First off i wanna say they need to hire more people or start making their staff come to work because what is going on????(ALSO they were not busy this particular day) okay so me & my boyfriend went to this location just yesterday, walked in & stood there for 8 min after FINALLY being greeted & told to seat ourself, the waiter didn’t come to us and ask what kind of drinks would we like for atleast 15 min.. he even apologized for it bc he knew that was rude. we ordered their strawberry slushee drink, we get the drink it’s it’s just lemonade with crushed ice inside.. not blended or anything. when i let them know the waiter only fixed ONE drink.. if it comes blended why wouldn’t you fix both? then i ordered a bacon cheese burger but got a glazed honey burger but i didn’t even complain because i had enough already.. our waiter didn’t write down our order i guess he just thought he could memorize it.. which was the problem. i feel there’s a lot of rush going on in there & they weren’t even busy. it was on a Saturday @4 so why couldn’t you properly attend to us? that’s why i provided no tip & i won’t be back & im going to let others know as well about this SPECIFIC location..this is ridiculous.Also the waiter looks like he doesn’t want to work.. when you are in customer service, facial expressions & body language is everything, don’t come to work if you don’t want to be there.. i didn’t ask you to apply here and if it wasn’t for people who come & pay their hard earned money YOU wouldn’t have a job.
We went there for the ribs because we had a coupon. The ribs where $13.99. I felt that they tasted burnt but I was so hungry that I still ate them. The coleslaw was horrible. It seem dry and no taste. The fries where alright but burger is better by long shot. We also got spinach dip. It didnt taste right. I had better. It was cold in there. I have them 3 stars for the friendly service.
If youre looking for substandard food youve come to the right place but not for the price they boast. Walked in and waited for a second for anybody to look and realize theres people that walked in. We then were seated and it did not look like our waitress is really wanted to be at work. After ordering our drinks and our appetizer we waited almost 45 minutes for our food upon getting our food Not only was my daughters who covered jalapenos was she was allergic to but the steak on top of myself was ice cold when I said medium well I didnt mean to medium rare Id like my meat cooked and not cold that should have been the last thing that was done before any of my food had came out. When talking to the manager who is running the shift we asked what his kitchen time was and he had no idea then came back and apologized and said it was running behind.. that was not worth $100 at all I could have made the same food for half the cost at home and have been happy about it and smiling instead of miserable and irritated by waiting for our food
Food was good. Waiter, was great. To cold need to turn up the heat. Two thing, bartender, was with other staff persons. Playing around, never came over until my sister got their attention. Im short(5 feet), when to sit on the bar stool, almost hit the foot. Slid across the floor, no rubber stoppers on the chairs. Told the bartender, he just blew me off. Would I go here again, probably not, too bad. And by the way we are not cheap on the tip. Left a 20, but he was good.
Went here with my Fiance and her family for dinner. First off the waitress was excellent. I have no problems with her. My problem lies with the kitchen staff. I had no problem waiting almost an hour for food because they were understaffed. My problem was that my chicken was still pink when I got it almost an hour later. Then they recooked it and it took almost another 45mins. I had to leave without eating. The rest of the family received their food, so thats a consolation.
I usually only leave good reviews or none at all, but this was unbelievable! My wife waited for 25 min after the carry out was supposed to be done. My streak was supposed to be cooked to medium but was a flat hockey puck hard as a rock, and my broccoli was so raw still could hardly even bite thru it. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was on hold for ten minutes before I just hung up. Had to order food from elsewhere because it was that bad and could not be fixed. This place is terrible. Just dont go there.
Generally, I do like TGI Fridays, but this location has some serious deficiencies that make it hard to recommend. Understaffed, dirty, and poor quality food top the list.We were neglected the entire time we were there, as our waitress tried her best to attend to too many tables scattered too far apart. At the same time, tables all around us were unbussed for our entire 1.5 hour visit. So disconcerting and uncomfortable.To add insult to injury, our food was mediocre. Green bean fries limp and swimming in grease, with oil soaked breading falling off in chunks and glorpy dip served on the sides. My dinner partner had a very greasy burger, while I had the skillet steak dish that again, had little taste but lots of grease to offer.Overall, a really poor experience...and I do my best to be fair with these reviews. While other TGIF’s are pretty decent, this was just miserable and sad.
Only reason I am giving my experience 1 star is cause I cant leave no stars. I have ate here many times and have NEVER experienced what I did today. They service was horrible for starters. Only 1 server and waited for an hour for our food, waited for almost a half hour just for something to drink. Only a handful of tables and we were the second ones to be seated and everyone else got their food or appetizers before we even got our drinks. After asking after an hour how much longer for our food, in which the manager was standing right there and heard me, we were told it would be right out and still waited longer. The manager never said a word to us just walked away. Then when I asked about my to go order the waiter said 2-3 minutes and shook his head at me then still waited a good 15 minutes while he was waiting on another table that came after us. I will NEVER go there again and I would tell anyone that wants to go there not to! Very disappointed ☹️☹️!!
I came here after I got off work because this the closest one to me. I waited 23 minutes only to be told that the cooks are backed up from online orders, and that they can’t do carry out or dine-in. This is sad thing when you turn away customers. The saving grace was the hostess was kind about it.
They need Mexicans working in there they are so under staffed that their service is struggling our server was great. And I think they had no Managers on duty never saw anyone but our server. T.G.I Fridays needs to pay their employees more money to show up to work. Apparently they cant keep their staff happy. Maybe some consulting would do them good .
I am usually a regular at Fridays, but my most recent experience with the General Manager (Phillip Williams) was the worst. My husband went into the restaurant a few days after my last time ordering and was approached by GM (Phillip Williams) stating your wife did not pay for her takeout out days ago. My husband called me and I stated I know I did because staff took reward off my phone and started taking care of the next customer after she took care me, which I stayed around talking to the that customer for a minute. So he gave my husband our order. I tried calling but no answer to discuss this issue. I went back a week later to place an order and the GM (Phillip Williams) was there and went in the back to grab a copy of my receipt he kept for over a week ago still accusing me of NOT paying. I told him, I am sure I paid, I come there 4-5 times a month! He stated he was NOT serving me until I paid that $80 bill, which I dont remember not paying! He has never been accommodating in the past when I had multiple messed up orders, only the female manager would be accommodating but he seem to work most of the time. He is rude and have terrible customer service!
Would give no stars if possible. Visited today with hopes of outstanding food and service. Boy was I wrong. They were understaffed, the table that we were seated at was DIRTY. The waitress gave us dirty cups and utensils, got our orders incorrectly and not only were they incorrect but our food was DISTASTEFUL. When we informed the manager about the food he rudely asked us what we wanted him to do about it, then proceeded to have an attitude the entire time. Also, the bathrooms are dirty and smell HORRIBLE. I will never bring my service here again. Don’t eat here!
