Comment: My experience with the Arlo since move-in has been absolutely horrifying. I was initially surprised to see how the reviews were so high.However I then learned that there is an incentive for the maintenance people to get 50$ for each 5-star review from tenants. This completely skews the data. When we first moved in, we discovered a crack in the sink that management promised to repair, two main windows were broken and would not open, and there was not even a screen door to the patio. 3 months later these things are still issues. In addition, there is an constant pest problem, and they charge exorbitant fees that they do not explain until rent is due to force you to pay said fees or you get charged an 100$ late fee. All of my neighboring tenants I have spoken to absolutely despise this place and would move out at the first chance they could, all trapped by their leases. To sum it all up, they will charge you for everything from trash charges up to and including a 5000$ fee to break the lease. The only people renting here are the ones with horrible credit(like me unfortunately but I am rebuilding) and this naturally creates a toxic mashup of people stricken by poverty. A fair warning: DO NOT RENT HERE unless you are EXTREMELY desperate.

Comment: The guys that work at the Arlo Apartments that take care and maintain the apartments are excellent, they are exceptional at their response and manage to do so with such an easy going manner. We called them about our air conditioner not working, it was out of office hours and by the time we came home from dinner, it was all working!! To our relief 😅Their customer service really is more than 5 stars!!

I then called the office 3 times and did not get anyone. I texted the emergency maintenance line and Albert woke up out of his sleep to come handle the problem. Journey then immediately called me back from the missed call to the office and together they were able to make sure there was no fire in the unit and make sure our whole building is safe! Comment: The leasing department wasn’t very professional. I schedule a tour for 2bedroom 1 bath and was shown a 2 bedroom 2 bath. They offered to show what I requested days after my viewing which was inconvenient considering I drove from out of town for the viewing. The lady who gave us the tour had very little knowledge on the unit and had us keep our questions for once we got back to the office. When discussing requirements nobody mentioned the additional fees that are included monthly. When calling later about additional fees there turns out to be an extra $200 a month, which I would think is important to mention when discussing renting. I was told it was $135 for water, sewage, and trash, but then was told there’s an additional $35 for trash and $10 for parking. This fee is twice as large than most apartments.

Comment: Rundown, dirty and nasty. Area around office looks nice and inviting but drive in and look around and you will see this place is a dump of broken promises and disrepair. I know someone who lives here and their experience is everything Ive described. Again, if your thinking of renting here drive in and check it out for yourself. Look in the common areas and trash collection areas. Homeless run the grounds 24/7 and parking is on a good luck basis...Other than living outside, there are better apartments to be had than these.

After about 3 months of management taking over, all of a sudden several homes have roaches! Our washer went out and we had to beg for a new one while he maintenance worker was trying to salvage it and fix it! This place is not worth the price

We moved from here because the upstairs apartments bathroom was always leaking and the dirty water comes in my kitchen always . Now we got a call for paying another 650$ . This is insane . I will see these people in court now. As there dirty water make my disabled sons health worse . Also i have all the pictures i sent to them in email showing that apartment is not good. They never listen us as we were immigrants. My husbnd dont know english very much. I am calling these people since last one week no one ever picked up my call.. since today...i wish i can give them zero star.. such a poor management

The move in went smoothly as well. Quiet neighborhood and secured place. Will definitely recommend this apartment!

Comment: What an awful place to live in. They prioritize making the front of the property look good while the rest of the property looks horrendous. We have not been able to use the main pool for over a year. The dog park was a joke; they never placed a permit with the City of Citrus Heights and the homeowners behind the dog park complained and had it shut down. We have been told that the tennis court would be turned into a soccer field and basketball court, it’s been well over a year. The office staff are very incompetent. They will sell you all these amenities that DO NOT exist. Beware of the fees that the property will charge you. Carport, garbage, water, and the list goes on. The ‘updated’ units are poorly designed and has cheap materials/fixtures. Please look at every part of your unit to determine if anything needs to be updated. Walk around the complex before agreeing to a lease, the front looks nice but the inside and around the project need HELP. Gardeners do not get paid enough to keep up the property, the grass is in bad condition. The office staff does not inform tenants that have dogs to pick up their poop! There is dog poop EVERYWHERE.

