I get this place is an as is car place but at least make sure the cars youre putting on the road doesnt have a bunch of problems with it. Know the vehicles youre selling. We just got a car from here it did great for the test drive but not even 2 hours of it being home it wanted to start messing up. If I could give them zero stars I would. I didnt buy a car to put a bunch of money into it. If I wanted to keep putting money into a car I would have stayed with the vehicle I already had with transmission problems. My new car doesnt even have good take off & weve changed the o2 sensor. Start checking these cars better.
Just bought my first car and while it has quite a few issues, its amazing for a used car! Absolutely love my new 2012 Ford Focus!
Spent 4 grand in a month and another 2300 dollars . I just cant do it Im not bank. I called to complain and the girl says did it drive fine when you drove off the lot]???? No apology nothing . Im like thinking to myself are you serious???. She acted like head gasket not big deal . Its one biggest and expensive parts to go on car . They had to of known even mechanic told me . Save yourself money dont go here . Now I have start ground zero ...4 grand lost. I know used cars are gamble but this is ridiculous.
This is the only place you need to go if you have to get a car. They are honest to a fault friendly and polite as possible. Always willing to work and make the deal work for you. Over the years my family and I have bought over seven cars from them and have every intention of buying seven more in the future. Telegraph Auto sales is example of what every other should strive to be.
No one came out to even see what we wanted. we walked around and still no service.
I bought my truck from here a few years ago. Had a great experience with the sales team as they didnt push things on me. The only thing about this place is they do things differently than a normal car dealer. You go look at cars and find one you like. Test drive it to a mechanic or car guy and have them look it over. Finding a good vehicle with little or no problems is on you. These cars are sold as-is. They let me put %50 of the money down up front and pay off the rest over a years time through their financing. It helped me out a lot. I always recommend my friends here whenever they are looking for a vehicle.To summarize, CARS ARE SOLD AS IS, IT IS UP TO YOU TO FIND A WELL MAINTAINED VEHICLE WITH LITTLE OR NO PROBLEMS!!!
Fred was great, I didnt end up getting the car i came for but he definitely took care of me with another one. If you need a used car definitely check them out and ask for Fred.
I bought a 2003 ford escape from here in March and since then I have put over $600 dollars into it. They guys seemed really nice but were not completely honest about the status of the car. I was completely disappointed on how this has turned out. This was my first car an I completely loved it all up until now.Im now in the process of getting the steering wheel fixed since it broke while I was on the highway.I now have to sell my car due to safety reason. IF you do consider buying a car from here, bring a mechanic with you so you know exactly what you are getting yourself into.
This Is A Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealership. You get what you pay for most definitely, so dont go here expecting a great car! Majority of the cars will need extra work put into it, so be careful what you choose. Half down payment + bring insurance, any type of insurance that youre comfortable with having, then 1yr or less to pay the vehicle off. If you dont know much about car parts, take someone with you that do. Good Luck!
My boyfriend has bought 2 cars from here and both were good. I read all the other reviews and almost thought this was a different place...seemed like straight up guys to me. They let him take the car for a test drive for a while to get a feel for the car, and theyre financing is super reasonable, it is kinda out of the way, but worth it
The cars they are selling are not even safe to drive, and they dont seem to be aware of the condition of any of the cars on their lot. Make sure you have a mechanic thoroughly inspect first if youre going to even consider test driving, for your own safety.
Bought a Ford expedition there a few years ago, for a daily driver and has been a solid vehicle. I put an additional 50,000 miles on it since purchase and still driving it daily. Would definitely buy another vehicle from here. Just get the vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic before purchasing, should always do this for any used vehicle.
Thought their staff was really friendly and trustworthy. I now am looking at atleast a $2000 car repair bill for a blown motor and a towing bill! Mind you I bought the car a week ago & still haven’t even received the title in the mail and the car is already junk. The mechanic said that sealant was used to mask the problem!

Cars are ok but I came in to look at a specific vehicle I was looking at buying from their website when I asked to look at the car they just handed me the keys and told me go ahead 🤔 ok so I looked at the car might have some issues so I ask and shes like well it might be this or that idk 🤷🏾♂️ so Im like ok I see this is like a junk yard experience not a sales thing take it or leave it as is so basically bring a mechanic with you there may be a few good gems on the lot who knows 🤷🏾♂️🤣
If I could give them zero stars I would! Went there to test drive some cars they had no Gas in them and I mean none zero miles to empty! How can you test drive a car with no gas. When I told them that they had no gas they didnt offer to put gas in them so I could drive them. Its was like it was no big deal. Check engine lights were on and you ask them questions about the car and they cant tell you anything at all. They also will not come outside to help you they give you the plate and the key and tell you to go test drive and bring the keys and plate back in to them when your done. What kind of customer service is that when trying to sale a car. Especially when you have compatension all around you went right down the street and found a newer and much better car for a great price. AND THEY GAVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been, everything is so over priced and broken. This place should be shut down, they tried to sell me a 2007 Chevy Aveo with a massive oil leak and the shifter lock was gone. They don’t know common courtesy and they are by far the worst place to buy a used car!
I left them a voicemail on a truck they had for sale asking if they could call me the next business day and I work nights so I did not wake up until 11am and then I called up there because no one even called. For the lady to tell me someone already is buying it as we speak and I ask about my voicemail and was told sorry about that. I will never buy a vehicle off this place they should learn how to actually do there job.
They never greeted me never came out and never once asked if i needed help. There was 3 people inside. I was the only customer on their lot. I asked for a list of cars for sale and So i went back in to ask where their most expensive vehicles were and they said up front but never got up out of his seat to help me. Thanks but i wont be back to buy your most expensive car on your lot 2009 ford fusion for $5995.00.

