If you have a problem, go here and see Joe!!!! In all the times I’ve had to deal with either online or face to face customer service, no experience has been as easy or seamless than working with Joe. I’d spent over 25 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to resolve something. Joe had it fixed in less than a minute. If all customer service was like dealing with Joe, the world would be an exceptional place. And Joe saved Christmas at our house! Thanks Joe!
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Wish there was a 0/5 star option. The guys in this store are very good at their jobs…sales and making money - but they don’t care about the means they need to use to get there. They are smooth talkers but have no follow through and will give you the run around once you give them your money. I have been dealing with one issue for over a month now. This issue is a big one: I traded a phone in back in May & there is no record of a trade in or the phone in any Verizon facility. I never got paid for this phone and the promotion I used didn’t require a trade in (I was lied to and said it did require a trade in). Been in the store 3 times and they never call or email me back like they promise (I have directly spoke to Donavon, Safayat, and Sal). I have filed an official report with Verizon by the advice of Verizon customer care due to this store’s untruthful & shady business.
Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I visited the store today for a Verizon business plan review and phone upgrade. He was very pleasant to work with and spent over an hour with me analyzing our firm’s existing plan and preparing a proposal for a more current/upgraded service plan. We will definitely be using Joe for any future upgrades for our plan!

I had an excellent experience with Ryan. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the process of upgrading to a device and trading in my phone seamless. Honestly that’s the smoothest any transition to a new phone has been for me. After a very frustrating process with my last trade-in process at a different retailer, I was very pleased to come here and have no issues at all. Great customer service!
This was our first time at this location weve never had such an amazing experience. Saleem was our sales person he went above and beyond to get me and my husband the new iPhones and made sure we had everything we needed for our new phones. Hes such a good worker he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. Well definetly be coming back to this location because of Saleem.
Donavan was amazing. My wife and I both had to get new phones and had to bring our almost 2 year old son with us into the store. Donavan not only worked hard to get our phones situated he also helped keep our some entertained with an I pad. Over the top customer service.
Bloomfield Store - Do not use this store for your wireless needs. Joe behind the counter was not truthful and guided me to a new phone since he told me I do not have insurance on our current phone. This cost me a lot of extra money. I went back home and checked my invoices and called Joe again to say yes we did have insurance but that fell on deaf ears and he would not help me at all. I then called Verizon direct and the customer service rep confirmed I had insurance and straightened everything out since Joe did not help me one bit. Verizon stated they will be writing this store up for their untruthful actions.
I drove to this store from Sterling Heights where I live because they’re one of few Verizon stores that are open. I’ve heard great things about the guys that work there, and I have been to this location 6 years ago and had great service. This time I received help from Ryan. He was very welcoming and helpful in addressing my need for a new iPhone. He helped me make a decision on which phone to get as I am not that tech savvy. Aside from being down to earth and friendly, Ryan is an expert at his job. Anyone who has questions about their device or needs help selecting a new one should seek the service at this location. You will be very happy. I know I am!
I had an outstanding experience at this store today thanks to Sal. He was knowledgeable, patient, informative, personable, genuine and professional. He helped me set up my new phone and made sure that all of my data transferred over. Working with Sal was such a pleasure and he displayed exemplary customer service. Ive taken my Samsung phones into this store repeatedly over the past several years and their terrific. Its not always a quick trip, but they take the time with each customer to make sure they understand everything. Im so confident, yesterday I called with a problem, and I was given the solution over the phone. Outstanding place of business.

Poor follow up and customer service. Bought 2 new S21 phones and galaxy watches from this store. One of the phones is not working properly. We have to keep restarting it. Mentioned this to the rep when we first got it and he blamed it on the network. I have left several messages for my sales rep to return my call because it still is not working and never get a call back. I even spoke to Donovan the store manager who promised he would call back and never did. It took weeks to get the transactions completed because even though the rep was supposed to call when the products were in, I had to call him. The promotions he offered we suddenly not available too. I would not recommend this store.
I would highly recommend not doing business with this retailer and find a corporate Verizon store. In October they sold me on a small business account to make my bill cheaper and provided me with documentation theyd credit my account for all the change over fees and Im into mid-December and its still not resolved. The General manager Ryan does not follow up, return calls or answer his cell phone. If you need any customer service this is not the store for you.
Very top quality of customer services I have ever experienced!!!Ryan, the team lead/store manager at the Bloomfield Hills Verizon store, is a hard worker, he worked non-stop. Every time I visited the store, I saw him working with one customer after another and he genuinely wanted to help each and every customer. He always went extra mile to help me with my various needs; from fixing the billing errors to requesting the corporate discount for my Verizon plan, from adding new lines to getting the enrollment gift cards, from submitting the warranty claims to replacing the screen protector and more! I have never seen anyone who cares so much about the customer services, who so sincerely wants to help the customers, who loves his job and cares about the store he works for!!!Best Verizon store! or best store, period!!!! I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help with the phone!!!

