Changing my review from 1 star to 4 star since initial delivery did delay the process. Steve, however, deserves 5 star! Thank you for the help. Greatly appreciated.I was scheduled a delivery window today 6/4/24 12:30-4:30pm pst. The delivery truck did not arrive until around 7:00pm. Upon arrival, delivery associate checked where the appliances would be placed at, removed the appliance box, taking down our entry door for access then stated his back is injured and could not assist with move in delivery to the correct room and left the appliances at garage. This is extremely frustrating starting from the delay to poor delivery service. I understand problems arise and was hoping for an expedited scheduled date to accommodate the injured delivery associate, but reaching out to support they cannot assist until 6/12/2024. A full week out, leading to additional food damage caused by their fault. Unacceptable. I had asked to refuse delivery but they still placed it at garage. What is the point of removing the boxes and door then say you are not able to deliver. This is not how I’d expect service to be.

Comment: Senior Director Steven Ghodoussi contacted my husband and I to resolve an ongoing issue in regards to shipments of a damaged GE Profile Refrigerator and it’s parts from April to June. Senior Director Ghodoussi stayed in contact with us during the replacement being ordered, tracking of the shipment, and ensured us of above satisfactory delivery. He also addressed my husband and I’s lost wages for repeated deliveries and the inconvenience. Comment: The two high school drop out drivers parked their delivery truck in the middle of the street and blocked everyone’s driveway for half an hour because they were too stupid and lazy to park a few feet up the block where they wouldn’t have inconvenienced others. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common complaint against this companies drivers, but clearly TEMCO doesn’t care that they employ degenerate clowns. 🤷🏼♀️

Comment: Temco Logistics has absolutely terrible delivery service and were contracted through Home Depot to deliver a refrigerator I purchased. Rude, disrespectful delivery drivers. Created hundreds of dollars of damage to my condo including gouges on my wooden floor, gouges to the drywall, and gouges to the mitered baseboards. Further, did not install the refrigerator properly. Was still tilting and drawers completely taped shut when they left. Would never buy another appliance from Home Depot because of this experience. Also, communication throughout the the entire process of delivery through dissatisfaction, I would rate as a zero out of five.

Javier tried it out to make sure it worked before leaving. Javier went above and beyond by telling me I should have the gas line capped off because my new dryer is electric. He told me so I would be safe. I had a plumber there who had just installed new valves, but he didnt tell me that. Javier took the time to do so! Comment: Scam artists - literally told me they dont get paid by the hour and instead by the job and cancelled on me because I wasnt there on time, even after repeated attempts to call them and figure out where they were parked, which of course they didnt pick up until it was way beyond the scheduled time. When I finally found them they simply left even though we were standing face to face and the job could have been completed then and there 10 min after the agreed upon original time. Again we were all physically there to just finish the job, but they told me to call dispatch and reschedule, so that they could get paid the cancellation fee and the PMT for a second delivery job. They also proudly said that two other jobs that morning had been cancelled, so basically these people just collect cancellation fees and never actually do any work.

Comment: We purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer pair from Home Depot. We included delivery, set up of new appliances and removal of old appliances in the purchase. Two Temco employees came to our townhouse today. While we were talking about the hookup to gas line and vent line, we asked many questions. We were taking measurements to understand the details of the installation when the Temco employee walked out of the house and cancelled the order. I walked up to the delivery truck and asked them to deliver and install the appliances. They refused and said they Zeroed out the order and left.Extremely poor service or rather no service at all. Very disappointed.

Comment: Temco appears to have opened a location in New Jersey that takes appliance delivery contracts (including installation) but the delivery crew unlike any I have ever dealt with, tried to tell me that they cannot remove the doors to get a full depth fridge into a house. In all of my years of construction and remodeling I have never dealt with this. Any full depth fridge will likely need its doors removed to fit into a house. The largest common door is 36 which only has about a 35 clear opening.If you have the option for any other logistics company, at least in the New Jersey area, I would highly advise looking elsewhere. If refrigerators are too hard for them I could not imaging a more complex delivery like machinery or oversized freight.

Comment: Crystal and her team of deliverers are HORRIBLE . I got a service window of 8:00-12:00. The driver calls me at 7:05 AM!!! Speaking poor English to say “you have a washer and dryer from Home Depot?” . I ordered a microwave! So I say “no, who is this?” They hung up and called back at 7:44 AM to say “I’m outside with your appliances” BEFORE the scheduled time. They transfer me to Crystal she immediately condones the drivers actions stating “we have the RIGHT to call 30 minutes before your delivery time” goes on to state a couple more untruths and proceeds to talk to me as if I’m the problem and NOT her incompetent drivers. Crystal then goes on to put notes in my file insinuating I was problematic and/or not on time. I called Home Depot to ask that they finish all scheduled drops and save me for last. Home Depot calls Crystal and asks that she do that and Crystal calls me and wants to reschedule me for 3 days later! “That’s the best I will do because my drivers don’t go back” (your drivers also don’t speak clear English or follow simple directions i.e. 8:00-12:00) I inform her that would make it 2 weeks waiting for a microwave! So…. Since Home Depot has contracted with Temco I no longer do business with them. Tempo’s idea of customer service (not to mention Crystal Idea of how to talk to people who are paying her salary) is TRASH!!! I suggest everyone who’s dealt with this level of unprofessionalism to cancel services.