Like the food here, we’ve dined in and carried out several times and spend over a hundred every time but I must say this. Y’all need to teach the cooks how to properly cook a grilled chicken. We spent a lot of money on these grilled chicken dinners and the meat is so dry and tough. This is a dang shame as much as we spent on it. Make it make sense. It’s not that hard to cook a grilled chicken.
Good service but awful experience. Had the worst steak that you couldnt even chew, plus cold chicken.Waitress took my plate and never brought a new meal. Said they would take the steak off but still charge me for the sides that they took away and I never ate. Ridiculously over priced. If you want to spend over $50 for two people to eat inedible food, this is the right place for you.
My wife and I went there for a quick steal away moment. Our server Devon was nice and courteous. However, the music selection was lacking. There was some hardcore hip hop playing over the speakers. It was not pleasant listening to music about someone bleeding from their neck. The side salad my wife ordered to substitute french fries had wilted lettuce which put her off from eating it. Not the worst experience, definitely not worthy of the price we paid.
We ordered carryout through Uber Eats. My sons food was 2 measly burnt chicken tenders and about a small handful of fries. I called TGI Fridays and was given the run around. They couldnt find my order and blamed Uber Eats, telling me to call then when THEY were the ones who made the food. I was told someone would deliver a new kids meal, but no one ever showed up. We wont be ordering again.
Waited over an hour for a table of 2 after being told itll be a 25 minute wait, food took forever to come and our potato skins had the tiniest amount of bacon on them imaginable.Dont waste your time, shouldnt have to wait 2 hours from the time of walking in the restaurant to get your food
Came in for mothers day, immediately seated the group behind us, after everyone had said we were first. Disrespected by the manager and says there is nobody above her, and corporate wont do anything. Then to be disrespected by the waiter who couldnt get a drink order right when he had it written down in front of him.
First off I’ve been called since Saturday trying to speak with a manager and no one has called me back this is unacceptable. Saturday May 8th 2021 I ordered food for pick up when I got there I was hung up on 4 times 4 freaking times then my order was wrong and I also didn’t even get some of my order and my order was $60 something. This restaurant is located in canton which is a richer area you would think they would have more compassion when it comes to their mistakes and also not getting back with a customer who couldn’t even eat the food at all.
If pergatory were a restaurant - this would be the place. Manager who was acting as a host made a mockery of the job of a host. Waited forever, ended up seating us at a table that had been empty for a half hour. Only sat us after I stood in the waiting room and made my presence known and he finally said ehhhhh i guess we can take you now. Seated people based on how angry they were about wait-time. This is not an over-exaggeration. Upon being seated, the waitress informed us they were out of *every single draft beer* and half of the bottled beer. We waited all that time - you would think the manager acting as a host would let us know that during the astronomical wait-time when NO ONE WAS IN THE PLACE. Yes this is covid but the place was not nearly at 50%. Beside all of the above - the place was worn out and greasy. Needs a remodel asap.
Not terribly impressed. Three of us walked in a few days ago for a late lunch and there was no one to seat us. After waiting 5 minutes we found menus and seated ourselves. No servers came until someone in our group asked the bartender about it. He found a server who finally waited on us. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. Restaurant managers must realize customers can come in at any time even during off hours. Someone should be stationed near the entrance at all times.This is an update. Visited Fridays again recently and faced the same issues - short staff, long waits and mediocre food. Will not be back.
I give a 3 based on years ago this place was good.Havent been so thought I do a birthday dinner for my son with the family.Well we get there @5pm and sign on the door says Curbside/order to go side door only.Ok website says dine in welcome. But come to find out they couldnt open till 6pm due to not having a server/floor person. Was not guaranteed that someone will make it in by 6.We tried to wait. Left at 545pm and had to go somewhere else.Everyone was set on this place. It almost made me want to tell them, I would serve till someone came in😊Disappointed but ill still give them another chance.
I was in there earlier today for happy hour and there was only one gentlemen running all the tables and working the bar. He was very pleasant but I felt bad for him and every customer there. He mentioned 3 other employees called off and he had been alone since 10am. I give him major props, along with a great tip. I know I wont be returning to this place, because if they care this little of their employees, then they care this little for their customers.
Worst experience ever! I would give negative stars if I could. Ordered a margarita got a double shot of only tequila on the rocks. Ordered sizzling chicken and cheese it came out cold the cheese wasnt even melted! My husband ate alone. Never seen a manager. They didnt even bother to take my food off my bill or reduce the cost. There was 4 people on staff at the bar and they were more into talking amongst themselves. The host said seat your self and followed us in the bar and all tables were dirty she removed the glasses and old bill and placed the menus down,never even wiped the table. We will never return!
We went there for lunch and just had a terrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for a party of 6 only to be seated at what seemed like a 4 person booth. Although our server moved us to something more appropriate promptly, we sat for another hour before our food came and one of the orders was missing. Finally I was assured that the missing meal would not be on the bill and it was. I had it corrected before I paid. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment.
Too long of a wait for a table with only 2 other tables being occupied at 3pm. I understand things are different now but the server told me 5 minutes for a table and I waited 25 without him coming back to update me. We contemplated leaving. The menu is scaled down which I understand. It was not a great experience.
Our food was good and hot however the server was the worst. She was friendly but didnt provide the basic service we expect for sit down dinner. No silverware or napkins, no drink refills, no used plates or used glasses removed from the table, and 3 different entrees were provided consecutively versus simultaneously. Everything I listed we had to ask her to do. We also had to ask for our food which may or may not have been her fault. However she offered no apology or any reason the food was taking so long to be served. Excuse me, we ordered the bucket of bones. Is it ready yet? Oh, Ill get them now.🤔 She was not readily available. We had to catch her in passing everytime. She NEVER asked if we needed anything after our original drink order and meal order. And! We didnt get the promotional flyer for discounted meal options.
The service was slow, the orders didnt come out in a timely manner and one us didnt receive our order at all. The bill had to be corrected three times after we informed the waiter about how to ring up the bill. Also the waiter did not know anything about liquors. We asked for the house whiskey and was charged the premium, because the only whiskey he knew was Jack Daniels. I will not visit this establishment again. We also where not given any silverware or napkins.
I received terrible service and the manager avoided fixing the issues we had..We did receive food for over an hour, when we did get food there was an issue. I was told they were too backed with to go orders that the people dining in would just have to wait which it was very few..in addition the womens bathroom was nasty!!!!!
Very underwhelming experience. We ordered over the phone and the young man was not familiar with the menu at all leading to a tedious experience. Once we arrived for pick up there was no host so went to the bar where the bartender did not greet us. We spent 2-3 minutes looking for a staff member u til we located one that acknowledged us. We were shortly thereafter provided a bag and bill. The 2 items ordered were both wrong. Instead of saying anything the staff disappeared and a manager showed up. He asked what our “question” was and never once asked how to correct the problem. We once again provided the order the. waited 5 minutes for the “correct” order then another 5 minutes for change. By the time we got the food it was cold. Additionally, the manager did not ask how we would like the errors fixed and assumed we would want the incorrect order as it was “a better” product. I was hoping to treat the dad of our family, but instead was sorely reminded of why I cook at home every night. I won’t rush to eat out again anytime soon.