I never purchased from them because we cant come up with a deal when im buying a car but the sales guy and the USED cars are priced reasonable to me those who bash the place because your USED car broke down bring a mechanic when you go there.I know a few friends who purchased from there and there cars/van and truck was nice dont get me wrong im sure they needed some work but with in house financing and not brand new its a cool deal I say
When you go to a car dealership you trust and have used for 10 years, and the sell you a vehicle with no air bags and the car stop going while your driving on the express way!They were helping me get back and forth to work with a reliable car! clearly they didnt care if I got hurt in the process. Now they refuse to do anything because it was as is
Similar situation to a previous reviewer. Walked around the lot for 15 minutes and no one came out. Went inside to ask for more information on a few trucks and he said they didnt have any information because they were trade in vehicles. So apparently they dont know what they are selling. No engine size, mileage, costs, features and so forth details available. Ill take my money elsewhere.
Called for information about a car. Could not give me *basic* information regarding the functionality of the vehicle -- things that could be determined with a 30 minute inspection upon receipt of vehicle such as radio, heat, a/c. Told me that they have too much inventory to gather such basic information. That tells you everything you need to know about how much diligence they put forth into the mechanical items of the vehicles that they carry if they dont even bother with trivial items.
They are honest. Always allowed me to take cars that I was buying to my mechanic. Great prices too
This place is a joke! They trade in cars with a ton of problems, I got a vehicle there and the transmission went out the next day we brought it home. Then traded it in for another vehicle with multiple problems. Then tell you its sold as is. Lol go check somewhere else to save yourself some money and time
They dont have a car on their lot over $6000. Great prices on used cars that need a little work. They allow you to take the car to a mechanic and the Midas that is a 20 minutes ride down Telegraph only charges $25 to look the car over. Most of their cars are under kbb private seller price. Got a 2006 Ford Taurus for under $3500 under kbb dealer price
These people are an absolute joke, I totaled my car a couple years back and went shopping here and found a seemingly nice 1999 Mustang with 46,000 miles on it is what they claimed... I took it for a test drive and not even a mile down the road there was a loud squealing noise coming from under the hood. I told them about it they said there was no way because it belonged to the owners wife. That car probably had more than 150,000 miles on it the way it drove, I turned it around and took it back so i didnt end up stranded down the road on just a test drive. Horrible cars and sorry excuses for sales people who make sorry excuses for bad products.
Bought a 97 ranger 2 years ago with 97000 miles, great truck, now at 170000, going to need a clutch. Paid 2000 for truck, going to cost 700 for a clutch. Truck still runs great, debating weather to go back or put in clutch. Low price, watch what you buy

If there was ever a place to not go it would be this one, you would think they would at least inspect a vehicle, I understand as is is how they sell but usually most people with common sense would be to inspect it to make sure its actually safe to drive, not in our case bought the car 2 months ago only to find out that our frame was complety detached , coming from a mother when I find out my kids were put into danger all I have to say is you people are shady and crooked ...how do you sleep at night knowing you could of killed three children under 4....ill wait tell me I should of had it checked well good thing I didnt cause it never would of made it off the lift smh

These guys are nothing but scam artists my girlfriends daughter bought a car there a week ago the next day was out a trans fluid the guy says he wont do anything about it I need the main seal in the transmission the repair will cost more than she paid for the freaking car Im going to see what the states attorney general things about it on Monday stay away from these guys theyre bad news

2022-04-02Dont go here. 2 of my adults sons recently bought cars here. My younger one spent 5000 on an explorer and the transmission blew within 7 days. My oldest just financed one he put 3000 down on, owes 3000 more and the whole axle snapped within 2 days. Whatever mechanic they employ clearly has no idea what hes doing.

2020-05-19I discovered this place on Google by accident one day as I was searching for a place to get my daughter her first car with what little money she had managed to save up. So we went on an adventure, out of curiosity, to go check it out. I was surprised by the budget friendly prices. Theyre friendly and they dont pressure you. You get the freedom to explore the lot as long as you want to. Since it is a used car lot and you are buying the car pretty much sight on scene, I do recommend that you take someone who knows about cars with you. So take your mechanic! Fred is amazing. Easy to talk to. You do get to test drive of course, and even then, theyre not over your shoulder. You get as much time as you need to make a decision. We ended going a few times before my daughter picked a car. Surprisingly, she found a 2012! Obviously, her little bit of money wasnt enough, so she decided to finance the other half. Theres a year to pay off $1,500 (the car was $3,000)! 😁

2021-03-25I have purchased 4 cars from there and all of them have been great cars. Now sure there are some bad ones out there but you have all the time needed to assess the car. Fred and Amanda will bend over backwards to make sure you get the car you want. Love this place. 😀