Comment: DO NOT move in. Very undesirable. The nicest place in here is the office First appearances can fool you. I don’t even know why they have such an elaborate office b/c they never answer phones.The place is managed by a multi million dollar company called FPI management. They never take calls for serious complaints either. Very hard to reach. My husband lived there 7 Years and never paid late. We had our stove catch fire twice before it was replaced by another old one. The old dryer they gave ruined an entire load of work clothes. We told them it was getting to hot, more than 500 degrees was what they found the 3rd time they attempted to fix it. Finally got another old oneThe amnenities they tell you about are all under construction and the City shut down the dog parkThe worst is the safety. In the winter storms trees fall in walkways b/c they rarely tend to them. One was left and fell in our walkway broke a window and they waited months to clean up broken glass. How gross to look at everyday knowing what we paidAnd the unhoused hide behind vehicles at early hours.Very scary . They charged us 2100 a month for constant problems inside and outside the unit. The gates were NEVER closed and drug addicts frequent the place. We witnessed one yelling racial slurs at childrenThey charge for garbage service which is always being forgotten.And if you do decide this place is completely run down and find something better they won’t work with you at all. Even though they violated the lease by lying about what you’ll get(3 pools, tennis court dog park, gated complex) they will charge you thousands to break your lease early. We paid 3800, plus another 800 for ten extra days plus 200 for supposed utilities.So basically a 30 day notice which is understandable. And perhaps one month. Would be the right thing to do. Not for them They got 5000 from us.They break the law by not using valid permits to build as I read in the local paper but they are a very rich management company and can get away with it.YOU CANT They will charge you for everything.Read the reviews. They speak multitudes. And I’m sure FPI will have someone send the standard apology letter after this is posted It means nothing. They send automatic responses to everyone.They could care less about the little guy. It’s a dark and dreary place to live.2 hours later I received the automated response I told you I would. Her and I already wentover this and NOTHING changed Like I said they don’t work with tenants at all. This is a standard response below

Comment: Where to even begin...first of all DO NOT MOVE HERE. Our experience living in these apartments for the last two years have been the absolute worst, mind numbing experience. To start, our parking spot is no where near next to where our apartment is and 90% of the time there is someone parked in your spot or a moving truck blocking you, refusing to move. We have had two cars towed from our spot during our time living here. Furthermore, our apartment has flooded 3 times due to improper repairs/maintenance done on the building. There are cockroaches everywhere and we find them all throughout our apartment that have come from neighboring apartments. We have had multiple engagements with neighbors who have their dogs off leash that have rushed and attacked us. Not to mention that our cars have been side swiped by other people. Sprinklers that dont work, spray directly onto the sidewalk as you are trying to get to your front door leaving you soaking wet. Your car registration just expired? Goodluck! Your car will have a tow sticker and be towed away before you even know it. Want to have friends/family over? Goodluck! There is absolutely zero parking anywhere at any given time. They boast having a security gate system, but guess what? It never works and just stays open at all times. You better make sure you know when your packages are getting delivered too, or they will be stolen right off your doorstep/patio. We had concerns that we were not getting our internet speed we pay for so we had Xfinity come out and they told us that the internet cables at the complex are outdated and old. They wanted to replace them, free of charge at that!, and yet the apartment complex management refused as they didnt want to have do the work. If you are considering a one bedroom, expect to have zero storage space for your stuff. Security hardly shows up and they allow homeless people to just live behind the buildings and litter garbage everywhere. There is a mandatory garbage collection fee that you HAVE to pay for and 9 times out of 10 they never come to our apartment to collect the trash...what a waste of money. The list just goes on and on...DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret every ounce of it. Hope this helps someone.