I was there on a Friday for lunch last week, had a great experience. First, we had a large group and they gave us a small area where we had privacy, but we were not forgotten. Our waitress was nothing shy of amazing. She made our clients day. They still mention her. She went above and beyond, and we all agreed that because of her, we certainly will be back! The food was good too, everyone was happy. There was one or two mix ups (we had a group of 20, it’s understandable) but it was quickly fixed, no question asked. Thank you!!
We went in on a weeknight, for a change of pace, and despite my hesitations based on previous experiences, I agreed to go because my dinner partner insisted.The restaurant felt dirty. The table next to ours was littered with kids cups and booster seats, and it was never addressed at all during our nearly one and a half hour visit. It left me feeling as if the staff simply didnt care.I felt our waitress was a bit rude, but Im giving her the benefit of the doubt because she was covering a large section of the restaurant by herself and had to split her focus.The food was mediocre at best. Soggy green bean fries swimming in grease and breading chunks didnt make for a great appetizer, especially when followed by an even greasier burger and steak.I hate to leave negative reviews, because I try to see the best in everyone and every place, but the experience was wholly unpleasant, and Im going to be more persistent in the future about not going back.
The menu changes from time to time and I typically enjoy every meal I try. We usually sit at the bar to get the best and most engaging service. I did watch a group come in and there was no host to greet for quite a few minutes even though my hubby and I were the only patrons at the time so they waited a while before also just seating themselves. I dont know if this is typical but it also wasnt a big deal.
Poor service from the start. Food wasnt that great and we were never really asked since we were given the bill within minutes of getting our dinner. If only our dinner or drinks came as quick as the bill.... The only thing we ordered that actually tasted good was the cheese sticks. Those were pretty amazing compared to the 3 dif burger meals and 4 kids meals.
Sever was very good. However the past three times my wife and I came here and our chicken was under cooked the first time they refunded our money and were very polite. Second time offered us new food was which seem microwaved. The third time was today and my stake was hard as a rock when I bit into it. Not to mention the portion size seems to have gonna down dramatically. My wifes chicken was under cooked. We used to love this place but the last few times have just gone downhill. I feel really sorry for the waitress because they do a great job but the quality of the food is just horrible now. I wouldve gave 1 star if it wasnt for the waitress.
Not the greatest experience. Was about to be seated but then the table wasnt cleaned which I didnt mind. Being a hostess once before I understand it gets busy. But when we were seated no one introduced themselves as our waiter/waitress, no silverware were set out, etc. We sat there for about 10 min before a waitress noticed. The waitresses had attitudes. &my steak was undercooked. I asked for medium rare&it was basically rare.
Food was cooked okay, service was not the greatest. Made an online order that I had to wait over 10min past the time they said it would be ready and that was over 30min from me placing the order. Then I ordered a ceaser salad, no dressing, no utensils to eat with, no sauce for coconut shrimp. Just be sure to thoroughly check your order before leaving!!!
I normally eat in the bar area and the bar staff is usually very attentive. The food is is decent. Very rarely are there mistakes in my order. The type of food tends to be on the sweet side. While the food is decent but meh, one of my favorite parts of Fridays is the fact that they have real bartenders instead of glorified waitstaff.
Unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience here. Our waiter was okay, but there was another waitress there who we’re pretty sure was drunk. She was very loud and acting inappropriately while we were there.My husband and I each ordered burgers. I asked for a gluten free bun because I have a gluten intolerance. Somehow the bottoms of our buns were switched and we didn’t notice until half way through eating. The restaurant wasn’t very clean, either. We unfortunately won’t be going back.
My waitress was not friendly . I will never come back . When we first got in the door one one was there to service us we wait 5-7 minutes while five other people was at the door waited to be seated no one telling us to wait . plus everyone got water and silverware before us .
Waitress great.... food and delivery poor.... fairly empty tonight many tables open and we only otdered an app. Sampler and a burger took nearly 45 min to get our food. When it came my burger was wrong and the wings we ordered with sauce came with no sauce.... also we went to eat and realized we had no silverware told someone took them roughly 10 min to bring us some off the table 4 tables down..(if I would have saw it I would have just got it myself). Told the waitress about the burger not being what I had ordered she took it back and about 5 min later brought out the correct one with some excuse that they had one ready for another table blah blah blah. So looking over the burger I realized no that it wasnt ready for another table it was the one I had ordered because it was done to spec of how I had ordered it.. the manager walked by asked how everything was and not looking for money off our bill but just to inform her of the issue we proceed to tell her about the wrong burger situation and that it seemed like they microwaved it to reheat it due to it sitting there for quite some time. The lettuce looked microwaved and the whole burger was like 30p degrees plate and all. She said no they dont do that there and walked away.... not happy and will not be back
Take a sweater because it’s ac cold..The food was descent. I was disappointed that they didn’t have mozzarella sticks one the thing I wanted most.Went to this location on 11/18/19 for the unlimited appetizers, which is a great deal if you have are hungry enough to eat more than two plates of appetizers. The restaurant was pretty empty which was great for us because the food was made fresh to order, which is also the only bad thing because it left us waiting at the table for 15-20 mins for more food. Just put your orders in a head of time.Our waiter was nice and informal and the kitchen is very clean, I walked in thinking it was the rest room, that was also very clean.Whiskey glaze are delicious and sweetGarlic parm they are ok but you have to love Parmesan cheese because it was a lot sprinkled on it.The buffalo sauce has just the right amount of kickPot sticks were cooked just right and were pretty good, they are now my new favorite
Nice restaurant, friendly waitresses and nice atmosphere. However my vegetables that came salmon were only, what I believe, microwaved. Still raw, no salt or butter or spices on it. Disappointing. Salmon was good, so were cheeseburger and chicken tenders. I would come again, the overall experience was ok- but I would order something different.
I havent been to a place where the food was just out right disgusting until I went here. I basically paid $50 for a drink and fries since I couldnt eat anything else. I got the bucket of bones. Ribs and wings were extremely over cooked and dry. Service was slow. Our server was loud and obnoxious the entire time. She even sat down with a couple because her ankles hurt. It was the weirdest experience. Will never be back.
