I did get competing quotes from big bank lenders for my loan (including the one that I bank with), and Arshia was able to match the quote. This was a win win because the customer service and availability I got using Arshia as opposed to a big bank is night and day. I had another lender that kept asking me for the same financial information over and over and he wanted 12 months of everything he was asking for. I was in escrow for 45 days with that lender and no closing. I spoke Aryan and his brother at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc., not only did they take my loan, only asking for 2 months of financial information instead of 12 months but they closed my loan in less than 2 (TWO) weeks. The seller lost faith that I would not be able to close the loan and put the property back on the market.