Comment: After living here for two years I can confidently say you probably shouldnt move here unless you are desperate. In my timing living at the Arlo Ive experienced a myriad of unfortunate and mostly preventable situations. They boast about property improvements - these come along with construction trucks taking up limited parking, blocking the entrances/exits and debris that never gets cleaned up. There are still loose rusty nails around the property from a project that was completed months ago (and yes I did inform property management about this to no avail). You probably wont live here long enough to enjoy those completed projects either - theyve all been under construction for months and there has been no announcement about when they will be completed. Aside from that the general upkeep of the property leaves something to desire - there are many leaking sprinklers that leak water all day that attract wasps and hornets especially in the summer months (they are just a fraction of the pest problem though). Maintenance requests are rarely handled in a timely manner - our front door (which only has one lock on it) was broken for two weeks and we had to call daily to get someone to come out and fix it. Additionally, I once had a maintenance person come to fix a leak and they showed up with no tools! He then went on to bring in two other maintenance people to assist and once they were done they had a nice check in conversation about other projects in my kitchen. The maintenance people and other contractors also have a bad habit of parking in your assigned parking spot or otherwise taking up parking even when there are designated spots for them to park in. If you do move here - read your lease and know it front to back. Property management doesnt always provide the correct amount of notice on things and they will raise your rent the maximum amount they can every year even if you always pay your rent on time and are a good tenant. Think twice when considering the Arlo as your new home.

Comment: Update: tried to give them another chance and they turned around and said that I don’t income qualify. I definitely income qualify but I think they were upset about my past reviews. Very shady way to do business but I’m glad it didn’t work out because I would have been stuck with this lack of professionalism for an entire year.Previous: We decided to apply to this complex because it looked good and is in ok area. When you apply, they ask for requested move in date. I gave them the date I wanted (which was 5 days past the date I applied). The entire week, I was reaching out to them to follow up on my application and half the time they didn’t answer and the other half they told me they were working on my file. Come the date I was supposed to move in, I let them know I had my stuff packed and in a moving truck, which cost me over $500, and they tell me they won’t be able to have my file done until the following week.Completely unacceptable and shows an extreme disregard for their future tenants. Their excuse was “ we have a high volume of applicants and move ins” but the same apartments that were listed when I applied where the same apartments on the site 6 days later. I’ve lived in a apartments before and the MAX time it took from start to finish was 3 days.However, I am happy that it turned out this way because I can only imagine what it would have been like to move into a place with management that really does not care about their tenants.

Comment: The apartment was a little more on expensive side butits very worth it. The neighbors are nice. The unit we were given has new appliances, is very clean and we just really enjoy the layout. The trash is taken out often and doesnt overflow much despite some residents putting in things that should not be in the trash. My only real gripe so far is the resident that dont pick up after their dogs. We have a 30-50 ft walk from our car to apartment and their almost always seems to be doggy landmines in those patches of grass.

Carpet was not laid well and warped after a year of use. Maintenance often took over a week to get to requests unless we called the emergency line or front desk. Garbage vallet was nice. Would have liked recycling as well. Cost was a little high for not being updated but cheap for California standards of living with inflation. Parking spaces were nice and back patio was nice.