Please DO NOT go here. I recently went here with a party of 15 and the service was horrendous. The customer service at this location is very poor, some of the staff came off as condescending/racist, and the managers were incompetent. We were told repeatedly we could not be seated in an available area because they didn’t have a server. My sister called ahead to inform them of our needs and they had no record of it. Prior to being seated we asked a Caucasian waitress if we could get a few beverages, she stated she could not help us. The same question was asked to an African American waitress and she had no issue bringing waters and lemonades. We were told it was a 45 minute wait and that turned into an 1 and 1/2. After waiting all that time they decided we could be seated in the area we asked them about originally. Several of us wanted to order pasta, but was advised by waitress the items werent being cooked properly and they had a burnt taste. After ordering our food, 2 and 1/2 hours later, the orders came out incorrectly. There are more things that contributed to this bad experience but I don’t have the time to type a four page letter. If you are big on customer service and want to spend your time and money wisely dine-in somewhere else.
I will say this. Im a manager at a retail store and Great service is the ultimate key. I went to this Fridays. Our waitress was rude, she cut us off wasnt engaged. When I lived in Washington, DC for 7 years. We were pretty good tippers. This is one time being here I actually didnt tip her. Here is a tip for waitress that earn a living off tips. Please provide great service. If you cant do that and are incapable of that you should find another line of work.
Came here to pick up a to-go order only to wait 15 minutes in the carry out area before someone came out. Im not sure if the lady was new or they were just very busy that day, but she almost give my order away to the person in front of me calling the wrong name. The food is always amazing, but the slow service is a deal breaker for me.
I like that its close by to my house. Id say its a good choice on any slower night if youre going for food...last time I visited my fries didnt come out until I was finished with my burger. However, my waitress was so great about it and gave me and my party a free app or dessert ticket to use at any time.That was appreciated and made things a bit better. I would suggest this location for an easy going night out.
Seated quickly, poor service though. Signed up for Fridays rewards told chips and salsa would be out (never received). Food dropped on table, person walked away immediately. Took 5 min for my one to respond to our repeated attempts to get service. Food presentation was horrible, food quality also poor. Nope...never again!!
We order their new big rib dinner. For the price it had a nice 12 bone slab. The coleslaw was ok, and the upgrade to the onions was not worth it. But everything tasted very good. The waiter was friendly and prompt. Never had to look for him to get refills. Overall a pleasant experience.
It has been a few years since I had been here and I remembered that I always enjoyed my experience. Half way through my drink I found a fruit fly in my drink so I return my drink to the bar. At that point I wasnt even hungry any more so I gave my food to my husband. To make a long story short we were charged for the drink I didnt drink and I will most likely never come back. What a waste of almost $50. So over all the service was slow and the drink was gross. I would never recommend
Atmosphere was nice. Kayla our server was friendly, attentive a overall pleasure. My wife really enjoyed the Flank steak, cooked perfectly at medium rare. My lobster and shrimp pasta was okay. The pasta was cooked al dente which is a bit firmer to my liking for pasta in a Alfredo sauce. Shrimp was a good size and cooked prefect, the lobster was a bit over done and only small pieces found throughout the meal. Also a little to heavy on the bread crumbs. Overall a okay dish, but will not order again in the future. Both of our drinks were spot on!
Well its no wonder the food and service at this location is poor. The staff is busy fondling eachother in the hallways and back rooms. I wanted to put aside the bad reviews here and try to enjoy a nice dinner out but thats hard to do when its actually this bad!! The general manager seems to be the worst offender even going as far as to flirt with the next table after I witnessed him grope a server in the galley. TGI Fridays I hope you are not aware of this behavior already. If you are then shame on you for allowing this in your place of business!!
Ribs to go were very good. Seasoned fries were excellent. Only disappointment, paid an upcharge for the tomato and mozzarella salad and literally received a small condiment cup (dip cup) size portion of salad. The second time I ordered the Ribs to go, I substituted fries for the coleslaw, once home I realized they only gave me the one order of fries and my sub order was missing. Otherwise, everything was very good.
Excellent location. This establishment is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Has a sports bar feel with intimate settings for a nice dining experience. It is on par with the many restaurants in this area. If you like this franchise our looking for sports bar hangout, I recommend stopping by here.
There was a “glitch” in the system where the online app charged my card but said my order wasn’t sent , I called the Canton location (where I placed order) spoke w/ Manager Rachel she also confirmed that there was no order for me in their system but instead of being rude or sending me through hell she stated with a polite voice that she’ll make my order for me and to just bring the transaction of proof to the store . When I got there she had the food hot and ready she came out with a smile asked very nicely to look at the transaction even apologized (wasn’t her fault) and gave my food . I hadnt been to TGIF Fridays in several years,so decided to give them another try. This visit helped me to remember why it had been on my list for not to return.The service was extremely slow, 45 minutes to get our orders, and my food was cold also it was tasteless. I ordered a cajon spiced pasta with shrimp and chicken, they never put the seasonings on the chicken or the shrimp or in the Alfredo sauce. My waitress brought me the seasonings so l sprinkled on the seasonings, that just made it worse. I now know why I wont be back, they got a second chance, there wont be a third time.
My Jack Daniels chicken was amazing but this is more about service. Way too long at greeting us. Boyfriend didnt get the right size beer. Got his order wrong. Did not check on us once and vanished for the entire duration of us both eating our meals. Rushed to give us the bill before even asking if we wanted anything else. Casual place, but she was a little too casual. Ill go back but if this girl ever comes to my table to serve me, Ill ask for another server.
No one was up front to help me when I walked in, so I sat myself at the bar. The bartender was fully consumed in one couple at the bar, didnt even acknowledge me. I found my own menu along the bar, when more people entered the building, to which the bartender yelled across the entire bar, that they could have a seat on the other side. I had already decided on food and drink just to have the bartender FINALLY say something to me. He said he would be right with me and sorry for the wait, but then proceeded to continue conversation with the couple and then walk in the back. I left. Im on break. Coming from the service industry, I fully understand wanting to make small talk with guests, but to treat everyone else like they arent there, isnt right. This is actually my second experience with this particular employee, both times now, not impressive. I wont be returning to this location.
Never had such a horrible experience in a long time . I thought taking my family out a day could of been excellent even though the parking lot was completely empty well I thought why not. Well pop flat ask for ketchup she gives us a empty bottle forgot a side and the list goes on . I would not suggest
ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED.We waited over fifteen minutes for our waiter (david) to acknowledge us, in an otherwise empty restaurant. Wasnt friendly at all, all of the tables in the section were filthy, the floor beneath our table was soaked in some unknown liquid and we were completely neglected the entire night. the ONLY saving grace of the night, was the manager, rachel, who greeted us kindly, got us our drinks, and spent the evening clearing tables. She checked on us several times and was always friendly.When your waiter ruins your dining experience it is really sad.We will not be returning to this location.