Donavan,Was very courteous over the phone. When I arrived I new which phone I wanted. He pulled it from their stock and performed the data transfer for me. He pointed all the phone functions that were the same and counseled on when I might need a future upgrade. I was able to leave with the data transfer continuing on my way home. The program confirmed the 5 minutes after I arrived home. We will come back to this store and see Donavan as soon as my wife needs to upgrade her phone.Thank you!Tim Ahern
Ryan is the best, he has helped my entire family with all their phones so many times, and has always helped us figure out our best plan. He is honestly the only reason we have always stuck with Verizon, and has been more customer-focused than anyone Ive ever worked with. Super dependable, professional, and we send everyone we know to him!
I have had the worst customer service for the past 8-9 months from Ryan. My initial meeting with him was great. He was very honest with pricing and phone information. Unfortunately, thats where it all ended. Since that initial day, he has messed up my bill every single month. Each month my bill should have a trade-in credit automatically applied, and each month its not there. I then have to let him know this, and he manually applies it. We are now going on 9 months of this annoyance. Each time he says its fixed, and itll be automatically applied for the next month, its not. I call and text him, and there are times that he doesnt even get back to me for weeks on end. 1. Im frustrated about the bill being incorrect for almost 9 months straight and him having to do the manual credit each and every month, and 2. the frustrations mount because Ill be completely ignored for weeks on end with no communication and zero customer service. At the very least, if youre gonna mess up my bill every single month, have the decency and respect to answer my calls and texts.Long story short - besides him being honest at the beginning about the pricing of the new phones my family wanted, this has been the most horrific customer service experience (or lack thereof) that Ive ever experience. There are many authorized Verizon stores out there - go to another location.
We’ve been buying phones since cell phones came out and this was the BEST experience we’ve ever had! Donovan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My wife needed a new iPhone because her old one crashed and not many stores are open during this pandemic. This store has decent hours and had a good selection of phones. We got exactly what we needed in the minimal amount of time. I highly recommend this store to everyone!
Ryan is great!My brother and I have been going to see him for about 6 years. He always takes his time with us even if there are others waiting for assistance.He is the only person we would ever go to for our phones!If you are looking for a good honest guy...you must go see Ryan! Saf was absolutely amazing! I was going to switch to Metro PCS but after working with SAF, did I say he was the best ever to work with?I can’t believe how close this store is to my home. I had gone to other Verizon stores and spoke to countless representatives but none like SAf! I will stay with Verizon and I will only shop at the 4036 Telegraph rd in Bloomfield Hills location!!!This is where I will send my friends and family when it’s time to work with someone so kind, patient, smart and friendly.I am happy I found Saf before I threw in the towel!Sincerely,DTG
Donavon did a wonderful job helping me through the transition of having to switch my family and I into Verizon. He was very nice and explained the whole process to us and didnt leave out any information. In addition to giving us an amazing deal, he also will be mailing out gift cards to us!!! If youre thinking of switching into Verizon, just ask for DONAVON and I guarantee you that you will be very satisfied. 5/5!!!!!
I went in to see what kind of deals they have going on. Ryan and Donovan were very helpful with explaining the plans and promotions. They gave me a really good deal and I ended up switching my family to Verizon. Couldn’t be happier, thank you Ryan And Donovan for all your help!
Came in here today with my boyfriend. Charlie- Verizon Employee who took care of us has been incredibly helpful and patient. Both of us needed to get new phones as well as one of us needing to be transferred onto a new account. I’ve never had a better experience at a Verizon store. Ask for Charlie when you come in but disclaimer this isn’t his permanent store, he usually works at the Warren location.Great Customer Service!!