I’ve made 95% of my major appliance purchases from HD because they are within walking distance to my house. NEVER again will I make a big purchase from them because their management or use of Temco delivery service demonstrates that I have zero value to them as a customer.My delivery window for a $2k appliance purchase was to provided the night before delivery. It was not updated by 11pm pst. When I woke up at 7am and checked, it had updated overnight to 7am-11am delivery window, showing 1 delivery ahead of mine. II hopped up to make sure the area for the appliance was ready. At 9:20am I checked my phone and had a ‘sorry we missed you’Text. Please reschedule message 800 telephone number.When I called, after 17 mins of holding, I was informed that the driver called and got no answer, left a voice mail and came to the house. The driver sent a pic of the front of my house.I did see a missed call on my home landline. I was probably out front taking my car out of the garage for the delivery. There was no message, so that was an outright lie and they confirmed no door tag was left. SO Im to believe that a driver who called and got no person, drove up to my house but did not get out and ring the bell? That would mean they have incompetents working with them.You can get a pic of most houses in the internet. No truck was picked up by the cameras on my house and no driver on my Ring camera.It gets worse. I call HD to complain and redelivery is scheduled for the next day (Tuesday). The rescheduling process took over an hour Same scenario, delivery window will arrive that night. 11pm, no delivery window. What a surprise 😯You guessed it. No delivery. Telephone again - “Oh, there must have been some misunderstanding between our associate and the delivery company. Temco doesn’t redeliver the next day. It takes 3-4 days to redeliver.So the HD associate AND the Temco associate both don’t know their companies policies. I’m left holding my head in my hands again and no appliances for 3 days!I WILL NEVER, as in never ever buy from them again and I will make sure I tell everyone I speak for as long as I can stand it hears about my experience with both these businesses. I hope what decent employees they have can find careers elsewhere, because neither business should survive their practices.Demand better.

The installer told me that home depot did not pay them to install the microwave and told me to call in to pay Temco directly. Their phone does not ring. No one ever called me back.The installer, Brandon S. told me to pay him $100 to have him do it. Turns out, home depot did pay them and he hustled me. Not only did they botch almost all of the installs, they lied and said that the dryer vent was on back order and would have to drop it off later. He did. Did not install. Home depot said that they sent out the dryer vent hose and that I was lied to.I ended up having another appliance install come in to fix their installs.This is disappointing as I went out of my way to remove all but one appliance myself and dispose of them. Comment: Had one of the most ridiculous experiences with this company and an ignorant driver. This company was subcontracted bay a 3rd party freight company who delivers for home depot. Unfortunately it seems that I may have to deal with them again and I pray that we never cross path in the midst. To the point this company delivered thousands of dollars worth of materials to the wrong address multiple times. On 4/2/24, I preemptively called to ensure they didnt do it a 3rd time, but they did. I spoke with a HD rep who placed me on hold and upon return insisted that the logistics company had corrected the issue and was in route to the correct address. Within and hour, I was notified that they still were delivering the materials to the wrong address (I own both properties, one is new construction and the other is a rehab). I had a contractor put me on speaker phone with the driver and explained to hi the problem. Ultimately he decided to leave $3500 worth of cabenits at the wrong house unsecured in the front yard. Even after his dispatcher advised him of the error, a conversationoverheardby the contractoron scene.Just in case they want to dispute my review, I have receipts.

The delivery drive says he will go do a couple more drop offs then come back to my house, we agree to meet at my house within a hour or 2. I left work early to get home in order to accommodate the delivery driver.. I get home and call the driver’s phone letting him know I’m home and that he can come by when he’s done with the appointments he said he was gonna take care of. The driver calls me at 2pm saying he’s on his way to my house.. 3:30 rolls around and still no delivery driver so I call him yet again.. he tells me “sorry we have to go to the next job on the schedule, and that the soonest we can drop your refrigerator off would be between 7pm and 8 pm”. I call the this Temco and they transfer me from the main office to an office closer to my area. Once transferred to the office closer to my area I explain the situation to the representative of temco what was going on and he says “I understand your frustration and let me call the manager of the driver and I’ll call you back in 10 minutes”. Well let’s just say he was a layer as well, no call back. All I can say is that if you’re going to use this company I’d think twice and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM. This is the worst company for customers service. I don’t usually go and complain about companies but when it’s so HORRIBLE I have to speak my mind.