Comment: Updated: Almost 2 years later. Even though Ive had good memories living here despite covid and other factors. I can say I would have had them anywhere else. When I first moved in it was Autumn Ridge Most of the property management people I have dealt with were polite and patient with me. We did have a few issues with the unit. But most of that was to do with the shorter than expected turnaround from the last tenants. Maintenance was quick and professional fixing issues. When I mentioned another minor issue. I expected to have to have Managment make a work order but they just took care of it while they were there. Moises S. and Williams S. are the best! Though they dont work here anymore since the property was purchased by the new owners. They then renamed it The Arlo kinda pretentious naming affordable apartments old English for hill fort or something. The new owners have stopped at nothing to try to improve the value of the property which seems like it would be a good thing. But its not to improve thier current tenants lives its to help sell refurbished units. But it is a business after all. What is irritating is that instead of putting in the minimum amount of effort to care for thier tenants they have a very us versus them mentality. For instance I parked my car in general parking my wife parked her car in our paid parking spot. Weeks ago they sent out a email stating that they would resurface our parking lot. Then Sent another postponing it. My wife and I didnt remember to check the dates because we were both sick stomach bug or something. We werent to worried because there were not any posted signs in that parking area at the time. We felt worse so we both called in sick for work. Well long story short I had to pay $700 dollars to get our cars back because they towed them. No one knocked no one called. Just said oh we posted the signs yesterday and sent out emails its your fault for parking there. To be fair they put in the minimum effort to get the word out. They could have looked at the parking spot number and at least given me a call but they didnt. Because that would have required effort I didnt deserve. This is one example of how little they care about current residents. I could list more but this is getting long. So in summary move here if you dont have other options.I am not sure yet when we will be moving but its no longer a if we will be moving.I will update this again then.

Whenever I needed maintenance the staff was great and very helpful. Having multiple pools and gyms also add a lot of positive to living here.The only issues I ever had I dont see as managements fault. Neighbors sometimes were noisy and some parents allow their children to play in the road rather late but I feel thats a reflection of the individuals not the complex. Still fighting for removal. Also, most units are out dated. I had to have stove and both toilet replaced and W/D units worked on before I could use. Finally, so much for being gated and having security. Homeless were sleeping inside, going through garbage, cars were being tampered with, & gates were open from 7am to 7pm. You couldn’t open gated with code either with phone access. You had to physically walk to gate to put in code. I’m disabled which caused a line to form outside which angered others. Had loud noise on top of a dog downstairs that would walk all through the night. I play music at 4:30 at 4:35 I get a complaint. Received a couple complaints to the point I had to go to each door in my unit to make sure we are not playing our music to loud. Lease ends in Sept will not be coming back due to the comment and the overall experience. The apartment itself is okay not bad, if you get the outdated model it’s cheaper but still offers great amenities you will not find anywhere else for the price. Love the convenience of in unit laundry appliances. That being said, the appliances are old and can be frustrating. My dishwasher has broken down 2 times, my garbage disposal has broken 3 times, and the water heater has broken 4 times. The upside is that the office staff are extremely nice and understanding. Every time I’ve had an issue they have always resolved it quickly (not always the best fixes) but they get it done fast. The maintenance staff are a nice group of people hard workers who try and work with you. Overall, it’s a pretty good deal and a nice place to live.

Comment: Really love these apartments but I work full time as do most people and I never get to make use of the pool or fitness centers because they close everything so early. It would be nice if they kept it open or at least till 10 or 11pm.

Comment: I stayed at Autimn Ridge apartments for 1.5 years. Very beautiful complex and the apartment was nice. BUT... During our stay I decided to throw a plate of spaghetti down the drain. Ive been doing it all my life. All of the sudden it clogs and I called maintenance after hours and they came to fix. I had no problem paying because it was late. The management charged me 170 dollars to fix it and they didnt even replace the disposal. The upstairs pigs.. Im sorry neighbors would never be quiet. And now they are holding our 2000 dollad deposit for just cleanjng the apartment and hypotheticaly changing the carpets. There was nothing wrong with the carpets. When you guys move in there hire a plumber of your choice to check the apartment. Its worth it to have your back covered.. Other wise if something breaks down they charge you.This comment will shake them up. As I said beautiful complex but very poor management. Good luck to all the new comers.

Comment: I applied for a apartment here submitted all documentation requested had well over the income. Being that I am on Social Security with out a thinking twice I was discriminated on because of my source of income. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and reporting my incident. I applied for a place on the same day as I did for this property at a different location just as nice with the same amenities they requested the same documentation and I have been approved with no extra requests. If your on Social security keep looking dont come here.