Bad,Bad,Bad. I just left the restaurant after arriving alittle before 7:00 pm and it is almost 9:30 pm. The only two people I saw where one server and a manager looking person. I believe they where also cooking the food. I understand this covid thing is a problem for everyone and every business but you have to figure out how to make it work or dont open. How safe can this be with only two people touching everything as fast as they can. yuk
We went here with our daughter and her boyfriend, we sat at one table and they sat at another table across the restaurant, this is a perfect example on how a bad waitress can ruin your experience at a restaurant, our waitress was great, our food was hot, good and served to us in a timely fashion, we rate our experience a 5 out of 5. Our daughter and boyfriend would rate their experience a -5 their waitress was horrible, they received their food when we were done eating ours, their food was cold from sitting to long while their waitress was off loly gagging, probably playing on her phone. We kept telling our daughter its time to go, she said dad if I could find my waitress to get our bill we could go, so I found the mgr and got their bill, what a piss poor waitress. Would we go back? Maybe?? Would our daughter? She says never!!
Our fist time we waited over 10 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge us in an empty resturant. Told us a 20min wait... we walked out after 30 min as staff just lounged at the Bar.2nd time we had a giftcard and ordered a pick up. Got to the restaurant, waited 10 min to be talked to at the bar. The waitress walked off with our card and didnt come back for over 15 min and forgot she even had it. Order was wrong, and food was cold after only a 5min drive home. Will NOT be returning.
My familys experience was really bad. Food was less than ok, had to ask for silverware and napkins, and the potato skins my wife had wasnt edible. Both my daughters had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich. The chicken was like rubber because it was over cooked, and the buns were hard. They couldnt eat it. The only good thing was the Chicken Quesadillas that my wife ordered and the bucket of bones. I asked for a medium well steak and it was overcooked. Today was my daughters birthday and they chose to go to Fridays. Our waitress was doing the best she could (I guess). The cooking staff needs to be replaced. Safe to say my family will not eat there again. So they get 1 star for the Quesadillas and the bucket of bones. And this evening left me with a whole attitude and disappointment.
I walked in almost two hours before closing time. And sat waiting for 20 minutes without being acknowledged to be seated. Even though waitresses and bartenders alike saw my family and I waiting and didnt bother to do anything. So we left. I could understand if it was packed or busy but it wasnt.
Im out with daugther, she brought me here.When she opened the outside door the inside smelled like dirty mop water. I said so to my daughter, but she still wanted to go in. Once in the smell was also inside the restaurant. It was so bad I mentioned it to the host. You know maybe they dont know?. My daughter wasnt pleased with me at all. She was afraid the would do something to her food. In my mind it was already done to the food. I could only imagine what the kitchen looked and smelled like. Long story short, Ill never enter this establishment again..Ford Rd in Canton.
Went there, place was busy. Our order is taken, we had ordered soup first and asked him to get an extra bowl n spoon. The server gets the soup, places it on the table goes away...no spoons or bowl provided. When we see him next I ask for an spoon, he gets it. When our food arrives, he doesnt give us cutlery either, we waited a good 6-7 min before my husband took a few from the neighboring empty tables. All this while our water had not been refilled n not once were we asked if everything was alright. Oh but the check came on time!
Our visit started out with walking in and the place smelled like a sewer. Then walking to our table i kept sliding because the floor was so greasy. the hostess said she would get someone to clean it but never did. After ordering cheese sticks we got them in about 2 minutes. I said wow that was fast. well after taking a bite we knew why. Ice cold and not cooked. I ordered a drink on the menu that was very blue in the picture. It was suppose to change colors after you added something to it. well it came purple and stayed purple. food not that great and way over priced. I hadnt been to a TGI FRIDAYS in a long time and use to love it. I wont be back
Dined in for lunch today. We sat in the bar area and our server was LASHAWR.... by far the worst service I’ve gotten from a server. Her attitude was very very bad! She lacked ZERO personality and of course never smiled.. nor did she introduce herself upon greeting us.. get us refills...or ask us if we needed anything when she dropped our food off. She just put it on the table and walked away. I had to get up and ask her for silverware and napkins because we had none. As a manager of a Restaurant I would not want someone like that working in my restaurant! Thank god for the sever Clayton! He helped us more then she did and he was fantastic! Food was good. But LASHAWR really really sucked!
We went in around 4:30pm on NY day and didnt leave until almost 6pm. It wasnt even busy in there, there was maybe 4 other tables and 2 servers working. It took just about 30 minutes for our Spinach Queso Dip appetizer to come out. Our entree came out at least 20 minutes later after the appetizer, which we put our whole order in together. I also ordered a Kentucky Mule and our server kind of looked at me funny. Then came back 5 minutes later saying the bartender said its not on our menu. We have Moscow Mule or Tequila Mule. I said how can they not make it? Its just whiskey instead of vodka. So then I just said never mind. While we were waiting for our food, my 1 year old was getting fussy because she was hungry, the other server with dark hair braided in pigtails was walking by and kept saying oh my God, oh my God... which was really rude. Come on shes a baby and cant help it. Also that same server said I saw that, I saw that when we grabbed silverware off an unoccupied table because we were missing some.In summary, food was good but took way too long for how dead it was in there. Our server was okay although she kept disappearing when we needed a box and the bill. The other server was awfully rude. I would never come back to this location again. You need to find new staff!!!
My review of this particular TGIF is mixed because the last time we went, both the food and the waiter were great. This past time went South as I neither liked the food nor the non-attentive waitress. Ill give it another chance seeing as that Ive had a few positive experiences in the past.
Tierra was nice....but:Food seemed to have set in the hot window for a bit before delivery. The mashed had a hard crust and the chicken was kind of dry on the outside. My first tall beer had something stuck to the inside of the glass at the bottom, the second taste horrible and the glass was very cloudy. They did take it off the bill, but I was still disappointed. I switched to a bottle. The Long Island was good. My wifes drink had to be topped with Sprite since they were out of ginger. Overall, I cant say we will be rushing to go back. Shame since Im in the area 6 days a week.
The food is good and the servers are great but the kitchen staff cannot manage to get my order right to save their lives! I always get a bacon cheeseburger only pickles. They almost always forget the pickles and/or leave the fridays sauce on my burger. I dont understand why its a difficult request.
Went there on a Saturday afternoon around 6p.m it wasnt very busy we had a party of 9 and they didnt have room us. There were 2 sections closed that could have accommodate us so we had to sit at 2 different tables and there was a table of 10 and they had a group of 5 sitting at a table for 10? Bad management. The food is typically good but that night it was nasty also the waiter was horrible and after 2 hours it took to get our food it wasnt good we ordered a burger well done and it came out bleeding and very red i could keep going but why bother.
Waited over 40 min for appetizer and ( never got order) spinach dip to come before my food. I went to the kitchen and was told only one cook so I cancelled all of my order and left. 3rd time Ive waited for food and nobody ever seems concerned at all. It only takes a few minutes to heat up a dip.