Comment: 3/22 UPDATE: reschedule of fridge delivery happened today, and today’s driver was as good as the last one was frustrating. If we had not had the last experience, I’d be giving 5 stars, but instead will up my previous one star to three. Kudos to Dylan and Brice who were polite, fast and did great work!Temco driver refused to drive down our road “for fear of getting stuck” at 4pm today, on what we suspect was his last delivery of the day. We said that the road was completely drivable and my wife and I drove 3/4 mile to meet him to demonstrate. My wife’s car has 4” ground clearance. I put my pickup in 2wd to demonstrate, as well. We drove to meet him and convince him how ridiculous refusing to deliver our fridge was. He said we had 2 choices, accept the fridge by the side of the road or reschedule for when roads are better. Note it is March 11 in Maine - roads will certainly be perfect in June, but we said we’d rather not wait. We were considering accepting delivery on the side of the road since we’d waited all weekend to take delivery “sometime Monday” based on their schedule, had emptied and unhooked the old fridge which they were supposed to move to the basement, and had shut off water so we could connect to the new fridge which has an ice maker; but then the driver would not even let us borrow his dolly to unload at our house. “I’m not loaning you my equipment”. Seriously. My 110 lb wife and I were going to do their job, but he refused, then got pissy and said he was leaving as we were calling his boss to complain. Comment: If I could rate negative stars I would, apparently Temco Logistics was purchased by Home Depot as their installation provider. Went to Home Depot late January ordered a dishwasher there, great sales staff. The installers came on a Monday morning, were doing an ok job then cut one of the lines on the faucet so a small amount of water leaked onto the cabinet surface but cleaned up easily. they thought it was the cold water line and assured me the hot water line was ok. The technicians didnt even show me how to use the dishwasher or leave a receipt, just had me talk to someone from Temco who gave me the run around on repairs and I was told that Home Depot would file a claim. Which somehow took a week to file, after I went to the store of purchase and asked for update. Filed claim with sedgwick, had plumber come out and replace faucet. noticed some minor water leaking because we were told incorrectly that the hot water line was ok to use. I had to get a remediation company out to removed damaged material and restore the cabinets below the sink. my sink is being held up by 2 x 4 wood beams until it is fixed in the next week or so. this process has been exhausting and time consuming, because the installer obviously is not trained adequately. What was a $600+ purchase from Home Depot has turned into an insurance claim for several thousand dollars which affects Temcos bottom line.

The guys were going to leave, have me reschedule, etc. they; thankfully; worked with me to make sure the appliances were taken care of. My tenant was on-site for the delivery, checked that appliances were good, and couldnt speak higher praise of the team who came out today. The guys were very professional, level headed, and took extra care and effort into small details while keeping me informed of the work performed (I was at work). The guys also cleaned up after themselves. Truly grateful for Kemar and team for helping to get this done. Ill gladly request him for any future installs/removals (if possible).

Comment: I had my refrigerator I purchased from Home Depot delivered on February 17th and the two guys who delivered it were unhelpful and had attitude. I opened the refrigerator before they left and saw it was missing bins in the door. The guy said they are in that box and pointed to a large box on the top shelf. I said are you going to put them in and he said no you can do that. I told him I don’t know how to install them. There were no directions in the box. So the delivery guy put them in and as I watched him I saw it would have been difficult to install, especially since there were no directions! These guys were very messy. I gave them a towel for the water line and they left water all over the floor. I could have easily slipped. They also left trash at my front door. I don’t know their names because they didn’t introduce themselves. I’m very disappointed in the level of service I got from the delivery guys. They also scratched the frame into my kitchen and didn’t tell me but I saw it as it happened. I hope Home Depot stops using them for deliveries as they are not good!

After installing and leaving, I was faced with dripping water from the hoses that went all the way through my sheet rock on the other side of the wall! Home Depot couldn’t get through to Temco so I called myself and was hung up on and treated rudely and even accused of “messing with it” after they installed. The installers came back and refused to look at water stains on the other side of the wall. I had them load the machine up and take it away as I didn’t trust them to do anything further. If you buy from Home Depot, ask who will be delivering and if Temco, ask for an alternative option like a professional contractor. .

Ordered a new fridge from Home Depot, their drivers showed up on the day of installation, removed our old non-working fridge (the only thing they did right), installed our new fridge, damaged our stairwell and cabinets putting the new one in. And only AFTER ASSEMBLING AND INSTALLING THE NEW ONE did they attempt to confirm our unit number and our names. The fridge they installed in our place was for OUR NEIGHBOR in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT UNIT. The employees attempted to contact Temco while still on site, but nobody answered their calls. They removed the wrong fridge. We have been in contact with Home Depot since then, and THEY still have not been able to get a response from Temco. Comment: Ordered a dryer washer from Home Depot and they used this company for delivery and installation. Terrible customer service from both Home Depot and Temco. Ill never order from Home Depot again especially if this is the type of service they attach their name to, but thats for another review.The delivery was rescheduled 3 times over three weeks. They have too many stops in a day (at least 16 according to the Home Depot delivery tracker), and if they are delayed they dont come after the delivery window closes. They rush their stops. While I sympathize with the workers dealing with such packed schedules, they are irresponsible and haphazard. They didnt fully attach the dryer vent, mixed up the hot and cold water pipes, spent the whole time complaining that I live upstairs (I felt bad about that but that is why I paid for delivery and installation because there is one of me and 3+ of them). Maybe they receive minimal training before being sent out to work. Overall, the company business model seems to prioritize quantity of stops over quality of service. I recommend you take your money elsewhere.