Comment: Im being singled out by management. All of our neighbors have hanging lights and windchimes yet we are the only apartment that gets a message saying its a violation of our lease. Okay cool, took them down. Now we get a note saying we cant have our bikes on the patio, along with a list of other prohibited items, which all of our neighbors have and have not recieved one notice. Management are a bunch of 25+s who think theyre still in highschool. You know the ones that make you feel really good about your life when you got to the highschool reunion? Thats them.

Comment: These apartments arent just gorgeous and have remarkable and friendly staff but they went above and beyond yesterday in accommodating me with my 62 year old blind aunt who has autism.Leslie was kind and very generous in checking on our comfort at the pool. Its so rewarding when you experience people assisting others and not expecting anything in return.Diane who has been outstanding to us through the years at Autumn Ridge and ALWAYS extremely helpful has proven that with her dedication and wonderful training, work ethics, and fantastic modeling on customer service continues to provide excellent and generous staff. I know Leslie and Diane will continue to be patient, kind and trustworthy to the community here at Autumn Ridge Apartments. Thank you Staff for EVERYTHING!!!

Comment: Hello.I am just after applying for this apartment. I am sure about one thing. Office wants to show You one and one thing only.that they are important and You are not. Now i understand the rest of the bad reviews.The are not working on applications. I was trying to provide all the information with my partner and they wouldnt even make one phonecall.they prefer to say we are working on it and be rude on the phone.just to let You know that our credit score,employment and everything is ok.There is no interest in that office to help.I didnt even hear no from them yet but after that how they deal with people i think i am going to leave it.Dont waste Your time applying for it...

Comment: Overpriced dump, everything breaks and takes forever to get fixed. Office staff is not very helpful. Bums and crackheads digging trough the trash. Mandatory trash pick $30 not included in rent even if you don’t use it. Abandoned cars taking up parking spaces. Nothing is done about loud neighbors. Gate is always broken in this “gated community”. Bums swimming in the pool and jacuzzi. List goes on and on...

Comment: I have lived here for three years. Haven’t been able to move due to financial situations but now I can and have been accepted to a bigger place that has a much better review. I just signed my lease in January, but I’m finally able to move and I talked to someone months ago about wanting to move and she said it would only be $300 to break my lease. So I talked to someone today and she said it’s $2300 to break my lease and that the person I talked to before was misinformed. I do not have the money to pay that fee. I have always been on time for rent, never had any complaints or anything. They are completely unwilling to work with me, cannot make payments to pay off the $2300. I am very unhappy. I cannot wait to leave. I will never refer anyone to this place. I cannot wait to leave. The gates have been broken for months and months at a time and they’re finally working. People live here with restricted breeds and there’s a ton of homeless here everyday. My boyfriends gas was siphoned when he came to visit. Do not move here. They only care about you when you first move in. Every year my rent goes up $100 or more. Again, do not move here. Find somewhere else.