My husband and I decided to come here on date night.This was our second time here and it will be our last. We have been to this location before and didnt have a problem. But this was the worst night Ive ever experienced. I ordered the sizzling chicken and cheese and my husband ordered the BBQ chicken salad. My chicken was undercooked and i was so disappointed. My husband on the other hand liked his dish. But as soon as we left the restaurant, he started to vomit and his face was turning red. My stomach was hurting me as well. I honestly dont recommend anyone to come here. The cooks should know how to cook chicken, if they dont know how to, then dont hire them. People should be able to have a good experience and actually enjoy their food, and actually have COOKED chicken. Not raw not cold, fully cooked chicken. This will honestly be my last visit. Im really disappointed.
Worst service ever.So my girlfriend and I went out to eat here and right from jump we were told very dryly that the dining side was closed and to go to the bar if we wanted. Ok, we were hungry so we went and sat down on the bar side. There were about 12 or so customers and a very frazzled, seemingly overwhelmed bartender trying to keep up with all of the orders.We order appetizers and entrees. The appetizers come in a somewhat timely manner (say 12 minutes or so). Ok, this is were it gets good. My girlfriend and I are waiting for the entrees for at least 1hr while we see new customers walk in, order, eat and leave.In between the time we wait, the bartender comes by twice and tells us the manager is making the food and whenever she asks for an update, he gives her a snarky response(very professional). A worker finally comes out and PLOPS my girlfriends entree on the table (a chicken sandwich) while mine is still nowhere in sight.At this point Im truly irritated but trying not to ruined our time out because my Gf had her stomach set on this place and I also see the bartender it quite irritated as well from The whole situation. I get my food a few minutes later but by this point Im ready to go. I finish my meal, thoroughly agitated and vowing never to come back to this place. UGH!!!
I always have had great service at this TGIs. They have one of the best menus, with a good variety of foods. My favorite has been the Jack Daniels chicken. The sauce is delicious. I do wish there was one closer to me in Ypsi. I like to order ahead and pickup so it would be nice to have a shorter drive. I will say the food is worth the distance though.
We havent been to TGI Fridays in a while. Not sure why but now Im sorry we didnt go back sooner. Everything was nothing less than great. Who eats steak outside of a steak house? Try one at TGIF. Ribs - OMG...If not the best then I dont remember the best. Drinks were of the utmost quality and for the best service (and I do mean the best), ask for John at the Canton location. THE BEST.
Dined with family for husbands birthday. A little disappointed because all meal entrys arrive but mine. When asked waiter said it should be out soon...waitress came back to table about 10 minutes later to ask if everything was ok, still no entry...I asked again about order she said shed check on it. My family had finished eating and then my order arrived with the bill as we were packing up. I spoke with manager at this point, there was no explanation or apology at all. I refused to pay for that portion of meal. Manager agreed. I wrote corporate about incident. Totally un professional!
The manager is bad for the customer and for the business. I called to check if my food is ready and they said it was. I waited 20 minutes then got the wrong order. When I got home I found that I had 2 ribs, steak, and salmon instead 14 burger that I ordered. I cant complain here I got more than I paid for. I just feel sorry for the next customer because he will have to deal with the manager and wait for his/her ribs. It isnt that the place is busy. The management is so bad that I could feel employers are stress from being stuck between bad management and frustrated customers.After reading others review (most recent) they are all complaing about the managment and the food rather than the staff and how this specific restaurant is dispointing for TGIF standards. I think this branch/franchise need to be reported to TGIF as their are ruining the brand with their negligence.
Our waitress was overworked.. Didnt get what we ordered. Didnt get checked on til were almost done eating. I never complain but when I order the most expensive thing and its wrong... Manager gave me a appetizer coupon. This is a Problem with some corporate restraunts. Food was good overall.
Ordered a Jack Daniels steak and shrimp. Order came out with a piece of beef. No shrimp with brocolli. Sent it back and they put shrimp on the plate.Looked like a kids meal...the steak was the size of a chicken Strip. Sent it back and reordered. Manager was kind enough to honor my BOGO entree coupon. Not sure why every time I come here for to go, the staff never even bothers to acknowledge Im here. Also, now they have signs near the to go entrance that say curbside to go but I guess thats not really a thing because you still gotta go inside to get your food. They always seem disorganized and annoyed by me presence.
Absolutely horrible!!.Have to call it quits. Wont be back after yesturday. Gave 5 chances one after other after bad service...wrong order n forgotten food before. Fyi..only two people each time and not busy! Literally 3 tables n one person at bar yesturdays experience. Was 35 mins to even be addressed. Were eventually brought waters n said they would be back. That was by a manager i found out. No one came back. Ater 20 more mins we flagged a waitress down asking if anyone was working or did we need to go elsewhere? Expressed how long waiting n not even a drink order taken. She took but expressed this isnt my section! Sooooo..attitudes.Fotgot lemons for water...we did NOT get dinner due to all but had 2 appitizers. 1 delivered to wrong table. We had to flag her down it was our order wrong table.Forgot our second..noone came back to check for refills...nothing! Then frustrated AND HUNGRY!we had to raise our hand n flag someone for our bill!NEVER AGAIN!!Only putting one star because it wont let me post with 0!!
Super slow service. Took forever to even get a waitress to come get drink order, mind you they were not busy at all. Then after finally placing order took forever to get our drinks brought to us. My boyfriend ordered a mudslide that he didnt recieved until AFTER all our food was brought out. Just horrible service all around. The food was decent but thats about it.
Service was good but food was mediocre at best. Ordered the queso spinach dip and it was a small bowl full of cooked spinach leaves with hardly any queso. Water tasted almost dirty is the best way to describe it. Makes me question the cleanliness. I will not be going back
I do not typically write a review unless the service is great. Then, I will rave about it. Ive placed at least 5-6 carry out orders here in the past year. The consistent theme on the phone is 20-25 minute wait...that clock must start when you show up. Each time has been more of the same, 45-50 minutes from the time I call without fail. Im not in the restaurant business, but someone needs to make a change. Im already done visiting this establishment, but I imagine the folks at corporate would like to know the standard here.
My waitress jess was amazing!! The best 1 ive had in a long time!! Shes funny, makes you feel like youre at a friends house for dinner!! Thanks for being funny.... and personable... more should be like that!! Dont ever let her go ... i dont think Id get the same experience
Spent 2hrs here with a very moody toddler. Took 10 mins for the waitress to bring our oldest his to drink, another 20 mins to get our waitress to come take our order, 40 mins to get an appetizer and another 15 to get our food. We were never checked on or brought refills. We had to ask someone for our check . Our experience here was horrible and definitely wont be back!