Making comments like grossand disgusting and making gagging sounds in front of us when taking away our old washer that broke with water inside. I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service that I received. I would give them a negative rating if it were possible. The delivery personnel refused to bring the refrigerator into my house because we requested them to wear booties to keep our floors clean. The delivery person claimed that it was unsafe to wear booties, which is absurd because every delivery company I have dealt with in the past has worn them without any issues.. The delivery person then called their dispatcher and I was accused of being hostile. This word is used too often, typically when the person knows it finds themselves in a difficult situation. As a result, the dispatchers only solution was to take the refrigerator back, since he made no effort to accommodate me. I walked outside, turned on my phone, and recorded a video because I wanted proof of our interaction, I asked him not to wear booties while putting the fridge. The person asked if I was videotaping and I confirmed that I was. After that, the delivery person received two phone calls, presumably from the dispatcher. He then informed me that he couldnt deliver the refrigerator. I called customer service at Home Depot and explained the problem, but he was indifferent. I asked him for the white glove service since the rep at HD advised me of the service. I had to request the white glove service myself, it was not offered. Afterward, I visited Lowes and asked about their delivery company. They informed me that they use Pilot and that the company always wears booties when entering the premises. Needless to say, I will from this point be asking who the delivery company is and what are the protocols they take when entering a house and will not make any purchases at Home Depot. “I have two videos, but I prefer not to show them. I don’t care how many deliveries you have, I’ve waited patiently for this arrival and I would like the services I requested.The emails I received said to check your appliances thoroughly for any damages and send back any appliance that were damaged that we didn’t want. I started to unpack the items and told the kid I wanted to check them for damages, and he said not to worry about it. He told me if we did have something damaged and we called Home Depot, they would just send him back out to pick up later. I was also promised a mess-free delivery where the packaging material from my new appliances would be hauled away after installation, but the kid was in a hurry and said he had to go, resulting in a huge pile of cardboard and styrofoam that sat in my yard for over a week. Oh. I also had to run out to the truck before he drove off because he forgot all the additional hoses and plug in kits I ordered. All in all this was a terrible experience with this company. We love shopping at Home Depot and have never had any issues with them, but in the future we will borrow or rent a truck before we entrust our big purchases to this delivery company again.

Comment: Temco Logistics is the worst delivery company I have worked with - I have been waiting for them (delivering for Home Depot) since 2:30 today and it is currently 7:52 - they updated the delivery saying they came to my house at 7:11 but I was in the house purposely not having media so I wouldnt miss them. They did not trigger my cameras, I had a note with my cell phone on the front door. This is Jacksonville Florida and who ever they have here are liars and do a very bad service.

Instead This is about a job that temco offered me, I did all the on boarding and they even sent me a welcome aboard notice and asked me to drive up to Flagstaff from Tucson for orientation so I could start working. I did everything they asked of me and even made it on time for the orientation. A lady came up to me and asked me to go to an office in another room and she proceeded to tell me that the position that I was hired for was terminated. I never got an explanation for this and I borrowed 1500.00 to move up to Flagstaff after they said that they offered relocation assistance which I never received and I asked them to at least reimburse me the 1500.00 that I borrowed from a friend who is expecting pay back for the loan. I was beside myself when I got the bad news after they actually hired me. Be careful applicants they might do the same to you. Im going to get that money back somehow because I was singled out by them and Dont even know why.

Comment: Please see Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints against this company. I recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and Temco is there delivery company of choice. The workers knocked a family heirloom off of a wall and broke it in multiple places, took pictures in a room that was not utilized for delivery. When I ask why the gentleman didn’t speak English the other gentleman said he was taking pictures of the broken clock which was untrue as the clock was directly behind him. I requested the photos be deleted of the room not accessed. Therefore a police report is being filed for their creepy behavior. They also did not turn the water supply back on prior to leaving, which left me with no water & proves they did not test prior to leaving. I also asked them to remove all the packing, material, tape, etc. on the interior of the unit which they claimed was not their responsibility. Finally, I refused to sign the paperwork as it I would’ve been signing there was no damage to my home or property. They refused to give me a copy of the document. I filed a claim with Home Depot, and spoke to corporate at Temco logistics, and shared all of the above.