Comment: Ive been living here for a few months now. At this time I dont have any major complaints with my apartment or the staff. HOWEVER my complaints are with the people who live above me plus a few other things. I am not sure who was the mastermind behind the setup of these apartments but its not that great. I have a younger couple that lives above me with a small dog and a large dog in which they have no control over. I hear every move they and the dogs make. It sounds like they sit in the house and play catch with the dogs day and night because the dogs run all over that apartment like they are running the fields with the horses. I am not sure the male works because he stomp around that place day and night. I have complained to the leasing office once however, I dont feel they have said anything to the tenants. I believe they have hard floors instead of carpet, like my apartment does. My thing is, why are people with pets allowed to live in a hardwood apartment above someone? I have carpet in my apartment but I do know not all apartments here have carpet. If those people do have carpet and they are still that loud, thats horrible and something needs to be done. Ive had to knock on their door for other things. I am just truly disguised with these people. I think everyone pays too much money in rent and other fees not be comfortable at their place of residence. Of course, everyone does not have this issue. The fitness center is nice. I do feel the staff should notify users that small children should not be allowed. I was there a few days and two women came with 2-3 small children. The children we wild, running around, climbing on the equipment, playing with the equipment and just in the way. I would hate for anything to happen to the children and the parents try to sue. The children were so bad that I left the gym. Ive also been at the gym and have watched people who does not live here come in the gate and ask others walking around to let them inside of the gym. I was there one evening, I saw these unkept guys walk in the gate, ask someone to let them inside of the gym and they came in being loud and aggressive. They did not say anything to me or try to do me harm but I did feel uncomfortable and did not want to give them more of an opportunity to harm me, so again I left the gym. Again, this is not an experience everyone will have.My apartments condition was ok. It could have been cleaned better. The cut out in my stinks are extremely rusted and it gives off a bad smell. One of my bathrooms also have a horrible smell that I cannot get rid of. And when the air is own in my bedroom is also gives off an old musty smell. I have to crack my windows in my bedroom not to feel sick on the stomach from the smell.However with all of that, the apartment or the community is not bad. It is hard to get someone on the phone, if I want to speak with them I always have to stop by. The apartments/community is not great and can stand some improvements but it is not bad. Not sure if I will sign a new lease with the people above me and their pets AND the rent increase, which is unfortunate. I can stand the increase but those people and their dogs is truly a problem.Would I recommend this place? I would. I would just tell that person to be aware of the rent increases, additional $30 for a service we cannot op out of and to try and work with staff to get an apartment where other tenants will disturb them the least. If I knew these people above me had pets, I would have never moved to this apartment. Big dogs, even small dogs can sometimes be a problem and I just hate that I have to deal with these loud uncontrolled animals and they arent even mine.

Comment: I lived there for 7 years because moving was difficult with a new deposit and first months rent, we had 1 decent neighbor above us for a year, but all the others were horrible. We had an abusive guy who hit his pregnant girlfriend and would throw stuff against the walls and when the cops would show he would be gone and she wouldnt press charges, we had drug dealing strippers and our last neighbors before we moved gave us cockroaches which we had not had in the 7 years then management wanted to blame us. Then the red head lady named Sam laughed at my boyfriend on the phone and when I called she tried to lie about it, we had a couple with a 3 year old who ran the floors from 7 am to well after midnight and Diane tried to say it wasnt that loud and half the time you called security out they never left a report with the office or the security would tell us they heard how loud the kid was and then tell the office they didnt hear anything, the lady upstairs and her husband would be on their balcony naked to where others could see in broad daylight. Maintenance never fixed things right and the office girls were ditsy and lazy and they dont care about their tenants at all, moving out has been a huge weight off my back and my new place is bigger and quieter

Comment: I’ve been living here for over a year and the entire staff is completely unhelpful! Rent is insanely high for the most basic(if that) living accommodations, I moved in with trashed/stained carpets and counters and am still waiting for someone to come fix them ( I was promised they would be there the first week I moved in.....) and now they are making us pay an extra $30 a month for garbage service that doesn’t even take my garbage! It’s been over two weeks*** and still have bags waiting to be picked up! (I refuse to take it if I’m being forced to pay for it) The staff always says “let us know” but ultimately they do nothing! They need to take into consideration the needs of ALL their residents and not force things on us that we don’t want!**Update- it’s now been three weeks, and garbage is still sitting outside

Comment: I have been living here for two years and I would like to live here more. I am very dissatisfied by the price increasing.There’s no loyalty for current residents. The price for the new resident is lower than for current. Moreover we are obligated to pay 30 doll for the unsolicited valet service for every month .This service is not provided on daily basis. On the weekends there is a lot of garbage near all apartments which will cause in summer an horrible smell and appearance of cockroaches everywhere. The community isn’t safe. A lot of homeless people come everyday in the pool and wash their staff. The pool appliances are not renovated for several years.We don’t want to pay the increased price by 120 dollars for month, we would like to pay less because there is no change in apartment improvements. I understand that this is not the office staff fault, the girls are very receptive on each demand. I only want to have a fixed price for each year. My husband’s salary is not increasing so fast. And we do not have the possibility to buy our own home yet. 1600 doll is too much for the 2 bedroom apartment taking into account that there is no improvement in the provided services.

