Comment: Would give a negative if possible. Bought a new car earlier this year at Temecula Valley Lexus; never again. Already check engine light on the car. Asked for an appt and a loaner. Was told they would have a loaner in 2 weeks. Its clear they have zero integrity for customer support. Once you have purchased a car from this dealer, you are in their rear view mirror as they have no desire to develop or keep customers. If you want customer service in sales or service, for any car, recommend you avoid this agency and all their sister companies altogether. There are much better dealers in Hemet, Corona, and Riverside with actual customer service! Well worth the extra drive!

I just drove 260 miles to my vacation home, and the steering wheel was shaking and rattling the whole way, assuming that’s because the wheels are now unbalanced. Did they have to remove my wheels to fix the cover on the timing belt? I don’t know. Not very happy this time. Always treated with respect and always given a clean loaner car if I need one, but not very happy with this repair of over $5000

Comment: My car was at Temecula Valley Lexus for a warranty repair. My service representative (Matt) handled coordinating the repair with the warranty company. The repair took a week because it was an extensive repair but I was given a very nice new NX as a loaner car no questions asked. Matt called more than once to update me on the status of the repair. Once complete my car feels brand new again. Not only did they fix it but the car was washed including the rims and tires. No need to drive to Escondido for Lexus service anymore because Lexus Temecula is the place to go!

Comment: I was selling a car to a buyer in florida. The buyer was very anxious about buying a car unseen. But we agreed to have it checked out at Temecula Lexus. They found all the problems which we agreed to fix. Then they performed the fixes in a timely matter exceeding expectations by throwing in free extras such as fixing the engine cover for free and also replacing a tire they missed for free. The whole time they calmed the buyer with their excellent service and composed attitude. Highly recommend! The whole service team is amazing!

Comment: I was interested in a Tesla model X it was priced at 38k online and 40k at the lot. Online was showing it was priced too high. I let the sales lady know and she said they can bring the price down to 38k but no lower even though online it was showing 4k above market. I asked if she could meet me half way but that was the best they can do. So I took it for a test drive it seemed fine but the steering seemed a little off. While I was checking out the car I noticed the back seats had an issues being put down and sliding forward and backwards. I let the sales lady know. She said there was nothing they can do for either of the issues and still didn’t want to budge on the price knowing it had issues. Then she was being pushy on me putting in an application. But I was not ok that they didn’t want to work with me on the price with the condition the car was in and they were not going to fix the issues. Seemed like they are just trying to make a sale and don’t look at the customers best interest. It would be better taking your business elsewhere.

Comment: UPDATE:The car is great and makes up for the issues since purchasing. Two rather disappointing things that are unresolved. 1.) After everything was signed and paid for sales told me we only get one key and will received another one in a few weeks. They slipped that in after the fact and 8 weeks later still no key (but many emails telling us about the shortage lol). 2.) The security system wasnt installed at the time of purchase. When the sale rep sent the invoice, we said to remove it we dont want or need it. He said it couldnt and was on the vehicle and it would be a problem. When we picked up the vehicle it wasnt activated 2 weeks later someone came to our house, for what we thought was setting up the system. He was actually installing it. I called the dealer to express my concern so others wouldnt have this happen to them. They manger said they were sorry and we agreed on some items to compensate. Well 5-6 weeks later still NOTHING. Oh and my trade-in is still registered to me, just got a letter from the DMV. I hope someone from the dealer resolves this outstanding issues for us.My advice; dont make statements you arent 100% on when working in a sales and service environment. Your word is your reputation.ORIGINAL:For anyone looking to buy a new car let alone a Lexus, they should be starting here. After starting our journey at Lexus San Diego (and being disappointing in the sales team lack of knowledge) we looked elsewhere. CUE TV Lexus! The Team at TV Lexus was phenomenal, knowledgable and attentive, and most importantly expedient. Well, we started the process through text message. If you are looking to spent an entire day at a dealership, look somewhere else. The entire time from purchase to pick up was soooo minimal (2hours of casual texting). All the paper work was handled remotely and upon arrival for pick up we were in-and-out in 30-35 minutes. If your time is valuable and you are spending money on a vehicle at this quality and caliber. I was originally told that my vehicle would be ready the next day, so they provided me with a rental and home I went. A few hours later Richard called to say that the tire came in earlier than expected and that the maintenance was also completed. I was able to go back the very same day and retrieve my vehicle. Comment: We went to Temecula Valley Lexus to look at vehicles to replace our current ES350h. The lot was busy and Christiano V. came over to introduce himself to us and help. We wanted to stay in a hybrid and move up a bit in size. We eventually decided on an NX450h+ that is just amazing. During the process we spoke with the Sales Manager Ryan S., and during a small group conversation while we waited for finance, I asked about the full electric RZ450e. I was driving a Tesla until that moment. they suggested I drive it and once I did I knw the right thing to do was run from the shaky and rackety Tesla and into the luxury ride of the RZ450. The fit and finish on these vehicles cannot even be compared.In the end, we came in for a lease trade in and left with two new vehicles. These two made the process very convenient. I waited a few days to write this because I wanted to see if we would be as happy later as we were in that moment and the answer is we are not...WE ARE EVEN HAPPIER!Christiano and Ryan, thank you for your professionalism.

Each time Richard Iv has been the kindest professional to work with. The service department is top-notch. They have a wonderful waiting lounge with snacks, televisions, and a charging station. At the completion of my service, the technician sent me a video of points of inspection and the all okay at the end of each point; it was unprecedented for me. This service department makes it look so easy because this is just how they do business on a daily basis. Im so thankful that we have a Lexus dealership like this one in Temecula.

Comment: We drove over an hour away to this place because we were impressed with their sales department and the price on the vehicle was great. I had originally given this place 5 stars. Within the first two days after we purchased our vehicle the A/C was blowing hot hair. Just dropped off our car at service at a nearby Jeep and will have to spend hundreds for a rental over the weekend. The service department at TVL should’ve caught this issue before the car was approved for resale. Now we are dealing with issues that should’ve been prevented because someone did not do their job correctly. Unfortunate. TVL said they will not cover rental car costs. They said “good luck”They got their sale so now it’s our problemThanks guys!

Comment: Last week, my husband and I went window shopping at the Lexus Valley Temecula dealership. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Christiano, our salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with from the start. We ended up test-driving a few models, and even though we had only planned to look, we purchased a 2023 RX 350h. I absolutely love my new car! Our entire experience was fantastic, and the manager, Brian, was also very personable and made everything even more special so we could celebrate our purchase. First was after the Riverside Lexus refused to sell to out of state residents, we turned the car towards Temecula Valley Lexus. Chris and his team were helpful in securing us an IS 500. Two weeks later we drove back out to pick it up. They were responsive and easy to work with. And the car is amazing. Exactly what we wanted.

It is educational and transparent. 2. Modern-designed building with a lot of interesting areas to see. Check out the restroom for its unique material, color and design. 3. Comment: I spoke with over 7 dealers in So Cal in pursuit of a specific vehicle. I chose to purchase a mildly used vehicle from Temecula Valley Lexus.Here is why:1) I inquired about the vehicle on their website and got a text message from Maria. I was not handed off to anyone else and only worked with her for the sales experience.2) It took 4 text messages, 1 phone call to seal the deal, and 1 email to fill out pre-purchase documents.3) Maria offered to deliver the vehicle to me, but I chose to go in person as I prefer to meet with those I work with in-person when I can. I met with Cecilio in finance to sign the purchase agreement. I was in & out in under 30 minutes.The end result was fantastic, but the total experience even surpassed that.Ive worked with more luxury dealerships than any person in their 30s should ever admit.