Comment: Total delivery fail. These guys were tasked with delivering and hauling away kitchen appliances. Despite previously leaving delivery notes about my house being located in an alley, they brought what is probably the largest truck in their fleet. This wouldnt be a problem if the driver was competent. We (myself as well as my neighbors) have had trucks this size perform deliveries in the past, but the driver wouldnt even try. He made excuses about why it wasnt possible. Excuses ranged from a trailer that was encroaching into the street by maybe six inches (not impeding his path of travel), to power lines (yup, they are much, much higher than your trucks clearance levels). He ultimately admitted he just wasnt comfortable driving the truck in general. I proposed solutions such as them bringing a smaller truck, or even walking the appliances down the street. They refused to consider either solution. At one point I was on the phone with their dispatch manager, and she said there was a smaller truck but she wouldnt send it. She also wouldnt propose alternate delivery dates with the smaller truck. No apology was offered at any point during this entire debacle. Awesome. So glad I took the day off of work and arranged for my dogs to be off site for their convenience. The bottom line is that these guys just didnt feel like working today, so I got the shaft. Unprofessional on multiple levels.

Comment: I ordered 6 appliances at the Home Depot store in west Flagstaff in Sept 2023. I own rental properties. I buy a lot of appliances. When the 6 appliances were delivered, the refrigerator door was damaged and the microwave was the wrong size. Temco scheduling and delivery of these 2 remaining pieces has been the absolute worst experience, so much so that I will not ever buy any appliance from Home Depot again. To receive these, I have to drive from Phoenix where I live to Sedona area 2.5 hours (or pay someone to be there again). Temco has scheduled 2 different days for delivery. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes when I called Temco (instructed by Home Depot front office in Flagstaff to call them). I hung up. I called the original employee in appliances who ordered the 6 appliances, John, who is excellent. It took him almost an hour of waiting and figuring out the logistics to get the proper date for the microwave rescheduled, but Temco could not find the refrigerator order—which Temco themselves re-ordered on 10/13/23 when the original refrigerator was rejected at delivery due to the damaged door. John could confirm delivery date of 11/3/23 for the microwave, so he recommended I buy the refrigerator again so I can then receive both appliances on the same day. Then they will refund me the first refrigerator purchase. The delivery date for the refrigerator was scheduled by Temco for 11/3. Now the delivery date of the microwave has been inexplicably been changed to Monday, 11/5. In the email from Temco telling me this, it is not possible to move the date back to 11/3 so both appliances can be delivered together.

One of their drivers ran over my property as they were too incompetent to use their mirrors properly, got stuck in soft grass, and caused tremendous damage! This happened in July, 2023. It is now October, 2023, and has yet to be resolved! Horrific customer service cannot process the claim for damages after they were given a police report, photos, and drivers’ license of the incompetent driver. Better business bureau will be contacted.To add, it wasn’t a delivery for me. It was for a neighbor…. They drove across two driveways and three properties before getting stuck in mud. Then he proceeded to give me expired insurance that I didnt notice was expired until after we left. Now, theyre ignoring my calls/emails and the managers are saying theyre cooperating with insurance, but I know they dont have an active policy and are attempting to avoid paying for the damages theyve caused. When these men saw that my husband was not home they continue to talk down to me and told me when I had questions that they had other customer to deliver too. Comment: Bryon and Damon delivered my new oven from Home Depot. I was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. First of all even though my drive way had plenty of room for their box truck, Mr. Bryon parked on the street. I went to tell him he was welcome to pull in the driveway. He pointed out that my powerlines were too low to pull in. These gentleman were barely in my house a whole 30 minutes. But in that time they took out the old oven, allowed me to sweep and mop the area behind the stove, and installed the new stove. They even showed me the functionality of the appliance. On the way out Mr. Damon even advised me to run the oven for about 45 minutes to burn off new chemicals. I would have never though of that. These gentleman were efficient, respectful, and earnest. It spooked the dogs we were walking and there were small children playing in the street. We motioned and yelled slow down. The driver stopped rolled down the window and asked what was our problem. I was pulling a trailer, and couldn’t turn around.So I had to wait. Comment: The people who came to my house to supposedly install my dishwasher came with a very bad attitude. One was upset because the installer before them did not take out the dishwasher from its box. The reason why it was not installed before them was that they can’t twist water supply handle. They said it was too tight So, we were able to untwist it. Instead of turning off the water supply, before disconnecting the water hose going to the dishwasher, they did not, and they insisted it was broken and put the blame on us. They left my house with water dripping all over. Me and my son tighten up what they had loosen to stop the water leak. They left my dishwasher out of the box in the garage with parts scattered all over the place. I tried calling the company but connected me to Home Depot instead I have no problem with Home Depot. It’s TEMCO Ligistic that has the problem with their employee. Who was unprofessional, preventing his co worker from giving me explanation.He also told me, the installer prior to them could have just shut down my main water supply to solve the problem. Do, when I told himI can do that for them, he told me he will only do it as a favor. It was not even a fiver coz I told him I can do it myself. I know this because not only did they tell me this on the phone but he mentioned it several times all while telling me a plumbing pipe in my house, “wasn’t up to code”. Brand new build.. I’m sure it is up to code. They leave without checking the dishwasher. I run it and writhing 5 mins there is water covering the floor. I call and they won’t turn around. Need to wait till the next week for them to send someone else out. Thankfully it wasn’t a “master plumber” because the second time was the charm with the dishwasher. I then had them come out a separate time to install a water line for a fridge. Simple, but it is free so I let them come out. The man was verbally aggressive with my wife, insisted she didn’t read the manual when she did, installed the line wrong by not bleeding it first (I know because I had to do this myself for it to eventually work), left the fridge a foot from the wall, didn’t install the plastic covers back onto the wall, was rude and nasty the entire visit. I do not recommend this company and in fact would also not shop at Home Depot any longer knowing that they use this company. They are THAT BAD.