Waiting in the front for 10 minutes just to be greeted, then, was told me and my party had a 30 minute wait in a near empty restaurant. When we asked for a clearly clean and open booth, we were told it wasnt available.Hostess was rude. Again, the place had many 3 full tables, only one large party. And we were practically denied service
Wait staff great, food was average. Problem with the visit was the manager Scott. Very unprofessional and not concerned with the customer experience. Mistakes happen and that’s ok. I ordered the ribeye but got the sirloin. No big deal. I told my waitress when it came and she said yep that’s the sirloin. I did not return it, just asked to have the order switched on my bill and we are good. Waitress came back and told us Scott said it’s a ribeye and if I need to tell them that I will. At this point just said whatever, not going to make a big deal about it and we won’t be back. What has me writing this review is I was there with my wife and 2 kids, Scott kept coming out in the kitchen doorway giving us angry looks and huffing and puffing about it to other staff. I don’t know if he’s trying to make up food cost and I called him on it or as a manager can’t tell the difference between a ribeye and a sirloin and got defensive. The restaurant brand is tainted in my eyes since they put someone in a position to represent them that acted in this manner. I have worked in customer service for years and didn’t make a big deal about it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but then had someone try to intimidate us is unacceptable.
We rarely go out to eat but last night we wanted to take our daughter out. Decided to visit to TGI Fridays Canton. They serve the Beyond Burger (plant based, gluten free) so I figured we would check them out. They serve their vegan/plant based burger with cheese and a mayo based sauce - not sure why they would go out of their way to bring in that burger and then make it very un-plant based. I know how to modify so I figured we would be ok.We were seated when we walked in but waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. Another 10 after that before our order was taken - still didnt have drinks. The server was not helpful when trying to modify my order and didnt even pay attention to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself numerous times. 45 min later our food came out. We saw no one during that 45 min wait.When the food came out it was wrong. We had no utensils or napkins. My husband had to get up and look for our server. He found her sitting at the bar. My plates were disgusting and dirty - dried food on them. I said I needed to be gluten free, I have celiac disease, and there were crumbs all over my salad like they added crutons and then picked them off. I ordered a side of avocado for my beyond burger and they gave me one broken piece. We did not touch our food.No they werent busy. There were 6 servers and 1 bartender. There were 12 guests TOTAL. 2 people walked out after 15 min of being seated and not spoken to.We asked for a manager and was told that she couldnt come out because she was busy in the back. We insisted on speaking with the manager. She came out a few minutes later. She was dismissive, acted like it was no big deal and never really apologized - it was an Im sorry but ... apology. Then as we were walking the manager said hope you come back.No way! Sorry TGI Fridays you have lost our business for good. We went down the road to Chilis were seated, greeted, had drinks and our order taken in less than 5 min. Not even 15 min later we had our food.
Do not ever do door dash with this location! The food was ice cold, the ice cream with Oreos was warm and melted. How you don’t double check the order before handing it over, if the food was warm that’s one thing, but the food was ice cold! The hamburger were like bricks, I just threw the mess out. I stay five mins from this place, barely that and this is how you send out your food. And then you have to go through door dash to voice your concerns! Which is stupid, they didn’t cook this mess ughh!! There is a reason why people use door dash, but don’t ever and I mean ever use it with this location $26 in the garbage!! I don’t want no food remake (for it to come again ice cold), no money back or nothing, I just will never deal with this place again.
Ran out of rib special on Memorial Day. We made it just in time. People after us left disappointed. They didnt offer a substitute special. Thought they should have. Had 2 servers, VERY slow service, mischarged us and had to refigure twice. Usually great experience, will come back but NOT on a holiday, AND it wasnt even very busy.
If I could give this review a zero I would. Our waitress Sharessawas horrible. We waited over 20 mins and still had not gotten our food. We just left without eating at all. We asked about our food from another waiter and he said something to her, but yet she just went staright to the register. Never once addressed us or went to see about our food. People who cane in after us and was serviced by another waiter got their food. Never again!!!🤬🤬🤬
This place is awful... I just went there to have lunch on a Sunday at 11am the doors are unlocked and the sign says they are Open. I stand by the hostess desk for 8 mintues not one employee insight and no one to greet me, so I called the resturant to let them know they have guest upfront, the person who answered said they are only doing takeout until 1pm.....LOCK THE FRONT DOOR AND UPDATE YOUR SIGN... How are your potential guest going to know that.....MANAGEMENT DO BETTER, resturants are struggling to stay open get it together.. I hope corporate sees this post.
Sat in the bar area on a Friday evening. Took about 15 to 20 mins for my husband and I to receive our meal, we received our entree and they forgot to give us our appetizers. They then, served us our appetizers as we are eating our entrees. My husband ribs were very crisp and burnt. Waited another 20 mins for him to receive his re-fire all while, no one asked us for a refill on our drinks and having numerous servers. About 3-4 different servers came to serve us, each complaining about the kitchen staff not being organized. To top it of, when we received our bill, they tried to charge us for the re-fire. Needless to say disappointed with my service today.
You know when something is so bad that you just want to forget about it? Our experience today was exactly that. Heres a few of the things that happened on this visit:- Waitress clearly suffering from a hangover and not able to effectively do her job- Staff yelling at each other on the floor in full view of customers- Letting the phone ring a solid 30+ times with the ringer at full volume- Serving one kid milk that expired on 10/23/19- Serving another kid broccoli where half was undercooked and the other half was overcookedThats not even all of it, but I am exhausted from both recalling this and writing this up. Avoid this one. Corporate needs to come in and spend a few months fixing all the causes for these things. Im definitely done with this location and have 0 inclination to visit another Fridays. Sad because I used to like going to the Novi location a lot in the past.
I was shocked, and not in a good way! The food was OK! but it took forever..My waitress my tip for her? would be to smile! She was rude, and didnt make me feel welcomed at all!!!!Also, the restaurant had a strong cat pee smell, and that if i didnt wait 30 minutes to get seated, i would have left
Went here a while ago with my family and it wasn’t too busy. We were seated and the waitress asked for drink orders. Ok, normal. 15 minutes go by. No drinks. She came back and asked for our food orders. Uhh, okay? 30 minutes. Hmm..... 45 minutes. People are getting seated and waited on, yet we have nothing on the table. My parents order comes out, yet mine isn’t anywhere in sight. My parents weren’t having ANY of it. We asked a waiter if it was coming out and he wasn’t sure. We waited 5 more minutes and my stuff wasn’t gonna be coming out anytime soon. We got fed up and left and warned people on the way out. By the looks of it, we weren’t the only ones getting neglected. This was a month ago, so I hope the staff has gotten their act straight. Until then, NEVER coming back here again.