I am currently in Pontiac, looking to switch my service, I heard from my friend that i shouldnt go to this particular store. He was disappointed with unprofessional behavior of the staff regarding the Black Friday deal. It is the bizzare behavior of the staff and noncompliance to the deal.I feel I saved my time and money by not visiting the store and i would advise the same to others.Be careful guys the staff will receive you well and try to give you fake offers before purchasing but after you make the deal nobody responds even the higher officials at Verizon wont be ready to solve the issue.

They made my experience very enjoyable, also they made me feel very secure with the handling of my information and explaining the pricing. I highly recommend!!
Donavon made the process from switching from T-Mobile to Verizon so fast and easy. Not only did I get an extra line, but I am paying the same price on 4 phones with Verizon when I had 3 lines with T-Mobile. On top of all that, he is sending gift cards to my house!! I had terrible experience at this shop, I have got iPhone 11 via promotion during back Friday.Every time I go and ask about my promotion offer, they are saying you will get it soon(it’s 4 weeks now), it will resolve and you will get the email regarding Black Friday promotion or trade in my previous iPhone.But when I call Verizon customer care they said there is no promotion under your phone number, and if I go and ask them they are making some lame excuses and saying you will get email regarding offer.And I went to shop 5-6 times to resolve the issues and called them around 10 times but every-time they are ignoring it.Sometime I feel they are doing scam.I have wasted so much time. Please don’t buy any phone or get deal from this shop.
Exceptional service by Donavon! He resolved a problem that neither Apple nor Verizon senior techs could figure out after hours and hours of troubleshooting. Besides being personable and thorough, he attacked the problem with brilliance and confidence, and he earns my highest praise. His co-worker, Alex, was also personable and knowledgeable, and I intend to make Cellular and More of Bloomfield Hills my go to wireless service connection.
Ryan was a tremendous help with my phone, my phone wouldnt ring and he just spent an hour and half with tech support fixing it! He and Christain do not seem that they are ever tired of help me or other customers. You have very exceptional employees with Ryan and Christain. Make sure you keep them O have found them far more helpful and concerned about our phone problems, I also trust them to be of the highest integrety.
This Verizon store location is the ONLY one I will go to. The service is outstanding. Ryan has worked there for 8 years and he is so friendly and knowledgeable that it keeps me and my family coming back for phone upgrades, questions, problems, etc.This location is truly outstanding!
There was a thanksgiving deal going on switching to verizon one of friend went there and he switched his carrier. But there was some refund on the phone and carrier switching. Staff is very lazy my friend did not get money back that he was about to get from Verizon based on deal.So the staff is not good there
Not a good experience at all. The young guy who helped me failed to give me the contents of my iPhone that he just activated. At first I thought no big deal I will just go back and get it. When I return to the store conveniently all they had was my charger not the headphone jack or the headphones. Punk klepto stole my stuff. If in need of assistance on your phone or phone plan I highly recommend not going to a privately owned store, stick to corporate.
Ive been with Verizon for 23 years back when it was called Cellular One. In 23 years Ive never been so pleased. I came to the Bloomfield Hills Cellular and more and bought two upgrade phones from Ryan. Its like I hit the JACKPOT!! I like Verizon, and now I have concierge level service with Ryan and his store. Id recommend anyone there!
Very nice and organized property. Small staff but very smart and experienced. They were able to help me with all my problems and made sure that i didnt leave the property unsatisfied, a special thanks to the young gentlemen Donavon which who I was dealing with. Very respectful boy
I cannot believe the unbelievable amount of time and care Sherin, Christian and Amaris took with me today. I broke my phone and was in complete panic mode. Not only did they set me up with a new phone, but Sherin went over and above to make sure everything from my old phone was transferred to my new phone. She set up my tablet and installed the hum on my vehicle. I hightly recommended this store, my experience was beyond my expectations.
I could not receive or send email for weeks. In attempting to fix this myself, I deleted my outlook account which deleted over 1000 ofmy contacts. This is the first time I visited this Verizon store & I will never go anywhere else. Ryan Konja was nice & knew exactly how to fix my problems within a few minutes & got all of my contacts back!