Comment: I purchased a stove from Home Depot who contracts with Temco for delivery. I was supposed to get a call the day before - no call. The delivery folks came to my home, knocked on the door frame (not the door, or the side window, and did not ring the door bell), picked up a stove on my property and put it in their truck. We made contact with them after they loaded it and they said they cancelled the delivery because they waited 15 minutes and we didnt show. I have constant recording cameras though Nest, which shows them there for 6 minutes. They drove away with my property and when I called Home Depot, they spoke to Temco who said they would be back in 30 minutes to an hour. No one showed. I called again, and again was told they would come back to deliver before 8 PM. No one showed. Called again, this time Temco was closed and my delivery locked out. I called the next morning and was told no available time for delivery, as they are booked out. I was given Tuesday as a delivery date. I told them I want my property back. They said its being destroyed, but they can now magically deliver on Monday. So, they have stolen my property, lied to me repeatedly, and are.making me wait longer for their mistakes. Ive never been lied to so many times by a delivery company. They will punish you for their mistakes.Update: Monday came and went and they didnt deliver. When I called, I was told the truck broke down and now they can deliver Wednesday. They will never deliver my stove.

Comment: Temco came to our rescue!! The old Home Depot appliance delivery contractor up and quit them on the day my appliances were supposed to be delivered. Thankfully, their NEW contractor, Temco came to the rescue!!! They delivered my stove and refrigerator, took away the old refrigerator and all of the big boxes. The two gentlemen that delivered, Quincy and Tyree were extremely professional. They had to take off my door to get the refrigerator in the house. They were careful, meticulous and VERY POLITE! I’m glad Home Depot found them. Very happy with my delivery and the young men that made it!!

Comment: We didnt even have a delivery from them, but they blocked my house and driveway. My son couldnt get to school and couldnt find anyone to move the truck. I had to leave work early because of it. There was plenty of room in front of the house they were delivering to, so there was no need to block our house. The garbage man was also unable to pick up our trash because it was block. Thankfully he came back later after the truck was moved.

Not a scratch and my kitchen & laundry is on the second floor. The team delivered my fridge, washer, and dryer. They were able to deliver on time! During the hottest days in September. I ordered two different times, so I had two deliveries. All four Tempo team members were professional. Thank you so much for delivering! I like the automated voice message to inform of the delivery window time. I also liked that a live customer representative calls if there are any perceived issues.

They got right to work and were very efficient. We had four appliances delivered and installed in 45 minutes. From their backing their truck up a steep driveway, taking old and new appliances up and down a flight of stairs they didn’t waste a moment and were very professional, hardworking, and pleasant. Comment: I am amazed at how efficient these delivery people were. They popped in, measured doorways and stair widths and immediately my door was off the hinges and my railing was off to my stairs. Then, bing, bang, boom the old fridge was gone and the new one (with awesome water line) was installed. Next thing you know door and railing were back in place. It felt like it took 5 min. I know it took about 20-30. But they were incredible. Totally knew what they were doing.

Temco’s delivery team failed to deliver the first time, broke my old unit and falsely claimed my valve was corroded to avoid installation and delivery, and the third delivery was cancelled for NO REASON after calling me to tell me they’re on their way. It’s been almost a month and I still have no laundry center all because Temco employees are incompetent, lazy, and dishonest! The wait for a new one wouldn’t be as bad had they not destroyed my older unit. I wish Home Depot didn’t have these vendors as their delivery team because they are just AWFUL 😞