Always something wrong, used to be good now use processed slice fake cheap cheese and cheap ingredients and is like $11+ no matter what low quality meal u getCant manage to use a coupon without a 3 person messCharge for an item they mess up on... I got the sizzling chicken and shrimp minus the fake cheese so already irritating then it comes with no shrimp and still half the chicken so wasnt accidentally the chicken only..she sends in an order of shrimp to add to it that was forgot and it was on the bill ?! So took 3 ppl to fuss with that also. Its been a bad experience every time Ive tried again just in case
Food was not great. Waitress was even worse. Seemed like she didnt even want to be there. She forgot the stuff several times. And Im not a person that likes to bother people or ask for things seperately or thay sort. 2nd chance I gave. Never doing that again. Bad experience both times
Waited over 10 minutes without being recognized. Sat next to a server side station with a servers walking past us, still nothing. The manager was at a side station a few tables over... nope. My family and I ended up leaving without ever being spoken to by anyone aside of the hostess, who was very pleasant. Wont go back.
Normally I would only despise this restaurant and turn people away from it. However, they have started offering the Beyond Burger, a plant based burger, which honestly makes me want to patronize this facility just to support that change. Good for you for becoming more inclusive TGI Fridays!
The waiters rushed our food out and was rushing us to pay. It was disorganized!!!! Racism at its best. They made the 1 African American worker do all their work. Its sad. Our waiter smelled like he just smoked some weed. The manager or owner needs to reevaluate his employees!!!!
Will never go back. If i could leave a negative star i would, rude bartender and waiters worst management i have ever seen. When a customer who had been waiting for service came to the bar asking for someone to help them, the bartender and waiter both called him names and laughed. The bartender did not like someone in our party and actualy called them out. We cancelled our meals paid and left. Very racist bartender.
Service was horrible. Our waiter didnt know much about the menu. The table was sticky. We sat for 20 minutes waitimg for our food and decided to leave. During that time, the table across from us sat with food all over and no one came to clean it. There were bugs flyimg around. Was brought someone elses drink. Will not be back anytime soon.
The host is incompetent at her job! We have been waiting a 1/45 minutes to only be told they thought we had left... the hostess only came out once to look for us and at that time she stated our table wasn’t ready. I went in 5 minutes later and the dummy told her manager we left so we in turn had to wait another 30 minutes!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!
Came in for lunch. No one was at the entrance and it took a bit for someone to even acknowledge us. Wife and I ordered sodas, the Sprite needed to be changed over and the Dr Pepper was flat. Overheard the manager mention that the Sprite had been out since last night. Food was gross (no one enjoyed their meal), especially for the price. The tomato mozzarella salad was a joke and over seasoned. All in all a disappointing lunch that left us still hungry. Save your money, eat somewhere else.
Its was bad!!! After an hour we never received our food. We told the manager and he offered us an appetite. That never came. We got up to leave and the waitress said our drinks were free (since that is all we got). This is the second tome this has happen. They will not , get a third time.
I had the sizzling chicken & cheese, the chicken was very rough & almost rubbery to me. I only had a couple of bites, I think it could have been better. I wouldnt recommend anything with chicken. Also we didny really get check on. As a waiter when your table doesnt eat their food you usually are suppose to through questions in like how was your food? Or was everything okay ? But we got nothing. Js. Not the best.
I love this Fridays especially compared to the one in Dearborn which I recommend you never go to. That place not only is disgusting but the servers as well as all the rest of the staff are rude. This place had very good drinks and all of the staff were nice. The food was on point as well
Ok so, if u bought some gift cards for your friends or family over the holiday and u were given an extra scratch off card for money off your next order...don’t bother. The code on the bottom is easily destroyed with the lightest of touches. And your scratch off promo code is only for online orders anyways. And it’s only for regular priced items. No specials. And if u call the restaurant for help they put u on hold for a while, then come back and they have no clue what to tell u. That includes the manager as well. No wonder Ohio just closed 7 Friday’s
When we got there we waited for about 8 minutes for anybody. Then this girl (Madison I believe) came to get us then walked tf away after we seated yourself. Then never got drinks for about 1/2 he. Nor silverware... a man walked in keys in hand asked if we been helped then jumped right in to assist us since nobody else did

2022-07-02Brooke was pleasant and attentive. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. I had the whiskey glazed chicken with fries & breadsticks 😩😋 the breadsticks are AMAZING. Also their happy hour menu is great. They have select drinks that are $4 all day, everyday. I recommend getting the TGIF app. My food was free thanks to the points I racked up visiting the restaurant. Very easy app to use.

2022-03-14This review is for the corporate or the general manager of this location and not the poor staff that was running around because they didn’t have enough help. We got to the location around 7 and most of the tables were empty as you can see it in the video but tables were not cleaned because two employees were managing the entire place. Some of the food was also below average during this visit as well. I hope the cooperate reads this and provides help for there staff.

2022-01-03This is one of my favorite restaurants I visit often. Get the same thing every time... but darn it.. it gets hard to be cordial when you pay$10 for 4 pretzels and ask for extra butter and they give you a cup of butter instead of then putting it on then when they come out the oven so the butter melts. I ended up calling back to speak to management. Just to make them aware of needing to pay better attention to pick up orders. At first they said they didnt have one for the night. But i said i just talked to her when i was picking up my food. So then she on the phone and told me she told them specifically to add extra butter on the sticks and a cup. How ever of that was the case, my pretzels wouldnt of been hard like they sat out all day. Now dont get it twisted. Ill be back next week. But this new staff needs to pay a bit more attention to the orders.

2020-12-255 STARS!!! 5 for great customer service! Curbside and pickup was very organized and scheduled pickup time was actually on time! So thankful that you were open for Christmas. Ordered a few family bundles and 5 stars for all the food. Best decision not to cook today... and enjoyed time as a family over a meal. Merry Christmas!🎄🥰

2022-06-14I was picking up an order for DD & they have a side door just for pickup, not knowing this I went in front door but was immediately greeted & shown where to go. I am very impressed by TGI Fridays staff they are super friendly and very helpful. 5+ 🌟

2022-06-04Worst customer service ever. Placed my order online paid for it and was given a time to pick it up via email. Arrived at the restaurant to go door just to find out its locked and had to drive around to the front. After asking the young lady at the front entrance where to pickup my to go order was told go to the back of the restaurant. I proceeded to the to-go counter. Gave this cashier my name and was told my order was not ready as of yet. I showed her the email stating the order would be ready at 835pm EST. Its now 850 pm. I was told I could have a seat in my car and she would bring my order out to me. So I waited in the car for over 25 minutes and went back in just to be told only parts of my order was ready asked to speak with the manager and was told I would have to wait he was busy in the kitchen. Waited another 10 minutes then the manager come up front with the nastiest rude attitude ever. I asked for a refund and was told since the order was placed online he couldnt do that. So I walked away without my order and no refund call the corporate number given a case number for upper management to call me and no one called. This TGIF Fridays is a joke run and run fast dont spend your hard earned money here!Signed,A Dissatisfied Customer

2022-06-05The bartender was very rude when my friend asked if he could have a to-go cup the bartender mocked him cause hes spanish speaking and then said he had enough he only had one drink by the way. I felt some type of racism coming from the bartender, food was good and waitress was nice SMH
