Asked the employee if they offered any yogurt safe for nut allergies. Basically just waved his arms and said no. Such poor customer service.
Not much of a selection at all. Pretty good service. But i mean the amount of yogurt you get is kinda pathetic for the price we pay. And dont add toppings. You dont get much at all
Got my White chocolate mousse half gallon. It lasted 5 days!
Had the praline & cream yogurt. It was disgusting & I ended up throwing it away after I scooped off & ate the peanuts on top. This is not what TCBY used to be.
Very limited choices. None of the specials other stores have. Waffle cone tastes like cardboard. Wont ever be back.
I enjoyed my ice cream. It was tasty and satisfying. The customer service was helpful to me.
Most the yogurt was melted and refrozen. He couldnt understand anything I was saying. It was freezing in there and he was using a space heater.

Less than average. The ice cream was crystallized and the scoops were small.
My husband,teenage son and toddler gotten sick the day after our daughters 8th birthday.
I drove there because it said they were open today until 10:30 and just after 9 the place was cold and dark and locked. nice waste of a trip

2022-02-27The yogurt was old tasting like freezer burn. The toppings were not fresh either. I had Walnuts on some old tasting brownie mix. And, the lady working in there didnt know certain flavors due to missing labels. I wont ever be back. I wish I would have continued to pass by the place. 😭

2022-05-15Wasted $17 for 3 ice creams. Will never be going here again. We felt rushed by the gentleman behind the counter, he never greeted us when walking in, and didn’t want to give us any time to think what we wanted. The ice cream did not taste good at all either, very disappointed that we wasted $17 and didn’t get to enjoy it.

2018-08-16Owner is beyond rude!! I had my first visit there today, but it will be my last. Too bad I didnt see the reviews prior to going there.I ordered the brownie mix yogurt, but the owner barely scooped any brownie bits in with the yogurt. I asked if he could add more brownie bits in. He proceeded to say, What? Huh? What? with a very nasty tone to his voice. After calmly explaining what I meant he was still confused, and still had a nasty attitude.I told him that I didnt want the yogurt. He was very upset and uttered a few nasty remarks from behind the counter. I told him I would never patronize his business (or lack thereof) again.I went there with my mother-in-law, and we asked for samples prior to buying. I think he was upset that we asked for samples (very stingy, cheap business owner). He never greeted us when we walked in. The yogurt was not very good at all. The place looks dirty, and the add-ins for the yogurt looked stale and old.I hope this place goes out of business. Rochester is a very nice area, and they dont need crappy businesses and business owners like this taking up space in the community. What a damn shame!

2018-06-22Im thinking this place doesnt get enough business to keep the product fresh. My psychedelic sorbet was a old mix of flavors, dont get it. I tried a sample first and seemed OK. When I bought a cup, I realized it was freezer burned. My kids didnt finish their ice cream flavors either saying they tasted funny. I kindly let the owner know my sorbet was freezer burned as I threw it away. He seemed to know that and did offer me a different flavor. I declined and we were leaving. Owner need to make smaller batches or fix the freezer temps to keep the product at the correct taste and texture. Bummer...

2018-06-27Bad, just bad. The Troy TCBY location closed and I’ve been having frozen yogurt withdrawals ever since, so when I was driving by and saw one here I got excited. First the owner Is rude, second I ordered a shiver and the Oreo tasted old and stale and it was honestly barely even blended together. Plus the cup was only about 2/3 full. Not to mention the place was dirty and gross. I will never go back. I don’t recommend you do either.

2018-05-21Got a quart of mocha almond. Yogurt not packed into container like closed Somerset TCBY in Troy. Just few scoops. Container not even full. Yogurt tasted grainy—not smooth. Quality poor. For what you pay I won’t return.

2019-05-10Went in on a nice day and thought “wow, this place isn’t busy at all!” And no wonder... I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream and the fudge looked like Carmel and was melting and looked gross. I asked if he could make it a fudge brownie sundae instead, like the picture on the menu. He tossed some brownies from the fridge on top, and pushed it towards us and said “here you go”. My boyfriend had anxiety when I told him I didn’t want him to pay for it. It looked nasty. We apologized and left. I will never ever go back.

2018-08-16The owner is a very nasty, mean old man. The place looks and smells dirty and old. Ice-cream shops usually smell like freshly baked cones and vanilla, but not this place. Smells like dirty socks!Owner coughed up spit in his throat before fixing our ice-cream. Yuck! Im pretty sure this place does not meet health code. Stay far away.

2019-12-13Wasnt helped for close to 5 minutes. Smelled of natural gas (was from space heater fan). Yogurt was alright but the chocolate brownie tasted a little crystallized. Signage outdoors needed to be updated (no marshmallow flavor for smores).