Comment: WORST EXPERIENCE FROM A DELIVERY COMPANY.My daughter purchased a Samsung fridge and stove from Home Depot. Temco logistics is the delivery company used by Home Depot for deliveries. She RECEIVED a delivery date for the appliances on Dec. 8, 2021. A redelivery took place Dec. 11 2021, because her FRONT DOOR needed to be removed. The Scheduled time given was 12:30-4:30pm. Her door was removed for the delivery at 11:15am by maintenance. At 3:30pm she called to follow up on her delivery and was then told the time was UNKNOWINGLY changed to 4:30pm -7pm and she would be the 10th delivery. Remember she has NO DOOR and this poses a SAFETY ISSUE as a young woman. The company never called to inform her of this change. She and myself tried contacting RAQUEL one of the Temco supervisors, leaving 4 messages and no return call until the following day. Once the delivery guys arrived at 7:33 pm with her scratched refrigerator they called their supervisor AXTON who then decides to explain his reason for the late delivery 8 hours later rather than reaching out once he knew the delivery would’ve been late. It was clear AXTON did not want to take accountability for the inconvenience. He also has not responded to my phone calls or emails. All around POOR WORK ETHICS. I’m sure we would have gotten a better outcome if we were of a different race living in a different borough!!

Comment: The delivery was made last Friday to a place of business (senior housing!!!). I specifically asked the delivery crew to wear masks and place the items in the storage room. The crew bluntly IGNORED my numerous requests to comply with THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. They also left the appliances in the lobby of the property, which resulted in me and my co-worker UNAUTHORIZED OVERTIME. Today, Monday 08/02/021 I called to complain. After 46 min on hold (the picture of the call duration is attached), a representative picked up my call. She asked for the reason of my call and I simply stated that I want to complain about the delivery that was made few days ago. There were few moments of silence and then I was prompted to a survey to rate this call.I have never in my life experienced such a poor service and such NEGLECT TOWARD ELDERLY. I specifically explained that this property is for seniors and had no response.I did not pay out of pocket for this delivery; the company I work for did. I notified the management on the same day of such poor service. Luckily I do not have to deal with them. Since I personally am not involved with this establishment financially, you - the reader - are more than welcomed to use my review as a testament to the worst company I ever came across. I would highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this joke of a company.

Comment: Another dissatisfied Temco customer joining the online Google support group to rant and, hopefully, provide **advance warning** to anyone thinking of using Temco Logistics.Our story is like many other victim-customers:1. Ordered washer/dryer from Home Depot2. Called for delivery date from Temco.3. 1st delivery attempt: 2 guys spent 2 minutes then said they couldnt install the new unit until we had a new gas line put in. (To be fair, this could have been a legitimate issue as the unit had been in place for more than 15 years. We had our plumber come the next day to install a new gas line.)4. Called Temco again to schedule a 2nd delivery. The earliest option was 1.5 weeks out.5. 2nd delivery attempt: After 2 minutes, the 2 men found another issue: we needed longer water hoses to accommodate the new unit. Even though we paid extra for the necessary water and gas hose part kits at the time of purchase, the team did not come with the appropriate kit for the machine. Same day, we bought multiple additional hose options to be prepared for the next visit and called Temco to schedule delivery #3.6. Called to schedule delivery #3 - no appointments were available for another 2 weeks. We were more assertive letting the scheduler know that the first crew should have told us ALL that was needed to take delivery so we wouldnt have new problems each time. (Were still not clear why they could not use the parts package from Home Depot.)7. 3rd delivery attempt: delivery window was 7a-11a, but the driver called at 5:50am to say he wanted to come into our home(!). 3 men showed up. Their names were OSCAR LOPEZ (the driver), FRANCISCO ROMERO AND MARVIN ROSALES (even Tempco didnt know who this last guy was)! The driver, Oscar, came in to our house and was SO RUDE. He went straight to the unit area, disassembled our closet door door and proceeded to soil our white carpet with the door and his dirty shoes. Asking him to show a little more respect in our home, maybe lay down a drop cloth or blanket, he challenged me (finally looking at me) and saying: What, I know youre not going to hit me. Really?! So random. What kind of customer service is this? And whats with rolling up to someones house so early in the morning acting like such a jerk?Things continued to get worse.The men proceeded to damage our drywall taking the old unit out, then afterwards found damage on our new washer/dryer unit. The new unit had clearly been struck on the side by a blunt object which pierced the cardboard box and materially bent the side of the machine. The unit packaging had no other scuffs or markings. The strike was clean and likely recent, as they didnt tell us about the damage when they arrived and surely would have caught in a quality check when loading the truck or after arriving at our place. With their horrible attitude, we wouldnt be surprised if these guys just didnt want to install after the haul, so damaged it themselves. There also was no license plate on the truck. Just a plate saying Real Hasta La Muerte.The worst part is that OSCAR FORGED MY SIGNATURE as if we had accepted delivery of an undamaged unit. THIS IS FRAUD.Weve called twice asking to speak with a Temco supervisor, and have not received a call back. Home Depot management says there is not much they can do as Temco is contracted at a corporate level and is used by Home Depot, Best Buy and Lowes with a monopoly on the delivery business.Please question this company (or the big box suppliers who use them), or better, go to a mom and pop appliance store. (We found the same machine with delivery for less than HD+Temco.) If you have your own horrible experience with Temco, be sure to escalate your story up the chain with your big box store so the management negotiating these service agreements can be aware.Companies like Temco should not be in business with such horrible delivery and customer service.