Comment: Worst ever on noise at high rents. Heating and air are so loud you cant here your tv or anything else.. They say they cant fix it! All the appliances are very old. counter and cabinets are very old, they look original from when this place was built. The only thing that is luxury is the lobby. now the toilet is plunged and the maintenance guy has the arrogant to ask if I through something in it. WHat is this. Very unhappy here.

Comment: My daughter and her husband rented a 1 bedroom apt, they then moved to a 2 bedroom apt and soon after were given a 2 bedroom in one of the 4-plex units. The manager did not authorize their move someone else in the office did. They never looked at their income to decide if they should be approved for a rent increase. They started being harassed immediately- small things like hanging a plant on the porch. They were told the unit was supposed to have new carpet and painting so the rent could be increased and assumed that was the reason for the problems. They ended up having to break the lease when my daughter lost her job. Now they are being sued for replacing the carpet, items that were never in the unit to begin with and other petty things like vanilla scent. I have been in contact with the legal department at the collection agency and gave them a list of items that are in dispute along with items like rent for a broken lease, utility bill, etc that we are not disputing. I just found out they will not even look at our list of complaints, they continue to request a large payout even though they kept $2,000 deposit. We are trying to offer a compromise and they refuse. My daughter is pregnant and the stress is causing complications so I am trying to resolve this matter. This apt complex takes advantage of young people renting their first apartment and then refuses to take responsibility when they pad the bill. No new carpets were in place before they moved in but they are suing to get a young couple with a baby on the way to pay for their upgrade. We are willing to pay for carpet cleaning but this is ridiculous. I think going to court will be the only way this complex is made to take responsibility for their fraudulent actions. If it wasnt for the pregnancy I would enjoy the opportunity to let people know what they are truly like. I deal with people that rent in this area and I hear of so many stories just like this- it really is sad.

People telling me the wrong info and not getting back to me about extremely important things is why Im giving a bad review.I loved living here because the amenities were nice and the location is convenient, but when I was trying to change over my lease one of the ladies in the office was not helpful at all. This left a bad taste in my mouth and for those reasons I would not recommend autumn ridge apts

Comment: Worst roach infestation I have ever witnessed. My daughter will probably lose most of her belongings because of this place. Ive never seen anything like it. She is pregnant and has two young children and they refuse to let her out of her lease. Expected to live with roaches crawling on the walls and out of appliances AND pesticides. No amount of bombing or spraying has helped. The professional came to spray and lay traps and the problem was no better the next day. $1200 a month and my daughter and grandchildren have not been able to sleep or live there for two months. They will lose everything theyve managed to build toward, and be forced to start over in an effort to not take the problem with them. The apartment is completely VILE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE.

Comment: An excellent place to live if you have bad credit, evictions, excetera. Although the rent will increase substantially yearly. Staff is very friendly and inviting initially. Is not a family oriented environment. Very high traffic environment as well. Automatic Back gate can be opened by pushing on bell-shaped device attach to gate. Sidewalk access Back gate is always broken. This would initially be a pit stop for those that need somewhere that they can get into regardless of their circumstances as long as they have required deposit. Otherwise I would look elsewhere. Hope this helps!

Comment: Not good for kids and dont walk in the grass! People dont pickup after their dogs all the time and there are cats everywhere. My kids hated it and when the kids are unhappy mommies unhappy. Drug dealers for neighbors. Portable dvd players stolen out of car. Parking sucks. Bums in garbage :( ... Laundry in closet causes master bedroom to get hot and humid and also makes mildew on windows blinds and walls. but there are good things about living there too. the maintenance is great. fast and easy to request online. The pools are alright. sometimes broken hot tubs but they are well maintained. Staff is friendly. Needless to say the bad out weighs the good.
