Comment: What a great experience using this company! Easy to book, the bus was very clean and comfortable, and had a microphone! I loved it, my passengers maybe not so much. But it made communicating our events to my employees so much easier.Our driver was on-time and got us to our multiple locations on time and had a great attitude.I look forward to using this company in the future.

Comment: It has been the worst experience, the black lady that collects the information and the money in bus 6706 keeps shutting everyone who talks and literally treating everyone who says anything like we are little kids. She has a black guy texting her per her own words that people are talking. Im planning never use this horrible service. I feel discriminate, I wondered what if a black person is being shut up by a Hispanic person. Please management, select your employees better.

Most importantly, the bus was clean, new, and arrived on time. Arturo was very friendly and accommodating to all passengers. We highly recommend them for your transportation needs!

Comment: We took a group of 16 graduates and 4 chaperones on a cruise out of the Port of Los Angeles for their senior trip. We had the BEST experience with TCS. Pick up was always on time and they even upgraded our charter bus at no extra charge. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making transportation during our trip easy!

Comment: I just got passed by one of their enormous buses traveling southbound on the 57 freeway in a torrential storm. They were tailgating cars, repeatedly changing back and forth in lanes, and driving much faster than appropriate for the weather conditions. I would NEVER trust my life to this company.

Comment: Tried booking a luxury charter bus though the company for a prestigious basketball team from LA to Phoenix. Priscilla was short and never sent a proposal as discussed. I wanted a luxury and comfortable experience for my players to travel. Not sure the company wanted my business based on the way they treated myself & staff.

Comment: My husband and I hired a school bus and mini coach bus for our wedding and we’re so pleased with TCS’s service from planning through the event! The staff was super responsive the entire time planning, helped us with some creative thinking to keep our costs as low as we could, and the buses were clean and most importantly reliable and on time!! They also let us reduce the number of vehicles and adjust our timeline as needed when our guest count changed drastically due to covid!The school bus shuttled our 54 guests to and from both our ceremony and reception with no issue. The mini coach bus was like new and took our families and bridal party to 3 locations seamlessly! The drivers were courteous and professional! Would definitely recommend TCS

Comment: We have used TCS for 3 years now when we travel to Anaheom for Cheer Nationals. Each time the reservation process has been easy, and they have GREAT prices! We have had excellent drivers each time we have made the trip!This year we had the same driver to and from the airport. Denise was great! She was super friendly, and once she found out why we were there she gave my team a great send off of good luck when we got to our hotel. When she picked us up to go back to the airport she couldnt wait to find out how we did! It was such a nice treat, I will be asking for her again next year for sure!

Comment: I had a last minute company event we needed to get our entire office of 57 people to. TCS not only responded quickly, they had the perfect bus and were very diligent and thorough in making this last minute detail, stress free! The bus arrived on time and the driver, Leslie, was extremely professional and a sweetheart, not to mention she was prepared in getting us to our destination! We arrived in a timely manner and when the event was over, the driver and bus were waiting for us where we were dropped off. I will definitely use TCS again for future business and personal needs! Reggie was a wonderful driver - kind, helpful, professional and friendly. One of our travellers requested a photo with him! Comment: I used TCS for my group of 30 people for 3 different transportation needs.Each time they exceeded our expectations. We had reserved a small bus for each leg of our trip and each time they provided a 55 passenger bus that made a very comfortable ride in the LA traffic. I will defiantly use TCS again and highly recommend them. The drivers were very professional and courteous, and excellent drivers. 5 stars isnt enough for the service we received

Comment: A driver 1/8/2020 at 11:28pm on the 5 over by the Pomona exit comes flying up in the lane next to me and turns on his turn signal, stays the same speed I’m going, comes over the line multiple times until eventually I speed up enough so he can get over. Proceeds to cut in right behind me and almost hits me. Bright lights me like it’s my fault that he didn’t plan ahead and get over. There was no traffic at all and I was in the center lane. This driver should be fired for how he was driving. I did not get the plate # but your logo is all over the bus. Be cautious on who you have working for you. The person driving that bus is not professional at all.

Comment: Harold took us to a conference in Merced this last weekend. Harold is hands down the BEST bus driver I have ever had. He is professional, prompt, flexible and fun. We never had to wait for him even when plans changed. He also helped us with things such as our school chant. He is an absolute angel and I wish he was always our bus driver. Best guy ever!

The driver of your bus with license plate CP98428 pulls up at LAX this evening right in front of the ride share service E sign and just parks his bus in front of 10 people waiting to be picked up. He proceeds to stop and unload his bus plus luggage. Meanwhile all our car are having to stop in the middle of the traffic to pick us up because your guy can’t get it right. Inconsiderate, obnoxious and selfish about sums it up.

Comment: I wish I could rate this company zero stars but sadly that is not an option. Rick Chan, the dumbass bus driver that was supposed to pick us up, went to the wrong airport and didnt call us even after he realized. He showed up 2 hours late and didnt apologize. He then continued to drive like a psychopath for the next hour to the hotel. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.