Comment: I had a very negative experience with Temco Logistics. My wife went in for hip replacement surgery on December 22. A week earlier the dishwasher stopped working. We bought that dishwasher from Home Depot back in June 2018. At any rate, we ordered a new dishwasher. Eventually, they told us we would receive it on January 14, 2021.The problem is that the crew they sent over from Temco Logistics to deliver and install the new dishwasher was very odd. They didnt call us ahead of time as promised. They just showed up. Then, their lead guy, David, said there was a problem because there was water in the old dishwasher. To me, this seemed like a simple fix. Scoop out the old water. The other technician from Temco Logistics, Juan, seemed nice enough.Eventually, David asked that I give him some towels to dry it out. Problem solved. Next, he comes backs and says he cannot get the old Home Depot dishwasher out. Somehow he got it into his head that the tile floor was too high for him to remove the dishwasher. He bragged to me that he had 10 years of experience at this and that it was impossible for him to remove it. He implied that we had installed the tile floor after the old dishwasher had been installed.This was silly. Their own records from Home Depot would show we had that dishwasher installed in June 2018. That crew managed to pull out the earlier dishwasher and put the present one in its place with no problems at all. Even worse, David was insistent that getting the old dishwasher out of there was my responsibility now.My gut feeling is that I had some leverage over them, but only if I did not accept delivery of the dishwasher. The lady back at the Temco Logistics headquarters office was insistent that they wouldnt go out of their way to fix the situation. I only had two take it or leave it choices. They would deliver the dishwasher and leave it with me or they would take it back to the warehouse. I told them to take it back.So, I called the local Home Depot store and was told to call back in the morning. I called the national office and was also told to call back in the morning because, they said, the delivery company was closed for the day.Im on hold right now with my second call with the national office. Im killing time and listening to their music even as I write this. Basically, it seems to me that Home Depot owes us to fix this. If the old dishwasher is too tight to remove, then this is a problem they created for themselves back in June 2018. Even worse, there are substantial complaints online about Temco Logistics. As far as I can tell, my experience is strikingly similar to that of other folks who have dealt with Temco Logistics. The best advice I saw online was the recommendation to not sign any paperwork until they have your appliance installed, working, and the old one out the door.At this rate, Im done with Home Depot. I cannot believe that they would think so little of their customers that they would work with a firm like Temco Logistics. The dishwasher we bought from Home Depot in June 2018 worked for only about two and a half years. It was installed incorrectly - if I believe David at Temco Logistics. Next, we are cheated in terms of the promised delivery date. We are again cheated when the crew from Temco Logistics refused to take out the old one, carry it away, and install the new one. Im beyond frustrated at this point.Home Depot was a great brand at one point. As of today, however, I will be shopping elsewhere. Ironically, I got a call from someone at Temco Logistics asking if I wanted to set up another delivery time. In the message, the lady repeated the assertion that my tiles were too high. Im not returning that call until I get better service from them and Home Depot.

First experience was when they delivered a refrigerator that I got from Home Depot it showed up damaged and the driver told me to just take it and work it out with Samsung. I wanted to get confirmation from Home Depot to do so and asked him to give me time to get them on the phone and he said no because he was running behind and needed to make more deliveries so he packed it up and left when I was on the phone just asking if he could give me 5 minutes. The second delivery that never showed for more appliances I ordered from Home Depot. They claimed that they called which is false and I had someone waiting at home for the delivery. Now im stuck waiting another 2 weeks with no appliances that I spent alot of money on. Dont use this company at ALL!!!

Comment: Never called to say they were on there way to deliver like promised the day before even asked twice about this ! Then only called when they arrived at the house after my wife told them to call me . Told them that I was 5 to 10 minutes away when they called at 8:52am was on way back when they called again at 8:54am said I am just around the corner 5 minutes away. Only to get back at 9:01am and they left not delivering my refrigerator. This all could have been so smooth if they would have called as promised to say there on there way from Pomona. I cant blame my wife as would you want her to let Stangers in your home ? They didnt have a problem calling me when they pulled in ft of the delivery house. Something is not right about this company especially if the person say they will be right there in a matter of minutes. This is the second refrigerator to be delivered as the first one was damaged when the carton was removed. Makes me wonder now if the damage to the first one was not done by Temco. Now I have to wait for a new delivery date because of the terrible uncaring team . May cancel refrigerator all together from Home Depot. As they should have more control on how things are delivered and this refrigerator should have been redelivered today and if it was me I would have the Temco guy do it off the clock because of there I lack of caring and dropping the ball. Also writeups for the delivery guys or possibility terminate there employment.
