Took my 2020 Explorer to The Collision Shop, I was T boned and thought the car was a complete total! They returned it to me even better than when I first got my vehicle! The paint looks so shiny and mirror like! They informed me that they wet sand and buff the paint to look extra nice. They also paid my $1,000 deductible, while keeping very good contact with me. Can recommend this place to everyone!
I’m very happy I came to this place ! They did a wonderful job with my 2020 Kia Forte FE ! As I was telling Alex , it actually looked better than when I got the car last year . I got a little emotional of how good it looked . Also I had 1,000 Deductible , Alex was able to wave that down , Thank Goodness . Shoutout to the whole team. You guys did your thing indeed . Did a great job on my chystler 200 S after a accident destroyed the front passenger. They worked with me on payments and even allowed me to pay in increments. GREAT collision shop!
I had an issue with my passenger door on one of my work vans. The door would not stay shut. I came to the shop, they immediately looked at the problem.The bolt had to reset. They fixed it within a few minutes. The owner refused to take any money, even though I insisted, he still would not take it.These men are honest, quick, hard working. I wish every business can be like this shop. I highly recommend this place. Because of their honesty I will refer everyone I know in need of a collision shop to them. Thank you so much you guys!
Alex, the manager, was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He communicated with me regularly about various issues relating to the work required, from beginning to completion. I also am very satisfied with the quality of auto body repair done by the repair crew.
My car got rear ended and I decided to go with a small local shop to get body work done. This place was awesome! Guys did their job responsibly, and where super professional. They explained every step in repair, gave me all options available and were ready to accommodate my needs time-wise.

Great place! I love the guy that works in the front I would recommend this collision shop to anyone the work they did on my 2016 MKZ was outstanding!! It took them about 2 weeks which wasn’t bad what so ever consider I damaged my whole right side. And once I got my car back it was like brand new! Amazing work done!
They did a fabulous job! I am super impressed by their work quality. My 2011 chevy silverado looks brand new. Theyrrepaired my tailgate and my right rear fender. I have the three stage paint that requires extra attention to blend ... Great price and fast timeline. Fantastic work! Highly recommend.

What a very professional and outstanding business. I received nothing but the utmost respect from Mike and his team at the Collision Shop in Dearborn. Communication and dialog was always professional and curteous. Timelines were kept, pricing was oustanding and my deductible was lowered due to the cost of the repairs. I have had the Dearborn location service my cars on several locations. Each time the work quality was excellent and price very reasonable. Recently I went in to request a quote for a car I planned to donate. The agreed to do the work for the price of parts only. How many companies do that these days!
Brought my 2010 CRV in for some front end work. Not only did they get it done faster then I anticipated, but the price was FAIR and the service was FRIENDLY!!! You couldnt tell it needed the work when they were done. Hopefully I never have to go back to a collision shop, but if I do this is where Ill be going. Highly recomended 5/5.
Everyone from the gentleman who runs the front desk to the Bodyman in the back are amazing. I have a 2017 Dodge Ram that hit the wall on the freeway. I towed it there, they waived my $1,000 deductible, explained the whole process to me, and got me back on the road in two weeks! They called an updated me throughout the whole process and ensured my satisfaction. They made me feel comfortable in my time of stress and that is priceless. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family, thank you so much guys!
Any1 that leaves this business a 5 star review is a friend or must be lying. I wouldnt even give this business 1 star. Had 3 different transaction with this place and all 3 times he took advantage of me. By the time you find out what really happened its to late. This guy tried to make money off my insurance and still get some out of my pocket. He will paint for you but dont expect him to do a good job repairing damage that the average customer cant see.
Alex was very professional and communicated with me along the way to give me updates. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would recommend The Collision Shop to everyone.

Fixed my 2008 Nissan Xterra here. Every shop would sky rocket the price and wouldn’t even find the correct parts i needed. Here at the collision shop they’re a family that takes you in as a part of the family. Car was fixed better than you can imagine and fairly priced. No shop has better workers, management, or customer service!! Ask for Steve and he won’t let you down!! If i could’ve rated more stars i would.
When here when my Wifes new car was rear ended within a week of us getting it. They where fast, very friendly, and most of all do great work! The car looks even better than the day we picked it up!
It was my first time going through a car accident I didnt know what to do, these guys not only held my hand through the whole process. Just talking to them compared to everyone else for a quote really showed the difference. My vehicle was hit and damaged in a hit and run. I took my car to The Collision Shop and worked with Alex. He kept us updated and notified us in a prompt manner anytime we had to extend our rental. I have NEVER taken my car to a shop because usually I dont like them but I will be taking my cars to them for now on. I couldnt be happier.

Place terrible I just asked for an estimate this guy look at my car and say it will be 850 I say ok can I get that in writing he say why. Hell in there shop it says it is the law to get more than one estimate. I say I want a written estimate to take to my insurance then he goes to say my insurance will not pay for it and then he began to get mad because I said fine I will go somewhere else and try to stay in front of my car and prevent me to leave this dude is crazy I should have ran his ass over.

Mr. Upshaw is a very good manipulator of the truth, Michigan state law states you are not required to obtain more than one written estimate. Also Mr.Upshaw was offered a written estimate but did not want to cooperate with the necessary information I requested, in which led me to denying service ,which upset him an cause him to yell out racial slurs at me where I then asked him to leave. We have an outstanding reputation with the community and every customer of ours leaves here satisfied. Mr.Upshaw was not even a customer to begin with just someone looking to get paid.

2021-08-25BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS! *details at the end! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I immediately felt 100% confident and comfortable leaving my car with them! Last minute quote and super quick repair. Plus, they have a sense of humor (which I LOVE)!My neighbor hit my car while backing out of his driveway and absolutely wrecked my front driver’s side door. We pulled up to the business shortly before close and got an immediate quote to get the door repaired/replaced. We were presented with an option to totally replace the door or to try to repair the door. It was less expensive to replace the door so we chose to do that. They ordered the door and it arrived within two days of us placing the deposit. We dropped the car off at 8AM and it was done by 1030AM. There’s no beating their prices either! Before we left my sister asked about some repairs on her car too! We will definitely be back.

2022-04-16Mike was Great!!! My vehicle was at another collision shop for over a month waiting on parts. So I started calling around to other collision shops and found Mike and he went work expeditiously on my behalf looking for parts for my car and getting my car repaired in 2 weeks!!! Yes, I said 2 weeks! And he waived my deductible $$$$ I’m very pleased with the job and he had awesome customer service he kept me updated during every step of the process. I would definitely recommend Mike at The Collision Shop.

2022-06-17Gentleman at the desk was very friendly and professional. He squeezed me in for an estimate on my sons truck during very busy afternoon and took the time to explain the process and what needed to be done as a starting point.Although the dealership bought the truck lease back. I wanted to leave a review because they were very friendly, professional and ready and willing to go the extra mile for us. It gave me a great sense of being customer goal oriented and nowadays, this is a hard thing to find.Id suggest scheduling an appointment and meeting with them. I cant imagine anyone being treated any differently than I was.

2021-10-14Went in for a quote on minor scuff marks on my paint and part of my chrome and was relieved that it could be easily taken care of in about 10 minutes while I waited. Great service, great pricing and while I dont want to have to return for anything, this will be the place I bring my Jeep for sure!
