Comment: The fuel tank is built very well, the only thing I think would be nice on it is a fuel gauge. Due to the filler neck being long when filling it when the pump clicks it is very full and I’ve had it over flow from the vent several times making a mess.

Comment: Communication was very good. The Fuelbox arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations and came with all the accessories needed to complete the installation. I highly recommend the FuelBox product to anybody looking for a auxiliary fuel tank for their truck.Update: The installation was straight forward, just follow the included directions. One hot tip, if the filler neck on your truck is metal, go get yourself an exhaust tubing cutter to cut the filler neck without getting metal shavings in your fuel tank of deal with removing the neck from the truck.The finished product works exactly as advertised, and looks great.Not an inexpensive item but well worth the investment.

Comment: Good quality the only issue I see with the box is their is nothing to keep the rain out when not in use. When you contact fuel box about the issue they are willing to make a patch for this issue for an additional charge ranging from 150-450 plus shipping. I feel for the price of this box they should accommodate their design flaw under a warranty type claim. If they make this right I will change this review to a 5 star review but it is aggravating spending 20min drying out a 3/4in deep puddle before you can put your dog in the box to go somewhere.

Comment: I purchased the FTC44T-S 40 gallon with the zliner sprayed on the inside with the transfer pump and auto nozzle and it works great! It fits perfectly under my tonneau cover and it has enough storage in the toolbox for everything I need. The quality of construction and fit and finish is the best I have seen. The only small issue I experienced is it seems like the tank does not has enough vent when you activate the transfer pump, I can hear the tank popping and the metal pulling in when the pump is running. I have just removed the fill cap when I use the pump and problem solved. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product!

Comment: The installation was not to hard. I put the pump that fuels the truck inside te tool box. I didnt want the pump under the truck. I had to reprogram the on/off values for filing the truck to match my fuel gauge sending unit. Reprogramming was easy enough. My range pulling a trailer is around 700 miles and the range without a trailer is 1100 miles. The trailer pulling range was a super great bonus.I fuel my tractor and lawnmower with the fueling station. No more spilled fuel or fuel covered toes. Customer service was great. Overall the Fuel Box was a great purchase.

Comment: My Fuel Box is exactly as pictured and described on the website. It arrived earlier that promised and well protected from possible damage. The install instructions were detailed and my installer encountered no problems. All the necessary bolts & brackets were included for a professional install. I chose the Fuel Box over other well known manufacturers and have not been disappointed.

Comment: WE GOT A LEAKER!! Lol. Leaking, and spray liner are lifting up a few months out of warranty. Make sure you You keep all of your paper work on these boxes. I didnt keep my paper work and called about the leak I had and was told it wasnt under warranty. I believed their quick answer and moved on with life. The problem got MUCH worse moths later and I called them to see what I could do about it. I spoke with someone who spent MUCH more time on the phone with me. She said I was a couple months out of warranty, and I could send it in at my expense to have it fixed. Unfortunately, meaning when I did call 7 months earlier my box WAS under warranty. Everyone I spoke with on the matter at Fuelbox was very nice, but failed to fix the problem. Mine was used very lightly and didnt last for the premium amount paid in my opinion. Ill post a few pictures down below to show you what you can be dealing with for a box that is a couple years old and almost $3k investment. Again, everyone on the troubleshooting side was nice and respectful on the phone. She had me try a few fixes over the phone that were not successful.

Comment: I researched several diesel fuel tank/tool box combos in 2012, and The FuelBox was the clear winner! The AFC (automatic fuel controller) is so convenient, with either manual or auto operation. The Installation Instructions were very detailed, complete and easy to follow. The tank makes towing an RV, Hay or Horse trailer super convenient, since you dont have to stop often. I liked the first one so much, I bought 2 more for my sons; and just installed my 2nd one in another truck. I wouldnt own another truck without The FuelBox! Rebecca was great to deal with, and explained all the various options. She even called me back after my initial order to verify some information, ensuring I had everything I needed for the installation. Outstanding product, people and Company!!

Comment: Construction of my fuel box is great. It is very heavy duty and I love the handles. The downfall to me besides the plastic T fitting is the $500 wiring system to have it plumbed into your stock tank. It could be done so much simpler like a $30 fuel pump and a valve on the bottom edge of the tank. Wire the cheap pump to the aux switches and turn it on and off when needed. For a little over $3,000 I thought my socks would be blown off. I came from having 2 RDS Fuel tanks in my previous trucks. I wanted this to be great in so many ways but cheeping out on a plastic T fitting and forcing me to buy a $500 electronic system to run the tank have turned me back to an RDS. On top of that, the little 1990s screen they use to run the pump and read the fuel level is tiny and just icky. Not to mention they have no good way to mount it other than just Velcro it to your dash somewhere...This could be solved with a screen like an Edge CTS3 and suction cup mounted to the windshield.
