Comment: WORST VENDOR EVER!!! This company is a SCAM!!!! They delivered a kitchen that wasnt even close to what they promised. Many things were broken. The hot water heater doesnt work, it was filthy (see pictures), oven didnt work, door lock didnt work so we couldnt store anything in it, and on and on. When calling customer service they make promises then claim that the unit was fine when it left their yard. We will be taking them to court to get back our $15,000. Stay away!!

Comment: We had a horrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE. We ordered a 26 foot kitchen. The delivery of the kitchen was 2 days late. It was delivered filthy with multiple things not working. The oven wouldnt heat, the heat system didnt work, the hot water heater did not work, the unit exterior lock wouldnt work and on and on. We immediately reported this to the company and we were told they would come out and fix immediately. That never happened. Instead, they sent us a video of some random kitchen that shows a man testing the grill, the fryer, and the stovetop. The video didnt show the hot water working, the door lock, the unit heater, or the cleanliness. We are a senior living community and we were forced to look elsewhere for kitchen solutions. This company refused to provide a refund. We will take them to court as $15,000 for a broken kitchen is a breach of contract. STAY AWAY

We did not have any issues with the health department. They assist us with all the requirements and they have their own kitchen design team to do the layouts/plans.

Comment: I am amazed by how patient, responsive & dedicated they are from my first inquiry to return of the trailers. I was actually talking with Shayne for months and had a couple revisions of the quote but all the time shes very helpful and even gave a big discount! Their after-sales service is also exceptional! A great team to work with. We had to have the ref trailer fixed coz it wasnt coolin enough, turns out it was our staffs fault coz they hadnt closed the doors well. Lol

The customer service is what stood out most of all with Temporary Kitchens 123. We got fast quotes, set up and terrific customer service

Comment: Where to begin. Below is a (non-exhaustive) list of what went wrong when Kitchens123 leased us 4 trailers to provide 1,000 meals daily to senior citizens in a care facility for several months.-Trailer we ordered contractually not what was delivered. They just said tough-Freezer trailer malfunctioned many times, causing food storage issues-Steamer did not work properly-Dishwasher water temperature did not get hot enough - not up to health standard, and leaving dishes greasy-Customer service is not local - they are in the Philippines-Could not send anyone out for site-walk for pre-set up (again, they are not local)-Wanted to charge us for repairs to their trailers-Told us the trailer malfunctions were our fault, even though they began on day 1 of trailer operations-Belittled my colleague, advised she didnt know anything about the topic.Worst vendor I have ever worked with - and that is saying something.

Comment: I want to thank Temporary Kitchens 123 for providing excellent customer service. We called several mobile kitchen rental places and got nothing but voicemails. My sales agent was Shayne Nerric she verified my e-mail adress and sent us a detailed quote with in 30 min. We used the 28ft mobile kichen at Marriot Hotel for 6 months. We had many repairs including a complete new floor. We where suppose to be completed in 2 months but the corprate office decided to do complete remodel.Thank You Shayne !!
