Weve had two large framing projects completed by The Frame and Mat Shop and both were absolutely perfect. Their selection of custom framing and mat materials is the best weve seen, and their customer service is outstanding. Everyone who works there is very professional, and the work they do is exquisite. It is really nice to be able to bring a project to a store that needs serious help, and then come back to the store to find something even nicer than you ever imagined it could be. Weve already been inspired to bring several additional items for reframing, because the work they do is really beautiful. They will be our go to framing shop for many, many years to come!

Loved working with this team! I had a complex custom mat cutout order, and the end product turned out even better than I had imagined. The customer service was excellent with quick response times and lots of information. Their attention to detail was spectacular, and I am so happy with their work! Would definitely recommend for all your mat and framing needs.

Dan, thank you for the wonderful restoration work on our old small oil painting by a well known Maine artist. It has been in our family for nearly 70 years since the time my aunt purchased it from the artist in 1952. Over the years it was subjected to cigarette smoke and other household pollutants. The subject matter was almost unrecognizable. The transformation of this oil landscape rendition of North Baldface Mountain in NH is just spectacular. The repair on the old frame that was falling apart at the corners is perfect. I passed the artwork onto my daughter in the mid 1990s and I know she will be delighted to say the least with the outcome of your work. You and your staff did an excellent job on this family heirloom. Thank you very much.

Wowza! The Frame and Mat Shop did a fantastic job on framing an art piece for me. When I brought the piece in, Candy helped me choose the mats, frame and glass to make the piece pop. A couple of weeks later, when I picked the piece up, all I could say was Wowza! It is so fantastic and better than I envisioned. It is a statement piece for sure. I have add pictures, but the pictures dont do the art piece justice.(Thank you so much Candy.)I highly recommend the Frame and Mat Shop. They have high quality workmanship. The people that work there are so helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff is awesome. My wife and I arent the usual demographic. We came in to get pictures rematted and the pictures had some acid damage. Both people we dealt with were very generous with their time and explaining options both in matting and dealing with the damage.
