lobby, right up to the counter register, and was asked if they could Help me at the kiosk. No, Im standing IN FRONT OF YOU at the register, just take my order! The employee was very obviously annoyed that I had the nerve to actually have my order taken (which included a custom order). The exact same thing happened to the gentleman who walked in behind me, he walked up to the counter and started to order when he was interrupted to ask if they could help him at the kiosk.If its busy, I get it, using the kiosk helps speed through the orders, but if someone is standing AT THE REGISTER, take the damn order! Seriously rude.Menu is continually shrinking, each time I go in it seems my favorites are no longer on the menu. Sometimes you can order off the menu other times you cant - you cant count on it.
Taco bell is really starting to go down hill. The standard of making items is no longer being followed. Many times you feel cheated because what you ordered is much smaller then it should be. But its never consistent anymore. Like forest gump said. Taco bell is like a box of chocolates. You never know what your gonna get
I ordered a nacho surpreme minus sour cream and beans what I got was a small nacho with cheese and one chip had beef. The employees were not nice when I called to tell them what I got. It was like oh well. The cheese was straight down the middle 2 1/2 chips was all that was covered in cheese...my 6 yr old needs more to eat than what is on here. If I wanted just chips could have went and bought a bag of them. Im visiting from another state. Will not eat here again.
Just waited a long time in a line of at least 10 cars for them to forget our drink and when we knocked on the door they told us we had to go around (through the drive though) another 30 minutes? No thanks. If the lobby is closed and you are on a time schedule skip this place unless you want to waste an hour of your time. Try handing out completed orders before you tell people to leave. And be more accommodating when YOU forgot something as minuscule as a small drink.
This visit was for my sons breakfast. He ordered the mini breakfast bowls but I did not see picodegio as an ingredient/topping. The pico was cold which wasnt very appealing atop hot eggs. I must say.....they remade his order minus the pico and he said it was delicious.
Cold food. Taco shells felt as if they were never warmed. Good thing I own a microwave. Special requests (no guac or pico on nacho box) not fulfilled. Stale nacho chips. Took nachos back and manager had an attitude because I didnt want another nacho box but instead my money back. Ordered a fiesta potato and gordita crunch. Potatoes were luke warm at best.
I’m going to start driving all the way to midland Taco Bell. This one is totally bull! Every time I order there I get the wrong food, overcharged for things I didn’t order, or simply not following their order screen! I have food allergies and specifically said I had them welp guess what that food was in my dinner!!!! I eat taco bell about 5 times a week because I love it but you guys just lost me as a customer. Midland tb here I come!!!
One of our favorite restaurants. Everything is always right or they fix it promptly. Be sure to try an Encherito. Its not on the menu, but used to be and should be again. Simple and tasty, beef (or chicken), onion, and beans in a soft shell, covered with sauce and cheese.

2022-06-05Usually this is my favorite Taco Bell, but for some odd reason today they decided to change their opening time. I always go there at 6:30 AM before work if I have a chance but today they said they don’t open till 6:45 AM, just a little inconsiderate for people who make the time to come there. I understand job shortage and things like that, but we all are dealing with that right now.

2022-06-07First off the wait times were less than favorable at 7pm. Then we werent told that part of the order wasnt available (the Mexican pizza) $34 later there was no receipt given so there was no way to prove that we were charged for it. They completely screwed up approximately 75% of the order. the Supreme were regular, the soft shells were hard. it was a disaster. it took forever for them to answer the phone just to be told sorry we sold the last Mexican pizza 20 min ago... yeah it was to me in the drive through 20 min ago...... silence... then she didnt know what to say except bring the recipet (they didnt give us) and we will refund and fix mistakes... complete waste of time. Dont recommend the night shift!!

2022-06-19Polite employees and fast fresh food overall. I spent almost 40 dollars and 1/3 of my food was cold and the chalupa was stale and just nasty. The Restaurant was very clean and like I said the workers were nice and friendly. I ordered inside and was pleased and disappointed at the same time you could say.

2022-03-10Better tastes and prices than McDonalds restaurants. Lots of menu items missing from years past at taco bell. Recent menu is missing great choices. I miss double decker with beans in between or chili cheese Burritos and enchiritos but the service is always kind.

2022-06-24They have been SUPER SLOW lately, expect to spend 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru. They dont always have the lobby open so Im sure they are short staffed. And make sure you double check your order before you drive away because they get it wrong often. They are definitely struggling.

2022-05-17No creamy jalapeño sauce on the chicken quesadilla, but it did have lettuce and tomatoes that isnt supposed to be on it. Itd be nice if they would quit dropping that stuff in the cheese. I usually go to the Wilder road location and now I know why.

2022-07-15I havent eaten at Taco Bell for many years. I used to like the double decker tacos, the meximelts, or the taco salads. Cant get any of those anymore. Dont care for the current choices as much. Just average in my opinion. 🙁
